Beyond delicious best Greek food I've ever had! They had greek music playing and everyone was very helpful in selecting great choices 👌 perfection! Best hummus and pita bread was warm.
This is the greatest Greek restaurant in the area! Owned and operated by this great Greek family, the food is super fresh and’s very tasty. They have all the favorites and their dessert selection is amazing. Oh, and they even have Greek drinks and like candies and stuff to take home. We had the chicken, the gyros and the falafel and they were all tasty. The tzatziki is so good. And don’t sleep on the feta fries! Super super good, I can’t wait to go back.
One of the best Greek kitchens in all of SoCal 🥗🤯🇬🇷 Lamb Gyro was very filling, lots of meat, & delicious. Had a side of Spanakopita, a savory spinach pie essentially. Made with feta cheese, onions, and herbs inside of a flaky phyllo dough. I also got their Melomakarona cookie, and if you’ve never tried one of these at a Greek festival or restaurant you need to! Because it was sooo good I went back for lunch two days later and got the Greek salad with chicken skewers. Chicken and as seasoned well, tender, & fell apart off the skewer. The salad dressing and ingredients of the salad was great quality and fresh! 10/10. 5 stars, couldn’t get any better 🤤
I’ve had Greek cuisine a couple times when I was younger but as of recently, I’ve been trying different options especially at this restaurant. The food here is fantastic in taste and in looks. Everything is fresh and hot and packed with a lot of cultural flavors. From the people I know if they ever have had Greek food, their go to safe choice would be some form of the gyro and even though the gyros here are great, there is so much more to try! I’ve ordered their gyros, plates, and dabbled in the different sides they offered that I’ve never tried, and I haven’t been let known. The lamb is delicious as well as their lamb skewers which would probably be one of my favorites and another thing I’ve never tried before were the feta fries. Their description include lemon sauce and I was skeptical but tasting those slices of potatoes and seasoning plus the feta cheese, it was quite delightful. Not only can you order the feta fries, but you can also add on any protein you desire. I also dabbled in their, “pastitsio,” which is described as their Greek lasagna, and I was pleasantly surprised as well. The baklava was a very good finish to any Greek meal. There are many more options I haven’t tried so I will be back for more! Be curious and try it!
Well, I’m starting this review with a celebratory meal from Ladera Greek Kitchen as I was in the mood for something Greek and I’m finally heading toward a closing date so I can move! Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with this place as there were a few options, but this one felt like the right decision to make and I’m certainly glad that I did. Now to the breakdown of things: As always, I start with the “As Delivered” section as I really feel that how things are presented upon delivery is just as important as the meal itself. I started with the three containers of food and found them to be high quality and seemed to hold their heat well. I then opened them to explore the bounty I was about to happily consume! The next three photos are a close-up view on the entrées and side in the containers with Feta Fries being first, The Classic Gyro Pita second, and The Greek Chicken Pita. Now onto what you are looking to read… First on deck is going to be the Classic Gyro Pita and it did not disappoint. The Tzatziki sauce was excellent! The flavor was there, but just the right amount. I’m picky on this as I have had some versions of Tzatziki that taste like I purchased the whole cucumber! In this case, it complemented the meat perfectly and I found nothing but bliss with each bite. The meat was excellent as it was not only tender, but flavorful and moist! As far as the Pita goes…this is probably one of the best I have had in years!! It was soft, light, and fluffy. It honestly almost felt like I was touching a smooth blanket and most importantly, it held up with each bite of a very well stuffed Gyro. I included two plate angle photos and one pre-bite photo for this one. You cannot go wrong with this one at all and without a doubt you will be full! The second Gyro I’m going to discuss is the Greek Chicken Pita. Since I already discussed the texture of the Pita above, I’ll just say that the quality is consistent between both Gyros. I did struggle a bit more eating this one as it was definitely packed with Chicken and I had a hard time keeping all the ingredients in when taking a bite. The Chicken wasn’t quite as moist as I hoped, but the flavor was great and complimented the veggies well, which were fresh and pleasantly bright with each bite that came along with the Chicken in the Gyro. You cannot go wrong with this Gyro either and I really feel that you get your money’s worth with this one as well. I took four angle photos and two bite photos for this one. Now, onto the mystery side of Feta Fries. In ordering this I had no idea what I was getting but figured it would look like a normal “run of the mill” fresh cut stick fry. I was wrong! What I got instead were these lovely, sliced pieces of fried potatoes topped with a fair amount of Feta Cheese. The great part about these is the flavor is excellent with or without the Feta. I further found that the price is quite fair for the amount and even splitting these with the dog, there were still some left. I think you could fairly feed three people with these. I took three photos of these from different angles for a better idea of the product. Final Thoughts: The Ladera Greek Kitchen is a small little place that I don’t think many in Temecula know about! Out of some of the Greek food I have consumed over the years (including in Greece) this is right up there in the top by not only value for the quantity of food, but more so in the quality and flavor that you are provided with. I didn’t get to try other items and wish that I could have, but well, the word “Budget” always comes up when I see the total! If you’re looking for a great Greek place, check out Ladera Greek Kitchen!!
Amazing delicious Greek cuisine! Ordered the steak and lamb kabobs were so tender and on top a bed of rice to perfection. Side of Greek green salad, tatsiki(?) sauce for dipping and pita slices. Bathrooms for customers. Offer Greek pastries. Employees are friendly and nice. Wait time for plates about 10 minutes. Prices are very reasonable. Must try Ladera!
Everything we've had so far was delicious. Fresh and Flavorful. Have had many great meals here. Nice to have something different in the area.
We ate here just before noon. My boyfriend got the lamb gyro, and I got the lamb gyro combo meal with feta fries and a drink. We also got two pieces of the baklava. Staff is super friendly, quick and efficient. The atmosphere is like a small, quaint, and bright Greek taverna. Music is playing, decor is nice, but seating is more eatery style. Our gyro sandwiches were EVERYTHING that we had been looking for in a “GO TO” Greek place! Portions of lamb were great. Well spiced and flavorful, the lamb was accompanied with just the right amount of fresh onions, tomatoes, and a fantastic homemade tzatziki sauce. We were in heaven! But there’s more. I was super nervous about the feta fries, because I’ve had it where it’s close to store bought, dry, with a ton of dry feta on top. These fries are not julienne, but sliced and cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, with soft, pillowy inside. Salted well, paired with a lemon, garlic, and butter sauce. And then they top it with feta. Some of the most well-made fries I’ve ever had. A must try. This is our go to Greek place.
We've been wanting to try this place for a while. The dining room is nice and clean and the menu is very fresh. They have a good selection of gluten free and being options as well. We ended up ordering the combo plate with 2 skewers and I was able to split split getting one lamb and 1 steak cut off steak kebab. I like the flavor of the rice pilaf it is on the wetter side. I ordered the side salad as well and and that was pretty standard the dressing was pretty good. My favorite part of the meal was actually the spicy feta sauce that comes with the meal. The lamb was very tender and the steak as well they were covered in a Olive oil emulsion with garlic which really made the meat moist. I wish they gave a little bit more pita as you only get 2 small slices. The wifey ordered the gyro sandwich, She said the lamb had great flavor and the tzatziki sauce was very good as well. We also ended up ordering a side of sponacopita which was a very flaky delicious cheesy spinachy morsel. The price of the 2 item combo was about $20 so definitely on the higher side but a good amount of food. We will definitely be back!

Laderá is hands down my favorite local Greek restaurant. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality—the kind that instantly makes you feel like family. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make your experience special. What truly sets Laderá apart, though, is the food. Every single dish is fresh, flavorful, and 100% authentic. You can taste the quality and tradition in every bite—from the tender, perfectly seasoned gyros to the flaky spanakopita and rich, comforting moussaka. It’s clear they use only the freshest ingredients, and every plate is made with real care. Whether you’re a longtime lover of Greek food or trying it for the first time, Laderá is the place to go. Amazing food, unbeatable service, and a welcoming atmosphere—it doesn’t get better than this.
I ordered the Pikilia plate with a chicken skewer, falafel, lemon potatoes, & tzatziki sauce. The lemon potatoes were delicious!! The falafel was tasty and did not fall apart. The pita was fresh and so was the hummus - fyi the hummus going to have a different consistency than store bought and that’s a good thing! The tzatziki sauce was creamy, fresh, full of cucumbers. My boyfriend and I always share their Greek salad & they don’t skimp on the feta. All and all, super yummy Greek food here in Temecula.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service and super-friendly staff. George went above and beyond with our party order. The food was delicious, and my family loved the party platter package. it was perfect for sharing. Everything was fresh and flavorful. It was my family’s first time trying Ladera Greek Kitchen, and they were especially impressed with the chicken and steak kabobs and the vegetable platter. Everything was very tender and delicious. They’re already talking about ordering for their upcoming events. We’ll definitely be ordering again!
In my life, I have never enjoyed Greek food as good as Ladera Greek restaurant: George five years until we started doing a lot of traveling and now we don’t get to have it as much and we really truly miss it. Get over there and get there delicious lamb and beef and chicken skewers and their eggplant and their salads. Oh my goodness it’s the best! Even their racist is delicious :-)
Love the spreads, green beans, gyro meat, potatoes. Also, their homemade cookies are excellent. The chicken has been a little tough and dry on occasion. Hoping this is something the owner can adjust. The service is prompt and the employees and owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated and the atmosphere is casual/relaxed. We are fortunate to live so close by to this gem.
Ladera Greek Kitchen in Temecula is a true local gem—fresh, flavorful dishes, generous portions, and welcoming service. The gyro and souvlaki shine and keep you coming back, and ask for the fried potatoes to kick your plate up a notch. You can also buy imported Greek olive oils, beers, Creten honey, and cherry preserves here. All of it will take your taste buds back to your favorite Aegean taverna! Opa!
This place by far is so authentic. The food is quality fresh and delicious! I've tried many Greek restaurants in California and have never found anything nearly as good as the ones in Chicago but this place takes five stars all around

The food is incredible, the restaurant is always clean and inviting. I just left right this second, and whoever the lady was who took my order was friendly, helpful, and took the time to help me order. Ladera is my family’s favorite restaurant in a of Temecula.

This is the best Greek food that I have ever tasted. I would recommend this restaurant to any person that is looking for good quality Greek food. You wouldn’t be disappointed. This is my new favorite place🩷
Taste of food was great. Soup came out as warm not hot. Service was great. They do table touching and clean up aftee guest use quickly. Need to pay attention to the only trash they have up front as it was up to the brim. Server was accomodating but not welcoming. Place was well lit and clean. They're the better tasting gyros in the area. Will come back again.
First time here. Wife and I dined in after a movie night. She ordered a gyro and bowl of soup. I ordered the pork souvalki with home fries and tzatziki sauce. Added a fountain drink. Kinda pricey but the food tasted amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Last week I had a good gyro sandwich at this attractive and clean restaurant. It wasn't a great sandwich because the gyro meat was pretty mushy though also tasty. They didn't griddle it for crispy edges. I think that's important. Plus the Tzatziki sauce was overly salted. But as I say, it was a good sandwich and I'd have it again if I was in the area and hungry.
The food is fresh and good sized portions. I enjoyed the falafel, I also ordered a small “Greek” salad, I expected a traditional (horiatiki) salad, unfortunately not.
The Food is "good". Did barely meet my expectations.
As a first time, customer looking at the menu and seeing a Salad on the menu and looking at the picture if a salad on the website. I was very excited to order here. I ordered the chicken salad 🥗 to my dismay 😩, look nothing like the picture I seen. My chicken was so undercooked almost raw. There was nothing grilled about my chicken to say the very least. After they charge you extra to add the chicken, what a waste of money😑 not to mention the very small portion of chicken that they did give me. Smh I am Highly disappointed as I was looking forward to finding a new Greek spot. I will not be returning at all.
