Honestly the drive through is a major win! For all my #bigvan or #homeschoolvan people that can't fit in most drive throughs this place has no height restrictions and a wide drive lane!

I have gone there once or twice a week for four years. They have never messed up my order.

Fast and clean service. Drive thru fast as well. They'll even take your payment and hand you your order even if your not at the window.

Hot, Fast and fresh! Best friend next to McDonald's and if you sign up for your text club you get all kinds of coupons and deals text to you.

Da Bomb! An old stand-by but great for comfort fast food. You can order a stadium hot dog w the works (go ahead, get 2) & a soda to go. Ketchup, mustard, relish & must have ONIONS. Mmmm affordable & delicious.

i ordered 20 chili cheese dogs at 9am because I was flying back to Mexico and my family over in mex haven't had these in over 20yrs so once I got there they warmed them up and they want more when I go and come back it was a 3hr flight lol!!!!!

Maybe I was just hungry and maybe it was the fact that I haven't had chili cheese Hot dogs in years but I think they were the best I've ever had on Sunday got a bag up for the game with my friends and we all agreed they were delicious

I love the girl at the drive thru. She is always so cheery and she is fast and gets the drive thru moving. I always order the Same thing, ....so I can't tell you much about the menu, but I can tell you I haven't been disappointed.

Not great menu options. Just hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, a few snack items and ice cream. The ice cream items were delicious but not much variety either. Because the food tastes good they got 5 starts but repeatedly going to this restaurant would get old fast because the options are great. Good prices too.

Well i thought i had enough money on my card so i ordered two all beef crout dogs went to the window and my card declined so the cashier was kind enough to work with me and i was able to get 0ne instead of two, cause i was just going to cancel and leave. She very experienced and kind thank you. I did not take her name down i wish i could.

My son loves Weinerschniztel, He loves the corn dogs. The rest of my family likes the junkyard and Texas hot dog. We also tried the tamale with their chili on it. It was very tasty but gave me acid reflux. Overall we love weinerschniztel and will always come back.

The stinky smell that used to keep me away from this location is finally gone! I haven't gone to this Wienerschnitzel in a year because it smelled awful I. There. Wanted an ice cream so popped in hoping it was better and it was! Location is clean. Service is fast.

First time ever going to this franchise. I ordered a burger and a shake. They originally messed up my order and made the burger chicken instead of beef. They caught their own mistake, apologized, and corrected it all on their own, and with a smile. They also gave me free fries and the chicken burger to make up for it. Everyone there was super helpful, and looked like they cared about their work. Food was excellent and affordable. I definitely will be returning here in the future.

You should not be expecting much when you come to Wienerschnitzel. They do mostly one thing, and that is chili dogs. They do a great job at quick chili dogs at a low price. You will be in and out quickly with a bag of dogs. The buns also stayed dry the entire time so it wasn't soggy. Highly recommended.

The person who took my order, Ty (hopefully spelled name correctly), listened to what I was ordering, gave suggestions and just sincerely seemed good with making sure I had what I was looking for and not just rushing me through the line. I realize this is fast food and not life changing items, but it does seem like a lot of people just don’t want to be at their jobs and the people at this place all seemed friendly and cool to work with. I hope this persons attitude and good customer interaction is noticed by their managers and employers.

Good fast food. Clean,efficient. A little pricey for what I have paid less for but is conveniently located.bathrooms clean.

This an update for my last post. They did refunded my money. I glad this worked out, because their hotdogs are good.

They have veggie dogs! Idk why I never knew this but I recently discovered it and their veggie dogs are my latest fast food indulgence.

I don't usually go to Wienerschnitzel, but I decided to go there with the family. We ordered in drive through. When we left, we're found that we were shorted an item. I turned around to go get it. The young man who helped me was extremely apologetic and got me my item. Based on the genuine apology from the young man, who made up for the error, I gave this location 4 stars.

Had some of the folks I was with had a hard time with the outside drink lady being extremely rude, drink prices are crazy expensive but the food and food prices were great. All in all it's a great place. Staff could use some better customer service.

It's the bomb here! The food is great, but the service is better! I love the small eating area inside. The only problem is that, if you have a sensitive stomach this will tear it up!

Wienerschnitzel is Wienerschnitzel. You can always depend on what you get. I think their chili is pretty darn good. The beef dogs are big and delicious. Fries are second to Mickey D's!

Quick prompt customer service everytime I've been there. Gotta admit I love and use those mailbox coupons perhaps to often. ;) Always clean, even late at night.

Standard fare at this location. Service is fairly quick, but you don't get the warm and fuzzies from the crew like you do at places like In N Out or Chick-fil-A. Parking at the restaurant is an opportunity due to the limited spaces. Not their fault, just a badly laid out shopping center.

Good, tasty fast food hot dogs & chili burgers. A few tables in the dining room were a little dirty, but considering how understaffed they seemed it was good enough for the small number of customers that were dining in.

Great food but the price is a little steep sometimes for hotdogs. This location is always spot on with the correct order, even when I ask for the chili on the side so my dogs don't get soggy. I asked several times for a specific item. Had to clarify several times and then again at the window (mind you it was simple) and they still got it wrong. So frustrating when you love a place and look forward to it and eat it rarely and it's wrong. 😞

Wienerschnitzel is wienerschnitzel. It's a hot dog with some goopy Brown chili stuff. It tastes good for a quick fix, but honestly this isn't good for you. So take it as it is, and this is coming from someone who's tried most of Wienerschnitzel's menu.

Stopped here for fries before grocery shopping. They have good fries. I don't eat meat so fries are it.

I live Wienerschnitzels, but the chili in this one was terrible. The worst I have ever had. Tasted like they popped open a can and poured it on luke warm.

I have been going to Wienerschnitzel , since I was a child , and lately the one I attended here in Temecula , both the chili , and hotdogs are extremely salty to the taste . I use to look forward to going but not so much anymore . In my opinion , it was once a great place to eat .

While waiting inline to pay employee comes out to give drink and get payment, she made me hang out my window to get drink, she couldn't be bothered to step of curb. Once I made it to the window, she handed me nag and slammed window. So I Yellen thank you, have a nice day!! Customer service sucks!! There food is great!! Went there and the goozie fries was made wrong so they put more cheese on it not thinking that the liquid heese don't have a good flavor and when you put double on it all I had to eat was cheese that was nasty even my dog would not eat it

I called a head of time and asked if they had a deal that they were running on their site they said that they did. I get there and they are not running the deal. I would expect at least some level of consistency with a major franchise like this.

That's the worst Wienerschnitzel I've ever Eaton in their pricing was too high and instead of real cheese they give you some sort of cheese sauce for $0.35 extrait was absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had no quality in the food what are years ago it used to be good everybody loves Wienerschnitzel's I will never go to a Wienerschnitzel again especially the one in Temecula don't waste your time

Gone to this place twice and both times just to get a blizzard but waited 15 minutes each time. Crazy doesn't seem fast at all for being fast food location.

This is the worst store ever they spit in my food and they told me that they didn't like my kind which I kinda knew what they meant by that. The girl working there told me that i was the ugliest person she has ever seen in her life which made me cry alot and I even seen her make out with one of her co workers this place should be shut down completely

Frustrating to say the least. Went through the drive through, got my food and they forgot an item. Had to park, tried both doors, one of which is chained closed. Called the restaurant and told them while I’m parked outside. They instructed me to go back through the drive through and sit behind 7 cars to get my missing food. Of course all my fries were mush by this time. Didn’t offer a sorry…nothing…just a here you go at the window. Completely absurd!

I Ordered a kids meal. A Corn dog fries and a drink. I then ordered myself 2 chili cheese dogs fries and a drink. The receipt shows the correct order but when I got home I opened up the kids meal portion and it turns out it was a sandwich of some sort and it had no fries which is included in the kids meal . My daughter is a picky eater and won't eat it. I worked all day and rushed to grab some food. I'm sure it was unintentional but now my daughter has no food and I'm stuck with food I didn't order. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. After working all day and not eating anything and having my daughter to worry about this makes me have NO tolerance. They should have made sure they were giving the correct order. A worker had the nerve to ask me to drive back with my order. I love across town and just finished a 2 hr commute. I'm exhausted. I'm upset. If you order from here make sure you check your order before driving home.

Ridiculously slow. 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. only 4 cars ahead of me. Then the guy at the window bags my food, puts it down, walks away for a couple minutes, then comes back and hands me the bag. Ridiculous. I will NEVER come back here.

I don't really understand why, but that was the most rubbery, tasteless corn dog I have ever had. They don't have great food on a good day, but this was uncharachteristically unenjoyable. The chili cheese dog and fries were as good as can be expected from Wienerschnitzel, but what was up with that corn dog?!

We always want to support the smaller businesses but based on what we received today....never going here again. No one in the drive thru line ahead of us and no one behind us....and by the time we got home all of our “special” hot dog orders had SO much condiments the they fell apart. Terrible service. Slow. Corn dogs were burnt outside and raw inside. Strawberry lemonade was watered down and gross. Called to complain and the girl told me to call later. Called later and the man said that's how the corn dogs are sometimes and the lemonade was probably out. Come back if I wanted a replacement. When I returned the man at the window gave me the riot act and said that never happens. Said he would give a 10% discount if I wanted to buy something. We ate pizza instead. This place sucks

I come here every single day and I pay $5.98 for the same order today the cashier asked me to pay $10 and some cents when I questioned she told me to repeat my order so I did she told me she could not hear me so I talked a little bit louder as this location is on Temecula Parkway and there are cars driving bye She told me I didn’t need to yell at her which I was not yelling at her. I was just trying to talk louder so she could hear what my order is when I told her what my order is and that I didn’t understand why she was charging me more. She told me that she got my order and that she was not stupid. In my opinion this is not how you talk to customers I am simply questioning why I’m getting charged more for something that I come in order every day and it’s a cheaper price again I really felt like the customer service that I received today was below average, and I will never come back to this facility again really hoping that the calling me to the manager would result in her talking to the employee on the right way to talk to a customer

This place need a good cleaning and revamp. It was so hot in here. The only reason why I'll be coming back is because the staff was nice.
