Weinerschnitzel is sentimental to my family. Growing up, it was the special treat my dad always took me and my siblings to. They have really good food. It's always hot and fresh. The employees are always kind and curious. I love going to weinerschnitzel, it's more than fast food to us. It's a piece of our childhood memories.

Very refreshing to to interact with young workers who have great attitudes and put in the extra effort to make a simple drive through experience feel satisfying. The person who took my order, Ty (hopefully spelled name correctly), listened to what I was ordering, gave suggestions and just sincerely seemed good with making sure I had what I was looking for and not just rushing me through the line. I realize this is fast food and not life changing items, but it does seem like a lot of people just don’t want to be at their jobs and the people at this place all seemed friendly and cool to work with. I hope this persons attitude and good customer interaction is noticed by their managers and employers.

The food was good and hot and the service was fast. But I ordered the original chili dog combo and jalapeno poppers with ranch. When the cashier gave me my bag she 'the ranch is in the bag'. Well when I got home there was no ranch and I had mini corndogs instead. Even though that was not what I ordered they were still good.

How does one rate this place? They have reasonable prices, products that taste good and their service is excellent. Fries are better than most. Their all beef dogs are very good, their standard dogs are adequate, and their polish sandwich is exceptional. The place has no atmosphere to speak of, but who goes there for that? Not health food but a change of pace from burgers and tacos! They do have daily specials that are worth chucking out.

How does one rate this place? They have reasonable prices, products that taste good and their service is excellent. Fries are better than most. Their all beef dogs are very good, their standard dogs are adequate, and their polish sandwich is exceptional. The place has no atmosphere to speak of, but who goes there for that? Their hotdogs barely have any toppings on them. It’s so annoying and misleading. Chili cheese dogs are the easiest thing in the world to make at home. I will just do that from now on. I’m done with this place.

I went to the drive-through on September 7 at 3:30 in the afternoon I ordered 2 cups of plain ice cream no cones with lids. I come here every single day and I pay $5.98 for the same order today the cashier asked me to pay $10 and some cents when I questioned she told me to repeat my order so I did she told me she could not hear me so I talked a little bit louder as this location is on Temecula Parkway and there are cars driving bye She told me I didn’t need to yell at her which I was not yelling at her. I was just trying to talk louder so she could hear what my order is when I told her what my order is and that I didn’t understand why she was charging me more. She told me that she got my order and that she was not stupid. In my opinion this is not how you talk to customers I am simply questioning why I’m getting charged more for something that I come in order every day and it’s a cheaper price again I really felt like the customer service that I received today was below average, and I will never come back to this facility again really hoping that the calling me to the manager would result in her talking to the employee on the right way to talk to a customer

This place need a good cleaning and revamp. It was so hot in here. The only reason why I'll be coming back is because the staff was nice.
