If I could give the service more than 5 stars on this occasion, I would. For the first time ever in a Subway I felt like the person working there actually enjoyed talking to people. She was warm and friendly and seemed genuinely glad we had decided to come in. A very different atmosphere then most of the times I've gone in there. I was so pleasantly surprised, I failed to get her name, but if I see her again, I will be sure to get it and thank her for being an amazing human.
Kyle is the BEST!!! I’m 54 and go to subway often, but he made the most amazing sandwich I’m now addicted. He followed my directions perfectly and was so fast!! Best experience ever, Kyle’s attitude is AMAZING as well, thank you!! 😊
came in tonight with my 4 kids and was greeted by Dakota. He was polite and professional while making sure he had all of our order done perfectly. As a buisness owner I must say he is a good look on this establishment.
Highly recommend this location. The team is fast and friendly. The vegetables are always fresh and it is the cleanest Subway I've ever seen.
This is my very public apology for an initial low rating based on past unrelated location/franchise operational experiences. After significantly detouring from my journey to specifically take advantage of a recent national/regional promotion, and not seeing signage advertising such, I made the erroneous assumption that it was not being honored, and didn't bother to ask. Upon submitting a lower rating based entirely on this, I was contacted quickly by management who assured me they were fully participating. I truly appreciate their reaching out to me and educating me on my false assumption. When I next travel through the Medford area, I will wholeheartedly stop for another fabulous sandwich. I'm sorry, my bad.
I tried the new ghost pepper bread. It was quite good. I also tried the pretzel. Absolutely disgusting. It's like a sweet roll. So very sweet! Why is it so sweet?! Don't buy the pretzel...
Ordered a Philly cheese and there was no cheese and very little steak...very disappointed 😑
I visit this location frequently, and one recurring concern I’ve noticed is that employees often do not wash their hands after handling money, the register, or other non-food items. This is especially concerning during flu season and raises important hygiene issues. To be clear, the store itself is always spotless. The dining area and prep spaces are consistently well-maintained, which I genuinely appreciate. However, the handwashing practices do not match the level of cleanliness shown in the rest of the establishment. On a recent visit, the employee taking my order appeared disengaged and uninterested in his work. A customer ahead of me had ordered four sandwiches, but when he saw that the employee had not washed his hands before preparing them, he refused to pay and left. I understood his reaction, and I likely would have done the same if I hadn’t been extremely hungry at the time. Overall, while the location is very clean, the lack of proper handwashing remains a significant concern and should be addressed promptly.
Employee was sweating profusely and dripping all over the place while making the food, Definitely not very sanitary in my opinion. The young man had good customer service. 👌
Horrible customer service by the boys working the closing shift. The Churro was rock hard, as though it had been sitting in a warmer for way to long. I took it back into them and asked about it, and the response I was given was "well you waited to long to eat it" I picked up my order at 9:30 the time I was given that it would be ready, and brought it in at 9:37, so 7 MINUTES .. absolute worst Churro, and customer service I've ever had from a Subway.

Ordered 5 sandwiches through the subway App. Guy working there got all 5 sandwiches completely wrong. When I told him this he told me that he couldn’t remake them or do anything about it. Then refused to give me his name told me I’d have to come back in the morning and that the lobby was closed.
Service was good, the guy was very friendly but there were gnats everywhere…. In the food thing and soda machine. I still ate it because there wasn’t any on the actual food but it was pretty gross. I also got my sandwich toasted but it was still pretty much cold
Me and my fiancé stopped by cuase we haven’t eaten yet today and wanted something quick on the way home. I got a tuna and he got turkey. They completely put whatever they wanted in our sandwiches. I had 3 condiments not even asked for on my sandwich and I’m allergic to peppers so I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. My fiancé is allergic to pickles and they added pickles to his sandwich..waist of time and money total mess. Won’t be returning
I was very disappointed. me and my husband love subway and normally the atmosphere but the customer service was horrible. the main girl was training someone and had the worst attitude with her whenever she asked a question, would roll her eyes and act as if it was a massive deal to stop. there was an elderly man in front of us and the entire time she kept cutting him off when he was saying what he would like. it was very upsetting watching her work. she was not polite and not friendly at all. No welcome in or how are you just what sandwich. Very frustrating watching this all happen to every customer as well as how she treated her coworker
I was not allowed to order 6 sandwiches at the drive thru even when I suggested going through twice and ordering 3 sandwiches each time. Not a family friendly restaurant! The woman working at this drive thru has obviously never gotten 4 children out of car seats to bring them inside a sandwich shop to order sandwiches. Not a family friendly restaurant. Would not recommend. Last time I came here the sandwiches were incorrect. Will not be shopping here again.
I had one of the rudest servers I can remember having in years. I counted n9 different subway locations in Medford. The next time I’m a craving a Subway sandwich, I will make a point of avoiding this place because of how incredibly rude the server was. I hope the manager reads this because it’s going to totally impact my decision to go here in the future. It was just ridiculous how she spoke to me. She talked to me like she was completely annoyed with having to serve me. I asked her maybe two questions and she responded like I was an idiot. Never going back here…
Ordered doordash- through the app. Paid for 2 sandwiches that didn't have the right toppings, bread was super old. This pregnant mama hates olives and pickles and got both on a my sandwich. Luckily im not allergic or it would've been a worst review. Also hair in my bread? Also no way to resolve this. Subway has no help. Wont be returning.
I didn’t even get to order. I was in the drive-thru and the lady taking our order took a couple minutes to even help up, which wasn’t a problem. Then we started ordering and she took like 5 minutes between us telling her what we wanted before we could move on to the next item. When she finally asked us what we wanted for our second sandwich, I began telling her what I wanted and she straight up started ignoring me and helping a guest in-store, we could literally hear her taking the order of someone else on the intercom. I just pulled out and left because that was ridiculous, she asked me what I wanted and then completely ignored me.
Thier signs say open 24hrs, but that's only the drive through! If your vehicle is too large for the drive through you can't walk up, they won't serve you. Really dissatisfied with this sudden change of hours, as I have been in thier "lobby" after midnight and haven't had an issue prior. Both young women were rude to myself and my work partner. They just pointed to the sign that said drive through open, and ignored us despite knocking on the door. I work for the local ambulance company, I was in my work uniform and obviously wasn't a vagrant looking for a place to sit inside.
