amazing restaurant with fab views of the ocean. situated on the second floor, this place has enough outdoor as well as indoor seating. food is fresh and a well stocked alcoholic and non-alcoholic selection of beverages. ample parking outside as well as on the opposite side of the road

We ate 4 out of our 5 meals at Flow during our stay in Mendocino. The atmosphere is charming, with beautiful views of the ocean. The food was amazing, with plenty of GF/V options. I’m gluten free and was so excited to find a place with GF fish and chips! They were DELICIOUS! The service was excellent, each server we had was kind & attentive. If we find ourselves in Mendocino again, we will absolutely be dining here for 99% of our meals again.

I was initially deterred by the lower reviews but I was pleasantly surprised that the service, atmosphere, and food were all wonderful. I shared an order of fish a chips and the radish salad. The fish and chips meal was delicious along with the dill slaw, the salad lacked flavor but was very delicious. The breakfast menu was available late and my mother in law loved her omelette and potatoes. All in all, it was delicious and the ocean side view made it even more memorable. A very special place!

Friendly, welcoming staff, relaxed vibe, nice interior and exterior, prime location on the main strip overlooking the ocean. Food is scrumptious, portions generous, coffee is yummy. They are happy to accommodate food allergies. Nice restroom. Easy to find location in the historic town, easy parking.

The restaurant is upstairs, and has windows all around, which makes for an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. But the food... oh my gosh. The food was delicious. My daughter had a burger and fries, my son had the Ramen bowl, and I had a BLT with a garden salad. It was fresh and amazing and perfect. ❤

We stopped in for bowl of Chowder as we were heading out of town. I'd say I'll definitely be back. Chocolate Martini was delightful. The Chowder was memorable. Server was attentive.

The service was very good and the salad (Asian something) was very good. The soup of the day (cream of mushroom) not so much. What really bothered me is that they charge 3% for use of a credit card. This is totally unacceptable, in my opinion. Will not ever go back.

Great food, mostly friendly service, and pretty view. Enjoyed the Ruben and the fish and chips. Also the crab cakes seemed really fresh. Prices are to high $30 a plate , not kids friendly no kids menu. They expect you to pay $30 a plate for your kids .Drinks are $10-20 a drink. It is not worth it go 15 miles to fort brag much better prices.

A restaurant located right next to the beach on the second floor of the building overlooking the coastal line and basking in sunset rays. The view is great but the food is on the mediocre side. Price is high portions are small except the fish and chips. All their food has good presentation but tastes quite bland. Some good options for gluten free dinners.

Lovely view and setting. Service was ok. The food and beverage were disappointing. My cappuccino was not only lukewarm, but served in a cup where the coffee had spilled all over the sides. The strawberry beignets were good but had an overwhelming amount of chopped mint which detracted from the dessert. The mango creme brulee was interesting, but more mango flavor might have been nice. We would give it another try on our next visit.

I am wondering why location like this would not have good quality food??? It is in second floor, where you take historic wooden stairs ( one of city’s famous water towers) to access to restaurant. It has great location to admire the costal view. Very enjoyable, until your meal will be served. For kids burger and fries there was bulk of salt shining in the fries. My child could not even eat one piece. Prices are higher than other places in the city, but the quality is cheaper, and it takes very long time to be served. Visited last year for dinner and yesterday for brunch, nothing has changed…

Insanely overpriced for what they provided. I had the misfortune of ordering their ribeye special and it was the thinnest cut of meat I’d ever seen. Over cooked, chewy, covered in greasy almost gelatin-like gravy on top of uncooked carrots and mashed potatoes from a can. The waiter was really nice, but wow that meal was bad.

Disappointing experience. We had a reservation to celebrate our anniversary, but when we arrived the restaurant had closed two hours early. They didn’t bother to call to let us know. Extremely frustrating since there’s such limited dining options in Mendocino and you need reservations for almost all of them. Thankfully we were able to get a spot at La Luna after waiting outside in the rain for over an hour. It really put a damper on what was supposed to be a special night.
