Ordered two drinks in person at the counter. Received one vanilla chai and waited 15 min and asked if my other vanilla chai would be ready soon. I was told to make sure I ordered it to the correct location despite telling the person I ordered it at the counter…took another 15 min to get my 2nd drink made….

Stopped in today. Their coffee machine is a standard problem and doesn’t pour a full pour for a 12 oz purchased Starbucks mug. I asked for a full cup, their employee (Jasmin) gives it back 3/4 full. This employee was a bit difficult. This location has had issues every time over a two year stretch Aug. ‘24. Why can’t this location get its crap together?! Last time I came by it was closed for a sewage problem. This time the store is closed, only the drive through is open.

This Starbucks certainly operates differently than others, the staff just puts their heads down and works with little to zero customer service. They could use some training to tidy things up.

Of course, coffee was good, however it is obvious that the store is not maintained. Dead flies on window sills along with much dust, crumbs on tables, trash on counter tops. No, not super busy. When the few people in line were served the staff chatted rather than clean. We cleaned off a table to use next to the window and noticed all the dirt and dead flies. Most people do the drive through. My recommendation is to just drive through. If your meeting friends there are many clean places in town to sit and relax and enjoy the company of friends.

This Starbucks has the absolute most inefficient system for getting orders out that I have ever seen. It sometimes takes them 15 minutes per car. I don’t even know how they can be as slow as they are. Is it the employees of Fort Bragg just are super slow? Might be so, because McDonalds has the same issue. Is it that the corporate idiots don’t hire enough staff? Probably the case. Either way, get ready to have your order lost and never called inside, get ready to wait 30 minutes in a drive through. Go anywhere else and Starbucks moves 20 cars in 20 minutes. This place moves 4 cars in 30 minutes. Absolutely just mind boggling.

I’m visiting out of town and my daughter, myself and mother in law went thru the drive thru at 7:30 am. The lady at the window was incredibly rude. I kept trying to order and she kept cutting me off. She handed us our drinks and said that’s it. We asked about my daughter’s drink and she said “it’s almost done.” She didn’t add our caramel drizzle. Just kind of a bummer experience. There was no reason for her to be rude to us.

I’d give this big corporation 0 stars if it would allow. After being a customer who’s given this company plenty of money throughout the years, Starbucks has now made it very difficult for customers to simply use the restroom. Last week I went through the drive through in Ukiah, Ca to then realize I needed to use the restroom before I left, so I parked and went in. The rest of the staff inside didn’t see me make my purchase so they refused to give me the code to the restroom…EVEN THOUGH I could offer a receipt from moments before. Today, the same thing happened in Fort Bragg, Ca. I spent $20 in coffee, food and tip. About a half hour later I was still in the area and needed to use the restroom so I attempted to go back in (KNOWING I HAD JUST GAVE THEM MY MONEY SHORTLY BEFORE). I was told that I had to be a paying customer. I replied by letting them know that I had just made a purchase within the hour through the drive through and had a receipt from within the hour. They basically refused to give me the code EVEN THOUGH I could show them a receipt! They claim restrooms are for “paying customers” WHICH I WAS BOTH TIMES yet I was refused access to the restrooms! This is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD and a completely disrespectful!! I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BY A MOM AND POP COFFEE SHOP….SOOOO I’ll be sure to give them my money from here on out! Starbucks just lost a long time customer!!!

I stopped by this Starbucks location to kick-start my morning with a much-needed cup of coffee and to recharge my phone. However, I was astonished to discover that there were no charging ports or outlets available in the entire store. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first experience with this issue - I had encountered the same problem at a Starbucks in Fresno, California. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I was taken aback by her response. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she seemed to find it amusing that I was unable to charge my phone. I was taken aback by her nonchalance and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Come on, Starbucks! You can't justify charging $7 for a cup of coffee and then fail to provide basic amenities like charging stations. This is the kind of service I expect from a budget-friendly diner, not a premium coffee chain like Starbucks. You guys are better than this. It's time to step up your game and provide the level of service that your customers deserve.

Now I remember why I don't go to Starbucks anymore. The staff was nice but frazzled, it took forever (15 min) to get my drink (a plain latte), and there were swarms of flies inside. It just kinda felt unclean. There was one woman making the espresso drinks and she was working dastardly while others were standing around (kudos to her and her latte was well made). Starbucks is a money-making factory with over sugared drinks instead of good coffee that take so long to make someone who wants coffee can't get a coffee. The people are robots and I feel bad for them. I miss when a coffee shop was a great place to be.

So many times we have come to this Starbucks despite the staff. We prefer Starbucks coffee so we deal with the staff that works here. Today there was a new face, she was very pleasant. Although the other 2 were as per usual, visiting with eachother, not making coffee quickly.Stopping for multiple breaks and ignoring the customers.The new face was nice respectful and spoke with the customers.Maybe there's hope for this location.

Not what was originally thought of when Starbucks was opened. They don’t want you to hang around any more. No power to plug a computer in to. Cannot connect to wifi. We have to live with Covid and it’s been around long enough now let’s get back to life. Even a lack of care even when just asking about the power issue. Hope it’s not a representation of Starbucks direction. Explains why we were only ones in the store…
