Cody you’re the best for real! Came for breakfast and as you can see it was amazing. The view is just as good. From the second I walked in I was impressed and I wasn’t let down!

The Mocktail's ( non alcoholic drinks)are outstanding, very unique and delicious. We were there for happy hour and enjoyed the empanadas and chicken sando, both hit the mark. For dinner we had the pork shank and it was wonderful. We are definitely going back.

We finally made it down to Tera Mar, and we were so glad we did. Tony and Jen took amazing care of us. We were made to feel special even though it was crazy busy. The scallop appetizer was especially delicious.

Made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary with friends. We enjoyed clam chowder and scallops appetizers.. great flavor. We also had the pork cutlet and chicken corden bleu for main courses and were very satisfied. Though the prices were high we felt the quality of food was worth it. The only thing we were disappointed in was choosing the ice cream for dessert. I view behind the restaurant is worth a stop in alone.

The Albion Inn aka Terra Mar has re-opened with a lovely renovation and a fresh new menu. The views from the dining room are top notch and the food and service match. Staying next door, we at breakfast 3 times and enjoyed all the dishes (lemon ricotta toast, sourdough french toast, shakshuka, huevos rancheros). The chef adds interesting flavors and spices to many of the dishes (fermented pluots - who knew there was such a thing?) We also had dinner on the re-opening night and left very satisfied. K & N - you're off to a great start.

Lovely place, great views of the sea and night sky(there is a light out at sea that can pollute astrophotos). Very helpful hotel staff. Awesome restaurant, but the waitstaff wasn't the most pleasant.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here, and I brought in a surprise birthday cake and quietly asked the staff to bring it to our table after our meal. They were so supportive and friendly! It all went perfectly! The views and food are also amazing, but I was specifically impressed by the service.

Top notch customer service! I wasn’t able to check in before the office closed for the evening. Spoke to a really nice lady at the front desk. She said no worry’s and left me a key outside. Just come see me when you get up ! What a relief, it was. Thank you !

We had our anniversary dinner at the restaurant. My husband ordered the soup for the day, short ribs, and 3 shrimp. I ordered the clam chowder and rock cod. The clam chowder tastes nothing like a clam chowder. More like flour? Although the soup of the day (made with artichokes if I’m not mistaken) was good according to my husband. The rock cod fish and shrimp were OK. Just because I love seafood. The short ribs were on the salty side. Although meat was tender. And for our dessert. We ordered oatmeal apple with ice cream (that’s what the menu says: with ice cream) When the dessert came; the ice cream was missing? I asked my husband, didn’t it says with ice cream? He said, yes! That’s why we ordered? We told the server that it included ice cream. And she gladly took it back and completed the order with ice cream! Finally! WE ate our dessert! All in all the experience was great! Great location! Great service! Maybe the chef would taste the food 1st before serving? Til our next visit! Thank you, Albion Restaurant!

Excellent service and the huevos rancheros was awesome. The menu was fairly simple but we all enjoyed our meals. The price was decent.

Very good place to have an upscale meal with properly cooked and presented courses. Service was prefect, drinks were really good and broad selection of wines. We had the grilled salmon and the pork - both were excellent. The view is outstanding, but arrive early if you want a window table. Also, while the sun is setting, the blinds need to be down otherwise it’s just too bright and annoying. Small bar, with an advertised Happy Hour 5 to 6pm. I would look forward to a return visit.

Valentine experience. This was a very good experience for Valentine's Day dinner. We usually go out the night before or after to avoid crowds and poorly prepared food. The food was very good and the service was great and we didn't feel rushed. Very nice local wine selection also.

My review: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, drawn in by the promise of excellent views and glowing reviews about the food. While the scenery and cuisine lived up to expectations, the service was nothing short of abysmal—and thoroughly soured the experience. The restaurant was moderately busy, staffed by just two servers. Still, it took over 30 minutes for our waiter to even acknowledge us, and when we politely inquired if he could take our order, his curt response was simply, “No, I’m busy.” As someone with prior service industry experience, I find this not only unprofessional but inexcusable. There's a fundamental difference between being overwhelmed and being rude. A basic, “I’ll be with you in just a few minutes,” would have sufficed. Instead, we were met with open disregard. When we eventually ordered the burrata, it arrived with toast so burnt and rock-hard it was genuinely inedible. We requested a replacement, only to be told—again, with no trace of courtesy—“No, there’s no other bread,” before he walked off mid-conversation. We had to flag him down again to clarify that the bread was unacceptable and needed to be replaced. The sheer audacity of serving something that wouldn’t pass in a cafeteria, let alone a supposed fine dining establishment, and then denying a fix, is baffling. Yes, the food itself was enjoyable. But service like this undermines any culinary success. Against my better judgment, I still left a 15% tip out of sympathy, which I immediately regretted. Sympathy should never be a substitute for standards. A beautiful setting and decent dishes can’t compensate for hostility disguised as service. I'm glad I tried it, but I won’t be returning—and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic decency.

$70 per person and all we got was mediocre food and casual service. Our steak and Pacific catch (about $50 each) took 30 minutes to arrive. The server dropped two pieces of bread on the table and didn't even apologize or bring more. The food was disappointingly average at best. While they're obviously going for some kind of modern fusion cuisine, dishes like their peach-broccoli combination just miss the mark completely. Save your money and skip this place.

Booked this place through Amex Concierge and very much looked forward to dining here. The reviews were fantastic and the location, even better. I can't quite believe how big of a let down the food was, though. Chicken skewers: lacked flavor and tapas sized serving Chickpea salad: engulfed by hummus, this wasn't quite a salad Burrata: more bread (was nice) and less cheese Potatoes: these were tiny/baby potatoes that were boiled and salted. Lamb skewers: this was more of a lamb ball and was the saving grace Cauliflower steak: gives Comedy Cellar a run for being the best joke of the year. The drinks were mediocre in my opinion, tasted the N/A Bees Knees my friend got and felt like they forgot the honey altogether. Drive up to Fort Bragg. Much better options.

The food was overall disappointing. The appetizers and drinks were mediocre, but the real letdown came with the entrées. Our server went out of her way to recommend the ‘Cauliflower Steak.’ When we asked about the portion size, she confidently assured us it was ‘generous.’ Skeptical but willing to try, we ordered it. What arrived was laughable - two pieces of plain boiled cauliflower with a drizzle of dressing and a sprinkle of fried chickpeas. Price tag? $37. Avoid this place like the plague.

Disappointing New Year’s Eve experience here. Party of 2 with a starter, 2mains and a dessert, 2 glasses of wine, which cost over $200, and we left hungry and unsatisfied. It took the staff a long time to come over and take our order and for the food to come out and things were off throughout the service. For example, meat wasn’t cooked as requested (well done came out as rare and medium was served as well done), wine was brought to the table 10+ mins after the entree was served, even though they were ordered at the same time. The wrong menus were brought to us at different times, and it took a long time to be corrected. Which I can understand that they are busy (which they didn’t seem to be), but considering the price of the meal, it was very disappointing. Our dessert was also not well prepared and a very small portion and as per above, just wasn’t up to standard given the price. The wait staff did apologise for the delays and issues - and that’s understandable in some fluke situations but not when they are charging what they are. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

This place is a complete joke. We made a reservation in advance and they simply did not honor it. What’s the point of taking reservations if you ignore them? Total scam. After finally being seated, the food wait was absurd. We were stuck there for so long it felt like an all-day commitment, not a meal. The front desk staff was the worst part: zero professionalism, no sense of urgency, unresponsive, and outright rude. No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Avoid this place at all costs.
