I have to say the pizza we ordered was absolutely delicious! Also had an order of wings and they were awesome as well. The manager here is a delight and I highly recommend this place. Can't give it enough stars!!

Amazing pizza and if you go inside it looks like (and smells like) an old fashioned ma and pop pizza shop. Including a huge dining area, a side hallway area for video games (tokens, tickets, and things to buy with the tickets), and the same ramp inside from the dining room to where you order and/or pick up. Love it all!

Super popular! Friday’s are their busiest nights. So much so that they have to turn people away sometimes! As a business, that’s a nice problem to have. Their dining area is huge and nice. They have a small arcade too. I’m having a community event on March 18, 2023 where Menifee residents will come to play games, have friendly competition and win prizes. I've lived in 5 different states now across the country and this is the best pizza I've ever had. Also, the Greek salad is amazing! Can't get enough. They're always pretty swift about getting food to you fast!

We also bought the antipasto salad and that was refreshing and flavorful. Service was great and the people there are friendly. Has an arcade area for kids.

Great pizza. TONS of toppings. (My friend actually took off a lot of the pineapple because there was so much) Great salad and AMAZING BREADSTICKS! The marinara sauce was delicious too. Super nice staff.

Not the cheapest pizza at all but it's so good. My top 3 are Round Table, Pizza Factory and Stadium and they all bring something different to the table. We come here kinda often because it's close to the house. The staff is always friendly and we never have to wait too long to get our food. They have great pizza and bread sticks. Come give it a try if you haven't before.

Food is not bad. I prefer a little crisper dough . May they should leave pizza in another 2 to 3 minutes to bake. They need to clean up tables a little quicker but I do understand cutting hours.other than that watching Sports on several TV was on spot. I'm not sure why it was not busy like it use to be and.its still worth a visit and family is what they focus on.

Came here for an after grad gathering with the family. There was about 21 members total. Luckily we were early and there was enough room. The pizza was good, the service was good and relatively fast. We left after seven and it was getting busier. We had a good time and experience.

Pizza dough was good. Crispy, bit doughy and good flavor. Salad was quite simple. Pizza sauce was a bit heavy and a bit on salty side. Overall, I would go back. Kids get to play games and have fun.

Although they opened their dining room they still have their salad bar abandoned. Now, I have nothing to do while I wait for my pizza and drink a cold beer, so, they get a 4 stars. Let me know when you bring back the salad bar and I will be back. Until then, farewell.

Pepperoni Pizza 🍕 was great, the atmosphere was safe and family-friendly, although the arcade is packed & small. Asked to trade in some coins before leaving and I wasn't able to get my money back. Had an end of the season party with sports team here though, we were able to have a good time. The arcade will keep your money if you do not use exact change so watch out with that, and prizes are not really worth it.

We have eaten at this pizza factory before but it’s been a couple of years. We ordered two different pizzas and the anti-pasta salad. The pizzas were really good, I always recommend getting extra sauce. My favorite pizza right now is pepperoni, pineapple, and peperoncini. However, the anti-pasta salad needs some help. I recommend that they add tomatoes to it at the very least. I also recommend that day make their own ranch in house. Instead our pizza came with little tubs of Kens Ranch, which does not do a pizza justice. It may sound gross to some, but the in-house made ranch is a dealbreaker for us.

They have yummy pizza 🍕, and big screens TV's to watch sports. Many different pizzas you can make for you n your family. And they have a lil fun center for the kiddo's. So check them out.

Pizza was pretty good. Sausage wasn't that great and there was less cheese on the pizza than normal. Sauce was ok. definitely a step above pizza hut but not what I would call great.

I would love to give more stars, my family has been coming here well over a decade. The pizza and bread sticks are amazing. The reasons for only 3 stars: the salad bar never seems fresh. The items that are put out seem old and past their time. Stale. The kids arcade area needs some major TLC. Majority of the games don't work, and you don't know that until after you put tokens in. The prizes are slim pickings to say the least. Last time we were there there was almost nothing to choose from. The staff are always great and friendly. Please Pizza Factory, fix these few things so I can give the 5 stars you deserve!

Decided to come to Pizza Factory tonigh for pizza and breadsticks. (We've never beendissapointed) . When we approached the counter, the cashier asked us if we were with the Wildcats party. We said no and she told us that the dining room was closed for a private party, but we could still order to take home if we wanted. We could see the dining room and the0re was only 3 booths taken. We decided to order for takeout. We had to go sit in out car since we couldn't sit anywhere inside. Why not put a sign in the windows warning people there was no where to sit. My wife just brought me my favorite pizza (all meat). I've had several of these at different locations, but this one was way below par, not as much meat as usual and slightly burnt. Very disappointing.

We we're not impressed, the dinning are was dirty, we had to ask 2 different staff if some one could clean our table. When we ordered our food it took 3 different staff members to find potato wedges on the register. They brought our pizza out first, then our potato wedges. Then I had to remind them we were waiting for a pitcher of beer. The beer was not cold, & our Pizza was so greasy we could not eat it. We are in no hurry if ever to return to this Pizza Factory. Not sure how this Pizza Factory has a over all rating of 4.2.

Ordered Pizza on line today Sat 11/4/23. Wen to pick up my order the place was dirty. There was trash all over the floor and someone had split some pizza on the floor. I spoke to a young man who claimed he was the manager complained about the place being with trash on the floor, where food is serve the place should be clean. He said it was very busy. What king of excuse is that? So what it was busy, you need to keep the place clean. Told him I would not ever order food from them again. They was two girls behind the counter who were working taking pictures of themselves. Told the girls to clean up the place and pick up the trash on the floor. Looked inside the restaurant they was trash all over the floor just like in the lobby. Horrible place.

We have been ordering from this location for years, up until today. My wife and I went in today to enjoy the Chargers game, have some beer and food. First issue, they had stated before they were bringing the salad bar back, which is not true. We were told it is not coming back. No worries, can deal with that. So we ordered our food and beverage, $52, handed them $100 bill, they went to check it, as they should. Came back and said we don’t take old hundreds, btw, this is not an old $100 bill, it’s the previous series lol. I asked to explain. I got the “we’ve gotten too many fake ones and don’t take them anymore” speech. I asked, don’t you have a pen to check if it’s real or not, to my surprise they DO NOT. If the store reads this, dollar store sells them you should invest the $1-2. We could have paid with a card, however at this point I’m more frustrated with the fact they can’t invest in a $1-2 pen to check the bill and make a customer happy. And could have cared less that they were putting us in this position. And, we had friends coming to meet us as well, which would have of course brought them more money. In closing, I had them remove our information from their system and will never order from them again. Long time customer turned into a never again customer. And again, they didn’t care or apologize. Even after they could plainly see they have our info and order there all the time, they still refused to take our money.

Not good. We ordered from Pizza Factory on Saturday, and we didn’t care for it at all. The pizza was overdone and dried out , despite the fact that I requested not crispy. The tomato sauce wasn’t good at all. My husband and I definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Factory again.

I came at 9:51pm since online, it states they are open until 11pm. There is a big sign that states OPEN. So we enter, and we get greeted with an extremely rude response stating oh we're closed. (She has curly hair) There is no reason to greet a customer with a rude response.

I really wish I could have at least 1 good experience visiting this pizza place. It's really convenient for me and my family but it's never been pleasant. This time has really been the final straw. Here are the pictures of their prize selection for a Tuesday night. After spending over 20 dollars for 2 young kids all they could muster up is just over 100 tickets each. Since all the smaller prizes were mostly gone the only options were a bracelet or Tootsie rolls. When we asked if we could at least pick the next prize up since that's all they had and they originally refused. It took getting a manager involved to finally let us pick prizes that were in the 200 ticket range that only cost them pennies in the grand scheme of things. It was just something we should not have had to fight for since they ran out of 8 of the 10 lower prizes to choose from. We were told by the manager that they are only restocked on Wednesdays so Tuesday is not a good day to come. They don't tell you that before you start playing their expensive games and mostly eat your tokens. Definitely will not be back and I do not encourage anyone to go until they put customer experience first which is unlikely to happen.

I noticed the lady charged me extra for the same pizza special. I paid with my debit card, rather then refunding the card she asked if she could just give me $8 cash. Figured it was a mistake she owed me some change but I just left it at that. My kids wanted to have Pizza Factory again this week with their grandparents. Grandma gave the kids $20 to play the games. The change machine was not working so my daughter asked the same lady for change. She gave her only $10 in singles. My daughter came to tell us right away. The lady tried pretending she gave them the correct change. Grandma had to argue the kids gave her a $20 it was supposed to be ten dollars for each kid to play. The lady only gave them $10. Beware of this lady who overcharges and tries to pocket company money. It's a shame, the food is good but this employee ruined it for us.

They no longer deliver to where I live. So I went to pick up a pizza. I ordered a thin crust. When I got home and opened the box. I found it burned to the point that it was inedible. I was told by a friend that they no longer have a standard pizza ove, but run it under a burner that cooks the bottom and and melts the cheese on top. I guess because because it was a thin crust it burned on the top and the bottom. Like I said, it was inedible. I tried calling to complain. I was left on hold for several minutes and finally just hung up. I guess I should have known when I went in and the place was virtually empty, that their Pizza has changed. They used to be crowded all the time. It's a shame to see such a good pizza place sadly, go downhill.

My wife and I have been going to pizza factory and in the past its been very good, but the last 2 times it not only was not good it was just bad!!!!!!! We will not go back.
