I'm not sure what you call the little thing I had for lunch, but it was hot, the crust was Krispy, and it was cheesy. All in all it was delicious.

We ordered this Pizza Hut box for a chill dinner night, and honestly, it was a good amount of food for the price. The pizzas were solid — the pepperoni was definitely the favorite. The mushroom one was okay, not my thing personally, but my husband liked it. The breadsticks were soft and buttery, super kid-friendly, and they disappeared fast. The only miss for us was the pasta. None of us really liked the Alfredo sauce — it was kind of heavy and just didn’t taste great. My kids would’ve been way happier with plain pasta and a little cheese on top, something simple. Overall, not bad for a quick family meal. Just probably wouldn’t order the pasta again. Pizza Hut —- the family meal is perfect for a family— our kids don’t need a fancy Alfredo sauce if u cannot make it amazing just do butter and Parmesan or olive oil and Parmesan!!!

I am writing because I think it's only fair to provide a positive comment when deserved. I had just arrived from an overseas flight, ordered pizza and when it was delivered, part of my order was missing. Not only did the driver state he would go back and get it, he actually returned with the missing part of my order a short time later. Thank you for being professional!

Well the pizza was good but they made a mistake with my online order and had to wait a longer for my pizza.

No ebt, sketchy vibe at night, wouldn't order take out from this location. Delivery would be ok.

Their pan crust looked like Domino's, Little Caesar's, or some other cheap pizza place - not the thick pastry-like crust I know and love. The toppings are sparse and the pizza is dry, like it was sitting in the warmer all day long. Do better!

The people there just dont care abut their customers.. ay young poor hispanic man cursed at me because i asked to speak to a manager about his terrible attitude and performance. When i finnaly spoke to a manger she tried to cover for her employee by saying she didnt hear anything, but when i assured her that the young careless punk was on speaker phone with my family when we ALL herd how he treated me she quickly apologized for what he said.. Everyone that works here is obviously doesnt care about the customers just the money in their pocket. The manager Jessica should be fired absolutely disrespectful i will not stop leaving reviews!! try and take it down another will be posted the next day

Are the employees handling food required to wear gloves ? The man working at the pizza making area sprinkled the cheese with bare hands then placed all the pepperoni one by one with bare hands and finished it by taking both hands and rubbing them across the pizza to evenly spread the cheese. Not sanitary and I believe there are California food handling regulations.

Ordered online to have it delivered to my house, got the email notification that it was delivered at 1:28 but the pizza was nowhere to be found. Gave it a grace period to see if maybe the driver was lost or misplaced the pizza yet 20 minutes went by and nothing. Called the store to contact the driver to see what was happening and without doubt the person over the phone assured me the driver was on his way and just placed me on hold ( failed to place me on hold btw since I could hear half the conversation of the staff) and once the call was off hold they hung up on me. 30 minutes later the pizza arrives. My issue ? Don’t lie over the delivery status just to make it seem like it was done on time. I don’t mind waiting extra but I do mind the lie of having it delivered and the lack of customer service.

After I picked the food up and got home (17 minute drive each way) I find out that my order is completely incorrect. So I called the store and the manager said they would add the points back to my Huts rewards so I could reorder the correct items at a later date. Well they never did.... then I called about the points not being refunded and basically got told by the manager they would not refund the points and to basically deal with them getting the order wrong. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location.
