Literally the only burger joint I go to! Burgers are always delicious and the animal fries are amazing! It’s perfection every single time! I come here at least 3 times a month lol not even kidding and I have never gotten tired of it! The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. The only downfall are the customers whom park on the side and then other customers waiting for the drive thru think it’s part of the line and everyone is just sitting ducks lol but restaurant wise! Best burger spot you can go to!

The girl who took my order was amazing her name was Marbell I think she was so patient with me and also the girl who handed me my order ( I don’t remember her name she was blonde and had braces I think her name started with a c idk tho ) but she was so nice and asked if I needed anything and did it with a smile and my food was out so fast !

Best Burger Joint in Town. I think In-n-Out is one of my most favorite places to eat here in Merced. As is for most people living here from his packed it always is. The food is great, friendly atmosphere, AC, plenty of parking, restrooms, wheelchair accessible, handicap parking, drive thru, etc. I Love it !!!

I LOVE IN N OUT!! one of my favorite places to eat and its such a classic. i love the simple menu and how cheap it is as well. when we went the line was out the door but it moved pretty quickly and we got our food after not even waiting that long. always hard to find a seat inside though.

Compared to other fast food, this is the gold standard - only rivaled by Chick-fil-A or maybe Wahlburgers. Great food, friendly service, very clean dining room. The only nitpick is that the fries are served mostly floppy, but that's not terrible. This was my first experience at In-n-Out and it was very positive!

In-N-Out in Merced has always been a favorite of mine, especially back when I lived there in 2020. I remember placing a huge order, and they handled it quickly and without missing a beat. Their burgers are consistently fresh and juicy, and if you haven’t tried it “Animal Style all the way,” you’re definitely missing out—extra sauce, grilled onions, and pickles make all the difference. The fries are perfectly crispy and a great complement to the meal. The staff is friendly and efficient, keeping things moving even during the busiest times. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, In-N-Out Merced delivers that classic, unbeatable burger experience every time. It’s definitely a must-visit spot for any burger lover.

Me and my teammates thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this in-n-out. The moment we walked in, we were stunned by the polished countertops, unique architecture, and friendly faces greeting us at the counter. We purchased a variety of burgers, fries, and drinks and were not disappointed. The cheese melted on the tongue and the fries were crispy, yet fluffy. I will definitely be coming again.

Only in N out in town. Great burgers & fries per usual. Sometimes the car line is so long it goes down 15th street. Everyone appreciates a reasonably priced, in n out meal! Don't forget to google their secret menu. The "Flying Dutchman" wrapped in grilled onions is delicious!

Excellent! The service was fantastic as always, the cashier was friendly and helpful. The food only took a few minutes. We went in to order as thr drive thru was long. Def recommended a shake! You can get all 3 flavors in a shake (Neapolitan).

Came to in and out for a fresh burger around 12:10pm, came to a nice clean environment, Emanuel did a great job at keeping the environment clean and was super friendly. Keep up the hard work.

I was at the second window waiting for my food, and they usually greet you and confirm you order when you arrive at that window, but the girl who helped me ignored me for about 5 minutes without letting me know that it would be a bit of a wait. When my order was ready she didn’t say anything and just handed me my bag. I usually don’t leave reviews but the workers here are always kind so u was a bit thrown off.

My burger was incredibly pink compared to my partners :( Not sure why, usually love this location but it’s just kind of uncomfortably pink. PS you do not want to mess with JJ B. I do not like pink burgers. I am feeling sick now. Ugh :(

When we arrived at In-N-Out, the place was bustling with activity. Despite the crowd, the staff’s efficiency shone through as they swiftly took our order. Our modest order consisted of seven burgers and two fries, and it was ready in about 15 minutes - a reasonable wait time considering the number of patrons. The real challenge was finding a place to sit due to the busy atmosphere. It’s a testament to the popularity of In-N-Out, but it did add a layer of inconvenience to our experience. As for the staff, they were professional and focused on their tasks. They might not have been the most welcoming, given their emphasis on efficiency, but they were definitely competent and ensured our order was handled well.

Ordered two burgers with extra toasted buns and only one was barely eatable. Salty patties and it just mushed in my hand. I thought by ordering an extra toasted bun I’d be able to enjoy my food. Person who took order was hella cool but didn’t appreciate not getting my extra toasted buns that was tore apart

Worst experience EVER. waited at the voice box for 15 min for no one to reply to us for us to move up and then they tell us they are closed at the window...this is 12 pm

Horrible . For the manger who was working 12/30/25 @5pm you need to have better customer service! Got my autistic kids burgers wrongs not to hard . Plain with ketchup only. They park me to fix one. After waiting 10min. I check my other food got the other burger wrong. Went inside made me wait another 15min for a burger with only ketchup not that hard !!!!!!! Should never have to be at a fast food restaurant for a hour. !!! By that time all my other fries and burgers were cold. Asked to remake them they said it will take even longer. ! Horrible experience! Thank you for the only one young lady who kept apologizing. Please teach your mangers/staff better !

Would give 0 stats if I could. Always have an issue with this store. Come 45 minutes out of town and always get my order wrong. If you like your fries we'll done make sure not to go to this store they can never get it right.
