Excelente lugar para degustar un rico café ya sea frío o caliente, tiene una admosfera ideal para leer o disfrutar de una buena platica. El personal es muy atento y amable, el sabor, calidad y frescura de los alimentos que ofrece esta cafetería es de destacar. Si te encuentras por el Barrio de Santiago ve a disfrutar de un buen café.

Excelente cafetería en el centro de merida, es una barra de café con bebidas estilo mocktails a base de espresso. Probé un Orange sunrise, estuvo muy refrescante para el calor de la ciudad. El panini de jamón serrano tiene buen tamaño para compartir. Staff muy atento y amable, cuentan con wifi y conectores.

Manifesto es mi cafetería favorita en Mérida. Durante mi corta estadía probablemente la visité unas 5 veces. No probé muchas opciones de alimentos pero sí varias bebidas: el café siempre fue excelente y tienen varios métodos de filtrado; el Orange Sunrise es delicioso para disfrutar con el calor de la ciudad. Pero sobre todo, el equipo de meseros y baristas son muy amables y eficientes. Ideal para pasar el rato solo o con amigos.

Esta cafetería es un pedazito de Italia en pleno Centro Histórico de Mérida. Los dueños son italianos de Calabria y conservan la manera tradicional de tostar y servir el café. Tienen granos de todo México para poder degustar de diversos sabores. Aquí uno puede degustar realmente del buen café en muchas presentaciones. El lugar es acogedor, los precios son muy accesibles y la atención de primera. Prueba el panino y el macchiato.

Esta cafetería tiene una variedad deliciosa de bebidas y de panadería. Como fui con amigos, tuve la oportunidad de probar varias cosas: la bebida de temporada: el pistachio late, nada dulce y de sabor concentrado; yo me pedí un horchata brew, de consistencia lechosa y suavemente dulce; un grano bourbon miel en método origami y el machacado de plátano. Asimismo, en panadería solicitamos una galleta de chocolate, un rol de nuez, uno de chocolate y una empanada de guayaba. De todos ellos, mis favoritos fueron el de chocolate y el guayaba, tanto por su sabor concentrado como por su bajo dulzor. El lugar es perfecto para ir con amigos o en solitario y el servicio fue excelente. Cada vez que regrese a Mérida, volvería a visitarlo.

Quiet and chill spot for an afternoon coffee break from the heat. Enjoyed the cold brew tonic and choice of beans brewed on the V60. Cinnamon roll was incredible - enriched dough and flaky, great exterior crust, packed with walnuts, not too sweet.

It’s funny. I saw some of the negative reviews this morning. But arriving here, I made a decision to come and it was a little bit empty when I got there so I had the opportunity to chat to the two baristas who were here. And it was delightful. Wonderful conversation. Wonderful recommendations because as you can guess they have a lot of options. They also do some blends which are always exciting when you come to a new coffee shop. I came away 100% happy and satisfied and highly recommend. Also, this would be a good place to buy coffee to take back to your home country. They have a selection from all of the coffee producing states and I can tell you that they know how to roast coffee.

Pancrazio Auteri

A special place in the heart of Mérida. Very good coffee if you're on a quest and a wide choice for everyone. We also found good bakery stuff. And a nice vibe. Owned by two brothers, they buy the coffee beans directly from Mexican farmers, even small batches. They roast and prepare it with great results. My wife and I came back the day after. Very recommended.

Great little cafe, we had avacado toast and flat white - both were delicious though I found the addition of crisps a bit odd. The coffee was really smooth and might be the best we had in Merida. Staff were friendly too, overall really happy we came here.

9/10 - great experience and I will return. Excellent shop located conveniently near, but not too close to the tourists, Centro. Beautiful interior, kind staff, and tasty food. Service: Nothing outstanding, but nothing too lacking. I was a little lost as to someone seating me and bringing me a menu, but then no one returning to take an order. I ended up at the coffee bar to order, but from the reaction of the staff I think I ordered in the wrong process. Maybe? Drink: monthly specialty made of cold brew and... something tasty? It was a great tasting coffee well balanced with flavor and the dilution that can occur when poured over ice. Food: I had the avocado toast with a generously thick piece of well toasted (well buttered) break. The avocado was fresh and the pepper was just right. WiFi: strong and easy to log into. They used a QR code to log in with your phone and a well-highlighted sign with password for your laptop access. The most efficient and simple sign in process I've so far experienced in Merida throughout my three work days and many coffeeshops. Power outlets: available indoors, but not outdoors. Your food selection will be limited outside of fresh breads, toasts, and pastries. You will be left with only a small number of sandwiches and toast features. Why only 9/10 stars? The toast was a bit too much. The bread slice would have made for good french toast, but it was too big to appropriately eat avocado from. One half of my avocado slipped off the break and onto the table and my lap. Oops. I'll give myself 90% of that silliness blame. I hope to write you several more coffeeshop reviews. Great coffee, nice atmosphere, good internet. The place is nice for getting some work done, even though the internet isn’t really stable all the time. The coffee and other drinks are freshly prepared and good in taste. While the atmosphere of quite calm, there is not too much space and depending on the time you come, getting a seat is hard. Apart from that, I can definitely recommend it.

The place is beautifully designed. The branding and interior are absolutely gorgeous. The coffee was delicious and the baristas were very friendly. Unfortunately there was only one option available for single origin beans but it was delicious nonetheless.

The Way We Saw It

Probably the best coffee in town, a fine mix of sweet and sour aromas. Well prepared and nicely served in a pretty environment. Cakes were ok, slightly too sweet, so the aroma of the fruit was not there. Recommended

Hemos desayunado genial. La comida y dulces están muy bien. El café, quizás algo caliente y, en mi caso, en vaso de cristal cuando hubiera agradecido taza pero podría repetir.

Café lindo y espacio muy cuidado. El café es muy rico y se nota el trabajo hecho para ello. Importante considerar los costos. Espacio agradable para trabajar.

Gran café de especialidad en la zona. Muchos tipos y variedades de granos. Muchos métodos de extracción. Un espresso balanceado ahora con tolva de geisha lavado hidranatural. Tiene AC. Muy importante para la ciudad, jaja.

Muy ricos chilaquiles rojos, solo les faltaron los frijoles y que estuvieran un poco picositos, el local está muy bien ambientado y limpio. El otro pero para mí es el sabor del café se me hizo muy ligero y con falta de cuerpo, es probable que sea mi gusto y ya es una constante en cafés mexicanos, de ahí en fuera todo bien, si regresaría.

Fui hace poco y el lugar es súper agradable. El café uffffff ni que decir súper deliiiii, los chilaquiles ricos, al mamma mia le doy un 8/10 siento que faltaba algo pero fuera de eso todo súper, no podíamos probar su panadería que quedamos súper llenas pero volveremos, te dejo mi ticket para que veas cuánto gastamos aprox

Cafetería Calabrese un lugar bonito y agradable para tomar una taza de café la decoración es de buen gusto y refinada., esta en medio de calle histórica de centro de la ciudad de Mérida Yucatan México.

Excelente café. Siempre compro sus bolsas para llevarlo cuando visito a mi familia en otro estado. El servicio es muy bueno también, para desayunos no es mi favorito.

Un lugar bastante acogedor y tranquilo, excelente lugar para tomar café o comer, ya sea solo o en compañía. Cuenta con clima por lo que siempre está ventilado, fresco y limpio. Las bebidas y comida muy deliciosas. La atención es perfecta y se refleja muy bien en el trato del personal.

Buen café, atención correcta. Lugar agradable para refugiarse del calor a precio de oro: dos cafés latte por 158 pesos. Eso sí, nos invitaron dos galletitas de almendra. Buen detalle.

Excelente cafetería, Carlos se da el tiempo de explicarte los diferentes procesos, lo que lleva cada bebida y acerca del grano de café, su desarrollo y tostado. En lo personal nosotros pedimos: un mojito, un café enfriado con Nitrógeno y un café por goteo. Repito, una nueva y agradable experiencia, disfrutando de unos cafés de un sabor muy peculiar.

EDIT: This place is fine.. but.. We visited it 3x and coffee quality is not same. It’s about staff.. The first visit ok.. The second better and… The last time a guy made the first double espresso in 28 seconds and left it more than one minute at coffee machine and the second one (we ordered 2 double’s) made in 42 seconds!!! This is not acceptable if you call this guy barista.. This is really a shame.. One star less because of it. A very very very nice and GOOD espresso 🙂

Place where coffee is a main topic. Plenty of choice how to prepare a coffee plus some interesting variations with other drinks. Other stuff like croissant and orange juice could have some refinement to keep up with the level of coffee offered here. Good thing they stay open till late (compared to similar places around).

El lugar es muy bonito, el personal muy ágil y atento. El café esta rico, al igual que la comida, pero me impresiona como un sandiwch o panini de jamón y queso con unos vegetales cuesta $180 pesos y un Flat white que es mas leche que cafe $70 y es una pequeña taza. Si van consideren que se llena y como el lugar es pequeño tendrán que esperar. En total $400 con 2 café, el sandwich y un pan seco y viejo.

Breakfast and flat white were tasty. I simply cannot understand how they can serve such an awful pour over (Aeropress). Either the coffee was a poor quality one (shame for them as they were roasting it) or the barista didn’t know what they are doing. Without a doubt, the worst one I tried in Merida. Simply avoid filter coffee and you should be happy about visit there :)

Compré dos cafés americanos para llevar y fueron $180, muy sobrevalorado e inflado de precio, lo venden como "café de especialidad" pero la realidad es que no vale la pena, sabe igual a cualquier perfil de tueste de café convencional. Hay qué ser coherentes y no vender humo.

Los ví como recomendado en Instagram pero me llevé una enorme decepción Los waffles estaban bien pero se tardaron mucho. Prefieren atender extranjeros y se tardan mucho en entregar pedido. 1. Pedí un filtrado en Chemex porque ellos son tostadores y tienen café de especialidad pero no me supieron decir cuáles variedades habían. El Batista se veía perdido 2. Entiendo que esta bebida toma más tiempo que una a base de espresso pero atendieron primero a extranjeros que llegaron como 15 minutos después que yo. 3. Sirvieron una Chemex en 450 ML lo cual resulta en u café muy aguado y sin notas de sabor. Le pregunté al Batista porqué y solamente me dijo "así me dieron la receta" 4. La verdad, no recomiendo. Si llegaste hasta acá ve a María y Montejo.

Un café muy caro, he visitado muchas cafeterías y no había pagado hasta el día de hoy $90 pesos por un latte, que además sabía a pura leche. Entiendo que al estar en el centro tomar un café sea costoso pero tanto ?
