1st time going and it was great. Tons of space to sit so you're not sitting next to people and the food was great
The crew is always so helpful and kind, you always have someone cleaning tables and attending to the guest, you get good quality for an amazing price! Emily is always smiling and providing a friendly attitude to me and my guest, she is one of the highlights of this restaurant, management does a great job to ensure guests feel heard! However, sometimes when I go, I don’t see Alfredo ( my favorite) keep making more please.
I've always been at this Cici's and never had an issue since it was the cheaper buffet back in the day. However, something different about the visit I had on 12/07/2025 with Josselyn and Jackie had me in awe. I placed what I thought would be an in-store experience but from the cashier's perspective, which I believe was Josselyn based on the receipt, thought I was just placing a togo order which I don't fault anybody in this situation because I didn't verbally say I wanted to do the buffet. It's the way all employees/manager handled the situation and they were very professional and nice about it via my sister's conversation with Ms. Jackie. I don't remember the other cashier's name but I did noticed that before my situation occurred she was sweeping at one point, then she stopped doing that task. After greeting and speaking with a customer that had just walked in she ended up having to step up and take the initiative to handle that customer because Josselyn was busy handling my situation while a different employee was taking a togo order over the phone. So whoever she was is amazing! She also ended up having to speak with me as well because I was "picking up" my order and that's how she entered the situation. But 10/10 I will always be back at this location and the way everyone handled the situation made me feel more comfortable and valuable as a customer. Thank you 3 ladies for handling this nicely and Ms. Jackie your attitude with having to handle the situation was very respectful and professional of you, thank you for making my son's first experience a great one.
Love this place the service is wonderful Janet with the red hair was very nice and helpful she is very well mannered and helped my step brother trying to pick a food out lol the service and vibe in here was very welcoming the food very good aswell overall my experience here went well and I 100% recommend this place and will come back soon
The employees here are always so nice to my 3 year old daughter who loves this place. Mikka in the game zone is particularly awesome!
I just went to the cicis in town east just because we were in the area and that experience made me realize how the cicis in davis is SO MUCH better. At the davis cicis in mesquite we get a better experience from the food to the customer service. I will no longer doubt the cicis in davis, you guys really know how to make someone feel welcomed.
Grandsons love eating here! And love the arcade more! Cinnamon rolls were good and hot. Son went for the chocolate dessert they brought back but he said it wasn't the same as when he was a kid!
I haven’t been to this cicis in years…. And boy has it changed! It was very clean, the food was hot and plentiful, and the staff was very friendly! We loved how they had someone walking around cleaning the tables and picking up your unused plates. This is the best location that we’ve been to. We had a great experience here. They even had a huge game room!! We will definitely be coming back.

So, we have find out that this location is the only location that will sell 3 cinnammon rolls for a dollar. The employees are always happy, so the service is Always Great 🥰 They all need a raise 🤑. My husband was offered a drink while he waited for his $2 worth of cinnammon rolls, other places expect you to spend on a meal before they can offer you a free drink, so happy this place is in our neighborhood, thank you for being so thoughtful of others 🥰😇 PS. Their cinnammon rolls are the best.
Sofia helped me out when I didn't see a pizza out that I wanted. She made sure I got my pizza. First time here, the place is bigger than your average Cicis with an arcade. I took some pics while there.
STILL, the best Cici's in the DFW. Fresh, hott buffet food. Food to order quick. Good customer service. Still have real cheese and pepper shakers, not packaged and real silverware. Big game room. Just the best. Been coming here for years. Any time I'm near, I gotta come by.
Cici’s offers a great variety of pizzas at a great price. They are open for carryout, just order online. Also don’t forget the cinnamon rolls!

One of the better Cicis. Food was hot and selection aplenty. Different desserts were available as well. Good place for children's Bday party.
Surprisingly this location is opposite compared to a ton of other locations, in a positive way. Staff is alert and continously making a variety of pizzas.
2025 update: This is still the cleanest Cici’s pizza I have ever visited. There are table bussers, which set the level of cleanliness. I will ding them a star because now they charge extra for a crustless pizza. There is no signage, so if you ask, you are told that you have to pay extra. They are back to self-service for the pasta and salad bar. 2024 update: still the best! 2022: The best Cici pizza anywhere! It is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and polite. They also have a new expanded game area.
Great selection of pizzas; they are always friendly. Some pizzas were good, others great, especially when fresh. The soup, salads, and pasta are delicious. Management and staff are attentive; we come here all the time. We came in for my daughter's birthday (that's what she wanted). We asked if they could get some cinnamon rolls to use as a cake and sing "Happy Birthday"; management was very helpful.
This location remodeled and expanded into the next building. The arcade is huge, clean, and has lots of game options with a prize counter. However, the actual pizza/table area remains unchanged and could use a good cleaning.
It’s been a long time since I last visited Cici’s Pizza. I am glad I came back, referring specifically to this location, because the service and the food was amazing. They had a great variety of pizzas and desserts to try. Manager was very attentive and friendly as well. Muy amable.

Called in a pretty good size order. Went to pick it up and the young girl at the front desk mumbled. I had to ask her three times on three separate occasions what she was saying. The other girl at the front didn't get her head out of her phone.Service was just not what it used to be.
I’m only writing this review because me and my family went recently just to find out they now charge for 15 month old baby’s I thought it was a joke but there was a young manager that day that thought it was funny and smiled the whole time as the girl charged me. they’re use to be a really good Hispanic manager in charge that had one of the best service’s ever since the pizza isn’t as great as it used to be. So moving forward this won’t be a top pick mainly because they charge to babies

Janet (server with red hair) had an absolutely disgusting attitude towards my family. We were there to celebrate my nephews birthday but didn’t even end up celebrating because Janet was running her mouth to all her co-workers about my mother all because we had a owala water bottle sitting on the table. We tried explaining we had water in there for my nephew because we does not drink soda or juice but she said she didn’t care and that they don’t allow outside drinks. She might have thought she was whispering but we heard everything.
While my mom was eating her soup she felt something hard and stabbed her in the gum and it was this plastic thing. she talked to the manager and she didn’t care all she said was sorry and was saying it was part of the soup.
Food was decent but didnt have much any of our favorites we wanted. We couldn't get my son spinach pizza and my husband barely got a cinnamon roll when they finally sat half a tray out. Manager was sweet as he always has been I've been coming here since I was a baby. The part that upset me is that when my half grown well manerred children, husband and I tried to let our kids go play with us in the game room, the girls that are slouching gossiping to eachother hardly looking up from their phones tell us we can't come in there unless we leave our drinks on this nasty sticky table with everyone else's drink. So me and my husband had to take turns doing anything with our kids. Not happy about this at all.
