La mesara Leticia la verdad atiende muy bien, les recomiendo venir ya que te atienden de manera excelente, lo único que la comida es un poco más pequeña de las imágenes pero muy rico y llenadora

Llegamos a las 8:15 am había solo una mesa afuera. Pedimos nuestro desayuno, llegó un poquito tarde y los huevos estaban fríos. La fruta venía en paquete y me pareció una cantidad muy pequeña. El pan tostado de mi platillo estaba como aplastado y frío. La guarnición de papas bien, caliente y de buen sabor. Mi café se enfrió muy rápido. La atención del personal muy bien. Fui al sanitario a lavar mis manos y un caballero de limpieza estaba dentro, no había señalización de que estaban haciendo la limpieza. Él no salió del baño hasta que lo observé.

¡Me encantó este lugar! 🤩 Es perfecto para comer o desayunar. La atención y el servicio son excelentes, de verdad. ¡Y los precios súper buenos! 👌 Definitivamente regresaré. ✨😋

En esta visita nos tocó la mala suerte de q uno de nuestros alimentos tardó mucho en salir de cocina , Sin embargo, Jesús, el gerente, resolvió rápidamente la situación y además nos mandó hotcakes y jugo de la casa para tenernos bien atendidos y en todo momento Estuvo atento al servicio. Felicitamos a Jesús por su rápido, actuar y su gran capacidad como gerente. 🙌🏻

Conocí esta franquicia en Estados Unidos y me encantaba ir, rico, rápido y buen precio! Acá había ido solo una vez con quien fue mi pareja y no estuvo mal! Hoy llegué muy temprano a mi trabajo y tuve la idea de pasar, tenía más de una hora para pedir, y desayunar a gusto! Pero no fue así, lento el servicio a pesar que literalmente estaba vacío, vi solo una mesa con una persona, ya después fueron llegando más! Pedí un desayuno que incluía una carne guisada, has browns y huevón, y supuestamente los pancakes! Tardo en traer la orden, y pues comí solo los buenos porque la carne estaba muy dura o con nervio no se, pero difícil de masticar, y tengo buena dentadura! Si tenía buen sabor pero perdería mucho tiempo tratando de comérmela, así que la dejé a un lado y pro seguí con los pancakes, que ya estaban fríos, en fin tampoco me los acabé. Hasta que por fin vi al mesero le pedí que me pusiera para llevar y la cuenta! Y como no venía, fui al baño mientras , me puse chamarra, bufanda y yo parada ya lista para irme, tardo otra vez , llego otra chica y ella fue la que me cobró! La verdad me decepcioné, muy caro y mal atendido! No regreso, me quedo con el recuerdo de YS!

The NY cheesecake pancakes were delicious, warm and big. The service is terrible. It was not busy when I went and the servers kept passing by my table and nobody took my order. I asked someone if they could take my order and said they would call someone and took them like 10 min.

Great tasting food, the portions could be better. Peak hours during the weekend is tough, so you'll wait quite a while to get a table. Friendly staff, and amazing pancakes.

Last time I was at a ihop was over 15 years ago and I'm glad to say nothing has changed....you can still get a good breakfast any time of day. The best complement I can give is ihop doesn't have surprises and long may it continue.

El lugar es muy poco agadable, el menu lo mismo que encuentras en todos los ihop, yo lo único que consumo aquí son pan cakes. El cafe es malísimo, esta vez pedi chocolate caliente (muy x, frío y sin sabor)

La comida estuvo bien, lo esperado de una cadena así, pero había una fila de más de 5 personas desde que llegamos (cerca de mediodía) y varias mesas vacías al interior. El servicio fue muy amable, pero estaban claramente superados por lo que la comida tardó tiempo en salir. Ojalá puedan contratar a mas gente para mejorar los tiempos.

Waaay too loud, you have to shout to talk to the person in front of you, which makes kt unpleasant with babies or toddlers. The food is good, but the staff seems overworked and are very rushed.

Very loud place. We ordered water, it took them three waitresses to gnarly bring it. They increased the check so much by adding extras to the order without warning.

Was ok, not more. Service was nice and tried their best. But the food was just Industrial stuff. And the world famous pancakes were a little dry. Strawberries on it were out of a can and not French. I wouldn't recommend that place.

My Food was COLD. The service was great but my egg was FREO FREO. Pancakes cold. French toast cold. Bacon cold. They tried their best to fix my inconvenience. Bless there heart. However, in my opinion…once breakfast food is cold the microwave is not the answer.

Se tardaron 40 min en llevar los alimentos a la mesa. Los waffles llegaron fríos y las fresas todavía estaban congeladas. El plato roto. Los huevos revueltos quemados y con lo quemado en el plato. El mesero ya no sabía ni que decir porque no le estaban dando los pedidos. Siempre es molesto pagar por recibir un pésimo producto.

Really bad experience. We were seated quickly and the waitress took our order within 5 minutes. However it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive, with no explanation. I was given no spoon to stir my coffee. The eggs arrived extremely undercooked. When we requested for them to be cooked more, there was no problem but they were returned with even more raw eggs. They were inedible and disgusting. The hash brown was also very undercooked (and cold in the middle). The other bits of food were fine and the pancakes were nice. The toilets were unclean and had paper thrown on the floor, stains on the cubicles and dirt on the floor.

Updated on Dec.2018 This place is getting worse. Food is served cold and hotcakes don’t have any round form as they should have. And they served the hotcakes broken apart. Every single option in the menu is expensive and not worthwhile. It is a shame the service has degraded lately :( Previous review: A sample of the american breakfast. Delicious hotcakes.
