Lugar pequeño, se llena con facilidad, sin embargo cuenta con servicio para llevar, la comida es rica, recomendable. Recomiendo los yakieshi, sushi, y las brochetas de queso...
Some of the best sushi I've ever had! Excellent flavor and great service. 👌
The rolls and kushiage were delicious! I ordered takeout and the service was super fast and very friendly. The place, although small, is very nice 😊
The place is small but very pleasant, located near the San Antonio and Mixcoac metro stations. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, especially appetizers, udon, and rolls. The Nabeyaki udon is delicious, generous, and has a very homey flavor. The rolls are a good size, and the roasted chiles are a great accompaniment. The service is fast, and the price is reasonable for the quality and portion size.
The food is delicious, and the prices are roughly the same as other Asian restaurants. The place could use a little remodeling, or maybe some music or a TV to create a more lively atmosphere, but I'd definitely return soon for the food. I thought the kushiagues were delicious. I also ordered gyozas, udon, and rolls. The calamari, and the calpis, weren't my favorites either. You can park on the street around the corner.
This Japanese restaurant was absolutely amazing!! The chili sauce was so delicious!!! It's perfect for someone like me who loves spicy food!! And the best part is, it's super close to the driver's license office!! So convenient to grab a bite while you're waiting 👍 Highly recommend it!!
The food is very good; all the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The service is good, the dishes arrived quickly, and the portions are good, in my opinion; not small as some people mention. I was very satisfied with the portion. The tempura ice cream dessert was delicious. The average price per person is $300.
Traditional, home-cooked Japanese food. I see people complaining about the size of the sushi rolls. That's what traditional Japanese rolls are like, portions that fit in your mouth. 👄 What commercial chains do is add a larger amount of rice to make them look much bigger. I also see complaints about the waiters having personal conversations inside the restaurant in front of the diners. That's what typical Japanese restaurants run by the owners are like. It's a family atmosphere where an entire family participates in running the business. It's part of their culture, not an error in judgment. I repeat, it's not a sushi roll chain or anything like that. 🤦🏼♀️ If you go for good seasoning, generous portions, a good price, and a family atmosphere, you'll love it, just like we do, who go every chance we get since we discovered it!
The food is beyond excellent. I've never had the opportunity to try rice so well made in terms of Asian cuisine. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the place was a bit dirty; there was food on the floor, and they didn't clean it up. We also ordered mixed tempura vegetables with shrimp, which weren't included in the order, so we had to ask for them. There was a TV that was off the entire time we were there, and there was no music or anything like that, hence the 4 stars for the ambiance. The food is well worth it. We paid around $2,000 pesos for four people, but it was quite a lot of food and drinks. It's worth the price. Which, in my opinion, isn't that expensive.
I ordered a mineral water calpi, which was fine. For starters, I ordered the gyozas, which are filled with pork and served with a soy-like sauce. For my taste, they were a bit undercooked and a bit cold. The udon was very good. I ordered the one with shrimp and egg tempura, which is cooked in the boiling broth. Highly recommended. The four stars go to the service. I think they need to pay more attention to the tables and perhaps tone down their personal conversations a bit, referring to the waiters. It has potential, but there are still things that need to be improved.
The place is small, with no music, decoration, lighting, or noteworthy furniture—it's the bare minimum. The bathroom is tiny. The service could be better; they're not rude, but they're not friendly either, and they don't seem interested in offering recommendations. Personally, I found it expensive, considering that, unlike many restaurants, they don't have any promotions. The food was average, nothing special. The average cost per person is 400-500 pesos.
The food is delicious. I think the price is a bit high. In my opinion, it's too noisy from the avenue, and they should keep the door closed. Yesterday when I went, the employees pretended not to see me when I asked for something, even though there are only about seven tables right in front of the bar where they were looking at their phones. The kitchen staff deserves all the credit for this place. I asked for a to-go portion of what we didn't finish, and they only gave me half of it, which I obviously didn't notice until I was about to eat it, and then it was too late to complain. I'll definitely keep going back.
It's not a bad place, but it's not one I'd choose as my first choice for sushi either. It took over 40 minutes to bring a yakimeshi when they weren't as busy. They prepared the rolls and other items faster. At least we know they make it fresh, their ingredients are fresh, and the place looks clean. It's a small place with simple decor. I feel like they could improve many details, like the lighting and the entrance, to make it look better.
It's a well-located little place with four tables and a bar. The place is clean, but somewhat lacking in maintenance. The food is delicious, with an 8 for quality, quantity, and price because the rolls are super small. Delicious, but the price doesn't match. The service is more or less good, but they pay zero attention to the table. The high counters barely notice you and don't even look to see if you need anything, much less to offer a ride. It's a shame that the owner or manager starts counting at the next table while you're eating. I won't be back; they need to improve several things.
I'd give this place a 2.5 rating, and here's my "humble opinion": the rolls only come in 8 tiny pieces for $110. The rice, I have to admit, is good, but that's about it. I would have liked a more generous portion of vegetables. The beer also seems expensive to me; it costs $50, but $35 would be fair. For what I paid, there are places with promotions, better-served dishes, and more affordable prices. I hope they find the right balance because the location is great for those of us who live in the area. In the meantime, we'll have to keep ordering rolls from other, more distant places. I wish them much success 😉
