I had to take a moment to write about Taqueria Los Macetes. What a wonderful food truck. I honestly haven’t felt this type of hospitality in a long time and especially not from a food truck. From the moment you walk up, you can feel that this isn’t just a business it’s a family. Genuine people who truly love what they’re doing and really care about their customers. That kind of passion is rare today. You can clearly tell it’s family run, and seeing their 84 year old father working alongside them was something special. In the Spanish community, that means a lot tradition, hard work, unity, and pride all in one. The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The hospitality was so good that I even ordered and paid for food in advance for tomorrow. That should tell you everything. If you’re looking for a place to wind down, grab amazing food, and feel like you’ve stepped somewhere else for a bit, go check them out. You won’t regret it.
Amazing food and atmosphere!! The service was awesome as well, very fast getting our food out and not to expensive! Would definitely go back!

I have beengoing to Hidalgos in Homestead for over 10 years but discovered the best Mexican food I have ever had at Los Machetes ....10 outta 10 a must have!!!
This place was by far the best taco food truck I have gone to. Highly recommend. I had the elote in a cup. ( FIRE) and a steak quesadilla. Chef’s kiss! If you’re in the area def give them a try.
