Amazing cleanliness! Service with a smile and they help wash you if you spill food on yourself. The employees were so helpful. The french fries were so fresh and the burger was spectacular this is the best five guys I've ever been to I'll be back soon everyday
This Five Guys location is extremely convenient right on the heart of South Beach and it stays open until 4 AM Clean and friendly staff always willing to help me and make sure my order is made as requested Juicy, full of flavor reason why I keep coming back. Little bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a refreshing drink is all you need after clubbing trust me you can’t go wrong with this.
Cashier was friendly and quick to take our order. Wait what is vanilla shake with Reese’s peanut butter cups and banana shake with Reese’s peanut butter cups. Whip cream on top also. Super delicious! Would definitely go there again.

It was late night, very busy location. I have to congratulate the staff on their dedication and working under pressure, non stop until doors closed, preparing orders to go and dine in as well. This was a great example of a supply chain running like clockwork. There was a bit of wait time because it was very busy, still, the food was great, table area clean. Lots of youngsters looking for an after party meal, people trying to use the restroom without purchasing, there was always a staff member paying attention to everything. This has been probably the busiest location I've visited. Special shout out to the good sir that preps the fries (sorry I didn't catch the name), organizes and gives out the orders, multi task, polite, speaks some spanish, cheers his colleagues and doesn't stop for a second. This is the team you want working in your business. Oh, and the burgers and freshly done fries were perfect !
Five Guys is an institution! Absolutely amazing burgers — juicy meat, perfect buns, and super fresh ingredients that capture the true American style. Every bite feels like a trip straight to the heart of the USA. The place is awesome — vintage vibe, great American music, and that classic 50s diner look that makes you feel like you’re in a movie. Service is top-notch, lightning fast, and always with a smile. In short: if you want to taste the real flavor of American burgers, Five Guys is an absolute must. 🔥🇺🇸
Let me start by saying this: I’ve been eating Five Guys on and off since my mid-20s—yes, both myself and Five Guys are apparently old enough to qualify for senior discounts at this point. That being said, this particular location on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach has gone through an absolutely wild glow-up. The staff? Friendly and actually seem to like humans. The food? Dramatically improved, like it went away to burger boot camp and came back ready to impress. Go treat yourself. Get a good burger. Your taste buds deserve this comeback story. 🍔✨
I love the quality of food, other aspects are not important to me
I was at Five Guys recently and I enjoyed the experience. My burger tasted incredibly good as the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. The patty was cooked perfectly, being juicy and full of flavor while the toppings were crunchy with an intense taste. Moreover, it was possible to personalize my burger in any way I wanted that made it feel special. The service was also remarkable. They are pretty fast, efficient and friendly people who quickly prepared my meal. Not once did they compromise on food quality despite being fast. This eatery had a clean, well-organized look and created a warm atmosphere for those who visited. In particular, there was an open bar policy for beverages within no limits. This came as an added advantage because my thirst could be quenched several times over hot days like this one. With excellent food offerings complemented by exceptional service, going to Five Guys became a memorable experience for me. Thus, I will most certainly return here to relish their tasty burgers and amazing ambiance in general.
I can’t help but to feel a little disappointed by this burger. It’s not bad but it feels just like a better mcdonals. Shake shack is better in my opinion. But the fries were pretty good I’ll give them that.

Amazing burgers. Fries were good. The salted caramel milkshake was incredible. Something weird about this Five Guys tho was that they didn’t have the all-you-can eat peanuts. They’re pretty understaffed too considering this is a touristic spot.
I am a big enthusiast or burgers and this is is my first time at Five Guys ever. I ordered a regular Hamburger (the real one). Got a small fries and a regular drink. For a total of 21,44$ (for one person!). Since it ain't really special, according to me, taking into consideration the quality, size and taste of the food : THIS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE ! Read more... First, let's say a small burger isn't smaller in size. It only misses a burger patty. I was disappointed in that. It should say on the menu what the differences is. CAUTION : It is really weird that you have to order every ingredient, such as ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, tomates, etc... by yourself ! Otherwise you just end up with two buns and meat. The taste of the burger itself was okay, but by far nothing mind-blowing, nor extraordinary. I ain't a big fan of fries, but have to say, they actually were really good tasting (the best of all burger franchise)! Though, way too salty for my opinion. The drink, as quite common in USA, is free refill and they have a large choice of the most known soft drinks available in USA. The interior is really minimal and basic. Table too high in proportion to the height of the sitting surface of the chairs. But I appreciated the fact you can sit outside. Last, I didn't appreciate the stuff at all. A stuff-member clearly saw me ordering, though as I asked about the restrooms, she behaved like I randomly walked in to sneak into the restrooms and asked for the receipt. Weird ! I didn't like her behavior. Nor the one of the cook, as he called for the number of my order, I walked out from the restroom to the co in counter and showed up. He eyeballed me, in disbelief this really is my order. One more thing : though the prices displayed are without TAX, so you end up with a different price than you could actually sum up in your head leading to confusion. Dunno if this is any common or legal?! Conclusion : Since it really ain't anything special or beyond the competitors Menu (nor prizes), plus it's way more expensive in comparison, I would rather save the money and invest it in any other local food or so. Especially, for that amount of money you get some way better, more tasty and healthier food. By myself, I wouldn't give it another try, since I was overall disappointed, except for the fries. Nice juicy and tasty cheeseburger which I had with reg Cajun fries and grilled cheese sandwich... yum...what a lovely meal. Would visit again Hygiene levels need to be a lot better though...I know it was busy when i visited but the floor was a mess in the kitchen with food and rubbish everywhere ... Got the largest regular portion of fries I've ever had in my whole life! felt guilty throwing it away...Advice is get small
Probably they were very tired but yesterday evening service was bad, rude guys giving the orders yelling at costumers. Fries were super bad, boiled in cold oil. He kept pouring oil and didn’t wait for it to get hot, just left the potatos inside. It was bad. Burger good but fries… please! We had to trash the whole bag of chips. Impossible to eat
Absolutely trash. I ordered the burger all the way but the server couldn’t get the thing I said to her. Turned out my burger was dried as hell with nothing but a piece of cold cheese on it. Dude refused to replace it with a new one. Cheapest employees ever. This five guy is trash overall.
This was the worst Five Guys experience I’ve ever had. If this had been my first time at Five Guys, I’d probably never set foot in a store again or come within 100 meters of one. The young lady at the counter, the employee who is the first point of contact, was obviously so high or full of painkillers that it seemed like she might collapse any moment or throw up on the spot. She couldn’t even keep her head up or open her eyes for more than one second. Accordingly, the order was completely wrong—a burger was missing, ingredients were incorrect, and the milkshake we ordered wasn’t even prepared by the same employee. And we weren’t the only ones with issues; almost everyone behind us had problems with their orders. When she eventually did make our shake, she sneezed into the cup right before our eyes—I’ve never seen anything like that. I thought I was in the middle of a bad movie. The food itself was (as is usually the case with Five Guys) good, but the fries were not up to the usual standard. The rest was a total disaster. This was the dirtiest branch I’ve ever been to, and it wasn’t late at night—it was around 8 PM. Food scraps and stains everywhere... well, there’s not much more to say.
We waited in line for 40 minutes last Saturday, estremely slow and BAD service in top of that $50 for 3 burgers and 2 soft drinks. Same price at any Ale House... absolutely ridiculous.
The worst place possible !!!! They charge 55.00 USD for two burgers that they can't even serve in 45 minutes of waiting time. The dirty environment of the restaurant is an extra. Stay away if you don't want your night to end like ours before even starting. Unfortunately no picture to share because we couldn't even recieve our order... such a waste of time.
The entire point of Five Guys is that, sure, you pay a premium, but you get some value back in the amount of fries they give you. They no longer give you a cup of fries and bag fries, but a small paper container of fries like you would get at McDonalds or Burger King and no bag fries. FOURTY DOLLARS FOR A BURGER AND FRIES. Its no mistake. I rarerly EVER complain or ask for corrections in my served food, but the amount of fries looked like it was a small. I asked. That's the new amount of fries. FORTY DOLLARS. Head down the street to Micky O'Rourke's and get a BETTER restaurant burger for 25 dollars and more fries. Walk ONE BLOCK further and find Parilla Liberta and get a New York strip for 40 dollars. FORTY DOLLARS for the same amount of fries and BRUGER KING and MCDONALDS. NEVER. AGAIN.
We got 2 bacon burgers with my girlfriend. The worst burger I’ve ever had soggy and with no “wow” factor at all. The fries were so greasy that the oil was dripping off them. Being in the USA, I wanted to try the popular Five Guys. I paid $50, and it’s one of the worst food purchases I’ve ever made. I could have gone to Burger King, paid half the price, and been happy. A complete disaster!!
