I have been to many Jamaican restaurants but this one is one of my favorite. Great food and customer service every time. I will definitely be coming back
Amazing tasting food, each bite takes you on an adventure ! Highly recommend well priced, good portion great flavor !
Them oxtail baaaaaby! So very good and tender. I absolutely would love to come back to eat here again. I seen it the day before I was to leave miami and go back home but I made sure to stop in and grab a bite before I left and it did not disappoint. So so so good. I had to go back and let the man working there it was amazing. 👍👍
Delicious Jamaican food! Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.
Big up the owner Tyrone all day everyday!!! I literally never ate anywhere else except One Love Jamaica during my one week stay in Miami because the food is absolutely delicious and he's very quick with preparation within 20 mins or less the food is ready!! The jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail brown, stew chicken and curry chicken meals kept me coming back for more!! If it's your 1st time in Miami and you love Jamaican food please go to One love Jamaica you won't regret it!!
We were in Miami for Art Basel 2024. We’re used to eating at Michelin star restaurants, however I was craving something that would have lots of flavor and so I decided to get Indian food. We got to the Lincoln Eatery at Lincoln Road Mall and saw this Jamaican restaurant was one of the food choices. I ordered the oxtails and rice and beans. It was a full plate that my husband and I shared. The food was very delicious and Tyrone was very nice and helpful. It is definitely a spot to go to if you want some delicious, Jamaican food and if you don’t want to break the bank in South Beach. ❤️

Holy cow this place is amazing. Jerk chicken was spectacular. I didn’t give this place a chance soon enough, but now that I have it is in my regular rotation.
Wow, just wow! I've been craving some Caribbean flavor on Miami Beach since I moved here in 2022, and One Love has truly exceeded all my expectations, twice! First, I tried the Brown Stew Chicken with Rice and Peas and Festival, and let me tell you, that stew was bursting with rich, deep flavor, with a nice hint of Jamaican herbs and spices. Today, I went for the Curry Goat, and I was honestly surprised by how it looked, I've had curry in the past that was lighter in color. But trust me, that didn't take away from the taste at all. This Curry Goat is hands down the best I've had in all of Miami-Dade County! It was so tender, packed with flavor, and had the perfect kick from the scotch bonnet pepper, just the way I love it. I also had it with rice and peas and some sweet plantains, which were the perfect complement. The main dishes are definitely the star of the show here. If you’re in the area, definitely support this chef, he’s cooking up something special in a market that really needs this kind of diversity!
My husband and I travel to Miami every year. We always go to a Jamaican/Caribbean spots. One love Jamaica was close to the hotel we are staying so we gave it a try. I ordered the brown stew chicken and my husband ordered the oxtails both plates were good. The flavors were spot on. The food was hot. The service was quick. We have definitely found our new spot. Thanks for the delicious food. See ya soon!
I was blown away by the taste of the meal—seasoned to perfection. The portions were generous too, which made it even better. I had a brief but pleasant conversation with a gentleman that I believe is the owner. Great guy—he shared some exciting plans for the place and even recommended a Nigerian restaurant to try if I was in the mood for something different. That personal touch really stood out. 10/10.
This restaurant was like striking gold! Jamaican food 😋. We stayed in Miami for three days after disembarking from a cruise and ended up eating here every single day. That’s how incredible the food is! I highly recommend the jerk chicken, oxtail and prawns. The cabbage is delicious and the plantain is an absolute must. Every dish was bursting with flavour and felt like a warm hug after a long journey. This place was a life saver and total game changer. If you’re visiting Miami, do yourself a favour and check it out. Thank you so much- I know you know who we are😊 take care and all the best.

AMAZING FOOD. Tried the honey jerk salmon and the curry chicken, both were super authentic and tasty, not very spicy but you can add more if you just ask! The rice and peas side was also some of the best I've had. Definitely go see Tyrone!!
The food was hot! I got the oxtails, cabbage and plantain. The cabbage was absolutely delicious, the oxtails tasted good but were fatty so I didn’t get a lot of meat, and the plantain tasted okay but didn’t seem like they were cooked fresh. All in all I would recommend.
The food was super delicious. We had the jerk chicken and coconut white rice and it was amazing. It’s definitely spicy so if you don’t like super spicy food I would recommend but it was such a delicious and filling meal.

Food was good. Coconut rice was different but I did enjoy it. Curry goat could cook a little bit longer, but still good. Sad I didn’t get to try the oxtail because it was an hour wait, but I would eat here again. Good size food for the price.

Food didn’t taste fresh. Cabbage was overcooked and I got inly 2 and a half pieces of oxtails. Lastly, the festival was really hard and tasted old. But overall, I will definitely come back to the something else.l

The guy was nice, the food wasn’t great though. Mac and cheese was as dry and lacked flavor, didn’t care for the jerk chicken either. The food didn’t come out fresh either it was room temperature, i wish I could of tipped after my food.
Disappointing is the word. I ordered the chicken curry, a dish I learned to love when I lived in Jamaica. Sounded like it would be good. It was not. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container to find lots of rice and beans, a side of plantain, and two small pieces of chicken with more pieces of potatoes. I returned and complained and was given 2 smaller pieces of chicken. I would not recommend this spot in the food hall.

I traveled a ways to get a plate only to get here at 5 to be told they are out of oxtail . The guy was almost sleep at the counter. They couldn’t have been busy all day where is the food ?
Read the staff replay to this review. It will tell you everything you need to know how they run a business and how they treat their customers. I ordered the jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains, but unfortunately, none of them were particularly tasty. I managed to eat only 25% of my meal before throwing it away. The chicken was dry, and the rice was undercooked and hard. The steamed cabbage was bland and lacked any seasoning. The plantains were the only decent part of the dish, but they charged $5 for the smallest portion size. To top it off, I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come out and serve me, which was the most unwelcoming service I’ve ever experienced. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this place. Expensive mid and dry food.
Trash food cabbage were soggy salmon and the cook oxtail gravy on my salmon. I don’t understand. Why would you do that and I don’t even eat meat. So disappointed in the service I’m allergic to red meat. I’m glad I didn’t dive into the plate. I would’ve been messed up. I even bought chicken for my kids and the chicken was rubbery old. I will advise do not ever come to this place again if you want real authentic Jamaican food go to auntie Junie‘s in Miami Gardens
I know oxtail is expensive, but I never had an experience where I felt cheated by the portion until now. Usually the food is portioned in front of you so you can see what you are getting. In this case they do it in the back so we didn’t find out until we were home that he only gave us 1 piece of oxtail and the rest rice. Very disappointed. Our fault for being had.
