Adrift Mare offers stunning Biscayne Bay views and excellent service, particularly noted by Caesar and manager Philip. The food is generally well-received, especially the kebabs and tuna tartare. Some reviewers found the breakfast buffet and overall experience disappointing, citing slow service and bland ambiance.

I had the most incredible experience here and it was even more special because I celebrated my birthday! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they truly care about the experience they provide. The atmosphere was beautiful , elegant yet comfortable, with the perfect vibe for celebrating something special. It felt intimate, and inviting all at once. And the food… perfection. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really see the passion and talent in the kitchen. Huge compliments to the chef gladys everything was flawless from start to finish. This place made my birthday feel unforgettable. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be coming back!
Delicious! Lovely restaurant with beautiful views. You can see the port of Miami from the balcony. Calamari appetizer was fantastic. Salmon and beef kabobs were impressive. ServerJesse was excellent. Lovely music by dj playing in the background. A memorable dinner!
This restaurant was a great experience for my wife and I on our anniversary. The views from the patio are amazing. All of the dishes that we had were cooked and prepared to perfection - definitely recommend the kale and falafel salad. The service was extraordinary.
Last night's dining experience at Adrift Mare was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish served was a culinary masterpiece, with flavors that danced harmoniously on the palate. The cocktails were crafted with an artistry that matched their exquisite taste. But beyond the impeccable menu, it was the ambiance that truly set the scene - elegant, yet inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. Adrift Mare isn't just a meal; it's a destination for those who appreciate the finer things in life.
The hospitality in this restaurant is like nothing you would expect From the hostess, to the chef, to the server You will be made to feel like you’re at home Thanks to the care and attention from our server Caesar, and the hostess Jessica, the experience was so good I had to tell you about it
Everything here feels absolutely amazing—the food, the service, the view, and the overall vibe all come together perfectly. The dishes are full of flavor and beautifully presented, the staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the view adds an extra layer of magic to the whole experience. The atmosphere strikes the right balance between relaxed and lively, making it a perfect spot for both a casual outing or a special occasion. I’m definitely coming back—this place is a total win.
Let me start by saying congrats to Farah for organizing this fabulous dinner. I didn't know what to expect but it was an actual sit-down dinner in a gorgeous restaurant called Adrift Mare located on the 25th floor of the Hotel AKA Brickell. This place features stunning views of the Biscayne Bay. I've been here 2x before when it was the Conrad Hotel but this updated dining area is more sophisticated and luxurious. Just what I expected since it's run by Michelin-starred Chef David Myers. For this event, they reserved the private dining area for the lukcy Yelp Elites. Started with appetizers, mainly plant-based which I was all about it. For me the Heirloom Tomatoes with Burrata was the winner but Feta Salad and Falafel & Kale were also outstanding. Even just the Hummus was amazing. You can taste the freshness on every bite no matter which one you prefer but I would order the Heirloom Tomatoes again when I come back. For the main course, we all shared Arugula Pesto, Half Roasted Chicken and Beef Shish Kebab with sides of Saffron Rice, Green Beans, and Broccolini. I loved the past and chicken but I didn't try the kabab because I can't eat red meat but I heard it was very juicy and cooked just right. I also enjoyed the green beans and rice. Both are very tasty indeed. Love me some greens and this place does it right! For dessert, I just had a bite of each. Dark Chocolate Tart was my favorite cause I just love anything chocolate :) The Lemon tart and Basque cheesecake were delicious as well but a little too sweet for me. While we were all devouring the scrumptious, we offered the signature Strawberry Kush. It was light and refreshing. And of course, red and white wine were flowing the whole night. Loved this event. So elegant, and well organized and the food was excellent. Thanks to the wonderful staff for the hospitality and amazing service. Good to see everyone at the event and hopefully we'll have more sit-down dinners like this one.
One of the best views in Miami over looking the causeway and beach. Simply stunning especially at night. Service was excellent, warm and engaging. Food is delicious, order several items as shareables. Kebabs and kale salad are a must.
We had a lovely dinner here with excellent service and spectacular views. The cocktails were superb. The tuna tartare was creative and delicious. We really enjoyed the lamb kabobs with a side of saffron rice. We look forward to our next visit!
SoulEdge: Second star to the right, and straight on till morning. Late evening had Beef Fillet Shish Kebab with pickled vegetables, red cabbage salad, chilli sauce, pita bread. Nice seasoning & sauces too. The pita bread was akin to a bagel with nice seasoning. Yes I enjoyed it all, and had Burnt Cheesecake. Sue (apologies if I misspelled her name) was my server. Atmosphere has a smooth music vibe. Good service by all. Evening visit dedicated to my German American ex gf, cue in songs Righteous Brothers - Unchained Melody & Taylor Swift music video song Red. 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️ Update: I stopped by again the next day before 6 pm. I definitely noticed the sun setting, it adds a nice touch. Good service by Seneca and Adrian the manager. Gratitude to Restaurant Host Team on all my visits. New pics of the Lamb Shish Kebab & Baklava dessert.
From the moment we walked in, to the last moments at dinner, Caesar, our server and Philip, the manager gave my partner and I white glove service. We felt very special having chosen to spend our anniversary here! The food was great and the ambience was very romantic.

So good food and so great service! Great prices from 5-8 p.m ( weekdays ) soooo goood 👌happy hours menu ! I paid just 20$ for the good wine and so tasty food ! Amazing! Definitely recommended! 👍🏼

SoulEdge: Horizon Duo. I went there for breakfast & Spence gave good service. I ordered Poached Eggs Sourdough Toast with Saffron tomato sauce, labneh, sourdough stracciatella and grapefruit juice. This place under new management. It was a Conrad Hilton before. I like the new design. It brings life to it. This visit or should I say revisit, is dedicated to my then German American ex gf. Cue in the music video songs Let Me Go by Avril Lavigne ft. Chad Kroeger and ME! Song by Taylor Swift. 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌️
Views of Biscayne Bay are unmatched on the elevated patio of Adrift Mare, and the chicken kebab with its perfectly flavorful and balanced accoutrememts along with stellar service make it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend sitting outside on a beautiful afternoon or a gorgeous evening.

This is a highly rated restaurant, located on the 25th floor of the AKA hotel, run by a well-known chef. I've never had dinner here, so keep that in mind, but they do need to step up the breakfast buffet offering here, which was average. On a positive note, the restaurant is beautiful within, and the service was outstanding during my visit. I'll say If you're not passionate about serving breakfast, then it should be 86'd.
We were celebrating a company dinner here and we enjoyed our meals and drinks! Beef bolognese , arugula pesto bucatini, steak (10/10), fennel , broccolini , and received complimentary eggplant. The waitress did forget a drink and forgot our fries order but overall it was a great experience.

I'm just gonna say it: I honestly expected so much more. I cringe to rate this 3 stars, but I cannot give it 4. The ambiance and interior design is so bland, its entirely off-putting. Seating was uncomfortable. There was a cold, lack of warmth. Like I was eating in the lobby of a bank. Not great. Service was friendly, kind and relaxed. No Bartender available during breakfast or brunch, so it's disappointing to have a weekend breakfast without liquor. And I was not in the mood for a sad mimosa. Food was good, but there's room for improvement. French toast was crusty and almost burnt. Great flavor, but not rich, fluffy and decadent as you'd expect. The avocado toast looked delicious, but the egg white mushroom omelet was terribly unappealing. It was white blob on a white plate. No greens, nothing else. Looked awful. Menu is sparse and pricey. To me, hotel restaurants need to do more to compete. We are in Miami, food central, where epic views can be found all over. So with Adrift Mare on the 25th floor, the food and beverage needs to be WOW! I won't be back. This place is a miss for me.
Was very disappointed compared to other places in Brickell as I had expected more at a place curated by a Michelin starred chef. The bar tender was surly and refused to do any simple variation on their offered HH drink menu and prices were same as on a regular priced drink menu in other places in Brickell. Although we were there for their vinyl inspired Taco Happy Hour which they have every two weeks it was disappointing to only offer one vegan taco ,which being used to good Mediterranean food, I could not imagine having hummus and tabbouleh on a taco. Sad as one normally one finds a tremendous selection of vegan or vegetarian tacos in Mexican restaurants. The views were nice off the sliver of the balcony where you could sit outside. Inside seating area was large and open but felt cold and sterile. Prices were high for portions offered expect to pay 30% or more at least for every item listed with tip and tax. The tacos my friends ordered they said were good so im giving points for that Their snack menu only had one vegan option out of 6. Altogether it was a disappointing experience from such a high placed establishment, why go there when there are other places in brickell offering better deals for food and drinks tor Happy Hour with better atmosphere and service .We were the only ones there the first hour and by the time I left only 2 more couples had showed up. They’d need to change bartenders or price or food selection to attract more people in to this rest which in addition is hard to find as its on the 25th floor of the Hotel
Amazing view. And the restaurant itself has gorgeous interior. But the food in the buffet is quite mediocre. I refused go with the buffet, though we came there only because of that option. The dish serving looks poor. The floor and coaches are all covered with crumbles . It was sad to see that such a gorgeous place lacks manager’s attention and marketing.

I was really looking forward to dining here, especially since the restaurant and hotel are absolutely beautiful — the space itself is stunning. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. There was a long wait between courses — about 45 minutes to an hour from when we got our appetizers to when our entrées finally arrived. To make things worse, I found a hair in my appetizer, which was extremely off-putting. For my entrée, I ordered the kale salad that came with just four small pieces of falafel — definitely not worth the price, and the flavor was underwhelming. The only bright spot was the pita and focaccia, which were both great. While the manager did make an effort to help, the food quality, service, and value just didn’t match the restaurant’s upscale image. Beautiful atmosphere, but overall a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

Food was fine, when we finally got it. We went in after a long day of travel and told our server as much when we ordered, which was as soon as we were seated. But they took over 40 minutes to get our food out. And it isn’t as if they’re busy. We were among 4 tables that were occupied on the inside. Portions are just about enough for one person, so if you’re hungry get an appetizer too.

Had two lunches served by the pool here. Food quality is ok, nothing to write home about, however consistency is lacking as in made the same exact order but received a completely different salad 🥗 Both days I had to service issues as well. First day I had to go to the bar and ask for utensils to eat the food 😂 Second day; and definitely the last day i would be ever eating here, server forgot to bring the drinks which required another trip. I support tips being included in every bill and usually a much generous tipper than the usual 20%. However if this is making your staff not care about your business, probably something should be done.
