"Who ya gonna call?" Brewing Buddha!! Lol (reference to the Ghostbusters themed painting pictured here on the cool natural wood wall). I LOVE funky, artsy, different coffee houses like these!! Josh my barista and Manager was sweet, kind, helpful, and a pleasure to order from, as was Maria who told me the story of how the 2 owners Jordan & Cassidy roast their own beans and make their own syrup. As a Wedding & Event DJ in Miami, I put much love into my work and channel the love from my events, so I can FEEL the love that they've put into this cool, must-visit coffee shop. Loved my cappucino and the jar type mug it was served in! Very different and funky! Didn't try the food, but one customer here commented on how good her sandwich was. Highly recommend, and to use another famous movie reference (said in a heavy Austrian accent ) "I'll be back!" Lol very cool, mood boosting typa place!
I had such a great time at Brewing Buddha Cafe & Arthouse! The place has this awesome vibe with amazing coffee and cool artwork everywhere. I ordered the almond butter and blueberry toast and a cinnamon roll, and oh my gosh, they were so good! The iced latte was just perfect too. The staff was super friendly and made me feel really welcome. You can tell they love what they do and really care about making sure everyone has a great experience. If you're in Miami and looking for a fantastic coffee shop with a unique atmosphere, you have to check out Brewing Buddha Cafe & Arthouse. I'll definitely be back!
I went to the wine bar. Wonderful atmosphere and they had live music. Interesting wine selection. It's important to choose carefully in what you like. Definitely returning.
Highly recommend the Crème brûlée latte. It is only served hot and is sweet. Relaxing atmosphere to get work done during the weekday.
This is one of the cutest little cafes and if I had more free time I would be here so much more often. The coffee is amazing and they even have a variety of different milk choices (while, 2%, almond and oat). The ambience is incredibly cozy and yet still very cool. I tried the Campfire S'mores Latte and it was delicious (they hooked me with the dark chocolate flavor over milk chocolate). We also grabbed the Turkey Avocado Sandwich which was to die for. I'm a sucker for a tasty turkey sandwich and this hit the spot along with the best kettle cooked chips I've had in a while. All in all, I will absolutely be back.
Coffee was amazing! Very tasty. Ordered the Cinnamon Bun Latte and it was on POINT! She loved it. And the waffles? So good, we ordered the Banana Bread double. It was filling and delicious. This is the new coffee spot for us 🤓❤️
Fun quirky coffee shop. Matcha and Coffee Lattes were delish!
I had A crème brûlée latte and an avocado toast. Both were very delicious. The environment is lively. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean 10 out of 10
Can you say Aesthetic pleasure? This place is so awesome! A great place to relax and have your morning or afternoon coffee or tea and brunch or breakfast! The staff was very considerate, and they catered to my needs well! Id recommend the House Classic waffles if you’re looking for sweet and savory! You don’t want to miss out on waffles and fruit!
I like coconut latte. Very unique flavor.
Had a delicious iced chai that was a much needed boost on a hot June day. Here from Durham NC visiting family and will definitely come back again during the next visit!
By far one of my favorite places to go for a cup of coffee or matcha. The staff and owners have great customer service skills! Their creative drinks as well as their more simple ones always taste great! I know whoever goes their way will enjoy themselves❤️☕️
This is honestly one of my favorite coffee spots. That creme brulee latte is to die for! I live further north and every chance I get to drive down to the area, I make sure to stop by. My fiance loves the salted caramel latte.
Heard about this coffee shop and decided to try it out today. They have so many different flavors to choose from and they are all so unique. I got the iced lavender latte and it was hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had! So rich and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
AMAZING COFFEE!! and the girl behind the counter was fabulously friendly!! Best latte I’ve had! Would 10/10 recommend the Butterscotch latte
Super amazing coffee, I had the blueberry muffin latte with a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich. I was not disappointed! Everyone was super nice and gave great recommendations. I’m definitely going to pass by when I can. The decor was also very nice and it had a very welcoming atmosphere and super cute!
I drive 25 min to this place just for their flavored lattes. I love the rose latte. The syrups are very sweet so I ask for light syrup and it’s perfect. I hope they expand to more areas in Miami!
Incredibly kind staff and the food and coffee is unique and delicious. We got the s’mores latte and cinnamon roll latte and both were amazing! We also got the croqueta waffles and they were a great balance of savory and sweet
My favorite café around Miami! The matcha is always amazing and the waffles are so good! Not a big coffee drinker, but I could drink their lattes no problem, especially the banana bread latte!
Just tried like 5 of their drinks in the span of a week. Was waiting to get through the coffees and to matcha before leaps review…5 stars
The cafe is smaller and sells art. If you have food sensitivities, they can tailor something for you. The menu is smaller and doesn't include gluten free bread or low lectin options so you may need something custom. However they do have radiate kombucha, some loose leaf tea and some brands of coffee. They also sell alcohol (aside from kombucha) if you like a drink . Nice cafe spot
My girlfriend and I went here the most on vacation. Staff is friendly and fast and the food and drinks are the best we found out of all of the places we've tried in the area.
Loooove this cozy gem! The menu is delicious and atmosphere is comfy.
Had a ham and cheese croissant which was yummy and a nitro cold brew. Quick and great.
I love this place. It’s a cute cozy low key coffee shop with great tea and yummy avocado toast. The matcha is fabulous too. Everything is fresh and it’s the perfect place to come if you wanna catch up with some friends and work and have a poppin’ playlist in the background. I definitely recommend dining in! Cute mugs and plates.
The man behind the counter was very nice and helpful to my fiancé for suggestions for our first time here today. We got the sea salt latte with whole milk (hot), and the banana bread latte with almond milk (cold). Both were 10/10. The banana bread latte was like nothing I’ve ever had before. So good and unique. Will be coming back.
The best coffee in Miami, hands down. Perfect place to hang out and do some work, or meet up with a friend. There’s really no place like this in the area. Great vibe, friendly staff, and amazing coffee. I highly recommend buying a bag of their beans too!
came here for the first time with my girl a week or two ago and got the sweet cream house blend coffee. it was the smoothest, lightest, best coffee i've had. the music is always light and not too overwhelming allowing for people to work, read, and chill. the art is cool to look at and their customer service is amazing. We came back to get the cinnamon toast crunch coffee. it was delicious and not too heavy or overpowering. talked to the same girl at the register and she remembered us and gave us more recommendations. new fav coffee place !!
Great food, nice coffee, friendly staff and fun, cozy vibe.
Ham sausage and cheese waffles are out of this world, cookie butter latte is mind blowing. I have to this day never had a better coffee in my life, this is THE coffee shop.
I only recently discovered Brewing Buddha but I am pretty obsessed, could kick myself for not having learned about it sooner and I find myself trying to get to it as often as possible. The lattes my husband and I have had are fantastic and so has been the little bit of food we've tried. With that being said the service blows everything else out of the water! The shop itself is also very chill. 5 stars isn't enough, I love this place. Sincerely, A coffee addict ☕🖤
Brewing Buddha Café is an absolute gem! The team here truly knows how to craft the perfect coffe/drink, and they always seem to know exactly what I like. Their Crème Brûlée Cold Latte is hands down the best I’ve ever had—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of sweetness. Every visit feels personal, and the warm, inviting atmosphere makes it even better. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
HANDS DOWN BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER OMG i never wrote a review for anything so when i tell u this place was life changing… idk where to begin… the service is topnotch everyone is so helpful and sweet and craft ur drinks w love <3 THEIR SPECIALTY DRINKS R TO DIE FOR the midnight coconut latte was the best drink i’ve ever had in my life get it lightly sweet! and same with their creme brûlée latte so good! I had to buy their syrups they sell online bc it was that incredible and i live far :( but will def make a whole hour drive back just for their coffee 🤤
No reason to ever go anywhere else for coffee or tea. They have such a variety of each that all are exploding with flavor. Everything I have tried has been amazing. Then on top of it all I love the vibe. Very cool nature/rustic look with cool photography on the walls. So whether you are a artist, enjoy the fine arts, or just like a chill spot with good music, this is the spot for you .
Honestly where do I start. I like to come to coffee shops alone sometimes to enjoy my own company, and this place really allowed me to feel calm and welcomed. Today I was looking for a place to just have a good breakfast and a nice cuppa coffee by myself and enjoy my surroundings. This place allows you to do just that. The lavender latte was my favorite part of this place not to say that the avocado toast was not spectacular but I have never tried a latte so good. Especially that a lot of places that serve lavender drinks or sometimes too strong to my liking. But this place has a down to a T. I will definitely be coming back. And definitely if there’s something you would like to try I would say that avocado toast was so different from others that I’ve tried.
loveeee this little cafe. coffees great, the vibes here is cozy and the baristas are so sweet! been on multiple occasions and always leave with a smile! barista tyler recommended me this super yummy smores iced latte! he personally delivered and roasted the marshmallow for me!! barista maria is such a sweetheart as well, visited the shop and was having a bad day and she made my whole day with this little doodle on my cup ❤️🙂↕️ shoutout maria and tyler!! you guys are the best!! will always come back for the great food, coffee, and service!
I LOVE this place. What I like the most is how efficient and nice the staff is. They’re always willing to help me out when I don’t know what to order. The menu isn’t huge, which is good for me. I hate to feel overwhelmed. Food and drinks have been good every time I went. Please go :)
What a cute little coffee/tea house. Got breakfast here with a friend while visiting back home for the week. Had never been here before despite it being so close to where I used to live. We both got an iced matcha latte. He got a Matcha with lychee and I got one with rose. For a little more subsistence to my breakfast I got the croqueta waffle which was very different and savory. I enjoyed it a lot. Both were very good quality and had great flavor. This place is small and fills up pretty quickly. The baristas were friendly and Knowledgeable and the bathroom was very clean. Loved this spot and would recommend it to anyone who would like great tea and coffee in the palmetto bay/ Pinecrest area.
My wife and I have been coming here since 2017 and we will always go back. The quality of business they run is absolutely worth every 30 minute trip it takes me to get there. We go back for all the reasons possible, the coffee is outstanding (especially after roasting their own beans), the atmosphere is inviting (as well as artistic) and the owners are very personable (funny and authentic). The staff is helpful and understanding with any customization as they offer many different options of many ingredients. The food is also delicious and such a great pair to any of their drinks, which include alcoholic ones. I love this place so much the initials BB are part of my IG handle and the day we got married we came here to celebrate with a few close friends. If you truly love coffee and appreciate and understand the quality and beauty of it all, go to Brewing Buddha.
I’m in love with this place. Food is really tasty and coffee is very good as well. Environment is what you must love about this place, it has a quite boho vintage vibe, that makes it the perfect place to have coffee and study, or have business meetings during the week, or simply get some quality time to read a book and enjoy your beverage. 100% recommended the owners and employees are very friendly and kind. Don’t miss this place.
At Brewing Buddha Cafe & Arthouse we showcase the perfect blend of coffees, teas, and photographs that create a one-of-a-kind vibe. During the building of their coffee shop, they spent every evening mastering the craft of coffee making and perfecting the recipes for all of our creations. Coffee is their passion, but creating a perfect experience is what we live for.
This was coffee was outstanding. I really liked their flavored latte variety, very unique. We got the sea salt caramel, crème brûlée, blueberry crumb cake, and banana bread. Each were very unique and tasted wonderful. The names truly highlight the tastes. I would come back if we were staying in the Miami area.
I got an Americano that was pleasantly hot and filling. I always enjoy when cafes serve their drinks in glass/ceramic wares. They also had stickers of their logo which is always a cool thing to see! Outdoor seating: There's outdoor seating that overlooks the neighboring park but it's a shame that there's car parking that obscures the view and breeze. I would recommend BBC look at what Café Bea did in West Kendall: they used parking space for outdoor seating. Bike access: there's no bike parking near or in the plaza nor any bike paths that feed to this cafe. So, the use of sidewalks is inevitable. However, the Express bus line that parallels US1 is a great avenue for bike mobility and connects with the falls mall nicely once you're on the main road.
Went during a weekday and there was no wait time. The coffee was delicious and the avocado toast was a perfect portion for two. Will return.
My FAVORITE local coffee shop in Miami! My go-to place when I want to sit down and work or even just stop in to read a book. Their lattes are the best around. Super flavorful and worth every single penny. Everyone who works here is super friendly and willing to advise you on what drink to order.
As a bit of a coffee snob, I have to say, the cookies and cream cold brew here is hands down the best I’ve ever had. It tastes like a milkshake but without being too thick or overly sweet, and it’s lactose-free, which is a huge bonus. Every time I’m in Miami, I make a point to stop by for a cup. Their chicken salad sandwich is also really good, fresh and flavorful. Always a great experience every time I visit.
Wonderful newer place for coffee, tea, and eats. I’ve wanted to visit this place since they opened. My teen daughter finally got me to go. We got a lavender latte, a salted caramel latte, an avocado toast, the Italian club sandwich and a ham and cheese bagel. The girls loved their sandwiches and drinks! I love avocado toast, but I wasn’t a fan of this version. The honey AND balsamic drizzle was too much sweetness. It’s just one big piece of bread. It had plenty of avocado. I just prefer the savory version to a sweet one. Since the teens liked it, I’m sure we’ll be back soon.
Pretty much my go to spot for matcha and coffee. It’s a nice and cozy environment, everyone around you is having a good time, talking, laughing, etc. High quality for a fair price. Nothing tops brewing.
My favorite coffee spot hands down! The staff is so friendly and the vibe is just right. I love to come here to work, catch up with a friend, or take some time to myself and read. It can get packed sometimes and can be a bit loud, but a table always clears up and I just pop in my headphones. The coffee quality is actually good (none of that nonsense from big coffee chains). We even buy the espresso beans for our coffee at home. The matcha is also really good. Love their drinks and their team!
Hands down the best coffee shop in all of south florida, not only is the staff super dope and friendly, but they're iced lattes... holy moly i think im addicted to their cookie butter latte. They got this new gyro sandwich that's so fire too, highly recommend!
I've been here by myself and with my friends and the staff is always friendly and the drinks are always AMAZING!! I have had both their matcha and coffee and both are great. The lemon cookie matcha and the banana bread latte are my go-to's but I've had other drinks and they are all good, just up to personal preference. The food is good as well (Ive had their waffles and avocado toast and both were *chef's kiss*).
Friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff. The place is cute and cozy, creating a nice atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasty. We also ordered a coconut matcha latte and a banana matcha latte—both were okay, though not standout. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a nice spot to visit.
Lots of specialty lattes and cold brew but they charge $1.75 for non-dairy milks…
I'm trying to make it a habit to try as many local coffee shops as I can this year and had heard wonderful things about Brewing Buddha, so last Saturday we made the drive down to try them out and I'm really glad we did! there are some super unique and tasty sounding things on their menu, but we ended up setting on a midnight coconut iced latte and a hot creme brûlée latte with a ham and cheese bagel. Both of the lattes were AMAZING, the midnight coconut one was like a liquid almond joy, i could have had a gallon of it! the creme brûlée latte was good too they top it with a sprinkle of sugar and torch it. I found that one to be VERY sweet, with the combo of torched sugar and vanilla, it was a little overwhelming. I didn't make any modifications to it, and I did see that there was the option for 'sweet/less sweet/sugar free' on the menu and next time I go i will ask for less sweet for sure. The bagel was the only thing that left me underwhelmed, just a plan bagel with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese put through a toaster. I know thats kinda what it says it was but for a place with so many unique offerings i was expecting more. I wouldn't order that again. Next time I'd like to try the dark chocolate peanut butte cup latte or one of their specialty tea blends. Overall this was a win!
I have always enjoyed small artsy coffee shops. When I found this place on yelp I had high hopes. My wife and I ordered our favorites (her a pumpkin spice latte and me a sweet cream cold brew). Also ordered a bagel with guava and cream cheese. While everything was good I am not sure it was worth the $20 price tag. The bagel was tasty, very dense, but under toasted if toasted at all. The cream cheese, guava, and strawberries were fresh. Unfortunately, the strawberries overpowered the unique flavor of the guava which was a bit of a disappointment. The coffees were passable. The cold brew came in a mason jar type mug that might have held 12oz. More ice than coffee. Slight chemical taste for some reason. The pumpkin spice latte my wife ordered was better than the cold brew but the “pumpkin spice” part was underwhelming. Why 4-stars? The staff was great, the decor is charming, and there is promise. I’d go again to try something different, but not often because of the expense.
My husband and I ordered two flavored lattes: the Cookie Butter and Crème Brûlée. The flavors are on point and did not taste artificial in any way. 🔥 A bonus when ordering is that you can customize the sweetness. (For reference, the ordering the normal amount of sweet is similar to the standard sweetness from Starbucks.) The milk was steamed with skill: not a perfect microfoam, but well done nonetheless. The espresso itself carried the drinks well; any opinion beyond that is difficult to judge as we both had sweet lattes. 🤷♀️ As far as atmosphere goes, take my three stars with a solid chunk of salt because I’m ADHD and get overstimulated easily. I would’ve liked the music a several ticks quieter…aaaaaand that could just be me. Outdoor seating is an available alternative. 👍 Shoutout to Maria for making us feel welcomed and appreciated! ❤️
A very atmospheric place with creative energy and a calm, almost homey atmosphere. The coffee is rich and aromatic, and the staff is friendly, making you want to come back and stay longer.
Brewing Buddha is one of those places that looks super cute inside and clearly has a loyal following because it is packed, and I mean packed, almost every single time. Para ser sincera, the space is tiny for the amount of people that go, and I get overstimulated the moment I walk in. There is barely room to move and you feel people right on top of you. Their team, however, deserves all the credit in the world. You can tell they work under a crazy pace and somehow still manage to stay kind and get orders out fast. De verdad que I don’t know how they survive that daily because it’s intense in there. The concept is great, but I feel like this is a classic case of a hidden gem that got too busy too fast. And cuando eso pasa, quality can start to slip. The coffee was okay. We tried the banana bread latte which had a light banana flavor, sweet and cute pero not strong. The lemon cookie matcha was actually amazing. That one stood out. Their sandwiches, though, were disappointing. For the price, getting a cold sandwich with chips that feels like something from a gas station was a letdown. They truly have a good idea and great drinks, but I think they need a bigger space and a chance to slow down so they can bring back the passion and attention they clearly put into their drinks. Con más espacio y menos rush, this place could really shine again.
1 of the many spots in miami where it’s presentation over Substance. It’s very packed in there . The food is mid: the coffee just taste sweet even when ask for less sweet (even tho cashier doesn’t even ask) . Lavender latte, s’mores lattee, Cuban cold brew - all too sweet. It taste like milkshake with some coffee: that’s my personal preference but the people are nice and the aesthetic is nice inside . The waffles taste good
Place is ok. A bit loud. A typical millennial coffee shop. The avocado toast was really good. The coffees were decent. I’d say give it a try. There seems to be something for everyone.
I have tried many coffee shops throughout Miami-Dade and this one I categorize as 3/5. The coffee was not the greatest I've had, the staff did not feel as welcoming, and their guest wifi blocked all of my scholastic websites.
Not impressed. The coffee ($4.50) was mediocre at best and the service hipster indifferent. The interior is nice, albeit a bit cramped. Not sure why this place is so popular?
Very unique menu offerings but drinks are way too sugary- ask them to adjust it for you or what drinks don't overpower the coffee flavor. Cute space with artwork for sale on the walls. Not although not ideal if you are trying to do work with another person, square tables not very big and not many outlets.
a very cute “wynood trendy” sort of ambiance with friendly staff. as for the food, it was mediocre in my opinion. i had the guava and cheese bagel with a lavender and earl grey tea. the tea was very fragrant and flavourful, but the bagel wasn’t anything special. it was a little too toasted for my taste, bordering on burnt as you can see in the photo- don’t get me wrong, it was tasty, but nothing worth writing home about. i’d be curious to try something else, maybe one of their lattes which people seem to be raving about, and maybe it’ll change my mind.
I’ve come to Brewing Buddha religiously every weekend—both days—for a long time, and I truly love this place. It’s been my favorite coffee spot, which is why this is so disappointing to write. On at least 10 different occasions, they haven’t had vanilla syrup or matcha, both of which are essential for my regular order. Running out once in a while is understandable, but this keeps happening, and there’s just no consistency or stability. It’s frustrating to show up excited for your favorite drink only to be told (again) that the key ingredients aren’t available. Unfortunately, because of this ongoing issue, I now have to take my business elsewhere—even though I really don’t want to. I hope they can improve their inventory management, because this place could be amazing and was my favorite for a long time.
Coffee is WAY to sweet, even when you add an extra shot of espresso & ask for it to be less sweet. It was undrinkable. The breakfast toast was very mid but the waffle was delicious. Overpriced as well.
Their slogan says “good vibes,” but honestly, I didn’t feel welcome at all. It definitely felt like they have preferences when it comes to customers. The cashier could also use a little more customer service — not the friendliest experience 👎🏼
cafe delicioso , el servicio bastante flojo , pedi 3 lattes para consumir en el lugar y nos lo trajeron en vasos desechables, las mesas del exterior un poco sucias.
A flavored latte with oat milk is super expensive there. I spent $9.25 on a latte ($8.25 but with tip) and it wasn’t hot enough. So I asked them if it can be hotter and their only solution was to microwave it… I support small business all the way. I really do get rising costs. But this was my treat yourself moment after working all week and weekend and that was expensive for me. And for it to be just a meh experience without really being hot and delicious? Sad. I usually love the place for the vibes and offerings but the prices are really a lot for what it is. Good luck to them but I don’t think I’ll be coming back after that. I also drove out of my way from the grove here.
Visited for first time today and probably last. Very disappointed considering the social media hype. $40 on food that looked prepared by a 5 year old in the kitchen. Presentation was 2/10. $15 for one waffle (banana bread waffle) no really banana bread taste at all, beware! that had half of a cut banana on top and syrup on a plastic cup, not to mention plastic utensils for in house dining. Matcha did not taste like matcha and coffee was not like the images on social media, AT ALL. I really don’t mind spending on food that is worth my pocket, but left this place feeling ripped off.
