I have to be honest, I don't like big chains but this Carrabas has completely changed my view. The food was actually better than we expected and the service was really good as well. We started with the Charcuterie Board and it was more than enough for 2. Also, we shared the Classics Combo which had calamari, Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms. This platter is also perfect for sharing and everything was tasty. For the main course, I highly recommend the Grilled Lamb T-Bones and the Grilled Ribeye. Both were perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. Loved the grilled taste! If you don't eat meat, then opt for one o their pastas like the Fettucine Alfredo. Also, make sure to save room for dessert cause the Cannoli Cake is to die for. Make sure to wash all these yummy foods down by getting their well-crafted like the Prickly Pear Marg and Passion Pear Spritz. They have seasonal cocktails and food items as well so make sure to ask your server about the specials. We enjoyed our visit here. Carrabas is a corporate chain owned by Bloomin Brands, which also handles Outback and Flemings. We were impressed by the quality of the food, and the service was very attentive, as expected from this brand. There is also lots of parking because it's located in a shopping plaza.

We arrived without reservations for the January wine dinner ( we had no idea it was happening) the manager Raul was super accommodating and allowed us to join the dinner. It was a great experience. From the service to the food was phenomenal! The staff were super friendly! Thank you Raul for allowing us to experience this amazing service.

Had a great experience in Carrabba’s. I feels its like a little more upscale than Olive Garden. I liked better, both entrees we ordered came either with soup or salad (your choice) they have like 3 options per each. We had the chicken piccata with fettuccine alfredo, it was just delicious, the sauce on the chicken had the perfect amount of lemon. Also had a beef and shrimp pasta it was good as well! For dessert a creamy strawberry cheesecake, perfect closing. Place is nice. Our server was polite and attentive, went on a friday afternoon! Our total was like $81 + tip! 2 main entrees, 2 beverages and a dessert!

The wine is always perfectly paired and the service is extra special.Marvin and Briana were attentive and friendly. Manager Raul and Proprietor Lisette kept the night on schedule so that all the food was served hot. We look forward to all the pairings and are always excited to scope out the next month’s menu. We keep coming back because the value is unmatched and the service is always excellent. Truly, this is one of my favorite steak places.

How do I start? the instant we entered a warm and inviting setting. We were seated at a magnificent table. Josh, our wonderful waiter, welcomed us and remained attentive the entire time we were there. My family and I had an amazing time coming in today, and everything we ordered was delivered to our table quickly and deliciously. The bruschetta we received as an appetizer was excellent! it was among the best I've had in a long time. I heartily recommend it. Our plates don’t fall behind everything arrived very quickly and we didn’t have to wait much, the food was very fresh. Personally, I highly recommend the chicken trio it was delicious and tender full of flavor, and my husband was thrilled as well. The food was better than we had expected. However, without our waiter Josh, who made the experience truly remarkable, it would have been nothing. He brought our food just in time and met all of our needs. If you're looking for an Italian restaurant, you have to try this place. Inside everything appears clean, and the services enhance the experience! I give this place 10/10 LOVEED IT!!!!!!

I just attended the June Bourbon night and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. The 22 oz pork chop was one of the best pork chops I have ever had. The people and service are top tier. Bernadette and Augie puts so much works and love into each event. I can’t even properly express how fun the wine and bourbon nights are. Me and my wife discovered this place 2 years ago. Since then, we have been loyal customer. The menu it’s not very extensive, but has the right type, amount and flavor to satisfy a wide variety of personal taste preference. The bread they serve is exquisite and fresh, just right out of the oven. It’s a bit pricey for some plates, but the rest, are good priced based on the portion size. I had the shrimp and sea scallop spiedino, totally delicious! I totally recommend this place!

Consistent, delicious and reliable would be the best words to describe my experience every time I order from here. I have ordered 3 times for delivery and curbside pick up, and I have never had any issues or misplaced orders. If you order pick up make sure to go through the side of the building and not the front entrance since that is only for customers seeking to dine in. Upon arriving I noticed that they were following CDC guidelines, all servers were wearing masks and gloves. The tables were around 6 feet apart from each other, and a majority of the guests were sitting outside. I placed my order through door dash for pick up at 6:45pm and got a notification that my order would be ready for pick up at 7:15pm. I arrived to the location at exactly 7:15pm and before I even approached the door a nice young lady opened and asked for my name and instantly gave me my order. The food was fresh out the oven, and I did not touch one thing upon arriving which was great. I ended up ordering the Pollo Rosa María which honestly deserves a chefs kiss. The mushroom sauce and chicken filled with cheese is just epic. I got that with a side of the mash potatoes and it was honestly perfect. PRO TIP: get the side of bread they give with every order and dip it into the mushroom sauce, you can thank me later. Overall great experience, I will be ordering again in the future.

We love celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and big events in our family at Carraba's. The food is absolutely delicious and the service and ambiance are excellent. Tonight, 2/20, we ordered to be delivered and ran into so many issues with doordash we inevitably came to the restaurant to get our food. Their staff handled the situation with so much kindness and they were deeply apologetic (even though the issue had nothing to do with them at all, purely an issue with doordash). The manager, Rob, and the staff at curbside (Allie) truly went above and beyond to make things right. We really appreciated the commitment to superb customer service and can't wait to be back.

This is my first visit. The food and service were perfect. We were party of two, and we ordered shrimp & scallop linguini and pork chop. Firstly, the pork chop was tender and juicy. And two sides came together tasted good, too. My linguini was very warm and tasty. I can tell it was served right out of pan. The hardness of noodles was just right, not too hard, nor soft. And the portion was huge. It could feed two people. Two salads, Caesar and Italian were very fresh. The only downside was the bread. It was served warm but it was too hard. It seemed like they were a couple of days old. We ate only inside, as you can see in the picture.

My bestie and I decided to try Carrabba's June Bourbon Dinner while in Miami for a conference. It was such a delight! The four course meal was first class: from the Shrimp Mandola to the Signo Fiore, each course was paired wonderfully with the bourbons, and I found a new bourbon that I love... Elijah Craig!!! So delicious! The atmosphere was so great with their background music (which I had to ask about their playlist!) to the service of each person, especially Bernadette.

The food and atmosphere is always great. We dine here often and all staff is nice. Today our server Abel was very attentive with us, we are happy overall with the service and the experience.

It was the 1st time at the Carraba’s in Miami (Flaggler) and let me tell you that I was very impressed with the quality of food and service provided by our server (Dom) he was very polite and made great suggestions l will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. I came for the happy hour and sat in the bar area, it was quite busy but the bartender, Arie, was very attentive. They had a wine dinner going on at the other side but it didn’t interfere with service. Everything was awesome! P.S Definitely try the meatball sliders and Pomegranate martini!!

Arie took care of me at the bar and it was great. She’s there often and as always she was very knowledgeable about the menu and makes a great wood fire old fashion. The happy hour is the best all around, great beers and food selection.

What I really love about this place is the consistency. If I want lasagna, I know it will taste just like the last time I got it. The staff is incredible, always ready to help and of course totally knowledgeable about the entire menu (which might sound like “well, shouldn’t they be?” But it’s amazing in so many restaurants the staff can’t even answer simple questions.). Their monthly wine pairing dinners are an incredible way to learn about new foods and new wines, and we always have fun each time we go. They have a daily happy hour and a very nice bar area to enjoy it in. We frequently go on a Sunday afternoon. If you like a good happy hour, this is one of the best around.

Hello Foodies. My girlfriend and I recently visited this particular Carrabba's while visiting some friends for the holidays. Upon entering we were greeted with smiles and cheer. The restaurant was decorated nicely making it feel cozy and warm. After being sat and our drink order taken immediately (great service) we had the pleasure of meeting Lissette who happens to be the proprietor or managing partner. This young lady was visiting with all the guest, making sure their dining experience was perfect. Lissette was super nice and eager to assist in making sure we were a priority. Our appetizers followed promptly along with a second round of cocktails! Lissette made her way back to address our table; folks’ your entrees will be coming out momentarily. The four of us had Lasagna and several orders of their Chicken Bryan whish was AMAZING!! The portion was fulfilling and came out hot and not over cooked, definitely the best experience I have had at a Carrabba's. We ordered another round and finished with some tiramisu. For those of you thinking of dining here, DO IT. Many thanks to the entire staff, the Hostess, our Server and Lissette for truly a great holiday experience.

Cozy place, I went with my wife and daughter. Andrea brought the food quickly and was very kind. We kept laughing and enjoying the new menu, which we really liked—the salmon was a 10/10.

I came for the happy hour and sat in the bar area, it was quite busy but the bartender, Arie, was very attentive. They had a wine dinner going on at the other side but it didn’t interfere with service. Everything was awesome! P.S Definitely try the meatball sliders and Pomegranate martini!!

Arie took care of me at the bar and it was great. She’s there often and as always she was very knowledgeable about the menu and makes a great wood fire old fashion. The happy hour is the best all around, great beers and food selection.

What I really love about this place is the consistency. If I want lasagna, I know it will taste just like the last time I got it. The staff is incredible, always ready to help and of course totally knowledgeable about the entire menu (which might sound like “well, shouldn’t they be?” But it’s amazing in so many restaurants the staff can’t even answer simple questions.). Their monthly wine pairing dinners are an incredible way to learn about new foods and new wines, and we always have fun each time we go. They have a daily happy hour and a very nice bar area to enjoy it in. We frequently go on a Sunday afternoon. If you like a good happy hour, this is one of the best around.

Hello Foodies. My girlfriend and I recently visited this particular Carrabba's while visiting some friends for the holidays. Upon entering we were greeted with smiles and cheer. The restaurant was decorated nicely making it feel cozy and warm. After being sat and our drink order taken immediately (great service) we had the pleasure of meeting Lissette who happens to be the proprietor or managing partner. This young lady was visiting with all the guest, making sure their dining experience was perfect. Lissette was super nice and eager to assist in making sure we were a priority. Our appetizers followed promptly along with a second round of cocktails! Lissette made her way back to address our table; folks’ your entrees will be coming out momentarily. The four of us had Lasagna and several orders of their Chicken Bryan whish was AMAZING!! The portion was fulfilling and came out hot and not over cooked, definitely the best experience I have had at a Carrabba's. We ordered another round and finished with some tiramisu. For those of you thinking of dining here, DO IT. Many thanks to the entire staff, the Hostess, our Server and Lissette for truly a great holiday experience.

Came on a Friday evening for a dinner date. Excellent table service in a clean spacious setting. The staff was following precautions closely. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on menu items. Food was served fresh hot and this bread was on point. I am not of chain Italian restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised with this visit.

Great service from Grace! Food had great taste potential but unfortunately too much black pepper was added to it. Even the eggplant Parmesan had too much pepper added to it, which changed how well it could have tasted. We have enjoyed other meals at Carrabba’s so it may have been a one-off this time. But the service was very good and everyone was very friendly!

Great service, delicious food, and a cozy vibe. Small hiccups here and there with the food, the staff made up for it. It's a spot worth checking out. Wine selection is good and lasagna.

It had too much spaghetti with about 6 shrimps and 2 scallops. Last year for our anniversary it was great. Best server.

Fettuccine Alfredo was a disappointment, seems as if it was prepared in advance and reheated, although the sauce was good the pasta was stuck in a large clump making it inedible. We ate here on a Sunday. Is this a day to avoid? We will try one more time hope the consistently good food returns. Craving great Italian food? ...... Carrabbas is the place! Great food and incredible service combine to deliver a very enjoyable meal. Warm crusty bread, very good olive oil with a a fresh herb dip got our appetites going. We started with the Lentil soup a very well spiced soup with very tasty sausage added. Mains were a 7oz sirloin with spinach and fettuccine pomodoro and Veal piccata with fettuccine alfredo. Both cooked to order and very satisfying. Our waiter Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and welcoming. Add to this we noticed the manager discreetly walking by all tables ensuring that his high standards were being met. Raul walked by our table several times during our meal stopping at our request as we enjoyed our espressos, so we could comment on our great meal experience. Finally, our bill was very reasonable given all of the above. After just one visit Carrabbas is now amongst our favourite restaurants!

So, went with family to this restaurant and there were a few issues. I got the chicken trio and next time I’ll know to just get the chicken Bryan because it is so delicious. Over all the experience was something that you get at an Olive Garden: nothing special, just meh. I did include photos of some of the more interesting things. All in all, I will try this restaurant again if I’m back in the area.

Something was in the bottom of the cup and it looked like the tea was above that. Even when I stirred the tea, the substance would not mix. I was finished eating by this time, so I paid and left without saying anything. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was good. I still gave the servers a good tip. They gave good service. I just didn’t care for the food and iced tea. I don't see myself going back to Carrabba's.

Our service, appetizer, drinks, bread, salad, and desserts perfect. The rest was pepper. Literally. Five of us and all we had was pepper. Everything looked great but it tasted like pepper. All of it.

My parents went tonight and brought me food because I was working. They ordered the Tuscan chicken with fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken soup. They also got the same meal as a take home entree. I got home from work and I opened the bag and I crashed out. I worked a 12 hour shift just to get home and see that all they gave my parents was 2 breasts of chicken. I’m so hungry. I hate you.

-100000/10 The absolute worst customer service. They have no idea just how much trouble they caused by messing up my catering order. I DO NO recommend this particular location. They left out part of my dessert order and then had the unmitigated gall to say that I was lying about some $19 cannoli's. They gave me cookies that I did NOT order with no regard to the fact they we have an allergy issue in our office. Thankfully they do not need my money, because they will never get any from me again. Whoever runs the catering department needs to rethink their career choice. Very disappointed in the non existent customer service at the Flagler location. BOOOOOOOOO tomato tomato!!!!!!

In my opinion the food here is so disgusting. I know we are not supposed to talk about food that way, but there’s just no other way to describe it. It’s not even about a service thing. Service is great, but just the food and the ingredients that go into it taste so awful. There’s so many of their dishes were there include ingredients that are not normally there I get that it’s their own spin on this, but if that is the case, I’d rather just not eat here .definitely not for me. On two separate occasions I have ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and the sauce is so watery. It doesn’t even stick to the noodles not to mention even the noodles are soggy. How do you make soggy noodles?
