Peak hours 2pm and no frappe??? Young kid at the drive through talking on his phone with a Bluetooth in one ear and the drive through headset on the other ear. Needless to say we were yelling at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response but the employee says the speaker works. This is Our future!!!

I’ve order at this place a lot but I’m about done with this McDonald’s they forget the fries in a grinch meal like do you not do 15 grinch meals a day how do you forget fries it’s so dumb and I paid for delivery and everything worst service ever and they don’t even pickup the phone at a all day restaurant

After receiving a cold sandwich in the drive through I went inside & asked for another cheeseburger made fresh they gave me sliced onions instead of slivered, when I asked for the manager, she sucked her teeth, dragged her feet across the floor, and handed me another cold burger overloaded with enough onions for five sandwiches. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the staff on shift tonight should not be representing the McDonald’s brand. I expect better from a company of this size — this needs to be corrected immediately.

There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards.

If I could have gave a zero review that's what I would have gave. I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. I will never come back to that McDonald's if I could give a zero star review I would unprofessional.

Asks me again in another ten minutes what my order is, to get it completely wrong. A large drink and fries, and ten nuggets, and they give me a sandwich. I recommend saving time and money. Not worth it to come here.

They refuse to provide the order I placed and was charged for. I pull up to the window because the intercom wasn't helpful. I get to the window and they refuse to approach the window to see what it is I may want. I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.
