The Carne Asada was really delicious! The staff was nice and all the tables were clean,I came here at 8pm
I went to this chipotle for a quick lunch since I was in the area for trip and the food was great. I ordered for pick up through the app and my food was ready as soon as I got there which was awesome. The store was clean, the staff was also very nice too. Will be back again.
Kids build your own menu at Chipotle, the best deal you can get at a chain that is tasty, quick and constitutes a balanced meal at $6. Ample seating, clean, has restrooms and a good number of beverage options. I usually get the kids menu and get the soft tortilla (part whole wheat for grains), chicken (protein), black beans (pulses), salsa (vegetables), fruit and chocolate milk. All for just $6 and great taste in under 3 minutes.
Quick, fast mexican fast food. They claimed serving fresh ingredients. The taste is ok. But too be honest, I’m kinda confuse how to order.
Great spot, Food is always fresh and wait time is minimal; even at its busiest. Highly recommend
Awesome experience, great food and people. I got lost and forgot to have breakfast taking my 3.5 year old son around. he was being extra fussy, today he decided not to walk at all, so you can imagine how stressful it was (first time to vacation in NY with a Toddler). They were very good to us and I really appreciate it. That and the food is awesome!
Love this Chipotle. Ingredients are always fresh, staff is nice, managers are doing a great job!
I have been coming here for years and the changing staff has been consistently pleasant and professional. The place is always clean and I have never had a bad experience. I come at lunch furring the rush and they are super efficient without blowing you off. I also have come here a lot after work for dinner and the night crew is just as accommodating. Thank you guys for running a consistent and pleasing business.
I recently visited this location on a very busy Thursday night, and Nash, who was alone in the front, did an excellent job getting customers in and out. Her customer service and hard work made the wait worth it.
Quiet but great tasting mexican burrito bowls. Ask staff for the toilet code.
Chipotle is a great place to eat. You can build your own burrito, or bowl, or tacos. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean. This particular location gets really busy during lunch time but the line goes through pretty fast. The longest I have waited to order food was 5 minutes. The employees are nice but sometimes hurry you through the line if you take too long...I think that is just so the line keeps moving, but I can see it being hectic for someone who has never eaten here before. Overall, 5 stars for food quality and probably 4.5 for service.
Umm, it’s been so long years since I had my last meal from Chipotle. I’d say is still taste the same. Really like they’re committed as being a really tasty Mexican food , and affordable as well easy access! This is how to say a success. The only thing I was disappointing with was they do not serve Quesadillas any more for local orders
We arrived with 18 people and the staff were quick and easily accommodating to our large group. They moved us through the line at record speed. They were patient with the children in the group. Their kindness and quick speed allowed us to grab an earlier train home. Thank you!
All good! I hope Lindon get another unit soon.
First time visiting a Chipotle with my girlfriend, and we had a great experience. We ordered tacos, and they were super fresh with crisp vegetables and tasty guacamole. Overall, it was a good first experience.
Very tasty food, attention 10/10 The place is clean and tidy, the restrooms as well. I forgot to take pictures, but it was tasty. I would come back

Delicious food and all the servers pack your food upppp. They always give extra, god bless them and their family! Happy new year!
Chipotle is among my most favourite chains of restaurants. Affordable and tasty food with hyeginic environment is chipotle specialty. However, in this particular outlet, the outstanding quality is it's ambiance and easy adaptation of the theatre districts neibourhood. So, be here, enjoy your meal and the ambiance here. Let me do mine.
Super delicious, loved the bowl with Barbacoa. They are very generous with all toppings.

Everything in that bowl that day tasted fresh and good . For my first experience eating from this chain of restaurants; I would recommend you coming to this one if you like this type of cuisine . Will be back hoping to experience the same taste .
I love Chipotle Mexican Grill! This is the only place where you can get fresh food for great price. I am going there usually for lunch in my break and the food is amazing. There are a lot of people in this hour but the line is really fast. If you don't want to wait you can order online and just go there and pick up your order.
This Chipotle on 7th Ave and 38th St is better in preparing orders than the 34th St location. Got everything correct. 34th St I asked for 2 orders of chicken tacos, and they didn't put the chicken and still charged me the same price! That's why I switched to 7th Ave location. Much better service but prices are a little higher.
It's what you expect from a typical chipotle. Decent food with good ingredients. Be careful though, the calories can really add up if you're not careful. The restaurant it self has been oddly cold every time I've been.
Always recommend the chips and salsa for a quick little snack. The employees were nice and polite and provided recommendations for those who asked. Only thing I didn't like was how dirty the tables were from previous customers.
Your basic Chipotle experience. This location is the standard deal: choose your dish, choose your protein, choose your toppings. The employees move you through as quickly as possible (which is the theme for most Chipotle locations in the city, I've found). Every time I've been there, my food has been great. Very standard Chipotle flavor and portion size. I always order the veggie rice bowl, and it's been great. If you're going for lunch on a weekday, aim for before 12 or well after—the line is usually to the back of the restaurant and almost out the door. Know what you want before you get to the counter. Good luck finding a seat during the lunch rush. And they also have fountain sodas! :)
I must confess that I enjoy the meals from Chipotle. Although a bit on the pricey side (lunch will run you $15 or more for one person if you include guacamole and a drink with your order), it is a comfortable lunch spot. I've never come across any issue finding a seat (lunch here usually around 1:30p) and customers and employees here are pleasant. Definitely a popular spot but you will never find yourself waiting any more than 6mns to place your order. I also love the soda drink dispenser they have. Free soda refills is always a plus!!
Really nice looking establishment with nice staff. The tables and chairs are clean, you get a small bowl to keep your quick and small meals so you sort of have a plate which is really nice, because you don't get a bag that contacts the table. Food was good, the wait was a bit long but that's just NY.
The food here is really good. I believe if you're gluten-free as well as have a regular diet you will be able to find something that you like here. I really like the chicken tacos on a crispy shell. The guacamole is fresh and has a hint of lime in it. The chips taste as if they're freshly baked but I'm really not sure if they are. Also you can purchase liquor so far as beer and I believe Patron margaritas.
Went at 9pm they close 11. Out of a few meats and toppings. Been eating chipotle 20 years and never had a location just not make more chicken/corn/etc. esp 2 hours before closing. Tried the new ranch and not sure why the cup is 1/3rd full for a sauce you gotta pay for.
I came here on a Tuesday night in mid February prior to seeing a Broadway show. The restaurant was not very crowded so we were able to order very quickly and had many seating options available. I the restaurant was pretty clean. The staff were nice but not warm. The food seemed pretty fresh and was consistent with the flavors you’d expect from Chipotle. The restroom was gross and smelled like someone had recently smoked a cigarette inside it. This Chipotle location was fine. I probably would only come back if someone I was with specifically wanted Chipotle in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t seek it out on my own.
Frequent lunch spot for me. Always packed at around noon time. The line swirls around the entire store, but it moves decently fast. The servers are generally friendly. If you go during lunch time, note that you will probably get a smaller helping of food as opposed to if you go at a less busier time. Food is always on point. Sometimes they run out of the hot sauces or disposable containers and they take a while to replace them. Other than that, no real complaints. Hit it up if you're so in the mood.
i use to love Chipotle. More recently, the price has increased while the quantity has decreased. The food is generally cold & i have to ask them to mix up the food so that i get it at least warm. The service was good.
Fountain and utensils area is sloppy, dirty utensils, messy area and unclean tables which is a turn off when dining in, garbage overflow which needs to be replaced to prevent overspill, and sometimes the staff seems to rush you without any reason. The meat is sometimes not well seasoned and not cut out properly, it’s lacking the high standards of other chipotle locations in the city. Keep in mind This establishment is not as busy as other sites in nyc but lacks on performance in all areas.
I have eaten Chipotle countless times in my life. Here, today, the mild salsa caught my eye because the tomatoes were more translucent (not ripe-looking) than normal. Then, upon consuming my order: • I've had at least six bites where there is cartilage in the chicken - not normal for Chipotle, in my experience • this guacamole is slightly runnier and more acidic tasting than normal So yeah overall it was not my favorite order. That said, this location is one of the cleanest and biggest I've seen in NYC. So, kudos there.
The food was good . Good portions also . But the service was unbelievably rude . The place closes at 23:00 , we got here at 21:15 . And they were already in the process of closing . The lady behind the counter prepared our order with no intention of making it good . She was just in a hurry to finish and close up .

Being in the heart of a very famous district in Manhattan, this location is VERY busy, especially around lunchtime, which is when I myself normally find myself here… and daily. In general, I absolutely LOVE Chipotle, and having one close to work is sweet. The staff here are incredible, and to serve the amount that they serve in a day as well as they do is genuinely impressive, and, being vegan, I’m particularly sensitive to my orders being correct, and they have not once got my order wrong (maybe a little too much spicy salsa sometimes, but I do love that stuff). Occasionally the beans and rice can be a little under cooked/stiff, and the burrito wraps don’t always hold to the end. Again, this is a very busy location, so it’s understandable, if only a little disappointing. Also, I always have my orders to go, though if you plan on eating in, the tables aren’t always clean, or available (most of the staff being behind the counter seems to be common at Chipotle), so if you plan on eating in, or with a group, this may be something to consider. It’s not perfection, but it’s always delicious!
I can not believe how long the lines were, I get it was the heart of the lunch hour, but you would think that they were giving away free food 🥘. The line actually ended at the door & wrapped around the walls of the restaurant. The customer service was decent and considering how crowded it was the line moved pretty fast and in an organize manner. The food was okay, the meat & rice could have. Even a little more hot, but instead it was room temperature. I got the naked burrito with white rice & black Bea and. The portion size is always more than I can eat in 1 sitting. I also got the chips which is always good, it's my afternoon desk snack.

Some servers exhibited a bad attitude and poor listening skills, often requiring customers to repeatedly repeat themselves. Customer service overall needs more attention and improvement. Additionally, the establishment was extremely cheap when it came to providing meat, offering only small bits that left customers unsatisfied.
I love Chipotle so much, but this location the chicken was not eatable. I had to spit almost every chicken bite out because it has the worst texture/fat and was not like the regular chicken. Please fix this because I’ve never had this problem at other locations :)
I came in for the smoked Brisket, they were out of it. I understood that since it was late. I also asked for shredded cheese, and they were "out of it also". Therefore, I asked to have a small portion of queso cheese and they wanted to charge me. Go to Los Tacos on 34th street instead. Their food and CUSTOMER SERVICE is Waaaaaaay better !!!! Ugh
The quantity was so little compared to other chipotles I have been. They didn’t have peppers, they were rude, and when asked for extra guacamole the guy served a sliver extra but they charged me extra 3 bucks! No wonder the store was empty at a peak lunch hour! They serve very less for the money we pay
Walked in around 6:45 for dinner. Got told that they were closed for dine in and it was takeout only. There were people sitting in the dining area that looked like they had just ordered. If there is a cut off for dine in, I suggest putting dine in hours online or on the door.
this place needs a quality control. I come here several times per week and recently the rice and some other ingredients are not taken care of, so they are hard as rock, basically inedible.
I love Chipotle. It's great food at a reasonable price. However, every chain has good locations and bad locations. This is a bad location. I went with a friend and we both shoveled down our burritos just to get out of there. The decor is both dirty and dirt-cheap. It looks like the decorating budget was $125 and they quit before they even spent that. There's basic factory-style lighting and cheap paneling on the walls. Subtract another star because the place is filthy, from floor to tables to bathroom. McDonalds used to own part of Chipotle, and when you set foot in this Chipotle you'll remember why you don't go there.
Plain rude attitude. Me and my brother went here for lunch, and my brother got a chicken bowl while I bought a half chicken half steak bowl. However after opening mine, I realized that they only put steak and no chicken. No problem, so I went over to the counter to tell the employee to inquire about it. The moment I reiterated that i wanted half and half, he said assertively "no no YOU said YOU wanted steak". Maybe I spoke softly when I was ordering and I apologize. But this man couldn't have even said it calmly. He firmly denied that he heard wrong, with no inquiry, no clearing up of any miscommunication, no nothing. I know what I said. I don't need someone shoving words down my throat. I didn't get my half and half in the end, and we later found we were wrongly charged for 2 steak bowls instead. I'm a die-hard fan of Chipotle, but I'm never going back to this one again.
Came in during lunch and got less than half the amount of food in my burrito than I normally would from chipotle, including at this location. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review but I’m literally sitting here still hungry after finishing my food—I choose chipotle when I’m hungry and want to fill up. Would be one star but at least they were clearing the lunch rush quickly
We went there very hungry after the yankees game. we arrived about 40min before they closed, however they already ran out of most ingredients. the lady at the counter seemed kind of annoyed from the fact that customers still arrived that late. while customizing my bowl, she put salad on my bowl, even though I didn’t ask for it. I thought that that’s alright, can happen, maybe just a misunderstanding. when I kindly asked her to remove the salad again, she hesitantly took off half of it, left the rest on my bowl and then closed it. It seemed like she didn’t care about it at all. I get it, she might have been tired from a long shift, but maybe such job just might not be for you, if you act like that towards customers :(. food was good tho 👍🏻
Servers weren’t friendly nor helpful as it was my first time ordering. Overcharged me as I didn’t ask for guacamole but they slapped it on anyway without asking. Won’t order again as there are other options for food. Food was poorly packed and it leaked out causing paper bag to rip.

Chipotle has gotten so pricey. The least they could do is give you free water. They wanted to charge me $3.50 to buy a bottle of it.

The Fanta soda looks like having a problem, I think the food administration needs to look at what these people provide for the customers cook is the color of the coffee, mud sprite color of the coconuts dirt. they didn't give my money back for discussing drink I didn't drink.
Asked for quesadilla and was yelled at that it needs to be ordered online only. So I order a kids one for my child, the lady made it with an attitude and didn’t even cook the quesadilla for more than 20 seconds, the soda machines don’t work, the chips tasted old, everyone’s in a rush and yelling. This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had, I rather go to Cava.
The chiptole shows open at 10:45 am but they don’t really have everything ready. I waited here 20 minutes and neither they had fajitas ready nor the staff was in good mood coz they were rushing everything to open and people were waiting. Their barcode system does not work so I lost my points as I clicked on it to redeem. Made me buy a larger drink because they don’t have the small available at this store. Just a nonsense owner trying to make the maximum money but unable to deliver the service. Also their lemonade juices are stingy.
WORST BOWL I HAVE EVER HAD!! I always go and order in person and its amazing, but this time i order online for pick up and this was the WORST no chicken, no beans, no tomato, no lettuce and no cheese i barely ate rice i paid 12.75 for rice with flavors i ate it because i am really hungry and it is raining to go back + the time on my break. Definitely the worst place to order online
This review is long overdue. I frequent this Chipotle often since I work nearby, and it’s convenient for me to grab lunch there. However, it’s very upsetting to spend over $21 each time for mediocre service and old food. I ordered a rice bowl with avocado and queso. Since I work about a 10 minute walk away, I went during my lunch break. With limited time to eat, it’s frustrating to spend 20+ minutes walking there, waiting in line, ordering, and walking back, only to find hair in my food and rotten, hard avocado. When I returned to express my concerns, the staff acted as if this was nothing new and were condescending about my frustration. I handed the food back, and instead of offering an apology, they simply refunded my money without saying a word. Needless to say, I will not be supporting Chipotle anymore. The staff at this location are very rude, and it’s disappointing because it’s the customers who keep them in business.
Everytime I go to this chipotle the food is never fresh. First time the rice was really hard undercooked , second time either the sour cream or the tomatoes were spoiled . Not sure but this will be my last time here
It's a really bad customer service, even you can't use the restroom if you buy from them , but when we decide to return the order they open the restroom for us , also they was mentioned the restroom out of order. Also they don't have electricity to charge ur phone.
Terrible!!!!! Just terrible , the staff is super rude and had an attitude when I asked for more lettuce, they threw all the food in the bag. And had the BIGGEST attitude on earth, I would re-train them to be honest. And I would remind them that customers must be treated with respect. Since slavery’s are payed with the food we buy…. So Disappointed
The manager who’s name is Alexander couldn’t be more rude. I was trying to tell the lady that was making my burrito to put a little amount of corn because the jalapeño hurts my stomach, the manager who was standing next to her, told me that ‘a little’ didn’t mean anything to them and that I should ask for it on the side then. First, it’s the first time I go to a chipotle and have a manager having a problem with customers making their own meals according to their preferences. Second, he really needs to work on his customer skills because his approach was way to aggressive for someone that is supposed to be running a business and providing a good customer service to customers. Probably a more pleasant and polite approach is going to be more helpful instead of behaving as a Primadona!!
We visited here on Sat, 7:00pm. I was offended by a woman who looked like a part-timer. Because we were not good at English, we asked for an explanation of the menu and tried to make it as easy as possible to understand. But when I stuttered, I got the customer order in the next line and ignored us. The food tasted good, but I was disappointed with the customer service.
Common sense training must be enforced. Asking customers to wear a face diaper to order food when they will take it off to eat in the restaurant minutes later is embarrassing. Not many people are back in offices yet, but there are SO MANY lunch options for those who do work in offices five days a week! God bless the staff for working but please get a grip or lose valuable business. February 9 @ 1:40pm and specifically aimed at the staff member starting orders now.
The attention of the staff was VERY BAD! I arrived at the restaurant at 10:35 pm, placed my order and was about to sit at a table when they yelled at me that they were closed. The opening hours say that it closes at 23:00hs but they forced me to leave at 22:40hs. This was not told to me when I placed my order but when they saw that I was going to sit down to eat there. It seems that the employees of this place do not want to work until closing time and I left the place very unhappy.
So far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been. The lady with red hair and glasses gave us the worst customer service. On top ef everything they give the portions that they want.
I hate coming to this chipotle, they always open late (not just one occasion) always take their sweet time handling customers, and have the same front of house staff dealing with deliveries, so you have to wait for them to finish before you get served. I am a Manager in food service, it is not that hard to give fast and excellent service and this Chipotle sucks at is and has for the past year. I only go to it because it’s the closest location but I would much rather not. And also, even when you order online it’s never ready by the time I placed the order for. Plenty of times I ordered for 10:45 and they weren’t even open yet! Plenty times I ordered for 12, got there at 12:10 and it still wasn’t ready! At this point im just over it and hope you guys change your whole staff.
Services is the worst! they didn't tell me its to go only. I heard them telling customers the dining room is closed, to go orders only after I sat down to eat. 5 minutes later the employee yelled over the counter at me in front of other customers. "Yo, you gotta wrap it up" 😳. I verified they closed at 10pm. and questioned why no sitting statred at 6pm? I intended to finish my food but when the staff begin to talk about me, I felt very uncomfortable so I left without finishing my food. People all left because they can't do take out. They lost a lot of business.
The staff are telling us to leave at 8:30 even though the closing time is 11:00 and are being rude while serving food. The food service was pretty bad, we asked for black beans and they gave us pinto beans, we asked for cheese in the tortilla they did not put anything in it. I did not like the experience at all.
When I walked up to order, there was a team member wiping down the area. I noticed that all the ingredients had a layer of film from not having been strirred often enough. I let it slide. I ordered my chicken bowl with black beans and brown rice. I asked for the sour cream on thw side as I always do. The cashier then rings me up and overcharges me for chips and guac. I informed her that I make this particular order once a week and the price is always the same. She insisted that she was correct and the elevated price was correct. I refused to allow her to swindle me, so I left the bowl there. Having had challenging experiences at 2 different locations speaks to the level of training offered to the young humans working there. Because of these unfortunate moments, I don't know if I'll ever give Chipotle another penny of my money.
V rude service. We reached there around 9/9.15pm and they said they’re closing only to go and no dine in. We had our small baby whose diaper (poopy) needs to be changed for that also they said they already cleaned the restroom and it’s closed. They didn’t have veggies, cheese and sour cream. We only got brown rice & black beans with some tomatoes & corn and Guac. their drinks machine also didn’t work. both the servers were very very rude!!!!! Very bad attitude! Never go to this chipotle!
I gave 1 star to hopefully get the attention of a human being because the chatbot was not helpful. I just got alerted that my rewards are expiring in 3 days!!! The only other fast food restaurant whose points expire is Starbucks which is one of the main reasons I stopped going there. (Dunkin does not expire). I have over 900 points at chipotle. If you are going to expire points, you should at least give a 2 week notice. (In case people are on vacation or preoccupied with life). I tried engaging their chatbot to extend my points a week or two but it didn’t understand. If it is possible, I would like to extend my points to a near future date and time.
Update: Found hair in my food at this location and witnessed unsanitary practices. Will not return. Food was good, but the wait time was long (lunch). The drink machine wasn’t working and the workers had a bad attitude.
The server was very rude. Didn’t even say hi. I placed an online order while I was in the store and didn’t start making it until 20 minutes later. And the store was emptyyy. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if this was her first day but she has to be taught immediately. I will definitely be taking this up to management. I also ordered at the wrong location and I told her and her response was “oh we’ll just order it again broke boy” I couldn’t believe my ears but this is what loyal customers like myself have to deal with nowadays. SMH it was also 8:30 and she said just to let you know the dining room is closed and they close at 10:00!!!!!
Super bad service. I wouldn't usually even post a 1 star review but when you don't have bottled water or forks to eat with I had do this review. One last thing you have to put in a code that's located on your receipt to use the bathroom but they had people after leaving the restroom that would just keep the door open witch would leave a line all the way up to the register. Not one person said anything. I was just shocked. This place might be closed by the time anyone actually reads this review. Enjoy.
This place closes at 10 PM on a Sunday per their working hours. We arrived their at 9:20 PM and ordered food and at the cashier they told us that we can not dine in and it’s takeout only. If it was 10 minutes before close time that’s understandable but 40 minutes before close time is a alot of time for FAST FOOD. This is ridiculous to ask people to take out food in this cold weather. Management you gotta do better!
There are only 4 staff members working in the entire store during evening rush hours. To owner: make sure to staff your business properly.
This arrogant, selfish employee treated me and my friend badly, yelled at us and took way too much money from us, he acts like he owns the place and we don't want rude employees like that in a big business like Chipotle. Employee name Eric
The food was bad and the sour cream was expired. A homeless man was in the bathroom. Bad customer service employees were mean.
An absolute nightmare of an experience. Right before lunch, they smeared oil all over their walls and put up very few warning signs high up on the walls so I ended up covered in grease. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, they served me a bowl that was maybe a quarter of the usual portion — and still charged full price. When I said I usually get more they just giggled. On top of all this the little amount of food I did get was way too salty. There are many food options in this area that are much better!
Horrible cashier during night shift. She has attitude for no reason. A little customer service would have gone a long way. I used to work for chipotle and I know how to serve customers. She was just bad. I wish she gets more training on customer service.
Chipotle is always a go to place to eat, the food is amazing! Just wanted to share awareness to some of the employees working there, I ordered a bowl as usual, the person was serving me the food until the end when another lady was putting the lettuce I kindly asked “can you add little bit more please” again not my first time ordering Chipotle besides is not that I was asking fill the lettuce up, suddenly spoke Spanish to another colleague “ esta gente piden y se quieren acostumbrar” van como 3 persona que piden mas lechuga y no te dejes” I understood every word and I felt so disrespectful calling someone “esta gente” the lady needs to be careful talking in front of clients and this is not the first time. I work around the area and some of the colleagues have experienced the same. Just be better if you need tell a customer that you can only give you few lettuce otherwise pay more that is different. Again is not about the lettuce, is how you treat your customers or talk about your customers in another language thinking they won’t understand. Thank you
I had already placed my order and didn’t receive a receipt. When I asked for the restroom code, the male staff member gave me a deliberately confusing answer — something like “Ci to twirl twenty one” — instead of clearly saying the code. As an Asian customer, it felt like I was being mocked or intentionally treated with disrespect. The way he acted felt rude, dismissive, and borderline racist. Very disappointing experience.
I have visited this Chipotle and also the one on 8th Avenuetight before Port Authority which is not to far from this location. Both locations the workers are nasty and don't know the first thing about customer service. No one greets you, they take their time pushing the line out. I once had a lady take my cash and she started helping other customers while holding my money. It took me to say, may I have my change after she helped 2 people. Last time I purchased a salad and had to ask for dressing. Why? Who eats plain salad? Plus, when the person came to take my money she was nasty. I never seen such miserable people. The whole staff looked miserable which is not surprising since I know first hand how Chipotle treats their employees. My daughter was a GM for years until she got fed up with the area manager. I used to look forward to going to Chipotle now I dread it. Have your Area Manager come down and watch how these workers take care of their customers. Absolutely disgusting!!!
By far the worst experience ever at a chipotle. Server was rude for absolutely no reason to every customer she served. Idk why I thought it would be different. And the food was terrible. Cold chicken, soda machine gave none carbonated soda on all spouts. Then she double wrapped a burrito with cold burrito shell.
My office is right across the street so this is a convenient location for me...even with this being said, and in this frigid cold, I am never going here again. The rice is always undercooked and hard. AND on top of that, they started sneaking in extra costs - today they gave me a LARGE soda and charged me for it without even checking with me on the size I wanted. My colleague had experienced the same. They charged me for guac even though I said no guac. I'm much too swamped with work to stay there and argue about a few dollars, but this is overall super not okay. It's not okay to offer bad service, let alone bad service that is deceitful. there are tons of other lunch options around the area. Chipotle will not get my money again.
