I never knew that Peruvian food was that good! Now I'm addicted! Gran Inka's ceviche is delish! Their lomo something (it's a pan fried beef tenderloin with tomatoes and fries) dish is also incredible. Now I'm addicted. This place is a bit pricy tho, I would need a lot of Groupons if I want to become a regular, otherwise it'll be a special occasions only place.

Quite simply the best peruvian food to date. A bit expensive but worth every penny! From the service to presentation it was devine. I frequent this place often as I have not found another that can beat it. Great for anniversarys b day etc.

The place is magnificent. I have visited it twice. 3 years ago it seemed a bit expensive for the quantity, but the quality is very good. The Pisci Sour and “El Terrine de Maracuya” fascinated me. I have recommended it to my friends. Not all leave satisfied but wish to return. Congratulations to the team!

Amazing ! The food is absolutely amazing ,we try the parmesan scallops, ceviche gran inka, pisco sour , everything was wonderful, plus great service , good prices. Very nice atmosphere, we were visiting on saturday night , they had live music , saxo .....i love it I will definitely recommend it, and will be back soon.

One of the best Peruvian restaurants I've ever been too and I have actually been to Peru. The flavors are extremely authentic and we will definitely visit this restaurant more often. Must try! And the pricing is moderate, not bad at all.

I absolutely loved it! My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and we came on a slow night. However Jorge gave us excellent service. He thoroughly explained the menu and the best dishes to try. We had the seafood ceviche trio for our appetizer. For our entree I had the grilled octopus and my boyfriend had the seafood chaufa. Our appetizers and entrees came out quickly and were amazing! Jorge was very attentive throughout the meal making sure we enjoyed everything. Everything was perfect! I would definitely go back!

I have been in so many different Peruvian restaurants. I went to visit my aunt in Weston Florida and I invited her to this Peruvian place, I Google the place and it seemed pretty nice and well I can say the place and food was so great! ceviche mixto was so awesome! is definitely the Peruvian flavor! The place was clean and beautiful I loved the decoration, service was fantastic I wanted to say thanks to Jorge Dulanto our server for that night you were great and made us feel comfortable! I will highly recommend this place to anyone and if I come back someday to Florida I will definitely try this place again!

This is a great place to drink pisco sours and eat authentic peruvian food. Attentive service.

Went for the first time for an event and it was great! I tried two different kinds of ceviche, tuna tartare and my friend had the authentic Peruvian fried rice; all of it delicious. The ceviche was appropriately spicy with delicate flavors coming through, the tuna was served in a small pastry crust, which was pretty to look at and delicious to eat. I'm definitely going back.

I dined there for early dinner with my wife and kids. Our waiter, Alberto, was very kind, explanatory and was willing to work with us on some special dietary adjustments that we wanted to make. ( We don't eat meat nor shell fish) The food came out in reasonable time, looked and tasted very fresh. We ate three different fish ceviches. Tuna tartar and the kids had fish sticks. For desert we had the 4 samples of different deserts. Everything was delicious except for the yellow ceviche that I didn't like as much. One major drawback is the fact that the restaurant is using MSG in many dishes. The MSG (monosodium glutamate) is used in cheap mostly Asian restaurants to easily enhance flavours of foods. It's a neurotoxin which is being in decline in use with the increase of the health awareness among diners. The prices are on the higher side. Not as marked on the Google reviews as $$, I'd give it $$$. At times it was very hot in the restaurant because of where we set. The restroom was very clean. I will definitely come again BUT will make sure to ask for the MSG not to be used.

I am Peruvian myself so I want to believe that I have an educated "palate" for typical Peruvian food. Anyway, My fellow co-worker and I had just finished a job near The Gran Inka and felt like having a ceviche so we headed to this restaurant. When we got there, it look fairly empty ( lunch time) and we sat inside to get a good ceviche. We checked out the menu, and realized that prices were up there. Anyway we decided to get the days special because it had an "Asian Ceviche", which actually caught our attention. We were served a Chicken Causa, it tasted good, an Asian Ceviche wouldn't recommend it to any Peruvian, and 2 pitchers of Chicha Morada, and a delicious slice of Lucuma pie. The whole price of the lunch special was $ 19 per person. WE MADE THE BIG MISTAKE OF ORDERING 2 PITCHERS OF CHICHA MORADA, AND I REALLY RAISED HELL WHEN THE BROUGHT THE CHECK AND CHARGED ME THE RIP-OFF PRICE OF $ 36 FOR 2 PITCHERS OF CHICHA MORADA. You can hardly get 3 medium size glasses out of each one. I am not the kind of person who complaints about anything, but I think , this is outrageous, and felt compelled to write this review to warn other Peruvian people about this rip off price on this popular Peruvian drink. Come on, if you offer a lunch special, DON'T TRY TO MAKE UP YOUR PROFITS JACKING UP YOUR PRICES ON THE DRINKS! As upset about this crazy overcharge as I was, I still gave a 15% tip of the total bill to the waiter, so don't even think I am money tight!

Was recommended to come here by the hotel concierge instead of another Peruvian restaurant. The food was all very fresh and came from Peru. I had a trio of different ceviche, it was okay, but the one with tuna was delicious. For my entree I ordered a seafood dish with a Peruvian pepper sauce and it was very good, but I thought they should’ve had more octopus in it. The sauce was my favorite. If I come back to Kry Biscayne I’d probably come back, the atmosphere and outdoor seating was wonderful.

The food was delicious, but couldn't enjoy it because the service was a little strange. Our server was a bit aggressive to his coworker in front of us and other customers. He was constantly asking costumers to not ask him anything and him to not talk to customers because he didn't know anything, he was probably new, but still the way it was done was very aggressive and loud.

Good service but I've had better Peruvian food at other places. Still a nice enough place to introduce someone to delicious Peruvian cuisine.

Honestly the food was amazing. I had the lloma asada and it was full of flavor the vegetables were sautéed just right, the steak was cooked all the way through without being chewy. My only reason for giving this place only three stars is their customer service was sub par. They took forever helping us. The food took forever to get to our table and it wasn’t hot so I know it was sitting there for a bit and then it’s like they forgot about us while we waited for our check. Also who can’t split the bill?

Cool name. And probably great food but the server could not explain the menu... Lol... I had bad luck with servers this weekend. I would go again but select a different server. This waiter was either having an epilitec attack or drugs.. But my beautiful sexy amazing wife was in shock... So we ended up picking anything ate and left we felt very uncomfortable with the waiter.

It used to be the best Peruvian place in Aventura and Sunny Isles. But now the restaurant looks very bad. The service is horrible and the furniture is all ripped so we didn’t want to sit in this bad atmosphere and we left. Looks like it was not taken care of for a long time.

Did not really enjoy, the serve tap water that's not filtered. You have to ask several times for bread. Soup was watered down. I guess this restaurant is for tourists that don't know better. one thing positive presentation was very good Sorry not coming again.

Drinks were good; service was good BUT the food was terrible! The lomo salteado was burnt and the camarones picantes were extremely salty! Need to taste dishes prior to them being delivered to customers please!. Other than that the place looks great! Great atmosphere!

The food was good. I had the ceviche gran inka. Overall had an average experience but when we approached management about being over charged for our drinks, the experience was negative. Safe to say that I won't be going back.

Food's good but not for the price. We will not go back for the fact that a family next to us obviously not Peruvian complained about the ceviche because it was not what they expected. The waiter rudely told them that's the restaurants specialty and if they want they could take it home but could not return it. He also said to them that they should've not ordered it because he explained to.them what the dish was about... the customer was so embarrassed he started to eat it. A while later the waiter came back to tell the customer his manager had agreed to credit the dish.!!..not the customer service I would like to deal with.

La lista de vinos es un desastre, no tiene lógica se ve que es un expediente para sacar dinero de algo que no conocen. El lugar es muy bonito y el servicio excelente. We ordered fish for the table, it was rancid but we made the mistake of not trying it right away. We had to face the inquisition later when we notified the staff the fish was rotten. Never going back.

Last time I was the the food was bland.did not live up to my expectations this time around wine tasted old.my Pisco tasted like eggs.my aji de galliña was like it came out of the microwave.so won't be dining there again.

i bought it as a groupon, 25 for 50 worth at the place, to begin, they had someone with a saxophone, obnoxiously loud and as i was listening to the waitress explain the " special " he kept on getting closer and closer and louder.... i had to wait 20 minutes to get my ceviche served ( restaurant was literally empty.......... but the biggest problem there. the price!! for i am talking about a plate with maybe quarter cup of rice and 4 grilled shrimps for 40 dollars!!!! are you kidding?? they called it the " in the special item " a bottle of sparkling water was 10 dollars, the waitress was never around and i always had to flag him to serve us water or what ever we needed, and the " gratuity was 20 dollars" i'd like to leave gratuity myself, based on the service i received.... over all, DO NOT BUYT THE GROUP ON, I ENDED UP PAYING 85 DOLLARS PLUS THE GROUP ON, THAT MAKES 110 FOR SUCH A MEDIOCRE PLACE, NOT EVEN A 5 STAR RESTAURANT.... SIMPLY UNHAPPY, AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..

Called to make reservations for a large group of 40 people, and got hung up on due to their Rep having a language barrier with me. I was speaking English.

I asked about the large seafood soup and was assured it was enough for a dinner. The soup was mostly broth. When I mentioned this to the waiter he shrugged and did not offer a solution. When the bill came he gave himself an 18 percent tip! There are much better Peruvian restaurants on the area.

DO NOT GO HERE! The food was mediocre and over priced. Our waiter came twice and spent more time telling stories to the table next to us. It took 15 minutes to get our check and had to ask twice for it. Also felt judged for being young and not their typical customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

I used to go to the Brickell location and I never had any complaints, since that location closed, I thought I gave the Aventura location a try, bad idea, the food is still awesome but the service is horrible, very slow and I believe the waiter even looked down on my family and myself, I was willing to overlooked this because the food is amazing, I know I already mentioned it but it is truly amazing, until we were ready for the check and I mentioned we had a groupon, his demeanor got worst he basically ripped the print out our of my hand and left for about 20 minutes when he came back he had added a 20% tip on three person table and he never came back to check on us after that. It is a shame since the food is excellent but I think I can live without coming back to this restaurant.

Food is amazing at this place, but service was a complete disappointment. The server, Jorge, was arguing with me when I complained that the busboy took my friend’s plate without asking if she was done eating. He responded that “I did not take it”, and started arguing with me instead of simply apologizing and giving us a new plate. Additionally, servers do not speak English.

This place is overpriced, food is OK. There are better options. We ordered pulpo a la parilla and it was a tentacle.... with small potatoes. Sea bass a lo macho too SALTY. Not to mention the kitchen took like 3 hours. Not coming back for sure.

Service is the worst I have experience and the Rest was empty. When you have to stand up and ask them who will be your waiter and then stand up to ask for a spoon something is to right. In addition, small portion high prices. Better restaurants to spend the money and enjoy.

We had our worst dinning experience with this restaurant. The food is overpriced. Then the manager charged us $10 more for a seafood dish because he said the sea bass we requested costs $10 more. First, we did NOT request sea bass!!! Second, the menu does NOT say sea bass costs more! Then, this restaurant also forced us to pay 15% tips! What is worse, on the receipt it does not say the tips are already charged. We ended up paying two tips (25% of the total price)! Be aware of these traps.

Food is ok the service is dumb. They can't handle crowds. Even had a discussion with one of the staffs, perhaps the manager. Who cares. Still remember his arrogance. I prefer another Peruvian Restaurant that cooks outstanding food and has a better service.

We felt cheated by this restaurant. A meal for 3 people paid 240USD without wine and not dessert. The appetizer was very good but the price displayed in the menu was not the price charged ( 2 times more). The main course was poor and the price charged was two times than the prices displayed in the menu as well. The explanation given was that the ingredients (fish) used were different. The service charge were high. Dinner at 25th of May 2018.

Jorge, the garcon was attentive until the dish arrives. Then he disappeared. I ordered octopus on the grill and my wife rice with shrimps. She emphasized she couldn't eat with pepper and if the dish was spicy, she would change the order. It was confirmed by the kitchen the dish hadn't spicy. When the dish arrived it was a bit spicy. My dish was terribly salty. With two mouthfuls my mouth not stand it. I returned the dish and asked for the bill. I was told that the manager would speak to us. As neither the bill nor the manager appeared, I left $ 80.00 in the table, as a tip, because the food is terrible. The restaurant doesn't worth 1 star.

Was there last night. Very dark ambiance. Saw bugs in my Whiskey glass, thought that things can happen and it was an isolated incident . Ordered another one and had more bugs in my drink. Let waitress know . Waitress goes over to the bar and he proceeds to get a coffee filter and pours the drink through a coffee filter to remove bugs. I walked up to him while he was doing this and you can imagine my reaction. Left immediately after seeing that. Will be contacting Department of Health first thing in the morning.

La atención de los dependientes fue buena, pero el mánager del lugar sin nada de respeto ni ética le llamaba la atención a los empleados delante de los clientes en forma desagradable, después lo vimos mi esposo y yo tomando de un galón de agua donde sirven a los clientes pegando la boca al pomo sin ningún escrúpulo , y por último nos trajeron la cuenta más alta diciendo que era otro tipo de pescado sin embargo ese no era el precio de la carta ni especificaba el tipo de pescado. Conclusión fue una mala experiencia y será la primera y última.

Horrible la comida. Pedi una parrilla Inka y la carne y el pillo estabm secos. Se notaba que eran productos de baja calidad. La papa estaba seca. La sazon no es de un restaurant pwruano. Tengan cuidado que , a pesar que es ilegal, le incluyen una propina de 18%!
