I went here for a quick late afternoon meal. I don't believe I've eaten inside this Wendy's so I tried it out. I ordered the baconator double, with a 10 piece spicy nuggets and a drink. I also ordered the chili. The service was quick. There was no line. I received the 2 ghost pepper sauces. Overall this was a good stop with fast service
In mi 20 Years living in Florida I must say that this is the most flawless Wendy's I've ever visited. Floors are impeccable, tables, restrooms, counters. The service was the best they're all have a nice way to treat the customers and very friendly. I loved this one. This is a 5 out of 5 for me . Keep up with the good job!

This was our first time coming here. We just arrived on our flight to Miami and checked into the hotel. We ordered and we went to pick up our food. We were greeted warmly by Niurka. She is very nice and funny. She made our night. I loved her joke about the Jr frosty being the son of the small frosty. I would highly recommend coming here. She was a pleasure to meet.

Everything was great just the way that I asked for another sauce and he was say that He had to charge me again if I get another sauce. I was so confused cause other Wendy’s do not charge you for another sauce like what.
Really below average burger, there is no taste at all. Tastes like a raw burger that you buy from any supermarket and toss it in the pan till it gets darker without adding any kind of taste/herbs to it. Maybe it was a bad day there, not normal to taste like that!
Suzanna sucks. She really shouldn’t be working at Wendy’s when she has no idea what she is doing. I paid for 2 meals and she only gave me one sauce. She wouldn’t give me another sauce at all. She said the only free sauces are ketchup, mayo, and mustard.
Don't waste your time on this location. I went to this location for lunch. I waste my money & my lunch break. Sandwich was dropped back into the fryer to appear fresh. Very dry, over cooked and disgusting.
If i could put a 0 stars I would. Their dining room closes at 11pm but there is not a sign anywhere on the buildong, windows or doors that states this. Online and on the window, it says they close at 3AM. Also i have previously ordered food and they never get it right. Apparently they do not do it your way here.
Lack of adequate. Had an attitude. Was judge for the food I picked. No ice available and when I asked for ice, the lady wanted to give me 4 ice cubes and had to request more. Lack of communication and service skills
A total disaster. The employees do not attend to orders when they are received and do not deliver them as they should be. The worst service there is. They never give you food or drinks. The computer employee is a skinny young guy who is distracted and does not have adequate performance. I will not visit this garbage place again.
Horrible experience. I didn’t realize until I got home that they messed up my whole order. Spicy nuggets instead of regular. A fully loaded sandwich when I asked for specific toppings. And cold, stale fries. Unbelievable!
Went through the drive thru and asked for a burger and drink. I get the bill and see I'm charged for a combo and extra cheese I didn't ask for. So I asked the manager on duty why he did that stating it wasn't what I asked for So he said it's better for you. I said no thank I want what I asked for. He took my card and just refund me and told me I wasn't getting the food. It was because his English was very poor and he had a negative attitude. I waited he walked off. I went inside and asked for the refund receipt and he was still rude and I'm convinced this was about race because of the location of the store and his attitude simply said your not welcome here. He then asked me to return the beverage and I told him to take it from me and I left. His name is Armando

My family and I stopped in to get some food on our way to our destination. We ordered our food. One of those items we requested no man isn't ketchup on a sandwich. Before we left, we checked the sandwich. They made it with mayonnaise and ketchup. I took my receipt up to the register and said it was made incorrectly. The guy who took our order did not put the special request in. Then the shift manager was not going to replace the sandwich because we did not make the request upon ordering. However, we did! Then the guy at the register kept saying he didn't remember. There was only one other person in line behind us. The restaurant was not busy! I asked him why he was lying then he proceeded to tell me you got your sandwich and that I should leave. I've never been treated this way. The store manager needs to review their front counter camera!!!!!
