Had an amazing dinner with my family at hasalon. Diesteffano was very attentive all night, Chef George also came to the table and gave us a rundown of the new items. We loved the prawns. After the party was delightful. Would recommend for a good time and great food.

It's a high-end Jewish restaurant. The food is great, the service is fast and friendly. The crowd is chic, middle-aged, and active. The night gets crazy after dinner, and the DJ plays a great mix of local and Mediterranean songs. You can even dance on the tables 😏. And they have great drinks.

The Meal was absolutely incredible! Chef Ofer came out multiple times to check on us, as well as took the stage while creating “The Terrifying Hammer” table side Beef Carpaccio Dish. My wife is vegan, and not only did they accommodate her with amazing food from the menu but also modified things to make her feel at home. It was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to go back!

I've been at Hasalon pretty much every week since it's open. Why? Because there is not better place in Miami. From the service, the staff to the food and drinks, everything is amazing. Went there for a girls dinner and the GM made sure we had the best time and service. The perfect combination of dinner and dance vibes. The DJ literally kills it every time, the music is hands down incredible and it is always a good vibe. Can't wait to go back.

Honestly from the moment you walk into the restaurant the vibe is immaculate with amazing chandeliers and aa you walk by every employee greets you with a smile. As the evening progresses you have the opportunity to enjoy the dinner with a nice and relaxing environment then around 11pm the Dj raises the music and we can interact with other guests and it becomes a party. On another note the FOOD was outstanding, every bite was as fresh as it can get!!! I def recommend coming for a relaxing dinner or even planning your next Party or Get together !!!

Sea bass was catch of the day and melted in your mouth. Maitake mushroom steak was delicious. We’re local and very critical of south beach places because most of the time the food is horrendous and you’re paying an arm and a leg - not the case here. However, they do add butter to everything which makes everything taste good. When you make a reservation, make sure you request being in the main room not the blue room otherwise you’re away from the party although you can join afterwards.

We came 2 weeks ago on a weekend night, and had an amazing experience. We came back again and the exact same. The food is fantastic, the Kebob sword and 7 clouds are delicious. The atmosphere and Dj is so fun , and the staff has been so friendly and entertaining. If you want great food and a fun party vibe , this is one of the best spots in Miami

I was not expecting the 5 star experience we had. From the food to the vibe and the excellent time! But what made the night extra special was our server Timothy. We felt lile we knew him for years and thats how we were treated down to every detail! Unbelievable!!! we will definitely return! Thank you Timothy for making our night spectacular!

Hasalon is a 1 of a kind experience! From the moment my party arrived the atmosphere felt very welcoming! First we sat down at the bar and enjoyed some of the best cocktails I’ve had on my entire trip to Miami, Then we were escorted to our table, the food is absolutely AMAZING! 5 star dining followed by a party like nothing I’ve ever experienced! The staff even dance on the tables with you! 10/10 recommend. If you’re in Miami, this is a must visit!

Had such a wonderful experience last night with my family that we will all remember forever. The atmosphere was so fun and we danced all night. beautiful venue, and staff that engaged with you all night. Food was so excellent - we tried the beetroot carpaccio, avocado bruschetta, a salad, skirt steak, the seafood pan and more. it was all delicious. they also have a lovely bar to hangout at before and after dinner. had great cocktails prepared by bartender Pietro. props to the chef and management team for the great night 💖

This is my 2nd time going to Hasalon Miami and it was nothing short of amazing. Hasalon is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too when considering the total package, the overall vibe, food, drinks, music, and the interior design of the restaurant itself. I am a Mediterranean food lover through and through and chef Jorge and his team have everything on their menu perfected.

It just feels Miami. Amazing food and service. The food is very creative as is the menu descriptions. Tons of options for various tastes. Be prepared for the Miami after 9/10 when it goes from restaurant to DJ and music. While we didn’t experience it eating during the week, I heard it turns into a club with table dancing on weekends. Very fun atmosphere but more for the young at heart.

I visited with my friends and family and to say i had the most amazing time it’s not even close. The staff was welcoming and warming and took an amazing care of us the entire night. We had the chicken which was juicy and tender, the lamb kebab that was absolutely delicious, the prawns that were the star of the show along with general salad, pastas and the dessert were a dream, definitely coming back for more.

The place was Electric yesterday with all the birthday events. As soon as dinner is over everyone's on the tables dancing their hearts out to really good music, kids and adults. We were a group of 20 and had ordered a smorgasbord of 15 dishes plus 3 dessert. The service was swift and attentive with plate changes, red and rose wines were SERVED. Alot of food was wasted but No one from staff asked if we wanted a take home box. The 3 hammered chicken dishes were untouched. Young Kids are welcome as they were dancing on the tables till midnight.

Came here for a birthday about a month back and it was a fantastic night! The food is great and the atmosphere is really fun, everyone is there to have a good time. The best part though is the music. I normally don't dance much, but I was dancing pretty much all night, as was everyone else. The music started off great but got even better as the night went along. I was really impressed the way the dj kept the crowd engaged the entire night. I thought the NY location threw a good party, but this definitely beat it

Dinner that turned into a club 🤣 food was amazing, it was shareables so great for the group. the minute they packed our leftovers, the party got started and everyone was dancing on their tables 🤣 for a party of 10 with food and drinks (we drank quite a bit), it was about $220 per person. The music was on par to the food and vibe. Most definitely my favorite restaurant experience so far, haven’t experienced anything like it! The employees are also super friendly!

Prior to arriving to this restaurant, I have read the review comments and many were giving negative reviews about service and food being poor compared to its price, I gave this restaurant a chance. I reserved a table at a Wednesday night. Coming in was a great vibe, Music was playing and people were dancing. As I sit at my table it was a little hard to order because music was slightly loud for a restaurant scene. Overall order was put in and dishes were coming out at a proper pace, no delays and constantly filling the table with new dishes. Service in my opinion was great, they even offered my table a free round of shots. It was expensive but definitely worth it

If you’re in Miami definitely it’s the spot to be at! Had such an amazing night, such a vibe 🫶🏽 could not express this enough but we fell in love with Diesteffano please ask for him! Very attentive, kind and making sure we were happy and satisfied with everything.

We had an amazing time at Hasalon Miami. We got there at 7:30pm and had an amazing dinner, by 10pm the Israeli music was blasting and we were dancing with the whole room. It was the perfect night. The staff are also incredible. Dante and Bobby were the best. Absolutely would recommend to any group of friends making a trip to Miami looking for a great meal and a fun night.

Incredibly fun restaurant / bar / nightclub. The food is outstanding. The staff are so good at getting everyone to have fun without trying to pretend like they're your friend or fake hitting on you. It's all about having a good time, and they make the perfect atmosphere. On top of that, the food and drinks are near Michelin star quality. It's not recommended to get on the tables, but you might end up on there all night 😇

A top Israeli restaurant comes to Miami. Really wonderful food, super fresh, beautifully presented and really tasty. The atmosphere gets going after nine when the DJ and waitstaff whip the customers into a table dancing, bell ringing, singsong finale. Great fun.

We had been in NYC and wanted to try Miami. We went early as we still had a drive home. Danny gave us amazing service. Food was fabulous and we sat at the kitchen table so we watched some prep. We would recommend the mushroom steak and lamb chops as the outstanding dishes. We had other delicious dishes as well. Yum

Amazing Experience all around.. What a vibe! Food is unique and tasted excellent. Service was on point at all times. The dining room party later in the evening was what set everything apart and makes it what it is. Make sure to time your visit so you don't miss the party (8:30pm on). Dress up for this restaurant, there are judgmental "bouncers" at the door, which is one thing I least liked about the establishment, but I get they are trying to be like everywhere else in Miami. Restaurant does have a $90 per person food minimum, but with the prices this could be one appetizer depending what you order. For a poor peasant like myself this was one hell of a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend this place for any type of celebration, especially a bachelor/ bachelorette party.

Holy Hummos Batman, this place rocks. So fun. Amazing Israeli TLV vibe, sick drinks and among the best food I've ever had. Order the big fish in the clay pot. Best branzino I've ever had. This place is EXPENSIVE, but worth it.

I just celebrated my 40th birthday here and my night was nothing short of amazing. I planned the party in advance with the events team who was always there to answer my questions. On the night of the party the restaurant staff went above and beyond my expectations. They showed me the set up before seating my guests and took the time to go over details with me. They made sure to have several members of the staff attending to us so we felt extremely well taken care of. Their energy and enthusiasm made the night even better. I look at some other people’s reviews and they complain about the price. Yes, HaSalon is very expensive…but it’s like that for a reason…because there truly is no place like HaSalon. You get a fine dining experience made by a celebrity chef, a DJ who plays a wide range of upbeat music, an opportunity to dance on a table, and you get to end the night at 12:30am. Come on, where else in Miami do you get all that? I considered several different venues when choosing where to have my 40th and at the end of the night I knew I picked the absolute best! No regrets at all!

We came here for drinks since it was fully booked. Great atmosphere great music. Good balance between light and dark areas and music is loud enough for good atmosphere but not too loud like a club. Everyone who works here has good energy and good vibes. Music is so versatile so many diff styles but I just love each and every song they’re playing here. I would offer more cocktail selection and an option to eat at the other bar but I guess they’re understaffed. Erika the manager is absolutely fabulous.

My wife and our daughter and her friends had a wonderful night at Hasalon Miami last night. The portions of food are generous and well prepared (the lamb skewer was great). The service was perfect; any time the water in our glasses was less than 2/3 full a server would top it up. Sal kept an observant eye on the staff resulting in impeccable service. Finally, the piece de resistance was the table top dancing we all did after 10:00pm. The whole restaurant took part - it was one joyful celebration where everyone became one and danced as if we were all friends for a long time. You have to go here.

Martina took care of us tonight!! This is one of the best restaurants you can go to in Miami. Everyone who has a low review doesn’t understand the vibe. The atmosphere is so much fun for a night out and the fact that the food is amazing on top of it takes the cake. You’re not only paying for the food, but the whole experience, and it’s beyond worth it. It’s truly one of the best meals I’ve experienced (compliments to the chef!) and everything from the hostess to the servers makes it a 10/10 experience.

If you want a restaurant close to South Beach and in Miami Beach 100% visit HaSalon! We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the amazing Chef Ofer create our dishes and explain what made them unique. Rich was our server and he was absolutely amazing. I only have a few photos but the photos don't do this restaurant justice. Book a reservation in advance it tends to get booked a week out! Enjoy!!

It was my first time there the vibe was amazing and the hospitality was fantastic too. Our server Paul was fantastic 10 out of 10. Very attentive & made sure that we understood each dish on the menu. Everything we ate was delicious. I ordered the general salad, lemon parpadelle & the Wagyu Hanging tender & brocolli rabe. Each course was delicious… and I can’t forget about the Ferrero Rocher gelato…chefs kiss 🤌 Overall I would recommend this as a great date spot or a place to go with a large group of friends. I will definitely be back.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE, I had the most fun I’ve had in a very long time. Great crowd, great atmosphere and music. The food is good, no matter what you choose. It is very expensive. Out of what we ate, I would not get the desert again. It was a sampler of 5 small deserts and it was $75. It’s the only item I actually photographed so you’ll be able to decide for yourself. Would I go again? Heck yeah! Took a star because of the price of food. I thought for the selection they had, some of the prices were really high.

We went for one of my bestfriend’a birthdays. It started a little difficult because of a confusion with a reservation but Distefano really helped us and treat us with the upmost patience and respect. Throughout our dining experience, Dante was a blessing. He explained the menu and the minimum of consumption (be aware: $90 per person) but really tried to explain how we could experience the best food with the requirement. The food was good. It is family style so it all comes out as it’s cooked. You can share the plates and they are dissent sized. If you’re not there for an after party, just don’t show up. We were able to stay at the same location after dinner and dance and party. I highly recommend for a good place to dine and party. It’s not cheap but you’re in Miami Beach… what did you think? Ask for Dante and Distefano!

Of my entire vacation in Miami, I fondly remember the evening spent in this restaurant. Not just any dinner, but a real 360-degree experience, where good food is accompanied by professional and friendly service, but above all a beautiful atmosphere, starting with the music playlist, in a crescendo that at the end of the evening transforms the venue into a real disco, with the possibility of dancing even on the tables. In short, I had a lot of fun! I would like to give a special mention to the Italian waitress Martina, who served us with kindness, professionalism and friendliness from the beginning to the end of the dinner. If I go to Miami again, I will definitely go back!

I agree with some of the recent reviews. Hasalon used to be so much better. The music/party doesn't start until after 11pm nowadays. So if you sit down for dinner before 9:30pm (which ideal dinner time in Miami is 8:30/9pm) then you're sitting around for 2+ hours just waiting for the party to get going. If they would start the party earlier this place would be 5 stars. Food is decent but it's all about the party/dancing.

I went to HaSalon for the first time this week with high expectations and was heavily disappointed! The food is subpar to say the least, the steak was over cooked and had a very dominant lamb taste and the chicken was raw!!! Pink on the inside. We advised the waitress and manager and it took them some time before coming and apologizing. They did bring us a new chicken (which at this point we didn’t even want to touch after the last one) and dessert house but the overall experience with the staff was uncomfortable and bad! All this to say the vibe the atmosphere and the music was unmatched! If it wasn’t for the food and unpleasant interactions with staff this evening would’ve been great!!!

Had a late dinner and party with five friends here on a Saturday night. We all decided to try the $90 tasting menu the waiter recommended. The food was alright but nothing to write home about. The drinks and service hit the spot though - our waiter was super friendly and on the ball. But wow, the prices are through the roof, just check out the bill we got. Bottle service is the way to go here; it's a steal compared to other places. I dug the decor and the overall feel of the place, but the party vibe wasn't really happening. We hung out from 9pm to 11pm and were pretty much over it and ready to bounce. They had a DJ, but it wasn't anything like the scene at Marion or Bagatelle. Maybe the party picks up later, but with the place closing at 1am, I'm not sure how that works. Overall, the food's just okay, you'll find a better party vibe elsewhere, and the prices are sky-high even for Miami. Probably not coming back.

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars was for the music and the dancing- the dj was really nice and played a bunch of Israeli music, and we were dancing a bit. The food was mediocre at best, we did the Miami spice deal which was a good amount of food but everything was just very mid- we did the house salad and the dips the dips were lacking taste and the salad very blend, the chicken was extremely dry and the steak was very gamey the drinks were nothing special and very watered down. Around 10 they shut the lights off and the dance party started and unfortunately we had to leave an hour into the party cause both me and my partner felt terribly sick from the food and went back to our hotel with awful food poisoning.

The music is great! Ambience is nice but depends on what you’re looking for… very loud and mostly bachelorette party type of a crowd. The staff are a bit snobby and pushy on food. The food is ok (nothing special) but incredibly overpriced. The chocolate mousse with tahini was delicious.

We recently visited HaSalon Miami. The food was very good and the service was friendly and attentive. However, the restaurant was almost completely empty on Saturday night, which made the atmosphere feel a bit flat. We asked if they could change the music since the vibe wasn’t great and the place wasn’t busy, but unfortunately, they said no. That was a bit disappointing given how quiet it was. Overall, good food and service, but the ambiance could definitely be improved.

Think mediterranean feast meets amateur rave 🍷🎉 — giant sharing plates and Negronis that hit… until the noise hits harder. Fun for groups who want wild, loud vibes and big portions, but pricey, messy service and chaotic energy make it a scene more than a destination. 🍽️🌀

Food is good. The service was terrible, we’re informed that we had 2.5h limit, but after a hour the waitress was already pressuring us. The waitress was rude, interrupting our conversation every couple minutes, delivering wrong orders and “poking” us when she needed to pick up left overs or delivery something. Add to that, the music was super loud for a early dinner (7pm) and it was impossible to keep a conversation. When we complained, the manager said “wasn’t the owner”. I've been to other restaurants from Major Group and we were expecting the same level of service and staffing. Unfortunately they kept only the prices.

Super expensive ($135 for fish, $26 for brocolini). $300 bill for a minimal dinner. Food was OK, but not at all special or tasty in any unique way. You pay for the name "Eyal Shani" buy not for what you really get. ZERO party atmosphere - despite being heavily advertised as such!! The "fun" evenings are ONLY Friday and Saturday. Wednesday was DEAD. We were the ONLY table (of 300 empty seats) at 8pm on Wednesday. Our server (Andre) was fantastic!! Attentive, helpful, talkative and friendly. We tipped him well. But I definitely wouldn't come back. Especially not on a week day.

Was invited to celebrate my friends birthday and she got the idea from Social Media. The aesthetics and music is what gave this place its stars. If you are looking forward to high quality food - this isn’t the place. The price tag doesn’t match the quality and neither did the drinks. All together we had: the Wagyu, avocado toast, octopus salad, eggplant & a mushroom dish(they were under a different name). We all agreed that we’ve had better in other places for 1/3 of the price. The service didn’t feel welcoming except for the one server who stopped by our table to compliment ‘Us’ 🤎 because we were the only ones in there compared to the normal clientele (if you catch my drift). If you want to take pictures, pay for an over priced drink with hardly any liquor and listen to a decent playlist then this is the place for you. If not, you can find better quality food spots in the design district or coral gables

I would like to start by saying the staff was very kind, friendly and professional. I was however embarrassed to bring an Israeli client here, as the food was not Israeli. For two people the bill was over $550, with wine pairing by Miroval (for sale at Whole Foods for $20 a bottle), a poor rendering of ricotta gnocchi which had no flavor, a fatty rack of lamb for $150 and a dessert, cold spinach, an out of the toaster oven pizza concoction, slices of salted beet, and some random slice of old tiramisu served on gold laminated paper. The branzino-esque fish served in the bread mold was flavorful but underwhelming. The menus also tried to be witty with clever quips and names for their dishes, written in comic sans. The restaurant was beautiful but it lacked in substance and flavor. I've been to every Major Food Group restaurant and was taken aback by the poor quality of this product. Come for a signature cocktail and enjoy the bar, but that is all I would recommend.

We had high hopes going here but overall were disappointed with the quality of food and service. After ordering we were informed that many items were no longer available. Our waiter rudely said that we had the latest reservation so things ran out. Our reservation was for 8:30pm on a Thursday night. Terrible excuse. Our waiter was rude all night and not helpful. The food that did come took forever and was very ok. For these prices we expected much higher quality. All the drinks were great and the manager was Julia was amazing. She took care of as after the waiter continued to deliver awful service and rude comments. Besides the mediocre food and bad service, the music and vibes were great. Prob won’t return.

Came in with the kids as we visited Miami, I’ve been in Hasalon in Vegas which was amazing but this one in Miami was a complete disappointment, starts with the fact we waited 45 min for our main courses and when they came they got it wrong and gave us steak instead of fish, the waiter literally asked us if we want the steak as it’s already here and the fish will take longer to make … leave all that aside yes I was not expecting cheap dinner at all but we made a mistake and that’s on me that I didn’t look at the menu but seriously $70 for eggplant with tomato sauce ?? $110 for fish?? I am giving them 4 stars for atmosphere because we celebrated my son’s birthday and they really made him a good celebration with the desert and mini party. But certainly not worth the $$$

Paid $8,000 for a large party. Atmosphere was great and service was good. The food is a 0. Didn’t have 1 thing in our preset meal menu that was even decent. When the meat came each guy guy a tiny sliver of meat and it was gone. Even the Salad was tasteless. Really surprised how bad the food was. Don’t do the preset menus. Maybe better if you do normal menu.

The only reason why I’m even giving two stars is because of the ambiance & vibe (music is good, fun & cute environment) On the other hand, we had the most terrible experience with food and service was average. The food at most is average for the price you’re paying (+ they have a min. spend of $90 per person ONLY FOR FOOD, not alcohol). At that price I am expecting excellent food, not at best average. Second, we got served RAW chicken, it was not properly cooked in the middle…potatoes were still rock hard and not cooked. It took talking to the manager and arguing to get an apology. Finally they took it off our bill (as they should) and gave us desert and shots on the house. At that point, the vibe was already killed and it was a ruined evening. For me, it’s a hard pass. Sorry but maybe this establishment would be better as a club and not a restaurant!

Demasiado alto el volumen de musica, les urge un ingeniero de audio. Las bocinas son para comciertos o festivales de musica, NO para un restaurante - bar. Te corren a las 11pm, no cierran 2am. El DJ muy malo, no sabe mezclar musica. No hay comparacion con Ha Salon NYC! La Comida excelente!!

Do not recommend. They hosted 23 people for a "family style" meal and ended up providing 2 small platters (not enough) of appetizers (avocado toasts) for the entire table. Stay away. There are better Mediterranean restaurants in Miami.

When the reservation was made we were sold on "chef's table". We were sitting no where near a chef's table. The kitchen was barley being used to see anything and it was coming from the back kitchen. The food was extremely over priced and MEGA-under whelming for the price. The service, although good, does not warrant an automatic service charge that was not disclosed in advance. There was no entertainment and only some light music in back ground. The atmosphere was not good. Would never return or recommend unless you have extra money and time to light on fire. We spent the same money at MILA and were blown out of this world with atmosphere, flavor, service, ambiance, etc. This place was a zero and wish we never went.

Total scam. Restaurant called and begged for us to take a 22 top instead of the 3 tables we had booked. This in turn changed everything to a “pre-fix” menu which didn’t seem like a big deal until the bill came out. They charged us for 16 people on our check even though we only had 14. The waiter “did me a favor” and took 1 off to make it only 15 people we got charged for, but only after I told him how upset I was and that I was going to leave a 1 star review. Just to give some context, the bill was split into three. One bill was 6500 for the 14 people on it. One bill was about $10,000 for the bottles that were ordered, and the other one was about $1000 for a few other people . For a party that spent almost $20,000 in one night at a single sitting IM flabbergasted at how we were treated. I think it is safe to say that me, and everybody else in our party will never return to this restaurant. When it comes to restaurants and entertainment in Miami, I think there are a ton of better options than this restaurant. Best of luck thank you for reading this far and I hope that you all have a wonderful experience… at a different restaurant that cares about their customers experience.

My wife doesn’t eat seafood and they refused to substitute it for her in the prix fixe menu. Never heard of a restaurant that won’t do a vegetarian substitute. The waiter just told her to avoid the fish. Seriously?

DO NOT GO HERE. My wife and her friends made a reservation at this restaurant this past Friday evening. They were sat at a table next to one of the music speakers so they couldn’t even hear the waitress speak or talk to each other. That’s not even the worst part. Their server Delphin was rude, very unclear of how large the entrees were and kept trying to say that the dishes they chose weren’t enough to feed them all. They told they were required to spent at minimum $360 not including alcohol, just food. They then ordered two steak dishes and two seafood dishes, also 4 appetizers. It equaled more than $360, then the server said that wasn’t enough food to cover the amount and they needed to order more. She then proceeded to tell them to get the ribeye that was $155. She said she would check to see if that would be enough, and if not they should get a dessert to make the minimum spend. She went ahead and added the dessert without coming back to tell them.They spent well over the minimum, and after everything they received the bill and it was $880. Mind you, these are all small women that just wanted to share a few appetizers and a few entrees to try the food. I would avoid this place at all costs, as there are so many other restaurants in Miami to choose from.

I booked a reservation for the Blue Room, upon checking at the desk they said the room is closed and offered me to sit at the lounge which is in front of the entrance… the experience was entirely horrible. Waitress constantly dictating that if I don’t order quickly the dishes will run out, forgot a dish and charged me for it, constantly pushy and rude staff. Skip the expensive food, rude service etc for Mila, Queen etc

I feel like I was laughed at ! Literally felt like I was cheated ! I literally payed $29 on a sliced tomato I can buy a dollar in publix with no flavor neither even salt . I was hoping it just looked simple yet the flavor will be rich I feel like I was laughed at and I will never send anyone there .. who are you Eyal Shani to criticize others?! I went for your character but felt like you made a complete joke out of your fans don’t let me get started about the Borecas ! If you’re a chef my niece is a master chef!

Our experience at Hasalon Miami for New Year’s Eve was nothing short of a disaster. We had a party of 10 for their second seating, with a reservation at 9:30 PM. Instead of being promptly seated, we were left waiting outside until 10:30 PM. For a restaurant that knew exactly how many guests were booked (considering we paid our bill in advance three weeks ago), this was the first sign of poor planning. Once we were finally seated, the service continued to be abysmal. It took 45 minutes just to get our first round of drinks, and only then did the staff take our food order—at 11:15 PM. By then the tables at the front were already dancing on the table and we haven’t even had a bite to eat yet. To make matters worse, we were informed at this point that they had run out of bread. How does a restaurant hosting a planned New Year’s Eve event… knowing exactly how many people are coming in… run out of such a basic item? The real tragedy unfolded with the rest of the meal—or lack thereof. We didn’t receive more than half of the items we ordered. For example: * We ordered 10 ounces of caviar but got nothing—zero. * Out of 3 branzinos ordered, none were served, leaving our pescatarian guests without a proper meal. * Even the hummus was unavailable. At 11:50 PM, a waiter informed us that this was all the food they had, and if we didn’t get something by then, we wouldn’t get it at all. No apologies, no explanation—just a dismissive tone. Adding insult to injury, when we tried to order a bottle of champagne, we were told there would be a champagne toast at midnight, yet no champagne ever came to our table. Dessert was equally disappointing. We ordered two platters and were given two measly slices of cheesecake—for 10 people! The final bill was $450 per person, including gratuity and tax. For this exorbitant price, we were met with terrible service, incomplete orders, and a complete lack of communication. This wasn’t just a bad experience; it was outrageous. This place failed on every level—service, food, organization, and basic hospitality. If you’re considering dining here for a special occasion or any other reason, think again. The experience was so bad, it’s almost laughable—except it wasn’t funny at all. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Truly tragic and an absolute embarrassment for any establishment claiming to be high-end. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Would absolutely not recommend. Reservation for 10 was put at a table for 8 so had to squeeze in. Waiter spilled tomato juice on me without an f given. Everytime we ordered a drink had to order it 4 times. They were busy so really backed up was the excuse. For $30 for literally 7 piecs of gnocchi you can afford to hire additional waiters. Food was so so, steak was bad.

I visited HaSalon for my best friend’s bachelorette party and was severely disappointed by the service and professionalism. I feel that this place has potential, but I unfortunately won’t be coming back or recommending this place. I noticed a hair in my food and alerted my waiter who replaced my plate and the dish that had the hair in it (nobody in my group has hair like the one pictured, and another member of my group found another hair in their food after the encounter detailed in this review). I later asked if we could also get a reorder of spinach as I was unable to try it since my serving was taken with my plate and there was no more left in the family style spread. Both the waiter Raul AND manager gave me a hard time about it, saying that getting a reorder of the contaminated item should’ve been enough and that I didn’t have a large enough serving on my plate for them to accommodate the replacement, and there was no concern for my experience as a customer. Given the fact that our food was contaminated and there is a $90 per person food minimum, I didn’t think that an extra plate of steamed spinach topped with Parmesan should’ve been a big deal, or prioritized over our experience as guests. They ended up dropping off another order of spinach, but the encounter honestly made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. If HaSalon had confidence in their food, I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t want to accommodate the request as my only goal as a foodie was to try and enjoy everything I ordered. If you don’t value being treated as if your experience matters and are keen on pleading your case to staff and managers who make you work to correct their mistakes, by all means, come here! If not, find somewhere else to spend your money. There are so many other restaurants more worthy of your time.

Good service...but the food is sooooo bad and way over price but way ...definitely will not recommend this place..first time and I try to understand why ppl going there..keep ur money for much better restaurants that u can get more for ur money..also the restroom are fealty for this type of restaurant..overall not going back and not recommending
