I go to this place often. The bourbon chicken is always worth it. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. You can be standing there for five minutes looking at the food without anyone so much as greeting you. This happens especially with the older women who work there. They will gossip with each other and you have to interrupt them to get their attention. To their credit though; the manager and the younger ladies go out of their way to prep you quickly. Always polite and genuinely happy to help unlike the rest.

Food is good, but customer service is sub par. The lady that charged me the dinner should learn atleast some form of English. I said Thank You multiple times and she did not reply. This is sad. I was ordering my food on Saturday around 6:30 pm.

I'm so mad right about now. The food is disgusting a waste of money. Note to self, don't never buy anything from this location. My rice was old & the noodles was over cooked. Their policy is no refunds, just exchange. I just wasted $12 on something horrible.

I've lived in FL all my life and this Cajun grill at Dolphin mall is NOT it. The only thing that was good is the fried bananas. The Lomein does NOT look appetizing, I don't know what I was thinking coming here. The one in Westland is great! I just wanted to shop at Dolphin Mall, I should have starved until I left!

Horrible. I had ribs. They tasted like mall chinese food. Sticky. Not spicy at all. Served with soy sauce for some reason. And when I finished my drink, there was a big insect in it at the bottom. Gross. 🐜 It doesn’t matter how hungry you are, life it too short for Kelly’s Cajun Grill.

Don’t even bother to waste your money at Cajun grill. They don’t have honey chicken anymore it’s now honey with mustard which taste horrible, my dad ask for a refill and they said no after we paid $37 for our 2 meals. I paid $3 just for a water bottle this is just a bad experience

Worst experience ever I was in line to order with my mom who walks with a walker the lady on line was rushing is in Spanish I asked can you allow her to decide then she threw food on my mom's plate And rushed her along not even asking what I wanted to order just yelling to the next person behind us what do you want in Spanish I advised I was not done ordering and she got upset and told me in Spanish to make it quick if it was not for my mother being hungry and not having the energy to walk further I would have told them I will take my service elsewhere then it is Chinese food but, they have no chop sticks and when I asked the other lady was also rude about it saying you can eat with a fork too I am a Manager in the restaurant business and would not allow any employees to treat my patrons this way I get that it is not a sit down restaurant but, it is also not a soup kitchen we had to pay for food we should receive the service to go along with it.

i was here geeting food at this restaurant on 12/31/17 the rice they have there is from last night and it taste like old rice i did complain to a china guy that is there i told him to throw away the rice becuse is bitter nasty disgusting i will be contacting department of health and restaurant and hotels regualtion departments is not right food is very delicate you guys need to step up nasty and disgusting food..

They charged me an extra Dollar for the rice that had shrimp and when they served it they didn't bring a single one and they charged me $ 0.50 cents for a soda refilling. When I claimed the problem with the rice, the person who attended to me said that he had nothing to do with it. when you are charging extra you have to make sure that your customer is satisfied with the product

I usually don't leave a bad review unless it's true. Food was cold and not good quality. Should have read the reviews before purchasing.
