Everything was great from the beginning to the end, we were running a few minutes late for our reservation and called just to be safe they were willing to accommodate and push us back a few minutes but thankfully we made it within our original grace period (you just never know with Miami traffic). Our server Blak was kind, helpful and attentive, she served me and some of my girlfriends for a girls night she answered any questions we had and even helped with some recommendations! We didn’t feel rush even with the time limit they hold per table and the food was delicious.

Very nice decor and refined atmosphere, delicious orange parfait and tropical dragon dessert. You can choose a passion fruit martini. Congratulations to Christian who served us with care, but I must point out that I found the taxes and mandatory tip excessive. I would go back, but it's expensive. Good place.

Komodo Miami is now at the very top of my list of favorites. Enjoyed a sensational evening with friends. The wait time was about 30 minutes which the food was certainly worth the wait. The vibes are amazing, music set the right mood, and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Expect to wait a little longer to be seated because this place is always busy. Cocktails are amazing and you might even see a celebrity in the house. Dress to impress!!!!

Chose this place to dine for our 8th anniversary together. Duck was fantastic, the skirt steak was good. The Brussels sprouts were so on point! We also had the blue fin tuna sushi. Perfecto!!!! Our server Justin made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant! A great ambiance, grown and sexy place to wine and dine a loved one. Oh and the drinks were top notch!!!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a beautiful date night at Komodo’s. The food was excellent, the ambience was delightful, and the food and service were top-tier. My husband and I went to experience the Miami Spice menu. Portions were more than enough! Excellent restaurant!

This was some of the best food we’ve had so far in Miami! Every single dish they brought out was better than the last. The Peking duck was out of this world delicious, highly recommend trying that here! The drinks were great too and the chocolate dumplings for dessert were damn near transcendental 😂 the service was also incredible all around and Anthony took great care of us as our server. 10/10 experience for sure!! Will definitely come back any time we are back in town.

I love going here since I live near by! The staff is awesome! I talk to a couple of regulars everyday and are very kind and helpful! Sandybel or she goes by Sandy is always great help and of service!

Visited Komodo Miami recently and overall had a good experience — with a few things worth mentioning. The food was excellent. Everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Special mention to the Peking duck — tender, crispy, and perfectly balanced. The dim sum and sushi rolls arrived within 7 minutes of ordering — very impressive timing, especially for a busy evening. Service was professional, and the manager was accommodating when we asked to be moved from the second floor (which felt a bit dull and disconnected) to the main dining area downstairs — much better energy and ambience there. That said, a couple of things could be improved. The music was a letdown — old pop hits played loudly and didn’t match the vibe or style of the restaurant. It was hard to have a conversation without raising your voice, and it took away from what could’ve been a more refined atmosphere. The overall concept feels a bit dated — it could benefit from a refresh, especially with so many modern dining spots around Brickell.

A very unique spot that was quite an experience. Our server was amazing! The food was good, but not worth the high prices. The duck was very good, the truffle noodles were amazing, and lots of the other dishes we had were good, but not quite worth the 5th star. Desserts were very good, I recommend the Japanese cheesecake!

Came here for a birthday dinner and we had an AMAZING time. The food, service, and ambiance were all good. Highly recommend making a reservation beforehand. Parking is easier to valet or you’ll have to find near by street or garage parking. Prices are reasonable based on what it is you’re getting. Shoutout to waiter, Douglas - he was great at being attentive and patient with our group!

Had an amazing dinner at Komodo Miami! The food was outstanding — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Komodo Miami absolutely killed it this year with their Miami Spice offerings. My friends and I got to experience a variety of their small dishes, each delicious in their own way. The drinks were refreshing and perfectly balanced. Beautiful ambiance with good music in the background. The service was amazing as well, they were extremely attentive to our table. Great location right in the heart of Brickell. A must try!

Seems like they made my food 20 minutes before I ordered it. This was 5:30am in the morning. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t served hot, more like lukewarm. This was the first time I stopped at this location because it was on my way to my new job. Will give other McDonald’s a chance before I come back to this one.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service was kinda slow and the place was a bit messy when I went. Not bad for a quick bite, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Peak hours 2pm and no frappe??? Young kid at the drive through talking on his phone with a Bluetooth in one ear and the drive through headset on the other ear. Needless to say we were yelling at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response but the employee says the speaker works. This is Our future!!!

I’ve order at this place a lot but I’m about done with this McDonald’s they forget the fries in a grinch meal like do you not do 15 grinch meals a day how do you forget fries it’s so dumb and I paid for delivery and everything worst service ever and they don’t even pickup the phone at a all day restaurant

After receiving a cold sandwich in the drive through I went inside & asked for another cheeseburger made fresh they gave me sliced onions instead of slivered, when I asked for the manager, she sucked her teeth, dragged her feet across the floor, and handed me another cold burger overloaded with enough onions for five sandwiches. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the staff on shift tonight should not be representing the McDonald’s brand. I expect better from a company of this size — this needs to be corrected immediately.

There has been a fly in the bakery box the past few visits, I think the fly checks in daily or permanently resides. Unfortunately, no one has taken notice or cares. I don’t recommend the cookies, unless you want McFly sauce.. Yeah, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat here too. Also, closed the dining room at 10:30 pm, although the signage says the dining room closes at 11 pm. Franchises are not reliable, they lack the standards.

Place was very dirty, employee drinking soda while attending a customer, garbage can was full so easier to throw trash on the floor. Very poor customer service, employee should be wearing gloves and face covering while preparing food!

My food was paid for but the attendants were rude and they refused to give it to me. I spoke to 4 employees during a 30 min wait and they told me to come inside to discuss. I am very busy, they wasted my whole lunch, and I did not get to eat or receive my food. They just canceled my order after the whole ordeal to not take responsibility. There is a sincere lack of care for the customer or their time.

I've ordered happy meal and 1 meal combo and they gave me this toys which is 2 season before the Space Jam, but the receipt show Space Jam toy, this is very crazy, this Scooby doo been super old like the previous 2 season on APRIL or something. And they show me the happy meal cars all of them is old toys and I'm not the only one complaining for this matter, also the box is OLD too, the toys security box is broken, super bad. Please manager follow up

Iced caramel macchiato was overflowing on lid, needed napkins to clean it all. Syrup was caked on bottom, they didn’t blend it at all. Serviceworker didn’t acknowledge us when we said hello.

I visited the McDonald’s at 200 Ne 167th on September 16th 2025 around 7:25am, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the manager on duty. When I approached with a concern about my order, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone instead of trying to help. I asked her name she barely wanted to give me her name. I asked her to spell it for me she told me no call corporate and tell them the name I gave you. This left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I expect better treatment from management, and I hope McDonald’s addresses this with better customer service training, because no customer should be treated this way.

If I could have gave a zero review that's what I would have gave. I went to McDonald's at 9:20 and ended up leaving the McDonald's at 9:50 all because they made a mistake the night crew which was a dude a young girl. I was charged for the 6-piece Nugget and the fries as well as a Big Mac that I did not ask for and it was such a big confusion to the point where I paid with my Apple pay and he had to give me the difference in change in cash and then when I ask for the receipt the young dude proceeded to tell me that he could not give me the receipts. To tell you the truth is is very unprofessional and very unaccommodated I was in the line for over 30 minutes all because of the mistake that they made I checked my order and realized that they gave me a Big Mac and then the young dude and the girl comes and make it seem like it was my fault after I check my my order. I will never come back to that McDonald's if I could give a zero star review I would unprofessional.

Hands down the worse McDonalds i’ve ever visited. I wait for 10 minutes with no one to help me, I show my order to the cashier, who has a headphone in and not even acknowledging the screen order. Asks me again in another ten minutes what my order is, to get it completely wrong. A large drink and fries, and ten nuggets, and they give me a sandwich. I recommend saving time and money. Not worth it to come here.

I placed an order online. They take my payment. I pull up to the McDonald's. No one speaks English well enough to comprehend the discrepancy. They refuse to provide the order I placed and was charged for. I pull up to the window because the intercom wasn't helpful. I get to the window and they refuse to approach the window to see what it is I may want. The gentleman with the tatted sleeve tells me he cant do anything and tk wait for the manager, but she is in the restroom for 20 minutes. I leave because now it after 4 a.m. So I was charged for a meal I never received abt 45 minutes ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I went to this McDonalds today 10/22/2025 around 1:15 pm. The lady at the drive-thru had terrible customer service. I confirmed my order at the 1st window and I asked if I had entered my code. She rolled her eyes at me and told me what I had to pay. I asked her what was wrong and she said nothing. I told her why you have bad service. She rolled her eyes at me again and told me the price I had to pay again. I left McDonalds and went to another restaurant to get something to eat. People like that shouldn't be serving at McDonald's

I ordered a number 4 MC Crispy and they didn’t put any of the toppings on there , just gave it to me plain , I really don’t appreciate that I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal ….. I ordered during late night shift 2Am …..🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Took​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ my sister here for her birthday. The ambiance and vibe were really 10/10, and even though it was crowded, bar service was quick. But the rest of the experience went downhill. We waited an hour after our 9 pm reservation and were finally seated two floors up at uncomfortable high-top tables. The chairs were not comfortable since I am a little bit thicker, so we asked to be moved and were placed inside between the water station and another table. The food was a hit and miss. My Korean fried chicken was a disaster, and it was not even mixed with the gochujang sauce. It looked like they threw it on my plate. The pictures shown online looked so good and was the reason I ordered that. They remade it, but it came out the same way. My wagyu fried rice was delicious, and my sister was happy with her Chilean sea bass and Brussels sprouts. The service was terrible. I asked for a Sierra Mist and ice, and the server brought only a cup of ice. When my sister asked for it again, he came back with a flat Sierra Mist without ice, then he poured it into my ice cup over my plate while I was eating, and it dripped into my food. At least, he changed the plate afterward, but the whole thing was crazy. For the money, I could have expected better service and overall experience. The ambiance was great and the fried rice was delicious, but the rest of the things made me want to not ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌return.
