Hello All, Here at Pei Wei on SW 37th Avenue, Of course with my bestie Chas. This is one of my most favorite in Asian Restaurants of course a sister company of PF Changs. Darlene the Order Consultant was pleasant and ever so helpful. Man what a great place to eat, everyone is friendly and the food was sooooo good. We had the pork egg rolls to start and I also had the cup of Won Ton soup. For entree’s I had the Pei Wei Original sauce with chicken and white rice and Chas had the Chicken Lo Mein tossed in Teriyaki sauce. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY MADE AND DELICIOUS. You all must definitely stop by and have a bite.

Checked out the new Pei Wei in Coral Gables, smaller location, but a big upgrade! The space feels fresh, the menu has expanded, and the fidelity points are still active (yes!). We started with the Signature Lettuce Wraps (so good), then ordered the Beef & Broccoli and Lo Mein Chicken , both packed with flavor. And the best part? Caesar gave us a surprise treat: Thai donuts to try! Fluffy, warm, and just the right amount of sweet. 🙌 Amazing service by Caesar, great food, and a much improved experience overall. I ordered the signature lettuce wraps, vegetables spring rolls, crab wontons and hot honey chicken with lo mein and everything was delicious. The lettuce wrap was good but the spring rolls and crab wontons were a much better choice for appetizers. The lo mein is very flavorful and by hot honey chicken was spicy and tasty. I loved how fast the food was ready and the staff thought of everything when it was packed as they included utensils, sauces and fortune cookies. This is my go to spot whenever I want something fast but still delicious and nutritious.

I came here to pick up some food on my way home after running some errands. the last time I was there they were able to wong toss my food but when I go there today they don't I wish they would make up their mind instead of going back and forth with that cuz it makes you don't want to eat there anymore if he would say we don't want cautious food and stick with that instead of saying oh we do toss your food in a pan.

I had not been to Pei Wei in a long time. You no longer get an actual plate when you eat in. You get a disposable piece of plastic. I had to wait for the manger to stop gossiping w the cook to place my order. I was an inconvenience. The person who took my order put his palm on the drinking part of the cup I was handed. The food itself was inedible. I just left after paying without eating my food. The tofu was soggy, not cooked at all. There was so much sauce dumped on the food that I actually questioned whether the restaurant trains people how to cook. I went to chipotle next door to pay for another meal. I won’t go back to Pei Wei.

The new African American manager is so disrespectful, unprofessional and inefficient. I placed an order a couple weeks ago and they gave me raw uncooked meat, I told them and they assured me with my name and my number I can get a replacement next time, so I came back and the manager was like: when was it? You have proof? Why did you wait this long to come back ? etc... I even showed him the pics and he wasn't even apologetic and try to fix it. I will never go back, sad I used to be a regular. That manager does not belong in the high-end coral gables location. I also notice how disrespectful he is to his employees it’s sad.

Nasty spring rolls. Hot & sour soup is too thick. Rice is hard. Received wrong meal. Overall never again.
