During quarantine for Mother’s Day, my mother wanted Italian. I did my research and found this place and OMG!!!!! Delicious!!!! The white truffle ravioli is amazing, the amount of ravioli was a lot as well. My mother got the cappellaci and it’s really tasteful. The calamari are honestly one of the best we EVER had and we go out to eat every Friday and these were so fresh and the sauce just as fresh and good. Sad I couldn’t really have the full experience, but now that I tasted the food I definitely will be going after quarantine to get the full experience. Thank you for the great food during this time.
Love this restaurant. Great garden atmosphere and good food. The pizza is delicious, thin and made properly. The salt branzino is so simple, fresh and tasty, we love it! The salads are flavored and I love their starters, especially the mini canzone and the sole. They also have great cocktails! Overall, this is a lovely Italian restaurant, always having a great experience!
In love with this restaurant 💚 Yesterday we stop to have a quick lunch in this gorgeous place It was a great experience We order two appetizers. The Beef tartar is a MUST try The staff if friendly and can perfectly explain the guest menu. We follow their suggestions Our main entrees were very different; one delicious risotto, hamburger and tuna with quinoa We recommend this place
You have to go here on date night! This is our go to place when we want to share a romantic evening. I really love this place! I have beatiful memories in Via Verdi. They have a wonderful menu on Valentines day and live music often. Our favorite time to go is during happy hour from 4pm to 8pm daily. The service is incredibly they always make you feel at home. The food is spectacular as well it is one of my favorite places to get calamari. It's the perfect place to go on Wednesdays when they have wine bottle ls half off all day :).
We went to Via Verdi for lunch and it was great!! It is one of those places that really make you feel closer to Italy, we shared the olive and Palm of hearts cream, a Parmigiana and a Risotto and everything was on point, Wines were also really good, service was great and to our surprise the prices were really good for the quality of food and service you get. We will comeback again at night!
I love Via Verdi... Food here is excellent. Fresh pasta dishes and great appetizers. We usually order the grilled octopus which comes over some garbanzo bean paste and its so good. For our main course I've had different things like Branzino al Sale which always comes out perfectly codented. Also the linguini with clams is made so fresh and light with perfect pasta al dente. Seems like a simple dish but not everyone makes it this good. The lasagna has that home made taste like from an Italian grandma. Lots of meat and creamy ricotta in a light tomato sauce, very tasty. The ambiance here is very casual and family friendly. Great service and friendly staff. Via Verdi is always a good choice for Italian.
The food was absolutely delicious. Best pasta we had here in Miami so far. Service was also good, and the place is really nice. But the music was not good at all... It was regeaton style which we think had nothing to do with the type of place... The good thing was that the music was not loud so that helped a little.
Service was great, and food was yummy. Quality of food is awesome and great prices. I think it will be a regular for me.
Food is DELICIOUS and authentic. Atmosphere is great. Loved sitting outdoor and enjoying the breeze.
Great little Italian bistro with a fantastic happy hour and wonderful fresh pasta! Also, our server was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great spot. Great home cooked food. Authentic spot. The 2 brothers that own the place are very nice, friendly. They don't make them like that anymore. Their catering is also great.
I went here with a friend who had just moved to Miami and we stumbled upon Via Verdi as we explored the Mimo neighborhood. As newcomers, we don't have proof but it seems this is a neighborhood favorite. A range of patrons, many of whom were warmly welcomed with hugs from the staff and many were speaking Italian. Excellent food, welcoming outdoor bar/seating area, good prices and tasty cocktails. The Aperol Spritz is the signature drink. We will definitely be going back.
Very good traditional Italian menu. Great selection of starters and antipasto. We were a 6 person group and ordered different entrées, We all enjoyed the food and great service.
This place is a must go. The attention from it’s own owners is amazing. They’re so kind and humble. The place itself is bautiful and feels like a home. The pasta was the best pasta i’ve ever had. I will be coming again! Amazing place with homemade pasta
This is without a doubt one of the best Italian restaurants in town. You can't find another rare mix between creativity and tradition. It is always my favorite place to go to. You guys rock!!!
Love love love love love love love love....this place! Did I mention that I love this place. The food is awesome, the service is great, their signature drinks are to die for and the decor is super nice. You got to eat here today. You will love it too!
Everything at Via Verdi is SUPER DELISH! Fantastic food and the generous slice of tiramisu was an excellent ending to a delicious meal. They catered several photoshoots I worked on. Came in to dine, the twin brother Owners are so kind and welcoming. Looking forward to returning for Brunch.
Perfect bday night , the food is delicious, Excellent wine selection and great customer service our waitress Christine very polite professional and helpful she is awesome ! We really had a beautiful night !!!
I can't think of anything about Via Verdi that isn't great - First, kudos to the Chefs/Entrepreneurs who put together the idea to fuse a martini bar and a casual northern Italian restaurant in the developing area north of Midtown. Second, the restaurant has several environments depending on the mood you are in: - the bar is open and airy, and you can enjoy a masterfully crafted cocktail and the full menu. It's a great place to watch a sporting event, or just to chill out. The guys at Via Verdi do a lot of events and get togethers, which keeps it interesting. - there is a very large outdoor patio for dining outside in the fresh air - there is a nice sized, cool dining room in case it's hot outside - there is a romantic two person table inside the wine cantina, in case you want a romantic setting for the night (you probably want to call well ahead to reserve that table). Third, the service is excellent - the staff is well trained, knows the food, is cordial and friendly, and all of them seem to speak Italian, English and Spanish. So you can't go wrong. Also, you will see one of the Chef/Owners walking around at almost all times, checking on the tables and providing recommendations. Forth, and this is a big one - FREE AMPLE PARKING. Yes, there is a free parking lot with approximately 20 spaces directly outside the restaurant. Where have you seen that lately in Miami? No obnoxious valet to deal with.... no over aggressive ticket cops waiting to give you a ticket 2 minutes after your parking expires. No tow truck mafia waiting to tow your car at any moment for some invented infraction. You can enjoy your meal and wine without worry. Who needs South Beach when you've got Via Verdi? And finally the most important thing - the cuisine. The guys that opened this place are the same guys that were the executive chefs at Quattro on Lincoln Road - so you can expect the same very high food quality and some new menu items as well. I actually saw an episode of Iron Chef that they were on! Fresh burrata cheese, seasonal dishes (truffles anyone?), a great wine selection... awesome. I would be remiss to neglect to mention the resident mixologist/owner - try the Italian Mojito - you won't regret it (ok you might regret it the next morning, but that's a different story......)
We really have a very good time in this restaurant. Oscar was so nice and contours and gave us such a nice service. The food was delicious and the desserts very special, we really enjoyed in this nice and good place
This is my favorite restaurant ever!! Every dish is fresh and full of flavor. The pasta's and the sauces that go along with it are made from the freshest ingredients and are handmade by the chef. Love this place. HIGHLY recommend.
This is the Miami equivalent of that favorite neighborhood italian place in NYC. The menu is extensive which means there's something for everyone. The homemade pasta is exceptional - splurge if you can and get the fresh pasta, butter, cheese with shaved truffles. It was out of this world! Excellent veal, osso buco and lasagna. Our server, Valentina, couldn't have been better - friendly, super professional, attentive, offered spot-on insights about the menu. The wine list is solid with good prices. The restaurant is large, airy and bright but still warm and inviting. There's no better place to steal away for a late lunch or early supper.
My Girlfriend and Me love Via Verdi. We usually go for the Alba Pasta, but all their plates seems delicious. Their service and staff is great. We always feel very welcome. Highly Recommended Italian restaurant.
This is one of the best places in Miami for true Italian food. From the fabulous light bites down to the finite Italian pasta, the chef knows how to do it up right. Not to be missed: dine in the Market room for a true private experience!
Autentic Italian food and great service. One of the best places for Italian food in Miami. It is Family Owned and has a very personal touch you don’t get in “Corporation” owned restaurants. Two thumbs up
Awesome food...well, what I had was, and my two friends with me enjoyed theirs as well. Excellent service and a lively atmosphere. You should look into it.
Excellent authentic northern Italian food and pastas, always a pleasure to go there, they have a very reasonably priced wine list where you are bound to find excellent choices. They also have a full bar specializing in cocktails. Great price/quality choice
The atmosphere has very nice Dinning outside was awesome during the evening. The service was super dope and quick. The food was fresh and hot like you knew they didn't have the pasta just sitting there waiting
Via Verdi was great! Our server, Dary, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different dishes. The restaurant had great atmosphere and was nice to have some authentic dishes. Appetizers were delicious and all of 4 us left with full and satisfied. Everything was reasonably priced for such a fine establishment. Lot of drink options for those who drink and also vegetarian and gluten free options, which I appreciate. Make sure to check out this spot, if you're in town. You will not be disappointed.
The food was awesome, we were 6 persons and everybody enjoyed it, the sides and the mains. Especially the truffle pasta and ravioli were fantastic, and that to good prices. The service was perfect, really friendly and fast. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Absolutely delicious. From the bread, to the drinks, to the entree. Perfect for vegans and vegetarians, even my meat eating friends loved my food! The heart of palm burger was exceptional. Highly recommend.
Via Verdi is fantastic - offering a wide range of pasta, pizza and fish/meat dishes, including many vegetarian options. The eggplant appetizer is the best eggplant i have EVER had... the salads are huge and delicious... as are the main courses. The staff are very friendly, too. Highly recommend this wonderful neighborhood spot in Miami's thriving Mimo district.
I am so happy that I was brought here. The food is so delicious.. lasagna - incredible 😁.. the sauce is unique and so fresh. Tasted the Pizza and was blown away by a flavor assault that has my mouth watering for six days now.. the waiter was a bit open with his disappointment about us not ordering booze but we showed up late and he was probably tired.. this is on the date nite restraunt rotation now.. such a nice place.
We really enjoyed our dinner here! The host was friendly and fast, we chose to sit outside on the covered patio and it was really pleasant. This is an atteactive cozy place. We loved the menu as it had classics but lots of 'different' dishes too. We were surprised by the interesting cocktail list (not typical for Italian) I got the 'Barbie' and it was a true cocktail shaken on ice but not served with ice - perfect! Our food was very good, flavorful, interesting and carefully prepared - portions were the right size in our opiinion i.e. generous but not huge. Prices are very fair. I prefer a fairly priced, well sized portion of high quality food over a huge portion of average food! Ha! Many Italian places deliver the latter but Via Verde is the former! Yay! Efficient friendly service too - well paced for dinner - not fast but not slow! There is also some (not a lot) of onsite parking which is unusual and very nice in this part of town! We will be back!
You must try the beef tartar. We stop here for a quick lunch. It was an excellent experience. Good food and a beautiful garden setting. One of the city's most highly recommended Italian restaurants.
Amazing place, I started coming here right after they open. Top quality food. Everyone at our table was very satisfied. The service here is great. Definitely a place to grab a meal and a drink.
I am sad that I am just discovering this place! Everything here was wonderful. Vegetarian options - the grilled veggies were perfect and simple, not bogged down with oil and spices. The Mimo kale salad equally delicious, as was the eggplant. For the meat eaters, the ossobucco and skirt steak are great - this is actually the best skirt steak around here we’ve experienced in a while. Every pasta we ordered was delicious. There was not a single negative thing here except the starter bread didn’t seem of on par quality with the rest of the food, but it’s fine because the bruschetta and other appetizers were delicious. Also for the veggie lovers - you can order an app of fried zucchini only instead of a calamari - very good. Service was great. Great place for dates, friends, and groups. We were a party of 8 and they seated us in a private room inside. Outrdoor and indoor seating available. A must to try in the area!
First visit and not last : very nice setting , very good food. pleasant waitress and great service . A good local italian ,with reasonable price and a delicious tiramisu - Highly recommended! Service is great ! Excellent waitress, very sweet and talented bartender , what else !
Best Italian spot in Miami. I love to go there, they have an unique ambience and excellent food. I have celebrated birthdays and special occasions and they always go the extra mile to make it very special. If you are looking for a nice dinner, Via Verdi is your place! If you are looking for a great night cocktails with friends, Via Verdi is your place! If you are looking to make an event, call them!!
We love going here for brunch while getting our car washed at Karma nearby. Delicious breakfast foods and drinks. Affordable and very friendly staff. Fun to chat about Italy with some of the staff. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere. Exquisite dishes. The wait staff were welcoming, attentive & extremely kind. After meeting the owner Fabrizio, I understood why everyone exuded so much class and professionalism. The owner to mildly put it, made it a priority to speak with each patron that sat at his restaurant. He made sure they were attended to and were enjoying their meal. I highly recommend this place. It's very quaint and tres chic. I absolutely loved it. #TwoThumbsUp
A good place with lots of vegetarian options. The food was excellent and my 3 yr old loved the Pasta. Appetizers and drinks menu was sufficient and the place is lovely on a sporting event day. Also it has sufficient street parking. The bread basket they gave as complementary was hot and fresh. Will visit again next time we go to Miami.
Authentic. Food is yummy and we’ll prepared. Worth every penny! My boss showed me this place for a company dinner and is good friends with the owner of Via Verdi. The owner is magnificent, so kind and also very funny! Atmosphere is quaint. This is a total gem.
Thank you for amazing dinner! Amazing wine, and great service! We were on our way to another restaurant we often frequent and it was already too late to be seated, we ran into Via Verdi and we are glad we came! Amazing food - the Alba Spaghetti was delicious but the Nutella chocolate bar was out of this world! It is a must! Thank you for such an amazing experience....
All of the food we had was spectacular. I recommend the 3 appetizer deal, we had polenta fries, bruschettas and the Olive dip. For my main course I had the risotto with shrimp. Beautiful outdoor location as well. Only slight complaint is that it was really hot, the place could use an extra few fans, but overall our experience was 5 Stars.
We have been there a few times now and the pasta dishes are very delicious, just so crazy about the pizza. Service is good and very friendly. And even it is on the corner of a busy street, the searing area outside is nice.
This little sit down restaurant had the perfect vibe for a lunch or a dinner date. The place was very relaxed and had a nice environment to it. I got the carbonara pasta which was different than the ones I usually get from other places. It wasn’t bad but had a different taste than what I’m used to. Then we got the lasagna which was very tasty and had an authentic taste to it. It tasted good and I would get it again. The best thing about this restaurant though was the dessert. We got the cheesecake and it tasted heavenly and the perfect amount of sweet. I would give this place an 8/10. Would go again
This is an absolutely adorable Italian restaurant. We chose to sit on the patio. We were greeted with evoo on every table and fresh bread. I got the salmon and spinach and he got the mini calzones... yum!
The food was great! It all seemed very authentic to me. The mushroom pasta was a bit salty, but still very good. I also really liked the bread, which was soft and warm. I was very surprised to find such a good Italian restaurant in Miami, and it was probably the best meal I had while I was there. The restaurant has a very cozy feel, and the staff was all very friendly and attentive. It was a bit expensive.
The eggplant parmesan and tiramisu were amazing, but the shrimp risotto was way too greasy and under seasoned. There must have been an entire stick of butter in that risotto. Despite that, I'd still recommend it for the ambience. The prices are good too.
A great family-owned Italian restaurant serving authentic food, located in an old and quaint building on the corner of a major street. Definitely not an overly fancy place but whose layout and design make you feel as if you are in a typical cozy Floridian/Caribbean place: most of the restaurant including the bar is outside with plenty of green and it’s kind of hidden and separated from the street by a white fence and vegetation surrounding the patio. Since we live in West Palm Beach, we usually go there for lunch. Their parking isn’t big, but never full at that time of the day. However, should you not find a place, there is plenty of street parking there (still free!). I tried basically everything on their menu by now and nothing has disappointed me. My favorite dish is the Pasta Cacio e Pepe: not every restaurant offers it (its preparation does require some extra steps), and so far it’s the best I had outside of my home. But we love to go there also just to chill for an after lunch break: we order an Espresso, maybe dessert and an Amaro del Capo (an Italian liquor also rarely found in restaurants) and chat with the nice staff and Fabrizio, one of the owners. Another positive thing about this restaurant: the prices! Via Verdi is among the best value for good authentic Italian food.
Every time I see a pepperoni pizza on the menu I order it. Some people are burger driven, or steak driven, even spicy chicken sandwich driven. I am a pepperoni pizza connoisseur. Which is why I'm giving Via Verdi 4 stars. The pepperoni pie is the BEST I've had in Miami. But the Carbonara that followed was a bit lacking. They use Guanciale which is special and hard to find in a Carbonara, but fir ne it just was not smoky enough. Everyone's pallet is different. So, I highly recommend Via Verdi. Service is great. Parking in the rear. Comfortable. Bit noisy if you sit outside. Biscayne Blvd and proximity to Mid Town and Design District amps up traffic.

Very good Italian restaurant. The service, food, and drinks were very good.
I ordered the vega , quinoa salad, wish it had less olives and quinoa and more greens (celery, cucumbers) , it was too salty but nevertheless delicious. My second dish was a spaghetti with truffle. The pasta was fresh and very yummy. The sauce was too much and too thick . If it was half the portion it would have been a light and very fragrant dish
I would have to say that the best thing about Via Verdi is the setting. That's not to say that the food isn't good (it was), but it's really not what sets this beautiful, interesting building apart from the others. If given the option, have your meal on their patio.
I just ordered from here for the first time. I thought I'd change it up, and I'm so happy I did. Their pizza was superb and still hot when I got it. Will definitely order from here again
I really like this place. i don't give out 5 stars easily but i'd give them a 4.5. The service is great. The food is very good. The owners are usually around and make efforts to make your experience personal. They have a nice selection on their menu. It's not the cheapest, but it's not too bad. Brunch all you can drink mix of mimosa, belini, etc etc. is Awesome. Their truffle sauce is amazing! The eggs benedict-like brunch item with that truggle sauce (can't remember the Italian name LOL) is to die for!
The food is really good, even though the portion size is kind of small. Also, one thing I didn't like is that they only have one brand of beer(an Italian brand), but different variations of that brand(lager, ale, IPA etc). The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars, is for the 2 reasons I stated above. The portion size and the beer selection. But overall still I would highly recommend people check out this restaurant if you live in the area, or happen to be in the neighborhood looking for a good bite to eat.
I'm going to put this simply, because the restaurant is simple and refined: Via Verdi is a lovely dining experience. I was there on a Saturday night, was seated easily for two. Had a great waiter, who took time to explain the options and make suggestions for us. We had the meatballs as an appetizer, which were succulent and crisp. For proper entree we had two pasta dishes which were simple but hit the spot. As a suggestion for anyone, if you do decide to get the Plin, make sure to eat it quickly. The butter based sauce is delicious, but will congeal like butter normally does and become less palatable once it cools. Maybe even request a different sauce if so health-inclined. We also had a nice Italian red wine, for a reasonable price. I think what really set aside the restaurant was the very friendly wait staff, and the outdoor ambiance. The outdoor seating is spacious (you're not crammed into other tables) and delightfully scenic. We requested romantic and secluded seating, and were very grateful that they obliged. Will definitely be coming back. Full recommendation.
Family run restaurant in a cute location. The calamari was fried perfectly and tasted delicious. The cacio e pepe was fine, the cheesy taste was a bit strong but I didn't mind it too much. Overall a very solid spot for above average quality Italian food.
Stopped in for a late night cocktail following dinner nearby after the bar we tried to visit was closed. It was pretty hot outside so we tried to go inside but we were told it would be a $20 cover. They were apparently hosting some sort of salsa dance party, which was a bit odd. We sat outside in the tired patio/bar area. Service was very friendly. I ordered a negroni which was very well made. The other cocktails were good as well. Clearly, the bartender knew his craft. We didn't spend too long here and wished we could have some respite from the heat, but overall drinks and service were great.
Beautiful, elegant restaurant. The staff here were very friendly and helpful to all our needs. There were very few issues with our food during our visit but the friendly staff did everything they could to ensure our experience went better. Will be back soon!
Being first timers, a wonderful man Robert visually walked us through the process & expectations. She helped make our inaugural visit a very pleasant one. The food was freaking delicious. The Winter flavors, especially the Chocolate Bar, was very tasty. Will definitely go again.
We have eaten here several times, each time the food has been very good. From the Caprese salad, roasted brussel sprouts, yummy pizzas, great pastas, to the specials it has all been good. The menu is diverse, interesting, and good size portions. The staff and service is good. Plenty of street parking.
Good food, and ambiance, full bar! For appetizers we had the octopus, beet salad and truffle fries all were delicious. For the main course we had the tl much room truffle pasta, excellent, the lasagna traditional perfectly delicious. The dessert were the tiramisu and the the chocolate bars I forgot the name totally chocolate and both delicious. Love this place we will be back
The staff and help were friendly and efficient. The meal was fair, I had the salad Italiano with grilled shrimp. The actual salad was pretty plain and the dressing didn't have a lot of flavor but it was fresh and the shrimp were delicious. The atmosphere or setting is great. It feels like a lovely little garden courtyard. Oh and the calamari was yummy and of course so was the wine.
Hellooo. My friend and I had dinner here on a week night. Decent crowed. A lot regular. All these means something. We ordered octopus for appetizer. For our main my friend ordered pasta and I had risotto. Food was not bad at all I had to say but service was. Our waiter did not come over to check on us not even on the food. Like I sad, food was good. The food runner was way more attentive and brought silverware and sharing plates to the table. I guess I will come back for a second chance. Thanks via verdi!!!

Like I sad, food was good. The food runner was way more attentive and brought silverware and sharing plates to the table. I guess I will come back for a second chance. Thanks via verdi!!!
The restaurant and the staff are nice. But it's too close to a busy noisy road and pricing is a bit too much. 20$ for a plate of pasta...there were good but it's still just pasta and quantity was really "meh". Kinda regret spending 40$ for two in there.
Nice manicured park with paved walkways and dirt paths, a visitor center with parking lot and that beautiful view of the downtown Los Angeles skyline. It had been on my list for a while to visit and I was lucky enough to catch it on a clear weekday afternoon. I was really shocked that there was a parking lot dedicated just for the park. This park is really in the middle of the concrete jungle. A sort of oasis amongst all the surrounding buildings and busy roads. I must have passed the intersection below hundreds of times not knowing there was a park nearby.
After waiting for months (covid) to come here, unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. The waitress would barely look at us, bad service. A gentleman was smoking cigarettes in the next table, the smell gives me nausea and lots of plastic waisted (see pic). Food (ravioli) was ok.
Pretty good Italian spot. Good for a nice date or to have dinner with the family. Indoor and outdoor dining. However, I would say if your looking for a date night or just a nice dinner with 1 or 2 more people, go to Luna pasta e dolci down the street. Fresh everything, bright flavors, highly recommend
The food here is decent, better than that actually and the staff are fantastic and friendly, I have a couple of niggling issues with the restaurant, first, there is great outside seating however many customers smoke while eating. Is this Eastern Europe on the early 90s? Also, not to nit pick but I always order a lemonade and here it arrives on a small tumbler with a ton of ice. Would it break the bank if they could offer refills? It's details like this that would keep this customer happy and have me return more often.
Would I recommend this place.....No! I been to different Italian restaurants and Have to stay this place was just OK! The music was super loud which just ruined our Sunday Brunch !!! We ordered parmigiana eggplants and two pasta dishes and two drinks. Bill was around $100 and nothing on my dish suggested great food or service. I would recommend Vista restaurant close by any second over this place.
Food wasn't the best the pasta was TO ardente, It wasn't to crawled and the food took forever to come to the table, the food didn't came all at once, my husband food came first than my 2 little ones than my son's and his girlfriend food, my food came when everybody was done already. To pricy for the quality and quantity of the food. The calamari were fresh!

It's different now. The food just doesn't taste as good as it used to. The lasagna was substandard and the cheesecake was way too sweet.
pasta was good, but the sauce looked like a mix between vomit and dog food. The lasagna had average flavor and the plating was very poor. The service was nice and friendly.
I have been to this restaurant many times and the food has always been great. Unfortunately this last time, the entire experience was very disappointing.. the food was not very good. Even more disappointing was the restaurants new service charge which is 23.5% on top of the bill, and on top of that they will change an additional fee if you pay in credit card. If not enough they ask you too your server on top of that…they should at the very least disclose to dinners before they order. I will not be coming back, they lost a very good client
The food was very good but it was very bad the fact that they charge $25 for uncorked the wine that we brought ( same price that one of the wine that they offered ) and even worse they add automatically 20% for tip without consulted or advices fir a table of three!! When I complained to the owner because was outrageous !! ; He apologized and told me that he will reverse it, that he didn’t know… but of course never received “that credit “ Be aware !! Don’t make the same mistake We paid $170 for 3 persons with our own wine Dr. Mónica G
8/20 UPDATE My husband and I went back for dinner with some friends. I was highly disappointed to see that the Food and the service was below average. The same manager that use to give us great service was overwhelmed which is surprising because the restaurant was not busy at all. Our main entree took a while and the ravioli that I loved before was undercook and the sauce barely had any flavor. I asked for cheese to go on the pasta and he brought it by the time we were almost done with dinner. When we asked for the second round of beers he said he had run out of glasses. (The restaurant was 6% full). Just overall a disappointment specially since I used to love this place. Before Review: Great place! Their ravioli is amazing. They have happy hour everyday and 50% off dine-in pasta on Mondays. The manager is very welcoming and always greet us when we come. He does a nice job checking on people in a genuine way. Not just to check it off the list. Very pleasant. Waiters are polite as well. The pasta is amazing. Some of my favorites are the beef ravioli, mushroom ravioli and the cappellaci is delicious too. My favorite part is that they allow dogs on their outdoor area. Love coming here because of that.
We called to place and order and were told they were too busy to take the order -wow we have been ordering from there for a couple of years. We went in person to order and got two burnout pizzas that looked nothing like the photo's on line or had the items that the pizza listed. the spaghetti's with clams only had 5 clams!!! when I called to tell them they hung up on me!! If they only care about the clients that are there tonight for the game, this is the last time I ordered from there, Rudeness is not acceptable. I am contesting the charges for the poor quality of food.

Disgusting food, got no dressing for our salad. Don't order the alfredo, it isnt even alfredo its olive oil noodles. Horrible costumer service, they couldnt treat my boyfriend correctly over the phone when we called to complain and the lady continued to tell me to watch my tone. Waste of $30. Very unprofessional.
My husband and I recently went on New Year's Eve. The place was packed and we got seated on a little table right next to the kitchen and against a column (this with a reservation). Waiters were rushing past us every couple of minutes which was uncomfortable. We ordered a burrata with prosciutto for antipasto. It took a while to receive. When the waiter brought it, we were told that the restaurant was out of bread. For the main course we ordered a pasta dish called Alba and a Risotto gamberi. The risotto tasted like pure pesto and nothing else and the pasta dish was overdone. We ate because we were hungry at this point and it was late, but the food did not taste good. Will not be returning.
I have dined here on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed it but lately the service has gone downhill. I went for dinner last night and our server seemed to not care about anything. He was rude, seemed angry/frustrated the whole time, and wouldnt even acknowledge us at times. We tried asking for a recommendation on a wine and ended up with water because he couldn't be bothered with assisting us on the matter. We had the spaghetti vongele and it was extremely spicy, when it never has been before and he did not mention anything to us when we ordered it. The worst part was having to leave mid-meal when the three gentlemen that sat next to us started smoking cigars in a pretty enclosed space and we had our 1 year old daughter with us. 4 other tables got up and left as well. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience and will not be returning.
The waiter didn’t pay as much attention, he never came back to check on us after our appetizer or even the entrée. The meatball appetizer was a little too soft and pink fotvit to have been deep-fried, We just weren’t really fans of the food and they’re pretty pricey with small portions
Terrible service by the rude waiter. The bus boy was extremely helpful but the waiter was terrible. I'm on vacation and asked for his recommendation and he just rolled his eyes. When my friend ordered I was still undecided and he took off and brought his order and with me not have yet ordered. The martini was good but that's about it. Not coming back not recommending it.
The air conditioning unit keep dripping on the tables. We had to ask them several times to wipe the unit to prevent the condensation from dripping into our food and drinks, which is disgusting. The food was bland. The customer service was good, but everything else was bad.
This place is super cute. Too bad the service and hospitality is horrible. All 3 people who attended us were dead beats and had no personality nor how to suggest any starters or anything for that matter. The owner needs to step up and hire people who really want to work and care about the customers, or he needs to train them how to serve. Will never recommend this place. The food is something anyone can make, and the crispy meatballs were disgusting they were crispy alright and just something out of a can, horrible!
I HIGHLY suspect the majority of the reviews to be fake, there's no way so many people would give a 5 (or even 4) stars to this place. Staff was super friendly so no pb from that perspective, however the food... how to say... just horrible! Dishes as basic as lasagna, carbonara or salmon were all mediocre. Very disappointing, we will not return for sure.
Not recommended. Friendly service, but the food was terrible. I guess the chef went on vacation and they get anybody to run the kitchen area. I love Italian food and what they served us (3 people on the table) was something else, not an Italian dish. No flavor, no taste of traditional ingredients as famous from Italy. They deserved an F from us.
Over rated...stars are fake reviews Firstly I think the stars for this restaurant are fake reviews. Our experience was different. We ordered from their Miami Spice menu recently and our experience was pretty awful. We chose to have a mix of the only 3 choices of appetizers on the menu, and there were literally one teaspoon of each served on an oversized plate, so 3 teaspoons altogether. It looked rediculous. Then we ordered 2 choices out of the 3 featured main dish, and again they served us what most would consider appetizer-sized entrés of glorified and overpriced dish of pasta. As for the drinks, I ordered mine from the happy hour selections but of course when the bill came they charged us the regular price and would only modify the price of one drink when we complained. The waitress said she missundertood my drink order. And then they finally remembered to bring us our desert which was sctually pretty good. So not going back, and not recommending it.
