Always delicious! My favorite Italian restaurant in Middletown...one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The Ambiance, fresh attractive dishes and very friendly attentive staff is on point every time! Amici's rivals any of the five star Italian restaurants in NYC.

Food was delicious and gave large portions i had Watermelon martini delicious. Chicken parm with linguine noodles dessert big chocolate cake. Moist with just enough chocolate frosting. Our server Pete was the best. $$ Menu items

The food is great, service has been excellent on each visit, very good portion sizes as well. We got the Penne ala vodka, salmon, French onion soup and chicken vegetable soup. Everything came out great. Atmosphere is pretty cool and modern.

Definitely 5 star dining and one of Middletown finest establishment. Service is amazing and people are super friendly. Now the food, on another level. My steak was cook perfect with so much season and flavor. Drinks were amazing. Couldn’t be happier knowing this amazing place is right in our hometown

A nice pretty Italian fine dining place-food is delicious and in big portions. Servers r nice n polite!! Drinks are pretty good.. price wise i would say it’s on the higher end but if u r looking for a nice quite dinner in Middletown downtown- this can b ur pick .. when I went they were still working on their interiors- we were told by the servers that they were renovating .. I will visit again for sure !!

Overall, Amici provides a wonderful experience on all categories. The atmosphere inside is wonderful and there is a great ambiance. When you sit they give you some bread, nothing special but a nice touch. The servings on the entrees were big and each entree comes with a side salad. We tried 3 entrees all were good but nothing incredible. I would definitely recommend this place. I think it provides one of best experiences and food out of the Italian restaurants on main street. Would be great for date night.

Finally able to go out with my husband for a nice dinner. Amici’s has been great in the past, fair prices, good food and good service. Last night we were told the wait would be 20 mins. We figured they were short staffed since the dining room was not even half full. We waited at the bar and had a couple drinks. Bartender was nice, but they were out of clean martini glasses and My husband ordered 2 beers and both times they were not what he ordered. Not to mention my espresso martini was $15!!!! Not long after, Another couple came and sat down next to us. After at least a half hour, I asked my husband to check in with the hostess only to find out they seated that couple who came in later than us. The Hostess said Im sorry they were at the bar and my husband replied so were we! We decided to bail on this once nice establishment. How disappointing!

I used to be a regular for many years, but after what I experienced on September 26th, I will never go to them again because of terrible service. I placed an order for my entire family for pick up and when I got home, I was missing a meal. I called back and they said they would refund me. A week goes by and I get no refund so I call back. They say they will refund me but now it’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t refunded me. They can keep that money because I’m posting this review and warning others of their bad service

I’m so sad. Amici’s used to be amazing. I honestly have no idea how it’s still in business. There were flies circulating around our stale bread. The chicken Milanese I had was over cooked and not edible. You couldn’t even cut it and the breading came right off, there was no egg wash! No seasoning, not even garlic! The bread was stale and tasted funny, they definitely didn’t know how to make the drink I ordered. My friends got food that was inedible as well. The sauce tasted spoiled. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but on top we were ignored! We watched the waiter check on and help everyone else and keep passing us by. It was not crowded. It’s been about 4 years since I’ve been, what a bummer! 😞
