Restaurant is locked. Drive thru allows car to enter from two different directions. Terribly slow.

Literally told me I had no order, made me prove i ordered what I did, still said there was no order and the whole time it was sitting right there. Bad form. Refund please.

I had a very unprofessional experience at this Dunkin’ location in Richfield. My drink was made incorrectly, and I politely asked at the drive-through if it could be remade. Instead of helping, the employee became defensive and told us we would have to pay again. While we were still speaking, she shut the drive-through window on us, forcing us to park and go inside. Inside the store, she argued with us, spoke on my behalf while another employee was trying to help, and told that employee there was nothing wrong with my drink, even though it was not made to my order. She also claimed to be the manager and threatened to call the police, despite us remaining calm and respectful. I was eventually given a refund, but all I wanted was my matcha made correctly. I am a loyal Dunkin’ customer and was very disappointed by how this situation was handled. I have contacted Dunkin’ customer service and hope this matter is addressed.

I am incredible hurt and shaken by my experience at this location today. At 4:30 PM CST on Friday, December 12, 2025, I ordered 3 items. This particular location does NOT have a display screen showing what you ordered, so I kindly asked the person who took my order (a blonde middle-aged woman) to please repeat the order. She vaguely replied "2 drinks and a sandwich." I kindly asked her to please specify, since there is NO order display screen and I wanted to pay for the correct item. She first ignored and repeatedly and sternly told me the cost. I asked her to please specify the order, and both her and her female co-worker got incredibly rude and started yell "MOVE UP." Due to their rage, I no longer felt safe having them handle my food and drinks and left. PLEASE hold the two female workers who were working at that aforementioned time accountable and please do verify my experience and refer to the drive-thru recording at 4:30 PM CST on 12/12/2025. I would like to feel safe ordering here again and unfortunately, I now feel that I must drive further out due to their rage.

I ordered a medium iced macchiato with French vanilla, but it tasted nothing like my usual drink. When I mentioned it, the guy with long hair and a young blonde woman were rude and told me to “take it or leave it.” After taking the drink back for 10 minutes, they returned the same drink without fixing it. Very poor customer service.

Lester or the Mexican man in the store is extremely rude they served me cold me hash browns and a cold sandwich when I asked for them to remake it he was extremely rude to me and told me this was the last time they serve me at this store. Comical to think a person would return to a store where the service is horrible and the people running it posses no compassion or respect or customer service skills. DD shame on you for this

Customer service was so bad they continuously made my drink wrong and when I had asked them to readjust it the barista had an attitude and called her manager and then her manager was even more terrible and defended her wrongs. Worst dunkin location

I’ve been to this location before and is has changed for the worse. I don’t know if it’s management or the employees. I ordered a box of donut holes and they were cold and and wet like. They were supposed to be glazed but it’s almost like it had melted off. Are they passing off day old donuts as fresh? Very disappointed, I will not return.

Ordered this same drink from this location yesterday and was fine but super watered down. Unfortunately today there was a Hispanic guy who argued with me for 10 minutes about not wanting to fill my drink up. Dunkin drinks are usually watered down easily due to the crazy amount of ice hence why I asked for less. This is how my drink came, he was very argumentative when I asked him. Also did not add any of my coffee syrups. Literally served me a plain latte half filled. Disgusting. Waste of money.Absolutely terrible service.

Gave me half cup for my medium iced latte, I asked for syrup and they didn’t put a single drop. Told the people at the drive thru about and they said we can’t do anything about it. Very poor customer service

This afternoon I drove to Dunkin Donuts with my kiddos the guy treated us very badly when I ordered. I asked the guy who was taking my order the guy in the picture said I don't know I asked him can I talk to the manager he said he was the manager of the day. Okay, why don't you ask me what happened to me? He said they had a long day 🤔 that's why you treated the customer badly??
