JQ was an amazing waiter. The food was pretty good too. Those are the only reasons I'm leaving 5 stars. Other people kept changing the game we asked to be put on and the manager was really pushy about us paying for the fight that didn't come on for another 2 hours.

A good place for a decent meal is a little pricey. Each time I've had service I've never had bad quality service especially at the bar, with nice servers and someone to always check on my drink even if they weren't my server for the dining. The wings have always come out extremely hot and I haven't had cold food in the past even once but I feel like that some items don't have enough or a quantity selection without ordering multiple instead of one preferred amount mainly appetizer's. The atmosphere doesn't feel original, more so like every other "BWW" most of the chairs I sit in are unbalanced or just older than the rest of the chairs and a half the time my soft drink is out of syrup The wait time for food isn't crazy but it is a good wait for any food but no other complaints. Overall I think this is a good place to go to with buddies after work and if you have some extra time and cash.

Okay. So it's Buffalo wild wings on a Saturday night. We all know how that goes. And our server Ronan doesn't even speak English. Luckily my mom took Spanish in high school. But since we got to Midland we have had bad service with people who do speak English. But somehow even with the blasting music and everything else he got our orders correct and everything. The food was okay. I got a all american cheeseburger which was good but the cheese tasted like kraft mac and cheese. But our experience tonight was very good. Thank you Ronan.

The service was amazing when I went. The food was great. The bathroom wasn't in the best shape the day I went there , but i'm sure it's not always like that. As far as the food goes, I had the honey barbecue traditional wings. My daughter had boneless chicken wings. We also had the chips in guacamole.

Wasn't busy at all around 3pm the day we went. Seated ourselves, service was fast getting out drinks and taking our order. Probably around 30 minutes after sitting down we had our food. Food was pretty good and better than expected, I will go back to this location eventually. The server was kind and did her job well getting anything we needed without an attitude.

Great beer & wings, per usual! My server (Kissie I believe) was fantastic! Only thing I didn’t love was how the bartenders and other servers all walked around with their masks hanging off their faces.

The food here was better then Odessa location. We came on a Monday evening and service was pretty fast. You might have to get a waiter attention at first but after that or should be smooth. Not very clean floors, seats, tables and booster seats. Make sure to bring baby wipes and germ x for extra cleaning if need be.

Watching the NFL games here is pretty good they have many TVs and you can hear the audio. The downside is they have two few waitresses and especially during the busy time you have to wait a long time to get service even after you are at the table. Today we had to clean our own table and one chair was a complete mess from the previous customers and we had to discard that one.

Pretty laid back, easy to get a table and not super loud. Wings are good. Burgers and fries are just so-so. Great drink and beverage selection. The wait staff is better than most in Midland. Update 6-17-23 what a let down, was there with wife, my daughter and her husband. The wait staff did not attempt to wait on us. There for 20 minutes and not a peep. Was told only 1 wait staff, counted at least 5 wait staff milling about without even taking drink order. Walked out disappointed and told front cashier's about it. Not sure they cared. Waste of time and effort tonight. Will be a while until I come back. This place is gone downhill, service is slow because the two people working are making up for the 4 that are not.

We went in late around midnight Sat ar the bar. The waitress seemed more interested in her co work than us. Had to constantly get her attention for services 🙄 food tasted like was cooked yesterday 🤮 I was very disappointed.

I usually order wing stop but they were backed up so I thought I’d try BWW. Big mistake. I ordered a six piece wings bone in. I got there and waited quite a while before someone actually stopped and addressed me. I paid for my order and left. Drove directly home(not even a mile away) and when I bit into my wings, the center was cold and extremely dry. So disappointing. Won’t make the same mistake again. Next time I’ll wait for wing stop because at least their wings are hot and juicy.

The wings are really good but this Midland location is disgusting inside. The restaurant reeks. It almost smells like there’s a sewer issue. The bathroom is even worse. It smells like urine. The floors are very sticky, there’s wing sauce stuck to the walls in the bar area. This is in the perfect central spot in Midland but it’s simply too gross to sit down in the restaurant to eat. I love buffs but they need to completely revamp this spot and clean it up. Business would boom once again. Please re do this Buffs!

Now I don't know if my experience is similar to others but judging by the reviews it probably is. I am not as critical for things like a server who is forgetful or not as good as others but going to a franchise like Buffalo wild wings you would expect things to be a little more consistent with how experiences go. Meaning you can go to Applebee's and know what to expect. I know this is Midland and the people here seem to love this place. It was busy. However with it being busy you'd figure there would be more workers taking care of the little things. That's not how tonight went. Took me approximately ten minutes to get service at the bar just for tasters and when I asked about a local brew they had on tap the bartender had no idea what style it was. Only that it was brewed in Midland. Aside from that I asked for a taster of an IPA and I have no idea what I got but it wasn't that. Aside from that the food was delicious and worth putting up with for the other things. if you want good wings stop by here. If you want a better/cleaner atmosphere stop by somewhere else.

I like b dubs, I know it’s a chain, but certain locations make good food and are very attentive. The wings here are gross. Very fatty wings, not crispy enough, and dry. Only reason they got three stars is the bartender was great!

I ordered carry out and it took at least 5 minutes of me standing at the counter to be helped, the lady that did help was super nice, but the waiting had me frustrated, 4 people walked by and looked at me and didn't even say hello. They are using cardboard containers and by the time I got home to eat the container had become so soggy from the condensation and sauce that it fell apart. The wings were good though

Even if you get there when the place is fairly empty, it can take a while to get a bartender, you can see them playing on their cell phones until they realize you’re there. I get it you may be busy and understaffed but I feel like that’s not an excuse to be rude to your table… me and my boyfriend are very kind to our servers because we understand it’s stressful. However, our waitress was very snarky with us and pretty much ignored us the entire time. I always make sure we leave a tip but this time I made sure he didn’t leave a tip for her because wow.. only giving 2 stars because the food was okay.

Yup drinkin holidays use to be hype at bdubs. They are fortunate they got the sewage smell removed. But no one showed up for St. Patrick’s day. They didn’t have a special for it and they don’t have bartenders to handle such. The owners gotta get that place remodeled. I’d rather drive to Abilene Bdubs to get food and beer. 17900 of my1800 points came before 3 years ago. Fix your shit. Either sell your midland or Lubbock location and focus on one.

Size of portion of chick strips way too small for price, wait person was not familiar with food options, bartender refused to correct mistake, manager was worthless, sloppy and unhygienic and didn't care to hear complaints and certainly didn't know how to interact with customers. My food (wings) wasn't quite hot enough - barely warm, but tasted fine. Onion rings were good. Margarita was weak with not enough tequila, if any. Service was barely adequate - definitely not exceptional. UPDATE: 11/12/24 - I would like to show improvement, but I can't. Service would probably have been fine for anyone who speaks Spanish - since the 3 members of the wait staff we talked to could ONLY speak Spanish and we speak English. I don't believe it's asking too much since we are in America to expect them to be able to provide us with SOMEONE who can speak English.

Unless you enjoy donating money to buffalo wild wings for no reason, do not order delivery from this place. They will leave out one or multiple items you pay for every time you order delivery. Getting a refund or a redelivery for the things you pay for that they fail to/choose not to send is a joke. The store will basically say you’re lying, and doordash will do the bare minimum to help you. Food’s good, same as every other bww, but the delivery system and service is very untrustworthy and disappointing.

After 3o minutes I had to flag down waitress to get my first drink. Most tables were covered in others dishes and drinks that had left earlier. I got 1 draft beer and 1 Orange juice. Gave a $20 she brought $4.00 back. Smh

Even after seeing the reviews, my husband and I decided to give it a try because things change. Not in this case. Our waitress was good (although she had all of the tables in the bar area and some in the other area- we were in the bar). There were 3 girls behind the bar talking and laughing and I think the cook had to come tell someone to take care of the the to-go orders. We waited about an hour for our food. Everyone's food came out at the same time, including a group who came way before us and after us. The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean. There are too many other places to eat in Midland and this one is off of my list.

I want to love it but every time something is wrong. Today they forgot to make all of the burgers double meat like they are on the menu. So had to wait. Make sure you check all your food every time, I have to bc everytime its something. This small burger and onion rings were $16. If it were worth it, the price wouldn't matter..... i put some pickle chips in my box and did not include them bc they are an appetizer and not included in the $16 burger price. Also our daughters kids meal was 4 pieces of basically chicken nuggets and 3 carrot sticks for $7

I try and eat here every time I am in town. It is a surprise whether or not, I’m going to get cold wings, dry wings or they come out perfect. It’s a guess every time. The last three times I have been there. I’ve had to send the wings back because they were dry or they came out with the wrong sauce on them. I don’t know what’s going on with the cooks, but that’s where it all starts. Without good cooks, you don’t have good food. The french fries never come out fresh. We have to send those back as well. The beers are cold. That’s one good thing about it however they need to fix the kitchen.

This place needs new management. Its dirty outside. The glass windows are super dirty. The bathroom you don't want to know. The floor was wet, slippery and muddy. I was just hoping I did slip. Came in here after seeing advertisements for Pick 6 for $19.99. Asked server about promotion and claimed to not know anything about it, very rude demeanor and not good service whatsoever. Kept trying to rush us into ordering. Ended up not Getting anything and left. Called to inquire about promotion as well and all I was told Was I can check online. Just disappointing since the advertisement was all over Facebook.

This place was horrible. The boneless wings were dry on the inside and came before a salad or drinks. Took over 30 mins for one beer. Each employee kept blaming the other when asked where it was and why it took so long. Canceled salad and was still charged because waitress wasn’t paying any attention. Her name was Katelyn. Bartender only had 6 people at the bar and there was only 3 other tables when we sat down. One woman had her two year old following her around while she was delivering alcohol. DONT waste your money here!!!!

There were multiple waitresses gathered in the corner by the bar taking selfies, playing with their hair and chit chatting. Not one single person came over. They saw us sit down when we got there but no one served us. We left after waiting about 20 minutes. On the way out we mentioned it to the lady at the front register and she even said that the girls in the bar are always over there taking selfies and visiting that it even “stresses” her out. It was a bummer because we were hungry but we found somewhere else to eat. Awful service 👎🏽

Took my stepson to eat here and watch an NFL game. It took about 10 minutes for our server to great us and I ordered a beer and my stepson ordered a water. 10 minutes later I had my beer but the waitress forgot my stepsons water. I asked her nicely for it and she said it was coming. 15 minutes later I had finished by beer and no water. I asked to have a manager close us out because we no longer wanted to wait for subpar service. The manager had the server come over and made an excuse she had a large table and it was too much to ask for her to grab a water or get someone else to bring it to us. She was upset we did not want to stay and order food and said that we were impatient. She brought me my receipt but did not bring me a copy to sign as I paid with my credit card. When I asked her for it she said I didn't need it because I wasn't going to tip her anyway. She proceeded to accost me as we were leaving the restaurant and management just watched and let it happen. Management did print me a receipt to sign and have a copy of. When I asked them why they allow this and do not address a server speaking disrespectfully to customers and not listening when they told her stop, they said they handle after the end of the shift. As someone who is in Management, problems are best corrected immediately and patrons deserve respect in an establishment when they are provided poor service.

25 minutes to get a server. Food was ok. Server was horrible rude from the minute she got our order. Spent most of her time sitting down with friends instead of attending to our table which never got all of our food because she never put it on our ticket. After speaking with management only a $2.00 discount was given after her arguing with us about how great her supposed service was. Waste of time and money I won’t be back.

the worst experience of my life. The waitresses had a super bad attitude and simply ignored us. We decided to call the manager and oh surprise he had a worse attitude. Complete rudeness! Not to mention that the person who was with me was asked for an ID to sell alcohol and since the ID was from his country he did not accept it and he did not want to sell just one beer. Like why would someone who comes to visit necessarily have an ID from here? too rasist! We will never return to this place.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Absolutely horrible service. Took my husband there for Veterans Day because that is what he wanted and waited for over 50min at our table and NOBODY even came to take our order. Another group came in and asked how long we had been waiting. Then their waitress came and they said to get our order first as we have been here for 40 minutes. She said “that’s not my table, I don’t have anything to do with that”. After asking multiple waiters with the same response, what appeared to be a manager walked by and asked if we had been waited on, to which we replied “No”. She proceeded to just roll her eyes and sigh and continued on. Then another waiter talked about taking our table then instead of taking our order she walked away as well. After another 15-20 minutes of this we got up and left. If this is how your business treats veterans then why even offer any deal to honor Veterans on Veterans Day. Also, there were not very many people inside either. They were NOT low staffed for the amount of people there! Service is bad in Midland in general but this was absolutely unacceptable. After over 40 minutes we got up and left still without anyone talking directly to us except for what seemed to be a manager asking if we had been helped and then rolling her eyes a sighing. Horrible management! Horrible service! Will not be back!!!

We came in and the restaurant was mostly empty. We had to stand there for about 5 minutes until someone decided to wipe down one of the many dirty tables. Then the waiter asked us for drink orders without offering menus his name or any pleasantries. We asked for 2 cokes and were served Pepsi without being asked if that was a suitable substitute. We then wait another 15 to 20 minutes for our order to be taken after we had to look up the menu on our phones. We ask for our wings and he doesn't listen to us ask for the wing combo with either fries or another side. When we finally received our order our drinks were pretty much empty this is after about an hour waiting for food. We then let him know our food is cold and he goes to call another waitress. She comes over and makes excuses saying it's not their fault and they can get us more food. We explained we didn't want to wait another hour. After that they sent several waitresses by our table to make excuses and treat us like we were rude because we mentioned our food was cold. We were polite. We didn't raise our voices. They then disappear again and we have to wait again for several minutes until someone finally asks if we want our ticket. I give my card to this person and someone else brings it back. I really didn't appreciate my credit card being in so many peoples hands. As a prior waitress myself I was nice enough to clean up our table and stack our trash even if the service was horrendous.

Sad excuse for a restaurant. Cleanliness is not a concept at this place, the mens bathroom is abysmal, service was extremely slow and cold, food came out looking like they microwaved some nuggets and drizzled some sauce on. Waste of time and money. Never coming back.

The absolute worse Buffalo Wild Wings we've ever been to. My son chose it for his birthday lunch. Waiter was extremely distracted with talking /laughing with co-workers. Forgot my youngest daughter's burger. Our table of 5 shared 2 napkins until we could flag down another server. Drinks were not refilled one time even though we asked. Fries were cold. Don’t know if our waiter was new or what but needs to be trained better and PAY ATTENTION!!! We ordered our drinks and were brought to us wrong. Had to call another waitress to fix it because our waiter disappeared. We then ordered an appetizer and no utensils were brought had to wait and call another waitress. Then we proceeded to order food. When we got our food the order was wrong and again the waiter disappeared and never came to address it. I left it at that. When my wife confronted another waitress about the incident she tried to apologize which is fine and the other waitress told the manager but I could see the manager wave her hand brushing it off making it seem she did not care about the situation. In my personal opinion, any issue that is being brought up to me in my store/business needs to be addressed and fixed in any manner.

Took over 1 hour to receive our food, terrible service, 0 communication on why the wait is so long. Arrived to location while it was empty and only a couple of customers. We have been waiting for over an hour for our food while others arrive and receive their food before ours. I would rate this 0 stars if it was even possible. Don’t bother eating here

Three years ago, we came here twice and vowed never to return. Friends invited us, we stayed for the Buffalo game. Food was mediocre, and we had to get out own refills. It took over 30 minutes to get the game on the TVs we needed and the sound on for the game. - reason the manager had to do it, but they were busy subbing for a bartender that went home sick. Our server said he was leaving, asked us to cash out, then tried talking to 4 servers to order desert for over an hour….no one wanted to help. We won't be coming back. The manager was also a jerk about it. Adios

Attempted to have lunch here. Went at 130pm. We waited for 20 minutes at our table (they had us seat ourselves) and not one time did anyone pass by to offer drinks or let us know when they’d be back. They had a 9 year old kid working in the kitchen bringing out food and bussing tables and we saw maybe 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. We ended up leaving.

The staff at this Buffalo Wild Wings is probably one of the worst wait staffs I have ever seen. Especially the bartender. Not only does she not know how to make 90% of drinks. When asked the happy hour specials she brought me a menu and said just look at this it’s our specials. So after 2 hours of ordering drinks I get my ticket and none of the prices match the menu. I've been to several other BWW and have never been disappointed. I came to this one several months ago, and it was bad. Slow service, cold food, music blaring so loud. Tonight, I thought maybe they've gotten better, give it a chance. And I was hungry for wings. Nothing's changed. I sat at the bar, the bartender came by and asked what I was drinking. She brought me my beer and quickly turned back to her coworkers at the end of the bar. I wanted to order wings, but I'll give her a chance to come back. She only came back after I was done with my beer, and I think she really only asked because another customer sat down nearby. Slow and poor service, cold as ice inside, too bright lights, too loud crappy music. Sorry BWW, you should really reevaluate this location. The district manager should really check this place out, or is he the problem? Read the other reviews, they're not wrong.

Came in because my son and husband were really craving wings from here , and waited about 15 min, there where 3 servers one of them was busy on her phone , the other one was standing next to the computer, and the other guy was acting like he was busy , they definitely saw us but did not approach us , we waited patiently , as we decided to leave we start walking out and one of the servers tells my husband , thank you have a nice day! They absolutely did not care to service us! Awful service!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews. But today I will be making an exception. Our waitress was just terrible. I won’t be leaving a name due to the fact it could’ve just been a bad day for her. But It took us about 15 min just to get our drinks and order. Our food was cold when it was delivered. Nothing was taken from our table to make space, & we had to chase her down for anything. She gave us the wrong check at the end. And addition to all this, her attitude was just overall terrible and rude. Horrible service

The service was terrible. We waited 35 mins just to get our drink order. Thought maybe it’s just a bad day for our server. Finally ordered our food, and they brought someone else’s to the table. It wasn’t even close to our order. When we asked for the manager, we were told if we didn’t like it, here’s your bill, you can leave. Truly disappointing.

Nastiest wings I’ve ever had the wing were old you can tell they been sitting my beer tasted like fish water I made a very calm complaint and they took off a whole 5 dollars I will neverrrrrrr eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings again

Absolute trash. Overcooked and cold. Filthy bathroom filthy store. Flat beer. Sour mixed drinks. Avoid at all cost. Poor server from Cuba. He was very nice but barely spoke English and was hard to hear.

I came in at 730pm. My food was two use at 745pm. I asked for 15 boneless wings. They came. They were warm. I sent them back and asked for a manager. No manager came over. They came 10 minutes later Warmer. Before I left I asked for the manager name and said I was going to call. I walked out. Called talked to a manager. I was told to call them at the office. They will be open. Nope not until tomorrow morning. Natalie was are server. Horrible service. No refills on the drinks. She stood over me as I was giving her a tip. Horrible service. Will not be back and if they wont fix it. I will despite it with my bank.

The food was enjoyable and the service was decent enough. The restaurant itself needs some work as it has become worse for wear over the years. Well second trip and let's see the numbers 15 minutes to get a waitress that never brought the drinks 15 minutes later another waitress asked us 10 minutes later we walked out never receiving a thing. 6 groups of people came in after us all received their service 1 even ate paid and left.

The waitresses are really rude and talk about all their customers. The manager does not care when you bring it to his attention

My first experience was horrible, it was me and 3 other friends, we walked in around 8pm and left at 8:30pm. We waited exactly 30 minutes for a server, a drink.. literally anything. Multiple servers and maybe even a manager passed us and nothing. The second time i decided to go with a different group of friends, they said the wings were amazing there, so we decided to go. As we’re finding a table, I saw two servers visibly getting upset we were sitting in i’m assuming there section. Besides the looks, the server did come at a reasonable time after us sitting and had a great attitude, as the food the flavoring was an amazing even the fries, but the chicken was very tough. After explaining that to the server she then went to get the manager. As he approaches our table I tell him the issue and then says “that’s how chicken is supposed to be.” For one no it’s not and for two isn’t customer always right? Not here at buffalo it is. Kinda shocked he said that, he wasn’t helpful, if only rude and disrespectful. I even caught him being very rude to his employees as well. Now if he can treat a paying customer like crap, I can only imagine the workers here. I asked the server for his name after he left and it was Trevor. I am still wanting to go to HR about Trevor. My very recent time I went, my wife had a gift card, I decided to do take out instead. When i walked in and was waiting, not only was there no one there, but Trevor decided to come out about 5-10 minutes after i have been waiting. He then made exaggerating sounds while taking my order. I wasn’t sure he had remembered me and how he had treated me last time. The take out experience just showed me even more how disrespectful and rude he is. As I was trying to add more ranch to my order he stopped listening to me and was talking to another worker. While again A CUSTOMER WAS WAITING. The wings here are great, but the management is horrible and I would hate to come again and see Trevor working there. He made the whole experience horrible. As i was reading the comments I saw a lot of the owner saying “sorry for your experience click link below”… that’s actually ridiculous, no “i hear you, this will be changed” no just trying to buy you out with food. I would like a message back confirming that Trevor’s position is terminated.

Picked up an order, paid $46 and when I got home part of order was missing. Called, they told me I wasn't charged for what was missing. I was charged because it was all included in the meal.

This place has the worst customer service experience in West Texas. Came in multiple times for order pick up and watched everybody in the building that worked there ignore me for 20 mins. Only to me to finally say do y’all not care about y’all customers or what. The music was so loud that you couldn’t hear a person talking one foot in front of you. Who ever the manger is needs more training along with the ppl who work there

Absolutely the worst buffalo wild wings I've been too! I came back a few times hoping they fix the service and food quality. But no! They get worse everytime. Today was the peak. They were trying to over charge me for food I didnt order and Manager failed to rectify the situation. The proceeded to take our food and close us out! I will be calling corporate.

Haven't been here in a year. The staff was very nice. Nothing against them at all. Brought me my club soda and lime. Tasted very Good. Opened up the menu to see that you can get 20 traditional wings for $30. Finished my club soda and went somewhere else to get lunch. There was me and one other person in there. 12:15 p.m. on a Saturday. I don't know why they haven't shut this place down yet.

I've had bad service here before but today sucked. Our server (don't even know her name) would drop something off and just run off. She'd pass by w out acknowledging us we had to stop her for drinks and to order. Once we did get our order she completely disappeared turns out she left, thankfully another service was so kind to help us but there was an obviously no communication in that. And we were charged for a michelada that never came. Such a shame

So I ordered 30 pieces of wings and wanted 8 blue cheeses total. When I picked up my order I only had 2 bleu cheeses in the bag I looked at the receipt and they charged me for 8 at $1.50/piece. I asked how many come with a 30 piece without charge and he told me 3. I said then why did you charge me for 8 when you should’ve just charged me for 5. $12 worth of bleu cheese?!?!? That’s ridiculous! And I still was shorted by 1. Who only uses 3 dipping sauces for 30 wings?!?! I didn’t mind paying it’s just the fact that I should’ve been told when placing the order that I was going to be charged for each one and this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Really bad service, it was almlost a 2 hour wait when they said it was gonna be only 25 min. Wings and boneless were extra dry and they didnt care to give us our sides ! Unbelivable !!!! Very disappionted !!! Ist not worth the price !!

The worst service, came in seated myself at bar area table. Watched waitress take order at the table next to me, then brought them beers. Another table next to me received two rounds from the male waiter. Sat 20 mins nobody even asked me for a drink order. Wasn't even very busy and lots of staff passing by. Stopped at the desk and let the woman know as I left manage was on the phone standing next to her. I told her I didn't matter what they said, I was not eating there ever again. I never complain at restaurants but this place I horrible.

Came here yesterday after my grandson's baseball tournament since my husband wanted to watch football. We knew it would be busy so we were patient. The waitress came & took our order, I wanted sweet tea she said they were out for the moment & were making some more, no problem. Our order came out & the food wasn't has warm as it should've been & my grandson's order was wrong. He had ordered a cheese burger plain & dry. He was given a burger with lettuce only. We let the waitress know & she took it back only to return with a cold slice of cheese & of course his fries were cold by then too, my sweet tea never came out until we asked the waitress about it. The waitress asked if everything was good & we told her no, the burger was not good since there was no effort made to even melt the cheese and some lettuce was still on it. She said I told the cook but nothing was done about it. We let her know once she brought out the ticket that we would not be paying for the burger since my grandson did not eat it because of the cold cheese & lettuce still in it. The manager came to our table & she looked at us & said I heard you were having trouble with your ticket. My husband told her about the burger situation & she just looked at us like whatever. Didn't even apologize or make an attempt to make things right. Never going back to this place. The Odessa location is now actually better than this location.

Absolute WORST customer service. Sat for a good ten minutes before even being acknowledged. No one checked if we needed refills for our drinks, my children actually got up and got their own refills. Time to pay, we walked up to the front and waited while the employees stood at the bar chit chatting and looking over at us. Had to wave one down and she was absolutely clueless as to what we wanted.

Placed a togo order for pickup at 5pm on Saturday. I forgot to add a side of lemon garlic seasoning so i asked for a side. They wanted to charge an additional 60 cents for it. I told them nevermind since I didn't have the card or cash on me. No big deal. We got halfway home and saw we were missing 5 traditional carribean jerk wings and 2 of our sauces. The fried pickles weren't even cooked they were soggy and raw. The fries were cold and stale. Tasted like they were a day old. We paid $40 for the skimpiest wings ive ever gotten from any location. I called the store. The guy said "yeah you can come back". When i got there It took 3 people to help me and they were not busy at all. Ive never encountered more clueless people from crew members to management. We will never order from this location again. Ive worked in restaurants for over 15 years and would be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. Some wings were overcooked and dry while others were straight chewy and rubbery. I never leave bad reviews, check my history but the food shouldn't even be served.

3 people and 120 bill for wings. Server was good. Needs a personality checkup. She was pregnant and you could tell wasn't a happy person to be so busy. She needed help and the other server just stood there on her phone. Disrespectful to say the least. Won't be back. Not that store at least

I placed an online order scheduled for 5:30 PM pickup. The app showed the order as “picked up” at 5:30, but that was not accurate. We were physically there and didn’t receive our food until 6:42 PM. To make things worse, instead of offering anything for the delay, we were charged extra for two sides of ranch. After waiting over an hour past the pickup time, that was extremely disappointing. If an order isn’t ready, it shouldn’t be marked as picked up, and customers shouldn’t be charged more after such a long delay. Very poor experience with Buffalo Wild Wings online ordering. Update food was cold and a hair in the food 🤮🤮

The worst service we gotten, it was admissible at first with 20 mini late, But this time it took me 1 hr to say something and still said they had lost our ticket. So another 20 minutes wait. And when I spoke and said I shouldn't pay for the food the manger jumped and told me to be quiet and I wasn't getting my food at all. After a year not been there and having bad experiences we decided to give it another shot came in had to ask the waitress if we could have a booth cleaned she only took the order on our drinks only and said someone else was going to take our order because of the shift change. Waited over 20 minutes. Just ask her to charge us for the drinks and we left nothing has changed

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Bww I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes to even order drinks, Terrible food, wrong beer, and waiter came one time in an hour and a half. She also bitched about splitting the check up, For 2 people. She then got mad and stared at me through the window after she saw the absence of a tip on the bill. I’ve had bad service but it was not even close to this.

The front-of-house staff is friendly, but the kitchen execution was disappointing. I ordered a sampler to-go at the bar, only to get back to my hotel and realize all four sauces were missing. I drove back to have it remade; I was told it would take 5–15 minutes, but when the new order came out, it was still missing the beer cheese. When I finally pointed it out and received it, the cheese was ice cold. It’s clear the staff is nice, but there is a major lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. It’s also disappointing to see management only engage with positive feedback—it suggests the recurring issues mentioned in other reviews aren't being addressed.

I have been a patron of this establishment since 2011. Today, I visited to watch a football game. Upon arrival, the waitress in the bar area informed us in Spanish that she would be unable to serve us as she was leaving. She mentioned that it would be a 15-minute wait before someone else could take our order. Unfortunately, she did not even take our drink order in the meantime. Despite this, we decided to wait as we enjoy the food here. However, the service was lacking, and it is disheartening to see their employees not fully committed to their work. I left feeling very disappointed. Bad service !

I read some of the reviews and most tell of a good experience. Couple of customers that shared their experience have me to think that ones experience will be on how their server will immediately present themselves when one thinks about it ,it's going to set the tone for the remainder of there stay. I wanted to try something different than the usual I get everywhere else. Chicken wings came to mind so I looked here first. I was impressed by the pictures ,and by some of the views , I ordered the buffalo wings of my choice and sadly was disappointed and dissatisfied. They were too hard in texture , alot like left overs from 2 days ago. The sauces were so artificial tasting I ate a couple and threw the rest away. The French fries were decent. The thing that made me suspicious was how quick the wings hardened once they cool down. I don't think I will suggest to eat here nor will I attend again. I wish I could get my money back ,but I'll "probably ",be told " I'm sorry but you paid for the attempt of being satisfied by the food ,it's the attempt not a promise we ever made ". Well with that I tried the food and yeah you lost one definitely. I also want to say that this is my experience only ,your experience might be wonderful, they do have a few great reviews. Just because I was disappointed doesn't mean you'll be as well. I wish you good luck and I hope you have a good experience.

Ordered off the website. Food came back overcooked. Missing part of the dessert and sauces and seasoning i ordered. Called the restaurant and right away they tried to blame doordash..except I ordered from their website. Manager said I could come pick up the stuff or get a refund. I paid delivery/tip and service fee so to hell with picking it up. Called doordash and they told me to call the restaurant. Contacted support and have gotten 0 help. Maybe ill get help here, probably not though.

the food was cold like everything we got was cold like if it just been sitting there. There was about 2 other tables and it took them about an hour to bring out the food just for it to be cold. The customer service was HORRBILE she never once asked us if we needed anything. Whenever we got our appetizers she was so quick to leave we couldn’t even tell her if we needed anything. I’m currently sitting at this Buffalo Wild Wings trying to enjoy a meal, first of all I don’t come to Bdubs bc we always have a crappy experience. But being in a new state 14 hours away from where we moved we figured we would give it a try, and I was craving fried pickles.. they came out clumped and I understand sometimes it happens. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry both FOH and BOH. But when you have two clumps of 3-5 pieces each there’s an issue, change your batter! I am not paying $9 for a bunch of clumped pickles. I was tempted to eat them bc of how bad I wanted them but realized I didn’t want raw batter in my mouth. Cheese curds $11 for 8 pieces of small burnt cheese? 😂😂 then after a while our wings came out, if I’m paying $25 for 20 wings you better have those fresh. My buffalo was so old we couldn’t even tear the meat from the bones, thankfully the other two flavors seemed to have come out fresh but what a waste of 10 wings there goes $12.50. You can clearly see the fresh vs the nonfresh ones. The drinks are flat, they may need to check their carbonation tank in the back. If you’re going to charge $4 for a soda you might wanna make sure it’s not flat. My son’s food was cold, how embarrassing giving a 2 year old cold food he eats everything yet he wouldn’t touch their food. I am mom and there are other children in here, when we walked in they were blasting Megan the stallion and glorilla. Im all for a party but yall its the middle of the day, you don’t need to be blaring music about coochie and having the n word blaring. I haven’t seen my server in over 15 minutes since I’ve complained about the pickles and how he’d try to get them taken off, Sir I am not paying for pickles I didn’t even eat. $53 and we didn’t even eat half of our food. You want 20% tips and I barely saw you 3 times our drink sat empty well after the wings came out. I’m absolutely so aggravated it amazes me Buffalo Wild Wings is still in business. Also y’all got a manger there or what? Bc usually when someone complains about food a manager comes to your table.
