I ordered a specialty pizza with ingredients that most places don't get right, however that was NOT the case. This Pizza was Fresh, Hot and the toppings were plentiful. Absolutely shocked that papa John's made this. It's literally perfect.

Stopped by on our way back home to Monahans and haven’t had it in years, we were craving it so I ordered it online and somehow it went to the other store across town. The two staff members working (at 4:15 on 10/17) went above and beyond to be kind and helpful and immediately made a pizza and told me to call the other store and cancel the order. Thank you for making my day better! I appreciate the amazing customer service!

KUDOS to the manager!!! I SREWED UP and put N street I stead of A street, did t notice it, called to check on my order...of course, driver took it back. HE offered to REMAKE my order and resend it out to the right address!!! AND, he was SUPER COOL about it on the phone!!!!! GREAT JOB!!! I will DEFINITELY make this my go to pizza from now on!!! He needs a raise! I did add an extra 10 bucks to the tip.....

We order from Papa John’s all the time, and they’ve always done a good job. Today I ordered at 5:30 as an order ahead for 7:45…. Except it didn’t save as an order ahead and it placed for right away. When I showed up at what I thought was my scheduled time, they had pulled my order because it had been too long. They kindly rebaked my order for me, and then I realized it was my error. I’m grateful for their customer service and the delicious pizza, especially tonight after a full day of soccer!

Trey was so sweet and a great help while I was in the store. Called 3 times was placed on a 10-15 minute hold each time. Downloaded app. Ordered pizza called to verify order was relieved. She said yes and hung up. If my pizza gets here with in the estimated time I may give a 4 star. But not holding my breath.

An improvement on my last few orders. They really loaded it down with toppings so I’m not too upset about it being undercooked. Some of the crust was still dough but it got here very fast. I wasn’t going to tip drivers that don’t bring Parmesan and red pepper flakes, but the driver was nice and for all I know it wasn’t his fault I don’t get those items with pizza anymore.

Dear management, the description on your app says thin and crispy not thin and floppy. I gave you the benefit of doubt the first time so I ordered it well done this time and got the same. It's not a bad pizza when it's cooked correctly.

Would be nice if the pizza delivered by door dash was actually hot or at least warm. Ordered directly from Papa Johns, but Doordash delivered? What happened to the delivery drivers? At least they had a bag to keep your food warm. Pizza was incorrect as well as other issues.

The last two times I’ve ordered delivery they have screwed up my order either I didn’t get everything I ordered or the pizza was wrong. Pizza was good but didn’t have all the toppings I ordered.

I've always ordered pizza at Papa Johns from Big Spring and we loved it But this time it only gave me the option of the papa johns of the loop 250 n and what a disappointment it has been The uncut cheese sticks, they were all stuck and hard, the pizza I have always ordered with cheese edges was a total disgust the edges that looked like truck tires from how thick it was, I had not eaten something like it They should change the cook and put a person who really wants to do the job

The garden pizza was decent, but the jalapeno rolls had zero cream cheese and one jalapeno per roll. I called to ask for my $5 back, but was told I could call in next time I ordered and they would take $5 off or I could go into the store for a $5 giftcard, but my money could not be refunded to my card as I asked. I then asked to get a replacement for the jalapeno rolls and while they were better the driver seemed to take issue with contactless delivery.

Ordered delivery and got my food. Food was completely wrong and not appetizing at all. We ended up getting food somewhere else for the night. I called the store the manager at the time was very apologetic to me and said that next time it would be on them. Perfect so I saved it for a later date. Well today was that day 1-27-2021 @6:26pm called the store to place my order. I proceeded to ask for a manager to take care of my needs. Got a manager on the phone and they said I had a credit for 2 pizzas that I ordered. Well I did not want to order the same pizza because of the bad experience so we ordered regular pizza. I was then proceeded to be informed that I had to pay for the delivery fee. Ok fine. I’ll pick it up I stated. Then the so called manager put me on hold again this time talking to someone else giving my number. Now the statement is that the pizza I’m wanting cost more than the pizza I ordered the first time. First time I ordered stuffed crust and other stuff. This time I ordered a thin crust hamburger regular pizza but apparently it cost more. So now I’m paying 15$ for a pizza that they messed up originally. Not honoring making it right. The pizza they sent me this time is not correct either and they did not even bring cheese or peppers when requested. The manager this time “ was no help to me at all and just gave me excuses. I will not return to this store at all. Domino’s and Pizza Hut at least honor their mistakes and will make it right by all means Necessary advice do not go to the store!

This was the worst experience and worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered curb side pick up. That never happened. Waited over one hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. Got their and waited another 48 minutes. I am sick and paid a tip to bring out to vehicle. This never happened. I finally went inside. They handed me the pizza. I looked and it was wrong. Only cheese. The manager got mad at me and then stated you all need to select pepperoni . I informed her that the only option that came up was sauce and crust. She again referred to me as you all.very disrespectful .she then stated i can refund your money or you can wait 2 more hours for another one. So the choice was obvious. I went to pizza hut and they took care of me in 20 minutes.

Worst papa John's in West Texas, I've ordered here twice and each time it's taken 2.5 hours to get my food. I am currently sitting inside the store because I'm also an Uber eats driver. I figured it was going to take a while because I had ordered from here previously. I stood in the lobby for an hour and a half. Just to be told I need a hot bag to deliver their food. I won't lie I was pretty livid. WORST PIZZA SPOT IN WEST TEXAS. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.

I have ordered from papa johns many times. I was not aware of the fact that papa johns was using door dash for delivery now. We had scheduled a delivery for 6pm. Usually receive it early this time it was 20 minutes late. It was luke warm, and looked like whoever made the pizza tried to stretch the crust from a large to extra large. And the delivery driver didn’t even bother ringing the door bell.

I got the special NY style pepperoni. THEY FORGOT THE PEPPORONI!! When I called the manager was completely unprofessional and rude. She wouldn't even replace the pizza I paid to have delivered, even if I went to pick it up. Seriously, spend your $ elsewhere...

Worst papa johns I've ever had. Ordered pizza at nine pm, was told it would take 45 minutes, took two hours. The pizza was cold and they forgot my wings. Figured I would give them another chance since I'm out of town and they delivered, was told they don't deliver to my hotel, after I just had one delivered the night before. They people who took my call were rude and acted as if taking my order was an inconvenience. You're better off going with pizza Hut.

This franchise is the worse Papa John's in the world. I wait almost 2 hrs for my pizza. When arrive the pizza was cold and Pepsi warm. The driver told me "high traffic" I say in Midland ???? Never buy pizza in this place by the app for delivery.

Not sure what happened but 10 years ago I loved this pizza. Now I may as well go to this companies competitors, taste the same as cheap pizza to me. Too bad I really liked it.

Lady was nice when I pick up the pizza's but what was on the box didn't match the pizza's we call up there to explain she gets upset did let up explain the problem. And hang up. The order was right just not the pizza's. But couldn't tell that. The lady that was on the other line needs better people skills, stop lesson , then talk.

They don’t share with you that DoorDash delivers their orders after 7:30pm. They don’t use heat bags or notify you when they’ve delivered the food. Expect it to be cold.

If I could, I'd give 0 stars. Papa John's used to have the best pizzas around. Today will be my last order with them. In Sept. I placed an order that was delicious. A few weeks ago, the pizza was awful. Couldn't find any sauce. It was awful. Received a redemption so reordered it. It was just as awful. The pizza sauce is horrid. Doesn't taste anything like pizza sauce. They just lost my business.

I wish I could comment on if it tastes good or not but the employees here are too incompetent to correctly develier one pizza - even after tipping. Apparently they delivered the pizza we ordered to someone else. We waited outside and even have a ring camera and no one showed up when the tracker said it had been delivered. We called the store to talk to someone who was extremely rude and said he didn't have any way of even contacting the driver but that he would figure out what happened and have it remade. Then when you tell the store you don't want to wait another hour for one pizza and want a refund you get a "sure okay" and then hung up on. This place is trash and the customer service is abysmal.

I ordered takeout from Papa John’s and asked for sauces and pepperoncinis. Before leaving, I went to my car and checked the box—no sauces or peppers. I immediately went back inside to let them know, and the employees insisted they had included them. Clearly, they hadn’t, which is why I was back. Instead of handling it properly, they gave me random sauces, and for the pepperoncinis, one employee grabbed them with his bare hands and threw them into the bag—no gloves, no container. Extremely unhygienic and appalling. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Said she’ll send another pizza and I said, “great, thank you so much” she said “mmhmm” and hung up on me. Annddddd…..you guessed it, replacement pizza never showed up.

You can see that all of the ingredients were placed on the entire pizza and NOT like it was ordered or even labeled. We called to let them know and the response that was given when we asked for the manager was "I am the manager what can I help you with "? When we explained the problem with the pizza she replied. "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". We sent her a picture of it and she said sorry I'll give you all credit for your next pizza ". A week or so later we ordered again and advised the person on the other end that we have a credit for a free pizza based on the earlier issues. When the pizza arrived it was wrong again. All the toppings on all the pizza. Only one person could eat again. We called and this time a different lady answered and said that she was the manager (names were Dani and the second time Brixie) and believe it or not she said the exact same thing as the first lady "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". What's the chances that it was worded exactly the same way? She was very rude, I told my wife that we would just not order from anymore. She apparently heard me and just hung up on us. So we decided that we will never order from them again. They could care less about customer service. They seem to never get the order correct. Pizza Hut and Domino's are the places getting our business going forward.
