The service was great all around i was greeted at the door right as I came in. The manager Genesis even came by my table to see how my meal was. My food came out in less than 10 minutes. This is the only ihop I see myself dining at .

Absolutely love coming here! Me and a group of guys come every Monday and we dont even have to order and they have our drinks ready and food on the way! Always friendly and connects so well with us! Allison has a great attitude and smile, and the manager Ryan is just as kind! Absolutely love this place!

They did an amazing job! Our cast for the theater production I’m in wanted to have a cast dinner, and it was like 9 ish PM (of course we reserved a table before hand) and they did such an amazing job getting a table for 18 students. The food and the service were so phenomenal! We also randomly met another school theater cast!

This iHop is rarely crowded and we always know what we want before we even look at a menu. Zooeeraain was our very friendly and efficient server, she was attentive and refilled our drinks without being asked which is rare. We enjoyed a pleasant meal, good food and good service.

Overall good experience. Our server, Angel was very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better service! Food was good but the bacon was a little rubbery. And the atmosphere was pretty homey.

As much as I love IHOP, I did not have a great experience on this day. The food was good but there was a mess up on the ticket. Things were done that I didn't ask for and he was trying to say they were saving me money by charging me extra for hash browns that came with the meal I was born at night but not last night until he forgot about the collar ants. But I understand he was getting packed and and there wasn't very many working but just like anything else I will give it another try and I will post good or bad. But I'm not saying the food is bad. The food was good. Definitely good. Just slow and unprofessional

Being it was the start of my days off from working nights and was still awake at 3am decided to go to IHOP to put myself in a food coma. My go to is the omelet so had the Spicy Poblano with Cinnamon Roll pancakes and this was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. It was my first time trying the Cinnamon Roll pancakes and I was pretty impressed. Every time I go I always have good service and I'm all about consistency so of course I will be back.

The food came out hot and fresh and tasted fine. Service was slow. Our server seated us and got our drinks and then never came back to check on us while we waited approximately 30 minutes for our omelettes. One omelet was forgotten about and came out well after the other food.

I used to love this IHOP. Served the best gluten free pancakes in the area. Sadly, they've become just like Odessa. My pancakes were spoiled today and it's the exact same nasty taste as Odessa IHOP. Not sure what's going wrong; the price is only worth it because of the convenience of not making them myself. Hopefully they'll fix it but I'll make them at home from now on just to be safe😕

Me and my daughter came to eat with my grandma and my daughter ordered a steak and the steak was very slimey, my daughter loves steak very much and would not complain about something unless she really didn’t like it, I looked at the steak and it looked like raw slop. I told my waiter about the situation and first off they took my daughters plate, threw it away and refused to compensate anything to replace my daughters meal except the “Mac and cheese” and then asked if we wanted to pay for another meal and pay for the slop of a steak we got..I was more upset they thought we were trying to scam ihop or something like we aren’t long times guests. All we wanted was a replacement meal not the whole ticket compensated, the 2 managers who’s names are Roxy and Elizabeth basically told us that they weren’t going to help us at all, not even with replacing the meal they threw out!

We came here to share a family time in Christmas and staying sit down in the table for over 30 minutes, not body approach to ask what we want or what we need to order, it’s like we are invisible. So we decide to go some where else. The only nice are the dove over the front door.

They wouldn't take away the old coffee canisters that were there before we sat down no matter how many times we asked. Food was just okay the new French toast is weird and tastes more like egged up bread and the service was slow took like 20-30 minutes just to get out drinks and people who got here after us who also had more people than us got their food long before we did so all around just bad if I could give less than one star I would

Service was awful. The place was practically empty. The table the sat me at was dirty and sticky. I had to ask them to please wipe it off for me. Which they did and I thanked them for it. They had no coffee only decaf. At 9:20pm Ordered the new cinnamon milk shake to try it out. It was just milk with cinnamon and whip cream on top. My ice tea was colder than that drink. The burger looked great but had a lot of melted butter on top of the bun, I had to ask for another napkin so soak all the melted butter, burger was dry not much flavor. The fries were the highlight of the meal. The acting manager Diego sat with 2 other girls, I believe they were the food runners they where all just hanging out in the corner restaurant along with some other dude which was ok but the cursing and just hanging out, took away from the customer service! I was never offered a refill on my ice tea. Side note: the acting manager would rather, go walk around and find the hostess and tell her there was someone waiting at the door, then for him to step up as a leader should and greet and help the waiting customers. I won’t be back here.
