JQ was an amazing waiter. The food was pretty good too. Those are the only reasons I'm leaving 5 stars. Other people kept changing the game we asked to be put on and the manager was really pushy about us paying for the fight that didn't come on for another 2 hours.

Jenna was a breath of fresh air!! Best service I have had at this location in a very long time. Not only did she keep our drinks filled to the rim at all times but she kept our appetizers bottomless! Very attentive & the food came out fresh & great, not to mention she had a great personality!!

The waiter was a little bit hard to understand, But honestly he did great I communicating the best way he could with different gestures and things like that. It was really great experience, The food was great as usual, Great price, Everything was like very clean, The people were very very nice. I highly recommend.

The food here was better then Odessa location. We came on a Monday evening and service was pretty fast. You might have to get a waiter attention at first but after that or should be smooth. Not very clean floors, seats, tables and booster seats. Make sure to bring baby wipes and germ x for extra cleaning if need be.

Great beer & wings, per usual! My server (Kissie I believe) was fantastic! Only thing I didn’t love was how the bartenders and other servers all walked around with their masks hanging off their faces.

The service was amazing when I went. The food was great. The bathroom wasn't in the best shape the day I went there , but i'm sure it's not always like that. As far as the food goes, I had the honey barbecue traditional wings. My daughter had boneless chicken wings. We also had the chips in guacamole.

Now I don't know if my experience is similar to others but judging by the reviews it probably is. I am not as critical for things like a server who is forgetful or not as good as others but going to a franchise like Buffalo wild wings you would expect things to be a little more consistent with how experiences go. Meaning you can go to Applebee's and know what to expect. I know this is Midland and the people here seem to love this place. It was busy. However with it being busy you'd figure there would be more workers taking care of the little things. That's not how tonight went. Took me approximately ten minutes to get service at the bar just for tasters and when I asked about a local brew they had on tap the bartender had no idea what style it was. Only that it was brewed in Midland. Aside from that I asked for a taster of an IPA and I have no idea what I got but it wasn't that. Aside from that the food was delicious and worth putting up with for the other things. if you want good wings stop by here. If you want a better/cleaner atmosphere stop by somewhere else.

I like b dubs, I know it’s a chain, but certain locations make good food and are very attentive. The wings here are gross. Very fatty wings, not crispy enough, and dry. Only reason they got three stars is the bartender was great!

I ordered carry out and it took at least 5 minutes of me standing at the counter to be helped, the lady that did help was super nice, but the waiting had me frustrated, 4 people walked by and looked at me and didn't even say hello. They are using cardboard containers and by the time I got home to eat the container had become so soggy from the condensation and sauce that it fell apart. The wings were good though

Even if you get there when the place is fairly empty, it can take a while to get a bartender, you can see them playing on their cell phones until they realize you’re there. Orders take long, sometimes wrong, and in the evening it gets way too loud in there. No tienen muy buen servicio, aveces dan las órdenes incorrectas, y ya en la tardecita se pone muy muy ruidoso.

I want to love it but every time something is wrong. Today they forgot to make all of the burgers double meat like they are on the menu. So had to wait. Make sure you check all your food every time, I have to bc everytime its something. This small burger and onion rings were $16. If it were worth it, the price wouldn't matter..... i put some pickle chips in my box and did not include them bc they are an appetizer and not included in the $16 burger price. Also our daughters kids meal was 4 pieces of basically chicken nuggets and 3 carrot sticks for $7

I try and eat here every time I am in town. It is a surprise whether or not, I’m going to get cold wings, dry wings or they come out perfect. It’s a guess every time. The last three times I have been there. I’ve had to send the wings back because they were dry or they came out with the wrong sauce on them. I don’t know what’s going on with the cooks, but that’s where it all starts. Without good cooks, you don’t have good food. The french fries never come out fresh. We have to send those back as well. The beers are cold. That’s one good thing about it however they need to fix the kitchen.

This place needs new management. Its dirty outside. The glass windows are super dirty. The bathroom you don't want to know. The floor was wet, slippery and muddy. I was just hoping I did slip. I love loud music But the sound was not clear. The server was really nice but I think she was going home already. We felt a bit rush to pay and leave. Although she is a great server. The drinks were extremely sweet. The food was great. Its not giving me the option to post pictures I have pictures of all this. A good , deep clean up. This place could be one of the best in town.

The worst service we gotten, it was admissible at first with 20 mini late, But this time it took me 1 hr to say something and still said they had lost our ticket. So another 20 minutes wait. And when I spoke and said I shouldn't pay for the food the manger jumped and told me to be quiet and I wasn't getting my food at all. That is unacceptable I was in a Party was the first to order and still got my food and hr and a half later

I’m currently sitting at this Buffalo Wild Wings trying to enjoy a meal, first of all I don’t come to Bdubs bc we always have a crappy experience. But being in a new state 14 hours away from where we moved we figured we would give it a try, and I was craving fried pickles.. they came out clumped and I understand sometimes it happens. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry both FOH and BOH. But when you have two clumps of 3-5 pieces each there’s an issue, change your batter! I am not paying $9 for a bunch of clumped pickles. I was tempted to eat them bc of how bad I wanted them but realized I didn’t want raw batter in my mouth. Cheese curds $11 for 8 pieces of small burnt cheese? 😂😂 then after a while our wings came out, if I’m paying $25 for 20 wings you better have those fresh. My buffalo was so old we couldn’t even tear the meat from the bones, thankfully the other two flavors seemed to have come out fresh but what a waste of 10 wings there goes $12.50. You can clearly see the fresh vs the nonfresh ones. The drinks are flat, they may need to check their carbonation tank in the back. If you’re going to charge $4 for a soda you might wanna make sure it’s not flat. My son’s food was cold, how embarrassing giving a 2 year old cold food he eats everything yet he wouldn’t touch their food. I am mom and there are other children in here, when we walked in they were blasting Megan the stallion and glorilla. Im all for a party but yall its the middle of the day, you don’t need to be blaring music about coochie and having the n word blaring. I haven’t seen my server in over 15 minutes since I’ve complained about the pickles and how he’d try to get them taken off, Sir I am not paying for pickles I didn’t even eat. $53 and we didn’t even eat half of our food. You want 20% tips and I barely saw you 3 times our drink sat empty well after the wings came out. I’m absolutely so aggravated it amazes me Buffalo Wild Wings is still in business. Also y’all got a manger there or what? Bc usually when someone complains about food a manager comes to your table.

This place has the worst customer service experience in West Texas. Came in multiple times for order pick up and watched everybody in the building that worked there ignore me for 20 mins. Only to me to finally say do y’all not care about y’all customers or what. The music was so loud that you couldn’t hear a person talking one foot in front of you. Who ever the manger is needs more training along with the ppl who work there

So I ordered 30 pieces of wings and wanted 8 blue cheeses total. When I picked up my order I only had 2 bleu cheeses in the bag I looked at the receipt and they charged me for 8 at $1.50/piece. I asked how many come with a 30 piece without charge and he told me 3. I said then why did you charge me for 8 when you should’ve just charged me for 5. $12 worth of bleu cheese?!?!? That’s ridiculous! And I still was shorted by 1. Who only uses 3 dipping sauces for 30 wings?!?! I didn’t mind paying it’s just the fact that I should’ve been told when placing the order that I was going to be charged for each one and this wouldn’t have been an issue.

The worst service, came in seated myself at bar area table. Watched waitress take order at the table next to me, then brought them beers. Another table next to me received two rounds from the male waiter. Sat 20 mins nobody even asked me for a drink order. Wasn't even very busy and lots of staff passing by. Stopped at the desk and let the woman know as I left manage was on the phone standing next to her. I told her I didn't matter what they said, I was not eating there ever again. I never complain at restaurants but this place I horrible.

Came here yesterday after my grandson's baseball tournament since my husband wanted to watch football. We knew it would be busy so we were patient. The waitress came & took our order, I wanted sweet tea she said they were out for the moment & were making some more, no problem. Our order came out & the food wasn't has warm as it should've been & my grandson's order was wrong. He had ordered a cheese burger plain & dry. He was given a burger with lettuce only. We let the waitress know & she took it back only to return with a cold slice of cheese & of course his fries were cold by then too, my sweet tea never came out until we asked the waitress about it. The waitress asked if everything was good & we told her no, the burger was not good since there was no effort made to even melt the cheese and some lettuce was still on it. She said I told the cook but nothing was done about it. We let her know once she brought out the ticket that we would not be paying for the burger since my grandson did not eat it because of the cold cheese & lettuce still in it. The manager came to our table & she looked at us & said I heard you were having trouble with your ticket. My husband told her about the burger situation & she just looked at us like whatever. Didn't even apologize or make an attempt to make things right. Never going back to this place. The Odessa location is now actually better than this location.

Absolute WORST customer service. Sat for a good ten minutes before even being acknowledged. No one checked if we needed refills for our drinks, my children actually got up and got their own refills. Time to pay, we walked up to the front and waited while the employees stood at the bar chit chatting and looking over at us. Had to wave one down and she was absolutely clueless as to what we wanted.

Don’t know if our waiter was new or what but needs to be trained better and PAY ATTENTION!!! We ordered our drinks and were brought to us wrong. Had to call another waitress to fix it because our waiter disappeared. We then ordered an appetizer and no utensils were brought had to wait and call another waitress. Then we proceeded to order food. When we got our food the order was wrong and again the waiter disappeared and never came to address it. I left it at that. When my wife confronted another waitress about the incident she tried to apologize which is fine and the other waitress told the manager but I could see the manager wave her hand brushing it off making it seem she did not care about the situation. In my personal opinion, any issue that is being brought up to me in my store/business needs to be addressed and fixed in any manner.

Took over 1 hour to receive our food, terrible service, 0 communication on why the wait is so long. Arrived to location while it was empty and only a couple of customers. We have been waiting for over an hour for our food while others arrive and receive their food before ours. I would rate this 0 stars if it was even possible. Don’t bother eating here

Three years ago, we came here twice and vowed never to return. Friends invited us, we stayed for the Buffalo game. Food was mediocre, and we had to get out own refills. It took over 30 minutes to get the game on the TVs we needed and the sound on for the game. - reason the manager had to do it, but they were busy subbing for a bartender that went home sick. Our server said he was leaving, asked us to cash out, then tried talking to 4 servers to order desert for over an hour….no one wanted to help. We won't be coming back. The manager was also a jerk about it. Adios

The front-of-house staff is friendly, but the kitchen execution was disappointing. I ordered a sampler to-go at the bar, only to get back to my hotel and realize all four sauces were missing. I drove back to have it remade; I was told it would take 5–15 minutes, but when the new order came out, it was still missing the beer cheese. When I finally pointed it out and received it, the cheese was ice cold. It’s clear the staff is nice, but there is a major lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. It’s also disappointing to see management only engage with positive feedback—it suggests the recurring issues mentioned in other reviews aren't being addressed.

I placed an online order scheduled for 5:30 PM pickup. The app showed the order as “picked up” at 5:30, but that was not accurate. We were physically there and didn’t receive our food until 6:42 PM. To make things worse, instead of offering anything for the delay, we were charged extra for two sides of ranch. After waiting over an hour past the pickup time, that was extremely disappointing. If an order isn’t ready, it shouldn’t be marked as picked up, and customers shouldn’t be charged more after such a long delay. Very poor experience with Buffalo Wild Wings online ordering. Update food was cold and a hair in the food 🤮🤮

I have been a patron of this establishment since 2011. Today, I visited to watch a football game. Upon arrival, the waitress in the bar area informed us in Spanish that she would be unable to serve us as she was leaving. She mentioned that it would be a 15-minute wait before someone else could take our order. Unfortunately, she did not even take our drink order in the meantime. Despite this, we decided to wait as we enjoy the food here. However, the service was lacking, and it is disheartening to see their employees not fully committed to their work. I left feeling very disappointed. Bad service !

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Bww I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes to even order drinks, Terrible food, wrong beer, and waiter came one time in an hour and a half. She also bitched about splitting the check up, For 2 people. She then got mad and stared at me through the window after she saw the absence of a tip on the bill. I’ve had bad service but it was not even close to this.

Ordered off the website. Food came back overcooked. Missing part of the dessert and sauces and seasoning i ordered. Called the restaurant and right away they tried to blame doordash..except I ordered from their website. Manager said I could come pick up the stuff or get a refund. I paid delivery/tip and service fee so to hell with picking it up. Called doordash and they told me to call the restaurant. Contacted support and have gotten 0 help. Maybe ill get help here, probably not though.

the food was cold like everything we got was cold like if it just been sitting there. There was about 2 other tables and it took them about an hour to bring out the food just for it to be cold. The customer service was HORRBILE she never once asked us if we needed anything. Whenever we got our appetizers she was so quick to leave we couldn’t even tell her if we needed anything. Wouldn’t go there again.

My first experience was horrible, it was me and 3 other friends, we walked in around 8pm and left at 8:30pm. We waited exactly 30 minutes for a server, a drink.. literally anything. Multiple servers and maybe even a manager passed us and nothing. The second time i decided to go with a different group of friends, they said the wings were amazing there, so we decided to go. As we’re finding a table, I saw two servers visibly getting upset we were sitting in i’m assuming there section. Besides the looks, the server did come at a reasonable time after us sitting and had a great attitude, as the food the flavoring was an amazing even the fries, but the chicken was very tough. After explaining that to the server she then went to get the manager. As he approaches our table I tell him the issue and then says “that’s how chicken is supposed to be.” For one no it’s not and for two isn’t customer always right? Not here at buffalo it is. Kinda shocked he said that, he wasn’t helpful, if only rude and disrespectful. I even caught him being very rude to his employees as well. Now if he can treat a paying customer like crap, I can only imagine the workers here. I asked the server for his name after he left and it was Trevor. I am still wanting to go to HR about Trevor. My very recent time I went, my wife had a gift card, I decided to do take out instead. When i walked in and was waiting, not only was there no one there, but Trevor decided to come out about 5-10 minutes after i have been waiting. He then made exaggerating sounds while taking my order. I wasn’t sure he had remembered me and how he had treated me last time. The take out experience just showed me even more how disrespectful and rude he is. As I was trying to add more ranch to my order he stopped listening to me and was talking to another worker. While again A CUSTOMER WAS WAITING. The wings here are great, but the management is horrible and I would hate to come again and see Trevor working there. He made the whole experience horrible. As i was reading the comments I saw a lot of the owner saying “sorry for your experience click link below”… that’s actually ridiculous, no “i hear you, this will be changed” no just trying to buy you out with food. I would like a message back confirming that Trevor’s position is terminated.

Picked up an order, paid $46 and when I got home part of order was missing. Called, they told me I wasn't charged for what was missing. I was charged because it was all included in the meal.

Absolutely the worst buffalo wild wings I've been too! I came back a few times hoping they fix the service and food quality. But no! They get worse everytime. Today was the peak. They were trying to over charge me for food I didnt order and Manager failed to rectify the situation. The proceeded to take our food and close us out! I will be calling corporate.

Haven't been here in a year. The staff was very nice. Nothing against them at all. Brought me my club soda and lime. Tasted very Good. Opened up the menu to see that you can get 20 traditional wings for $30. Finished my club soda and went somewhere else to get lunch. There was me and one other person in there. 12:15 p.m. on a Saturday. I don't know why they haven't shut this place down yet.

I've had bad service here before but today sucked. Our server (don't even know her name) would drop something off and just run off. She'd pass by w out acknowledging us we had to stop her for drinks and to order. Once we did get our order she completely disappeared turns out she left, thankfully another service was so kind to help us but there was an obviously no communication in that. And we were charged for a michelada that never came. Such a shame

The absolute worse Buffalo Wild Wings we've ever been to. My son chose it for his birthday lunch. Waiter was extremely distracted with talking /laughing with co-workers. Forgot my youngest daughter's burger. Our table of 5 shared 2 napkins until we could flag down another server. Drinks were not refilled one time even though we asked. Fries were cold. Horrible horrible experience

3 people and 120 bill for wings. Server was good. Needs a personality checkup. She was pregnant and you could tell wasn't a happy person to be so busy. She needed help and the other server just stood there on her phone. Disrespectful to say the least. Won't be back. Not that store at least

I read some of the reviews and most tell of a good experience. Couple of customers that shared their experience have me to think that ones experience will be on how their server will immediately present themselves when one thinks about it ,it's going to set the tone for the remainder of there stay. I wanted to try something different than the usual I get everywhere else. Chicken wings came to mind so I looked here first. I was impressed by the pictures ,and by some of the views , I ordered the buffalo wings of my choice and sadly was disappointed and dissatisfied. They were too hard in texture , alot like left overs from 2 days ago. The sauces were so artificial tasting I ate a couple and threw the rest away. The French fries were decent. The thing that made me suspicious was how quick the wings hardened once they cool down. I don't think I will suggest to eat here nor will I attend again. I wish I could get my money back ,but I'll "probably ",be told " I'm sorry but you paid for the attempt of being satisfied by the food ,it's the attempt not a promise we ever made ". Well with that I tried the food and yeah you lost one definitely. I also want to say that this is my experience only ,your experience might be wonderful, they do have a few great reviews. Just because I was disappointed doesn't mean you'll be as well. I wish you good luck and I hope you have a good experience.

After a year not been there and having bad experiences we decided to give it another shot came in had to ask the waitress if we could have a booth cleaned she only took the order on our drinks only and said someone else was going to take our order because of the shift change. Waited over 20 minutes. Just ask her to charge us for the drinks and we left nothing has changed
