If you ever need a self-esteem boost, the employees in the drive thru will compliment you 50% of the time you go through. One of them even gave me their number once. Wild.

I give the employees a lot of props because they put up with a lot. I was here almost a month ago and they were dealing with a huge line and wait times. They all kept their cool. I've worked customer service for over 10 years and some days are just worse than others. I saw people giving the employees a hard time and felt pretty bad. There was a guy who after what I assumed yelled at the employees ran out and almost hit my car and the car in front of me. I had to swerve just for him to miss me. I won't go into detail but he was extremely horrid and entitled so props to whoever worked that night you don't get paid enough to deal with people like that. So good employees not so good customers and this is coming from a customer. I am sick of watching people mistreat fast good workers. They're human beings with real feelings not machines. We are coming out of a pandemic in which it seems no one wants to work and yet they wonder why minimum wage employees can't keep up with demand and are short staffed. If you're reading this maybe try having some compassion because you're never too important to be kind. Everytime I come by I try to leave a good review through a link on my receipt and an employee has never given me a hard time when I am missing something. The food is always warm and tasty. If you don't like the wait maybe you should've left home sooner, packed a lunch or made food at home. These people are providing you a service and most of which was in the middle of a pandemic. Get a grip.

Best customer service here!! This crew came and opened the down for me and my friend in a wheelchair. Ange B cleaned off a table for us, took our order at our table and came back with the food for us. They have greeted everyone at the door with a hello! Was very fast with the food! Seems like they get a lot of regulars and talk to them! Very great customer service!

I wish the drive-thru wouldn't trap you in, but I did end up forgetting my wallet once and told them when I got up to the window and they gave me the food anyway. She said it was already made and they would just have to throw it away. That was absolutely wonderful considering the day I was having. It was absolutely nice of them.

Quick service and as the name mentioned it’s fast food. Unlike the fast food joints where we end up spending 30 mins in drive thru. Good food and cheap price. Must go when you’re drunk and hungry on a Saturday night

Walked inside the clean and well kept State Street Taco Bell. Ordered a 10 pack of tacos to go. The Manager at the helm was professional and sociably cool. Got 5 hard & 5 soft tacos. Was around $13.69 total for Awesome tasting tacos at home. Better get 2 boxes because you're going to want to taste another. Don't forget to grab hot sauce on the way out. Might as well get a few chicken and steak chalupas with a salad for a snack later. Always enjoy your foods and service at the State Street Taco Bell ™.

Great food, very friendly staff. One of the best restaurants in the Saginaw area. For what ever reason every time we go there are few people there, even though the food and service are great! The fajita can feed two easily, the fajita for two can really feed 4.

Last night we visited taco bell on State Street in Saginaw around 11pm. The new Manger, Arie was amazing. She was patient, helpful, smiling, and complimentary. She noticed little details and complimented her guests on them. There was a couple in front of me that had several special requests. She said she would make their order herself to make sure it was right. It was so refreshing seeing someone treat their customers with such kindness. Please hold on to this gem. She's a keeper ❤️

I have nothing bad to say about this Taco Bell. I’ve been eating here since I moved to Saginaw 7 years ago and I’ve had my order messed up only once or twice & they were great about fixing it right away (and we’re human, mistakes happen!). Highly recommend, over any other Taco Bell in the area.

Food is great but we only go through the drive through because they don't help the customers use the order system so we walked out. Why can't they have both so the customer an put the order in by a human body not a mechanic other fast food restaurants have both why can't taco bell???? Lots of great items available that do not appear on their drive-thru menu sign. Go to the Taco Bell website and you will find a wealth of tasty items on their menu that aren't typically advertised (yet probably should be!)

Drive thru was smooth and quick even during a lunchtime rush. Order was correct and hot. No complaints from me or my coworker.

Three out four Taco Bell were closed at 10 am. No supply delivery unable to open. The 4th one was opened but didn't have the staff to open dining room. Drive thru only. Michigan what's the problem??

Slow service messed up order

This is the first Taco Bell I've seen that lets you recycle your paper and plastic products. I also like that the restrooms still use paper towels and not blow poop air at your hands. Very little interaction between staff and patrons is a concerning trend, though.

It's a Taco Bell, built to corporate standard and ran by employees who do their job to the letter. The food's good, the service is good, the atmosphere is good.

Parking lot was big enough. Clean., restaurant was big enough, they took our order quickly and gave us our drink cups quickly. Beverage area was clean and well stocked. Food came out quickly and was hot. Order was correct and complete. Staff was friendly. Everything was well stocked. Restroom was clean and well stocked.

I usually have a great experience at the Taco Bell on State Street in Saginaw. Good food and friendly service. However, as an app user, I’m really frustrated that my favorite sauce, spicy ranch, is no longer available to add through the app. It might seem small, but it’s enough to make me drive to the Gratiot Road location instead, just so I can order the way I want.

My order was great other than the 3-4 tacos I asked to be meat and cheese but yet lettuce was on there. Other than that the people there were great a the food was good. They were packed an did their best. I won’t make much of a deal about it. Hopefully next time I asked for no lettuce I’ll get it. But I thank everyone for doing there best. Honest mistake.

This is not one of my preferred Taco Bell locations. Long lines and cold food, also I usually get an item wrong but I don't notice until I get home. The item that is usually wrong is: I ask for a shredded chicken burrito and I receive a chicken supreme :(

Average. Got a crunchwrap. First one you could barely tell it had meat on it. Second one they put the wrong sauce on it.i could not finish eating either. I don't typically review fast food places, but these kind of things have happened too frequently

I'm normally the person to look at positives, but when my taco was thrown in half wrapped, lost half its innards decorating the rest of my food, I'm not the happiest of people. And not just that, my griller was very blatantly thrown together and not even properly wrapped up. The food itself was tasty as always but the carelessness and presentation were God awful.

I would give five stars, but every time I go my order gets messed up. I order taco supremes hold the lettuce. I receive a taco with just beef and cheese. I pay for the sour cream and tomato essentially and don't get it. Good location beyond little mess ups.

This particular location of Taco Bell seems to pretty okay. On a late night when you don't feel like cooking usually this is the spot to go to. 8/10 times they usually get your order correct. 7/10 times they consistently forget an item. With it being a fast food service with usually younger kids you really can't put too much criticism into it but it's Taco Bell so don't expect too much.

Slowest service ever and even got my order wrong. 6-7 working and they all move the pace of a Sloth, if you have no where to be and like going back and forth to get the correct order then enjoy!

Just got a 5.00 box, two soft and two crunchy tacos. The tacos were so lacking in ingredients that it makes me wonder if taco bell charges the employees for what they put in there.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst in the area. My expectations are always low when it comes to fast food. Get old food even during peak times. I drive across town to the other Taco Bell's if I have the means to.

Everytime I order DoorDash from this location, something is either always missing or incorrectly made. DoorDash does not like fully refunding, so it ends up costing me money for these mess ups. Pay more attention and Do better if these services will be offered.

Pretty sure no one in this location knows how to read the screen to get an order made properly. Every time we've gone since moving here, the entire order is wrong. Not going back!

Asked for 2 dl tacos with meat cheese and a lil sour cream...what do I get? A tablespoon of meat mostly consisting of cheese...oh and lettuce..not an ounce of sour cream in sight but who ever took my order was pretty kind

I ordered 5 soft tacos. 2 were no more round as my little finger. Other 3 weren't much bigger. 3 had no cheese, 1 had five little slivers of cheese. Whew, don't over exert yourselves. Absolutely disappointing

Worst location ever always get the wrong order

ALWAYS close the drive thru around 30-45 minutes early AT LEAST! Even on a Friday night! Never fails! Lazy!

Only gave it one star so i could write my opinion. I love taco bell. My favorite thing from here is the crunchwrap supreme.and you guys made it taste like dirty dish water. Took one bite and almost threw up it had such a raunchy taste. Not only that but the shell was hard. You guys clean your grills? Because it sure doesn't taste like it. This happens more often then not at this EXACT location(state st) WORST taco bell in saginaw. If anyone wants to feel sick from taco bell they need to come to your store. Smh.

Simple order but all six of my burritos had all beans and very little, if any of the other ingredients that make up the burritos I had bought which made it impossible to tell what was what, I think everyone at this location is on some sort of heroin or opium takes 50 min to go through the drive through the next remodel I do if they have a son or someone in the fast food industry they are getting charged double

(11/10/20) Usually good. Today I ordered 2 Breakfast Steak Grande Burritos. For the 2nd time in 2-3 weeks I went home only to discover the Burritos are smaller than normal. I don't know if this is a trend, but I'm paying the same price for smaller Breakfast Steak Burritos. And the taste wasn't as good either...(11/12/20) Disappointed again. Went to Taco Bell last only to find out they longer serve Mexican Pizza, so I ordered Enchirita, which they no longer serve either. What about Nacho Bell Grande? NO. They have gotten rid of everything. SO LONG TACO BELL...Taco Bell is getting worse and worse. Oredered a Steak Burrito today. Went home only to find out they forgot to put it in te bag. Worse service ever. Hate that if you go in you have to order using the kiosk and every time we have had to use it it doesn't accept our debit card. So because of that our order never got process, after waiting 20 mins and 15 cars went through drive thru for someone to acknowledge us and for us to find out. So we said just cancel it we are going somewhere else. (State Street, Saginaw)

Waited in line for a good 30 min. I understand you might be understaffed but say that at the speaker. Don’t take an order and have them wait forever expecting people to be okay with it. The drive-thru is always ridiculously slow at night around 10p. I spent about 30 minutes in the drive-thru last night with about six cars in front of me. It took me more than 10 minutes to move one spot at one point. When I got to the drive-thru window, there were two people just standing around that were visible.

I ordered through the app, was trying to save time and that was a big mistake lol. I got there and the let Grub Hub leave with my order. I had to wait for them to re make it. The manager just kind of rolled her eyes and said this happens a lot. Didn’t really feel like they cared. Also didn’t make my taco right. I order chicken and was charged for it, but they gave me beef. Super annoying experience.

I was rudely informed the kiosk is the only way to order food inside. After being extremely disappointed during the last visit at the drive-through, I thought I would give it one more chance. This location has lost my business for good.

After driving back TWICE to get my correct order they still managed to mess it up. Part of my order, I simply asked for tacos with no lettuce and I guess that’s too much to comprehend since they only put no lettuce on ONE of my tacos and of course I gave them the benefit of the doubt and only checked one of my tacos. Wasn’t even worth the gas to go up there a third time.

Drive thru was very slow repeated our order three times. Than said they were training while had a line up of cars. We did not hesitate with our order at all. We knew what we wanted. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I wanted to try the build your own box deal , so i went with the mobile order. I arrive to the counter to wait to pick up my food, and i wait, and i wait, for about 10-15 mins before they acknowledge me. Just to have them tell me they dont have my order go back to what they were doing. So i pull up my FULL order, with the order number, and they tell me "we dont use those numbers". Taco bell is Taco bell, they should be using the same numbers. The whole time this was going on, im hearing scattered conversations about how they aint making my food, like im not but 10ft away. No real effort to help, no common decency for the people who spend their money there...

Waited in like for 10 minutes with no one in front of me, they don't even acknowledge me and just for the guy up front to tell me he won't take my order I have to use the kiosk! Horrible customer service!! And just so corporate knows they unplug their timers if you're waiting to long .

Do yourself a favor and go to Gratiot Road Taco Bell. I've come to this bell so many times and over and over they forget items... I should check my bag but every time they regain my trust I go missing an item. I've had items missing from my order now for the 5th time in the 2 years ive lived in saginaw. Gratiot road Taco Bell however never leaves me angry, try that one.

Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, when I got to speaker I ordered and when I asked to make sure the tacos all had no lettuce because it’s an automated system a lady rudely responded they didn’t then when I get to the window I sat for 15 minutes and my soft tacos were cold and hard when they came out. Staff was not friendly at all and there was indeed lettuce on the tacos. Which wasn’t worth having being replaced so I bought my kids dinner else where. Will not be returning.

Everytime I go and ask for Tacos with just meat and cheese for my GF, they always destroy her tacos with lettuce, every time. All you need to do is not put something on. Why is that so hard. You guys are so useless.

They claim to be open until 2. But at 1:34am their sign is on, drive thru sign is on and of course they are closed. People are in there but they say they are closed (live person at the drive through) Third time this happened.

Just got home from ordering from this location, waited 15 minutes at the window for my food, female employee working at the window was rude and rolling her eyes, did not receive any of the sauce packets I requested, did not receive silverware for my food that needed it, and none of my food was marked with what items I wanted removed from the order. Honestly coming to this location at night is always a terrible experience, I like the convenience of how close it is to my home but it’s almost worth it to drive farther to a different location where I may have a better experience.

Terrible dine in service, was dead inside waited almost. Hour and still didn't receive our order while multiple take outs were made. Even got to watch the employees start sweeping an doing other things besides make our order. And fast food workers want more money? Hahahahaha.

Told us their registers closed a half hour before they are suppose to close and had a line of people in the drive thru waiting to pay for their orders and told them they closed… need some new management at this location that can deal with late night traffic. Personally I work at a Taco Bell open till 4am in a college town and we are sometimes open past close because of the traffic. If you can’t handle late nights, don’t work this job…

Ordered a large order for a family of 6. Of course the order was way wrong. When I went back into the restaurant to get it fixed only 1 person actually came to talk to me. Everyone else behind the counter was super rude and making jokes about me coming back to have the order fixed that they screwed up. The taco bell on n michigan is WAY better. This state st store is garbage.

Your employees aren't personal what so ever! They don't repeat the order when going through the drive thru. Another is thing I wanted to the food I got was dreadfully awful. Each item wasn't made the way I ordered it. All the items I ordered, it was like I was just eating the soft shelled taco! I definitely won't be back after that experience. I see your store just hires people who want to collect the check and not put the work. You should be ashamed, but you aren't!

3rd time I ordered soft shell with no lettuce for my kids with eating issues and 3rd time it was ignored. Ordered a supreme soft shell box and 6 soft tacos no lettuce and all were just normal tacos. Why up charge if they are not going to even make them? The first 2 times I called but didn't ask for a refund. Having door dash refund me this time. Not happening again man.

I DoorDash Taco Bell and I called because the Dasher stole my food and they had to remake it and I called Taco Bell to ask what happened because I didn’t know what happened on DoorDash and the lady was rude and I was asking a question about my order and she said she couldn’t walk to go look for my order because she had a cordless phone but she could’ve put me on hold. I said thank you When she told me what Could have happened and then she ended the phone on me without even saying I’m sorry or telling me that they would remake my order since the other DoorDasher stole my food

Stingy on the sauces. A large cheese and fry gives you a large size fry but only a regular size cheese sauce. It's not nearly enough cheese to accommodate the amount of fries. You asked me if I wanted a large fry - and I said yes. Why rob me of my cheese?

Late night here is terrible, beans are old and not fresh, food is cold, and thrown together like they don't care (I'm sure they don't lol). Don't bother! Whoever franchises this place should look next door at how packed McDonald's late night drive thru is, and look at their own. There's a reason it's not lined up like it was years ago!!! Won't be back, ripoff. Would rather warm up a TV dinner!
