My egg bites were hot. The server was polite. My coffee drink was refreshing 😋.
Today I came in and there’s a wonderful and very hard working woman named Sara working by herself!!!!!!! She’s working the drive thru and the front counter. I saw someone hiding in the back. You all need hire more staff to assist this young lady!!!
The employees are so kind, happy and always helpful. I really appreciate how accessible the building is for my wheelchair. There is always a table that works for me, which can be hard to come by at other locations. Well done Starbucks!
Fast and friendly. Accurate orders. The baristas are fantastic. They can turn a bad day to a good one. Their energy is so positive and you get a great vibe here.
Rachel here is just the best. Knows exactly what I want even if I dont and drinks are always wonderful. I never get anything too fancy so for it to be perfect every time for some things like just a dark roast coffee or a tea straight up spotlights the perfection as there's no syrups and floof to hide behind. 100% perfection and quality every time.
It was as expected. A quick stop for a treat for my daughter. She loves the strawberry acai. I got a iced chai. The staff was polite. Wait time wasn't bad. We'll go back sometime !
During this holiday season I just wanted to share that I love going to get my morning coffee at Starbucks thanks to a special girl name Jessica that always makes me feel so special and brightens my day. Always has a smile on her face and a kind word. I have been going through medical issues recently and have been down, but a good cup of coffee and a smile goes a long way! She’s an asset to your company!
While Starbucks does make excellent coffee, I enjoy going into the Cresswood location because of the pleasant greeting I get from Jessica, one of the managers. She is always so cheerful! There is a Starbucks closer to my job but I will continue to go to this one because of her. She is a real asset to your company!👏
I really love Starbucks a lot! I was going at one point of time! Then I had stop idk why, and when I came back I don't know what to get, so I'm glad that the people worked with me so I can picked what I liked. So now I'm back in love with it! Keep up the really good work Starbucks!! 👏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾
Very very friendly service and incredibly quick. They did mistake my order on accident with a dragonfruit instead of a Caramel crunch, but it's still a 10/10 for me. Mistakes happen.
Manager's a pretty cool guy. Staff are very personable & accommodating. They always make my French Vanilla Cappuccino with non-fat milk perfectly. This is one of the few locations that ever actually get it right. On top of that, they get it right consistently. Plus, they have the most esthetically pleasing decor I've seen in a location so far. The ceiling is beautiful & the vintage letterboard sign is a nice touch. Great place! I highly recommend it.
I have always had the best experience at the Crestwood Starbucks. Even if short staffed they have always greeted me, spoke without rushing, and really made good quality drinks. Today took the cake. I was already having a really bad day, and not only was the order taker and drink maker employees super nice (not just what is required nice) but the employee who gave me my drink (maybe noticed) and offered me the red holiday cup they give when ordering a Holiday drink. It made me smile and it definitely made my day a better one thanks to that small kind gesture. They are always like that at this location. Not sure why I haven't written one about them before, I should have. Thank you for being decent human beings!
One of my favorite spots to do business meetings in. The stuff is friendly, and my coffee is always good. I have very easy orders so there's no way someone could mess up. See you soon!
Starbucks is always a fabulous experience in Crestwood! Even when there seems to be a long line oh, the wind moves fast and the Baristas are very very friendly. The coffee and mocha drinks are top notch. I've never been disappointed in the quality of coffee I get at this location. Additionally they have a nice variety of Starbucks coffee and mugs and other items inside the store. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends! Much nicer than many local Starbucks locations.
Very nice employees and reasonably quick service. Fairly surprised that this is one of the better Starbucks I have been into across the country. Guess I shouldn't judge it by location. Was very impressed!! Stopped in twice during my stay. Same cashier both evenings and she remembered me & my order from the evening before. Well done!!
i've been coming to this starbucks for the last 4 years, they've always been quick and efficient in getting my coffee order ready, but i really like the joyful moral that phillis has brought to the place in the last couple of weeks
Outstanding Service by Dylan at Starbucks: I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Dylan during my recent visit to Starbucks, and I must say, he truly made my day! Dylan's exceptional customer service skills and warm demeanor set a new standard for excellence. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Dylan greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel right at home. He took the time to attentively listen to my order, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring every detail was perfect. His knowledge of the menu and his passion for coffee were evident in his thoughtful recommendations. What truly impressed me was Dylan's efficiency without sacrificing quality. Despite the bustling atmosphere, he skillfully prepared my drink with precision and speed, all while maintaining a friendly conversation. It's evident that he's not only a master at his craft but also a true people person. Dylan's dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience is commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my order, and even took a moment to ask if there was anything else he could assist me with. It's employees like Dylan that make Starbucks stand out. His commitment to excellence and genuine care for customers is a true asset to the team. I left with a smile on my face and a perfectly crafted beverage in hand, thanks to Dylan's exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this Starbucks location and having the pleasure of being served by Dylan. He is a shining example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Thank you, Dylan, for making my day brighter with your exceptional service! Warm regards, Trystan
I came in from out of town and of course I had to find a SB. This was the closest location and my order was ready upon my arrival. The drinks were placed under the correct letter as well as the cups were clean. This may be small to some but to me the it was EVERYTHING. I HATE having a messy cup making my hands sticky or the bottom being wet that needs to be wiped off. The drinks were delicious as well. I normally get the same drink all the time and with each location and different barista the taste is always different with it sometimes not being good. Today the drink was on point!
Stopped to pick up my normal order of an iced Carmel latte (that I was later informed was made by Maddie). It was the most spectacular tasting one I have ever had. So good I actually had to write a review. Thank you Maddie! You got my Sunday morning off to a great start!!
In Crestwood, Starbucks sets the bar high, dazzling with top-notch drinks crafted by skilled baristas. The outdoor patio is a serene escape, perfect for any weather, while the swift drive-thru service speaks volumes about their attention to customer time and convenience. Inside, you’re met with a clean, cozy space that feels both modern and welcoming, ideal for any gathering or solo visit. More than just a coffee spot, it’s a pivotal community hub, marrying comfort, efficiency, and a warm, communal vibe that makes every visit a delightful experience.
I had the egg, sausage and bacon wrap, and the cranberry, orange lemonade refresher. Both was very good. I normally get the pecan crunch latte but it was sold out. I hope they bring it back soon. 10-03-25 the Pecan Crunch is back still very good! I also have the potato cakes and iced peach green tea lemonade. All very good!
Giving four stars only for the young man that actually acknowledged that I was standing there for a long time waiting to be served. While the other young lady continue to look at me and say nothing and continue doing what she was doing he was very professional quick and thorough.
A very sweet and pretty girl made my coffee, I couldn’t take my eyes off her 😍 All staff are polite and professional. I'll definitely come again!
It was good just that the Vanilla Beam Frappe needed more vanilla was not prepared properly it was mostly Ice. And my hot chocolate needed more chocolate mostly hot water and not enough Milk. Please take time to prepare a good drink but customer service was magnificent can't complain there.
I came here for a coffee and an iced lemon loaf. They had my coffee, but they were out of a lot of their “snacks”. Out of loafs, out of the brownies, chocolate croissant. The barrister through the drive thru was really pushing on a cookie, but I didn’t want a cookie. I ordered a cake pop. Coffee was made correct (doesn’t happen all the time). And the cake pop was fresh. I just happened to stop here on my way to work from a doctors visit. The cashier at the window was nice.
Visited here at 6:58, the lines were packed and the staff seemed to be just talking to each other. Finally got to the speaker at 7:00 and asked if I would still be able to receive the Happy Hour discount. The guy on the other side responded that I would, in fact, be able to and I was generally relieved. The problem came when I finally got up to the window [10m later, I was greeted with the bill of 10.95. I ordered 4.40 worth of drinks and I figured that he forgot to add the happy hour discount which I reminded him respectfully. I was responded bluntly that the Happy Hour ended 15 minutes ago and it was 10.95. I got this all figured out and the cashier seemed to *slightly* lay off and give us the discount. This would have been just fine if not I had recieved the wrong order entirely. Thankfully for the guy behind me, I returned the drinks and asked for my order. This whole ordeal took around 20 minutes and thus the reason for the 4* review. The drinks were great, prices a bit steep but I mean it's Starbucks.
I had a great experience today ordering my coffee, Anthony, He was an amazing young gentleman with very good and positive attitude. You guys need more people like this one, please learn as an example of him (too bad Anthony usually works at another location but he was covering here in crestwood today)
My coffee purchase was good, food mediocre. Liked drive through server. Although he made a mistake on the order, he quickly corrected it.
It really seems that this store has gone down, the coffee was awful. I did a mobile order and it didn't take long to get to the window but I still waited over 10 minutes they didn't know I had food with my drink and the drink wasn't made right. Guess it's time to switch locations
I am not a huge fan of the hot beverages at Starbucks as they all have a bit of a burnt taste to them...but I do love the white mocha frappuccino! Service can be hit or miss at times, giving me a beverage with whip cream when I requested no whip, although that is easy enough to correct. Breakfast sandwiches are good and I am a big fan of the drive thru!
Did not receive any acknowledgement from the 5-6 employees when I entered to place an order. Grande Mocha Frappuccino was all I wanted. I guess walk in customers are a nuisance these days. The higher-ups should just consider making all starbucks a drive thru business only.
I come here every day never had a problem until today. I had to go in because the drive thru was crowded. The Indian girls were looking side eye at each other smiling towards me. Very rude and inappropriate
Something is just not working at this Starbucks location. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or poor training, but the wait times here are always incredibly long, even with mobile ordering. It can easily take 25-30 minutes to get through the drive thru on any given day. I’m giving it a few extra stars because the employees I’ve encountered have been so friendly and kind and my coffee is good and made right 95% of the time.
I don’t go to Starbucks much but this location is convenient when the need arises. The drinks are pretty consistent here but the workers always seem like they are inconvenienced by you being there. I usually go inside but the priority is definitely the drive through line. I would hate to be in there when it’s super busy.
The drive thru server was rude, rushed me to order brashly, could have been done better. Drink was not as described on board and wrap was falling apart like it's been handled roughly.
Two stars is very generous I just went into this establishment they never took my name for my order so when my order came up I had no idea it was mine the woman threw my sandwich across the counter and I'm so glad I did not fall on the floor I had my coffee sitting there and no one said it was mine no one wrote a order or a name on it please do better
I was disappointed today. We ordered three items through the mobile app and two of them were wrong and had to be re-made. The barista seemed irritated that she had to make the order over. The cashier apologized but the barista grumbled the whole time.
The store chain concept lacks responsibility. I am finding the staffers lacking. The only store in the area that serves a consistent coffee is the CRESTWOOD store. This has been over years coffee. The CRESTWOOD location is consistently GOOD. 4-14 2019 The last two months service has been slow. Drink not up to standards. Staffing changes but this may be management.
I usually enjoy Starbucks no matter where. This one I didn't enjoy at all. There were 3 of us and only 1 was happy with the order. We couldn't get venti sized drinks and the Frappuccino was to chunky to go through the straws. They weren't blended well at all.
Two stars only bc what I got was good. 0stars for service. Used drive thru. They did not give me a food item and told me to come back and get a free one next time. I also asked for a babychino and was given a grande drink that costs $4 I just wanted a little cup with warmed milk for my kid at other locations if they made a mistake they would have corrected this mistake right at the window when I brought it up to the barista. It is probably hard to be a barista but still I do not recommend visiting this location and will only go to Orland Park in the future.
Informed employee when taking order that I had a free coffee. Rather than listening when I gave her my code she said I got it and scanned points. Unfortunately my free coffee expires today so my loss of points and free offer Thanks for taking time to listen to the customer.
Would've give only one star but just as I was leaving the review for the place one of the employees Sara was nice enough to care if I have been taken care of. Been standing in front of 5 employees who were yes doing their job partly but the other half were just chatting in the corner. 3 of them just passed by without even paying attention at a person standing right at the front spot. I wish management pays more attention to the brand appearance of @starbucks Sara rules though. Just now we're polite and cared enough.
Slowest drive-thru service I've experienced during these pandemic times. Don't understand the length of time it takes to make those specialty coffees but Starbucks can do a better job to position customers wait-times.
Went in and odered 3 drinks, which took long, but is understandable since the drive thru was packed. The 1st drink was made correctly. The 2nd drink was incomplete as they ran out of almondmilk. I ordered a venti size and they served me a grande amount in a venti size. They could have offered a snack to compensate for the lack of drink since I paid for a venti but got a grande. Then to top it off my 3rd drink (honey oatmilk latte) was made hot when I specifically asked for iced. After having an uncomplicated discussion with the woman taking my order because she didn't know what a honey oatmilk latte was... In conclusion, this place is a wreck. I stopped coming to this establishment for this reason, but forgot how messy they are at running the place.
7 people working a 9:50am shift. They didn't call out any drinks, forgot half of my order.. and I look over and their floor is filthy.. like why have SEVEN people on the clock and it's so messy. I've worked at a Starbucks downtown before so yeah its wild in here. But my drink was good 👍🏿
I use to love coming here since I work at the Walmart right here in Crestwood but it just seem like they fell off to me. Why is it every time I order a strawberry refresher I always have to ask for strawberries. I never have this problem when I go to other Starbucks. Just like today I ordered one with no strawberries at all I asked for some the lady tells me at the last minute after I paid that they don’t have any , why wouldn’t you think to tell me when I ordered I just feel like that’s common courtesy.
The quality and care of this location has really gone down. The only person that works there in the morning that really seems like she cares is the super nice blonde lady with the tattoos in the drive-through (early shift) She always takes really good care of me but if anybody else takes my order and makes it it’s not right. Coffee is straight up swamp water And it’s upsetting to pay that much for a coffee for it to not be right and for it to not taste right. And I always feel rushed on the speaker.
I was having a rough morning and today was the day I ended my coffee detox. I missed having my iced frapp from Starbucks on a daily so I went to my favorite Starbucks in my area. Unfortunately today I wish I never went. I went in experiencing issues with the WiFi connection to order online. The mood of the overall staff was so dark as they were doing advertisement changes and the team lead seemed just frustrated and dismissive. I get it we all have bad mornings, but when you’re paid to give a service you have to check yourself and give the customer the best experience as we’re paying for a service. On top of that my frapp was very watery and my cookie wasn’t warmed properly. Safe to say I won’t be going to Starbucks again for another 39 days. Not sure what’s happening, but this is not the team I always see. I hope their day gets better for the sake of their sanity and the customers.
Big disappointment, never order the Pink Drink at the Crestwood location. Drive a little further and get it at the Orland Park location where it is delicious every time. Today my drink had absolutely no taste it was so watered down and weak. I do give them points for good-naturedly refunding me, for that I was quite grateful.
It's a beautiful new building but the staff is not friendly, they are slow as all he'll, and the new places bathroom was always trashed. I got to Starbucks everyday, and sometimes twice a day. Today I waited in the drive thru 20 min, left the line to park, and waited another 20 min inside. She said "well were underataffed. Sorry." No offer a free beverage or anything. Sucks it's the only one right by here.
Employees were on the inside playing music so loud yesterday they had me repeat my order several times and they still got the order wrong. Atop of that looked so disorganized and messy on the inside, im sure not revisiting.
Staff is gross and unfriendly. The lady with the green hair acted like i was completely ruining her day and looked at me like i was crazy when I asked for no ice and no water in my tea. They didn't mix my girlfriends coffee either, just dumped cream on top of coffee and served it to her. You're better off going to the starbucks on 159th and cicero, don't waste your time here.
Starbucks in Crestwood is by far the WORST! Drinks are NEVER consistent, staff is young and unprofessional. Please train staff properly on consistency of drinks!!! Oak forest Starbucks is much better much better and is always on point! Not impressed Update! Came back almost a year later (9.10.21) and I ordered a pumpkin spice frap via Uber eats and got a flat white with pumpkin sauce! Just throw the entire Starbucks away! Disgusting!
My order never tastes the same. It's starting to taste more watered down plus u think your getting full pumps, ask... it's half pumps.. I would rather drive a distance to another location than continue paying a high price for horrible coffee
I said “hot coffee with cream and 2 splenda and I got a” warm-cold coffee” I returned from 2 blocks and I entered into the store and I said “hot coffee with cream and 2 splendas Omg she put regular milk in the coffee, was horrible flavor. Every day I buy my coffee in others Starbucks and all the time is fine.
0-stars I have been in this drive thru line for over 20 minutes now and still waiting all I need is a dragonfruit lemonade this is a joke! Simple solution what ever is taking so long to make just don’t offer it any more!! Who Ever is working slow get rid of them!! There are plenty of people looking for a job in 2020!
03/12/2019 16:32 p.m. Skinny fella, green hair lady had more conversation with each other instead of informing customers that they didn't have product ready and had to whisk a container in order to make fraps. 17 minutes waiting and not even a "sorry for the wait". Drive thru was also slow. Witnessed on their screen a car waiting over 14 minutes and 4 cars behind it. Location is starting to go down ala Ultra foods.
The employees music was way to loud for my comfort I couldn’t hear my self think or my friends as we were studying. Next time I will bring my decibel meter to record for corporate
Selling products they don't have on manu... Just waisted my time in line...
Literally the worst Starbucks ever. We waited 33 minutes in the drive through for two drinks. Normally I would never wait that long but we had time to kill before my sons baseball game. We went the day before too and it was the same. All baristas have attitude and not friendly. However they did give us one of our drinks for free for the wait. Corporate needs to know how bad this place is.
Twice took 45 to complete an order. 25 minutes just to get to place my order at the drive thru. Order another 25 minutes. I get to the window...crickets...15 minutes go by. Management is horrible. Better of calling corporate for your money back.
For goodness sakes, please hire some employees that will at least acknowledge someone standing and staring in their face when it's not even crowded!
Been coming to this store for almost twenty years, in both of its locations. The last two years the quality has really gone down. The lines are much longer and more often than not the drink is wrong - and not worth getting back in line to correct. Better more accurate drinks from other stores in the area. It is a shame to pay almost six dollars for the wrong drink. In the past you would get maybe one bad drink every six months. Success has really ruined this store. EDIT 04/27/2021 Bought my last drink here this morning. The apathy at this store has reached its peak. The last four days in a row the customer experience has been terrible. There was a time when I taught Customer Service for a local airline and we used to hold Starbucks up as an example of the difference between hospitality and customer service. We would tell our students that Dunkin Donuts will give you a hot fast cup of coffee, But at Starbucks you're greeted by name, the people care about what they are doing an although you'd pay more, it was worth the experience. Sadly, this is no longer true. I've been here when there were long lines and times like today when there was no line. The people who work here still can't get orders right, even when you order the same thing everyday. They act like they are half asleep and sound like zombies on the intercom. Courtesy, like simple good mornings, or thank you's are a thing of the past. If it was one employee, it might be an issue with that single employee, but this is everyone who seems to work the drive thru. They keep raising the prices and aggressively market their tip jar but can't be bothered to get a drink right or listen. Perhaps Starbucks should take a lesson from Dunkin Donuts or even McDonald's. Get the order right before you try to talk about your great company. A simple one drink order should not be this complicated, yet, it is beyond the ability of this store to create one. After thirty years as a customer I'm done. I can get lousy coffee for 1/3 the cost at Dunkin.
I came through the drive thru 12.21.22 in the evening and wanted the most simplest order . They appeared to not have ANYTHING I wanted . The male that was at the drive thru had the most nonchalant energy ever. Like if you don’t like your job find another one!! I checked my drink and sure enough what ever barista was making my drink was being lazy and not reading . Not following instructions. It’s frustrating especially when I use to be a barista myself !! EVERY STEP MATTERS! Stop being lazy and do what people simple ask of! People pay their money for what they want!! Then when I handed it back he got an attitude . Short African American man with stand up fro and glasses . Rude and needs customer service training CLEARLY!! AND THE BARISTA!!
5.10.2022 405 pm and the place was empty which should have been a clue for me to try someplace else. The lone car in front of me waited 5 mins for somebody to answer the mike. What it was my turn I ordered my Venti strawberry Refresher. To which the employee responded "we added that" and something I could not understand. After a few exchanges back and forth and a repeating of "we added that" I told the employee that I could not understand him at all. I could hear him but I could not understand him. And I left empty-handed. After I drove away I realized that "we added that" was probably "we outta that". And "we added that" or "we outta that" is no way to respond to a customer. They need somebody at the mike who is able to communicate clearly and professionally. And all these Starbucks seem to be out of the strawberry refresher at least half of the time. Thank you for listening to my Karen type rant.
They were better a year ago. Lately they have been careless with my orders; like zero espresso shots for a quad. Why would I spend $8 for milk? They have given me other people's order. Their drive thru line has always been horrible but has gotten worse lately. I thought going inside might be better, nope it is worse. One guy opened his cup to discover only a third of it was coffee and he isn't paying a third of the price. I can't tell you how many times they've done this to me. They try to deceive you with the foam even when you say no foam.
Came through the drivethrough recently. Was pretty busy for a Thursday so it's understandable if things get messed up. But there comes a point where it's completely unacceptable. I ordered a venti latte and they made a grande then put it in a venti cup. Asked for espresso and toppings such as whipped cream and the flavored syrup that makes the drink what it is only to find there was none of them in there. Hopefully they can step up their service in the future and nobody else has to deal with this kind of poor service.
Used drive thru. My wife wanted to try a new drink. So I order one medium and one small. I got the small one because I normally don't drink coffee outside of the house but figured I'd try it. Apple crisp something. We got about to 127th Cicero and I take a sip while stopped at red light and I got a blonde espresso instead of what I ordered. Yet again why I don't use drive thru's or drink coffee unless at home. Overpaid for one drink because the one I ordered cost more but got one that cost less. Either way,my wife will probably be back but I won't. Truly not a big deal just sounds like it.
I've been to this location multiple times and the last few times I been there this year has been unfortunate. The lobby is always dirty. The last two times I been there within 2-3 week span I saw the employees on Tik tok in the corner on their phones giggling instead of working smh! Today will be the last time I go to that location, I asked for a coffee a certain way and it has very little creamer, when I asked to the barrista if it had creamer she responded with an attitude and said if it didn't have creamer it would be black. My coffee is dark brown and could use a little more creamer.
Lately this location has been absolutely horrible with wait times, but yesterday was the tipping point. Drive-thru from start to finish is on the longer side at about 15 minutes from start to finish with only 2-3 cars in front of me. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes at the speaker with only one car in front of me. I was asked to hold on a second and then never answered me. I watched as several cars behind me drove away and in the end I did the same. When I drive past the window I observed 2 cashiers just standing at the window talking. If something is wrong with either the product or the the register, it’s best to let the customer know so that they can decide if they’d like to wait or not. Will not be going to this location anymore.
Honestly the new staff/ management need to truly reconsider talent and pace. I use to love coming here but they either take too long or they don’t listen to my order, which leads to getting it wrong 9/10 my order is always wrong or done wrong. Super upset I pay enough for coffee for it to have this service
The employee who served me on 4/6 in the drive-thru at approximately 11:45 am lacked basic customer service skills. There was no greeting, no smile, and she didn't respond when I thanked her. Her demeanor seemed unhappy, and it's clear she might be better suited for a different role than customer service. This experience definitely fell short of the usual Starbucks service I'm accustomed to at this location.
I've tried this Starbucks for the last time. I purchased a medicine ball and it was not fixed right. The Starbucks located in Jewels in Merrionette Park does an excellent job with their drinks. I will not be returning ever. 👎
My husband and I order from the Crestwood location very often but lately, we’ve had very bad experiences. Most of the employees are nice but there is one person that is very rude and consistently makes our orders wrong. I don’t want to put her name in here but she has lime green hair. I can’t name every single instance that we’ve had a problem with her because this message would be 10 pages long, however just recently, my husband went in there and she made my drink wrong not once not twice but three different times and got more rude each time My husband told her it wasn’t the right drink. It wasn’t a complicated drink there was no add-ons. It was just a plain hazelnut shake and espresso and she kept making the hazelnut cold foam drink even though my husband told her it was not the right drink. Then, the next time we were in there, which was the next day she must have recognized us, and while she was making our drinks, she took one of the lids for our drinks, rubbed it all over the counter, which had Liquid on it from other drinks that had been spilled, and proceeded to put the lid on one of our drinks. Today, my husband stopped in after work, and he waited 39 minutes for two drinks because she was ignoring everybody that was in the café and just taking care of the drive-through even though there were two other employees making drinks for the drive-through. But she had time to take care of two people that walked in after us, and they seemed like they were her friends. She took their order and got them their drinks before she even started making ours. Like I said at the beginning we stop at this Starbucks very often but with how rude this person is it really makes me consider going to a different Starbucks.
Definitely the worst Starbucks around. Super frustrating that I check the app to make sure what I want is in stock before I head over there. There’s maybe about 4-5 cars in line including myself, waited about 10 minutes to order just for them to tell me my item is out of stock. I’ve worked in the food industry about 6-7 years now and I know all they have to do is press a button to mark it out of stock at their store, they just didn’t because they don’t have a manager who knows what to do I guess. This Starbucks must have really poor management. Their manager doesn’t order the correct amount of items needed between her deliveries. Half of everything is always out of stock. They don’t update this on the app like the other Starbucks do. I ordered my drink and after 10 minutes waiting with just two cars ahead of me I just left and went to Dunkin instead. Seemed pointless to already be waiting 20 minutes when I only could get half of what I wanted. Paid half the price and got basically the same quality. wasted 20-25 minutes of my time at Starbucks, they should have to pay ME for my inconvenience. They need an entirely new staff because this place is garbage. Don’t waste your time here, Go to dunkin instead or literally any other Starbucks.
If you somehow have the patience to wait in the world's slowest Starbucks line (drive-thru or in-store), you'll be rewarded with consistently wrong drink orders and cold food. If this is the most convenient Starbucks for you, learn from my mistake: You'll actually save more time and headaches going out of your way to the next closest location.
I just had the absolute worst experience at this Starbucks. The customer service at this location was never the best but it wasn’t this bad. So I go in to buy a tumbler for someone. I have to wait for someone to check me out. That was ok because they were busy. The girl that checked me out can’t pay attention because she is picking a scab on her knuckle. I pay and I have to ask for a bag because once again she is picking a scab. That was so disgusting. Then she doesn’t offer to put my item in the bag she just gives me the bag for me to do it myself. I just hate giving money away to an establishment that can even provide customer service.
I have been coming here for months and the customer service is absolute garbage. Zero eye contact at all with any customers when ordering and very curt. These are common issues with many different staff members. I sat down to eat to just make sure this wasn't a me thing and it's not. The employees here treat customers like they are an inconvenience.
Ordered Americano with extra cream and sugar, got neither. Food was ready and getting cold while I waited for my Americano (among 2 other drinks) for more than 15 minutes. Furthermore, they were out of the new flavor that they're advertising, which was the reason I even went there in the first place. It felt like I was at a knock-off gas station Dunkin donuts (no offense to Dunkin)
i asked for a couple cups of water at the window because my kids asked for it after i ordered and the girl at the window looked annoyed. it wasn’t busy. it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. when she handed them to me i said thank you but she had her head turned away from me the whole time.
I went to this location this morning and they would not accept my $20.00 bill because it was from the 80’s. These people are not very bright. They were all staring at it like it’s foreign currency. I won’t be back.
I’m sorry but this Starbucks is terrible. They either never get the order right or they’re out of whatever it is you want. They’re always pretty much out of stock of EVERYTHING. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there and they’re out of cold brew or nitro brew. Always out of oat milk or several of the syrups. I don’t have this problem with oak lawn or any of the surrounding Starbucks.
Ordered a Grande Summer Refresher, the guy takes my card and someone else comes and returns it to me, I asked for a receipt and how much was a grande refresher. She says “I don’t know” Then comes back to the window and tells me they ran out of receipt paper. $ 7 dollars and change for a grande Refresher when a Trente Mango Dragon Refresher costs $ 6 dollars and change. Did this guy besides providing poor customer service give himself a tip? Besides telling me how much the drink was before taking my card. Never telling me the machine doesn’t work. The other worker completely clueless to everything including when I asked how much exactly was the Summer Refresher. On a scale of 1 to 10 for this place I give it a ZERO.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent pickup order. My spouse attempted to collect order, but was unexpectedly asked for an authorization code, a requirement not previously encountered. This resulted in a delay and the inability to retrieve the order immediately. After contacting a manager, Andy, we attempted to resolve the situation. However, due to the significant delay caused by the authorization code issue, our iced beverages had been sitting for over fifteen minutes. We therefore politely requested that these drinks be remade. Unfortunately, this request was denied by Andy. We subsequently requested a full refund. During our interactions with Andy, we perceived several inconsistencies in his explanations, causing further frustration. Specifically, his assertion that the iced beverages were perfectly acceptable, despite their prolonged exposure to ice, was unsatisfactory. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that future pickup orders are handled with greater efficiency and clarity. A timely resolution to this matter, would be greatly appreciated.
I was just at this Starbucks location, my drink was not made how I ordered but I did not complain as I am on my way to work, however I did order an impossible breakfast sandwich and the young lady who is on food proceeded to hand the Caucasian male his sandwich in hand however when it came to me she sat it on the counter, I hope this is not racially motivated as I am a young black female but I am highly disappointed. I don’t know if she was rushing or what but I hope she learns that even the small things can insult someone.
Selling you products they don't have... 2 days but making different stories 🤦♂️ They sell you coffee, making you wait in line and then at window say, 1st day, "sorry we don't have it" and 2nd day "sorry our machine just broke down" Just be fair and say right a way that you don'thave products...Don't play that ugly brainless games with costumers. It's not just sell anything "we already make him wait in line, he'll buy something anyway". That is why starbucks rapidly declining... Respect your costumers and spending money in your place. You are still not monopoly like Amazon that you can do and charge whatever you want. Starbucks used to be good company with good products, good services and fair prices but NOW it is just overpriced company with good locations and brand 🤮
Bad customer service. I’ve never had an issue getting my drink made properly until I came to this location. Very unprofessional.
This is the worst customer service I received at this location, the lady at the cash register was very rude, inattentive, and very unprofessional; she seems like she was more focused on clocking out for lunch. I went in to ask for an exchange and all i received was a nasty attitude from her and she quote “the receipt looks goofy”, which is so uncalled for. The receipt clearly had the address. I handed her two receipts. One was for a gift card. The other one was for a cup. She just didn’t want to do her job. The way she conducted herself was very unacceptable. I’m so disappointed Colored hair heavy set white female morning shift
This location never listens when you tell them light ice. This is a Venti, and half of the cup is filled with ice. Not even half of the cup majority of the cup as you can see in the picture. Another charge with them I will be disputing. Light ice means barely any ice not majority of a cup still filled with ice.
Very disappointing experience at this location on March 7, 2026 around 1:50 PM (Store #02566). The lid came completely off my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino right after leaving the drive-thru and the drink spilled all over me and throughout my vehicle. When I returned inside to explain what happened, staff appeared dismissive and one employee laughed while I was covered in the drink. During the conversation, employees acknowledged they had been having issues with their lids that day but no one warned me when handing me the drink. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was simply told I would be refunded and asked to leave. Shortly after leaving, Crestwood police officers approached me stating the store reported I threatened someone, which is completely untrue and extremely humiliating. I also had to pay $75 to have my vehicle professionally cleaned to remove the Frappuccino from the interior. I have submitted a formal complaint with Starbucks corporate and hope the company reviews the store’s security footage and addresses how this situation was handled.
Went to this location on November 7th and went through the drive thru and ordered 2 peppermint hot chocolates. While drinking my drink I noticed 2 times where there were peices in my drink, they were small enough that they went right down I figured they might be parts of whipped cream. When I was almost done with my drink I then felt a larger peice and when I pulled it out it was a peice of blue plastic. Just seems like too much of a safety and health risk to be brushed off so easily which I was after contacting support.
