Non potete dire di aver assaggiato un buon hamburger se non siete stati Al Mercato. La qualità e la cottura della carne sono ottimi, il pane ed i condimenti invece creano la base perfetta per un hamburger gourmet. Molto buone anche le patatine, specialmente nella variante con parmigiano e tartufo.

Burger molto ben fatto e dal sapore perfetto, molto consigliato per una cena, molto buone anche le patatine al tartufo. Altro fattore degno di nota è l’accoglienza, la gentilezza del personale in questo ristorante difficilmente si trova spesso altrove.

Se amate gli hamburger fatti come si deve, questo posto è una tappa obbligata! La carne è succosa e cotta alla perfezione, il pane morbido ma compatto al punto giusto, e gli abbinamenti di ingredienti sono davvero curati. Ogni panino ha un equilibrio di sapori che si sente al primo morso. Le porzioni sono generose, le patatine croccanti e il servizio sempre gentile e sorridente. L’atmosfera è accogliente, perfetta sia per una cena tra amici che per una serata più tranquilla. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un locale che trasmette passione e attenzione per i dettagli — si vede che qui gli hamburger si fanno con amore. Consigliatissimo! 🍔🔥

Un posto davvero sorprendente: ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con abbinamenti ricercati ma mai forzati. Si sente la voglia di sperimentare, senza perdere di vista la qualità delle materie prime. L’atmosfera è intima e piacevole, il servizio attento ma discreto. Un indirizzo perfetto per chi ama scoprire sapori nuovi senza rinunciare al gusto autentico.

Great place with very friendly staff and truly delicious food. Highly recommended! They were able to accommodate me without a reservation, which is rare in the Milan city center. The carbonara with wagyu beef is fantastic, and their steak is excellent.

After a disappointing lunch at a tourist trap with surprisingly high reviews, we were looking for something different. We were tired of Italian food and wanted to try a burger place. We found this cute little place with great ambiance and decoration. The food was amazing! The burger, fries, and short ribs were some of the best I've ever had, and I live in Los Angeles! The service was also excellent. We will definitely be back here next time we're in Milan. Hamburger molto buono, con carne gustosa e di qualità. Il menù non propone troppa scelta, in quanto ad hamburger, ma è altrettanto vero che si possono aggiungere o togliere, e quindi combinare, a piacere tanti ingredienti… alcuni anche molto particolari, tipo la jalapenos jam. Bel locale, servizio impeccabile.

Ristorante piccolino, molto intimo e con cucina a vista ma abbastanza curato. Dopo l’ordine, offrono dei nachos fatti in casa con qualche salsa (molto buoni). Abbiamo optato per un classic burger e un black angus tartare. Ottima qualità della carne e ingredienti ricercati. Conto un po’ alto rispetto alla media degli hamburger in zona ma la carne era davvero deliziosa. Totale 58€ due hamburger, una birra e un’acqua. Unica pecca a mio avviso è il coperto (3€ a persona).

Ho scelto hamburger classico + cheddar e bacon. Super buono, bella presentazione e cottura esattamente come richiesta, bravi! Patatine ottime. Onion rings con pastella croccante, ma per me troppo spessa. Servizio cortese, ambiente rilassato, senza fronzoli ma curato. Distanziamento migliorabile togliendo un tavolo. Una stella in meno per la birra servita con troppa schiuma e per i contorni arrivati solo a fine panino. Vale il prezzo un po' alto se si apprezzano i dettagli. Consigliato.

Popcorn chicken was good and juicy Burger was huge but lacks character, possibly due to the fact that i added additional toppings which could have overwhelmed and mask the true taste. The ribeye steak was excellent and tasted superb, but the tenderloin steak was mediocre. This could be due to the cut of the meat but it was still well cooked. If one was to visit this place, it is of utmost importance that one consume the steaks that this place has to offer.

I got there at a great time. The location wasn't too busy but as it filled I didn't feel like the space was to small of loud. The waiter was lovely. He was very attentive and helpful. The wine list was comprehensive but not crazy for over priced. I got the burger sampler which I thought would be a smaller plating but they were big enough to share.

A very welcoming space with high quality burgers and steaks. I have tried their tartar burger and it’s a must for any tartar lovers. The price on the other had is a little high but you can sense it as soon as you enter the place!

I’m a fan. Always have been. But a bit of innovation wouldn’t be that bad. The burgers are still good but lost that Wow effect you’d expect. Wine list and drinks are great but it’s not an aperitivo despite the crowded small interiors. Will go back eventually with few friends in those days where I’ll want a classic good treat

Burguer was very good. Potatoes were tasty. A bit more salty than ideal for my taste. Service was good. The receptionist told us we had 20 min of waiting time but it ended up being more than 40. But they gave us free french fries to make it up while we were waiting outside so it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately, there was no soap in the restroom (something particularly important for a burger place) and they didn't refill it even after I told them about it. I didn't like the music at all but I cannot say it was bad. Some people might have enjoyed it. Overall good experience.

Al mercato era il migliore hamburger di Milano. 10 anni fa. Oggi diventato molto commerciale è con dei prezzi da ristorante. In tre abbiamo speso 120 euro. Un po' esagerato se gli hamburger si presentano classici e senza particolare identità.

Hamburger buoni, ma non direi tra i migliori. Punto a sfavore il prezzo eccessivo per l’hamburger col foie gras di cui non ho nemmeno percepito il sapore, forse per uno scorretto abbinamento dei vari ingredienti. Buono quello con tartare e caprino.

Service is good. But olive oil is not good enough to dip. Glass of wines are not available as listed in menu. And most important is hamburger meat is not good and lack of salt as well. Overall it is less then seen.

The burger is OK, I definitely had better ones in Milan. The meat was too salty and undercooked for my taste. My friend had a tartare burger and she didn't like it very much either. However, the snacks we ordered (onion ring and beef heart skewers) were surprisingly good, although all a bit on the salty side.

I tried the Burger bar with four friends, the place was really small and we had a difficult time when eating as we constantly hit each other. The lights are really bad, they have different colors which change the food color in an bad way. The waiter was very polite and competent. I ordered the Super Burger, a beer and a cheesecake. The burger was tasty with good ingredients (especially the onion rings). The cheesecake (7 euro) was really disappointed, as the other deserts ordered by my friends. The price is a bit high considering there are a lot of burger place in Milan with good ingredients that are cheaper.
