Dal Bolognese Milano is my favorite spot for real Italian food. Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. The Melanzana Parmigiana is the best I’ve ever had—soft, rich, and perfect. Also the Veal Milanese is a MUST. Warm service and classic style make every visit feel special. A true Italian gem. Try to be sited in the Sunny garden if the weather is good!

Dal Bolognese, Milan is one of the most exquisite Italian Restaurant in Milan. The location is 15 minutes walk south of Duomo. We ordered Tagliolini with Culatello Ham from Zibello in White Sauce, Homemade Tortelloni with Ricotta and Spinach, Milanese Breaded Veal Chop and English Style Roast Beef served with Mashed Potatoes. The tagliolini and breaded veal chop are outstanding. Their pasta was excellent (al dente and the sauce is not too creamy). All in all my personal rating for Dal Bolognese is 4.9/5.0 stars. Must try while in Milan.

Everything was exceptional👌 The quality really surprised me. The pasta was clearly hand made and even the cheesecake was excellent. This restaurant was even better than some of the good restaurants I’ve been to in bologna itself. I would love to come back someday. The ambiance is sophisticated so you might feel underdressed if you dress casual like we did! Friendly and polite staff

A must visit while in Milan, an Italian Restaurant serving traditional food and white truffles. Ordered Crumbed veal cutlet and since white truffle is available, I ordered pasta with butter sauce. Delicious pasta and good food, came for lunch and it was packed with locals, try to make a booking before coming to ensure seating. Alternatively they do take walks INS but may be a wait period. One of the best Italian restaurants in Milan, that is a hidden gem to locals and not occupied by tourists or tourist traps. The only negative is that the restaurant was dark and dated but I guess it gave it character.

Service was great, but the reception gave our table to someone else and told us we don’t have a reservation even though our mobile number was there. Si mangia veramente bene, ingredienti di qualità. L’atmosfera è molto bella, dentro è più elegante ma comunque accogliente e fuori c’è un bellissimo cortile. Ripeto, la qualità del cibo è eccezionale. Il servizio era ok, la prima volta che sono andata il cameriere è stato bravissimo, dipende un po’ da quanto sono pieni. Comunque, posto sicuro e ci tornerò spesso.

We finally managed to get a table at Dal Bolognese—not an easy feat! We were seated outside in a charming inner courtyard, which offered a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The service was attentive and professional, fitting the upscale vibe of the place. As for the food, it lived up to the reputation. The pasta dishes were excellent, especially the classic Bolognese, which was rich, comforting, and perfectly done. The parmigiana was another highlight—flavorful and satisfying. The artichoke agnolotti had potential but was a bit too salty for our taste. Desserts were a strong finish, particularly the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and indulgent. The crowd is definitely on the chic side—expect a very stylish clientele. All in all, a great spot if you’re in the mood for refined Italian classics in a polished setting. Just be sure to book well in advance.

A great upscale restaurant close to the downtown of milan. Dal Bolognese is not exactly on duomo square but 700m away in a quiet neighbourhood and have an amazing seating inside the portico. They also have seating inside covered but the portico is amazing. Although we went Monday night the restaurant was completely packed. The choice of food taste and service very good and you pay a similar price. It is a fine dining restaurant. I have been before and the quality is same like the previous time.

L'occasione éra ghiotta per poter assaggiare qualche piatto prelibato. Mi sono trovato di passaggio senza prenotazione. Sono stato accolto in modo impeccabile, accompagnato al tavolo in modo cordiale. Ho ordinato e nel giro di 10 minuti i piatti sono arrivati puntuali. Preparati bene. Il luogo merita. Quello che non mi é piaciuto é stata la costante sensazione di fretta ed i prezzi decisamente alti con annessi 10 euro di servizio che non trovo giustificato.

Avevo sempre sentito parlare bene di questo ristorante, frequentato dalla Milano bene, VIP e influencer, avevo aspettative alte. Non posso dire che non si mangi bene e che la scelta del menu non sia ampia e i piatti gustosi, anzi. Ho trovato però l’attesa fuori sotto la pioggia molto scortese: ok che la prenotazione era alle 12:45 e il ristorante apre alle 12:45 ma credo vada segnalato in fase di prenotazione o cmq previsto che si possa entrare in caso di anticipo. Inoltre il guardaroba vicinissimo alla cucina rende i capispalla poi importabili, a meno di non andare in giro con strascico di ragù (buonissimo ma non sul cappotto)

We had lunch at Dal Bolognese and unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the reputation. The service was slow and not attentive, and the staff only became friendly after I tipped at the end. The veal Milanese was disappointing — probably the worst I’ve had. The bresaola and the pasta dishes were the only highlights.

It was a very mid to okay experience, food was alright but not good for quality to price ratio. Seasoning was alright, presentation was very boring and diner-style, far from amazing but not bad. I did not see the hype with the restaurant, also the service was absolutely horrendous. Waited 20 minutes to be seated, brought us mains first and then starters when it was EXPLICITLY told for the opposite, and we also asked for butter and they did not bring us any despite the waitress coming around our table 4-5 times (empty handed). They were running around constantly, confused and empty handed, despite there being around 5-10 waiters. Enjoyed for the atmosphere and location but for everything else, would definitely not come back again.

Αn overpriced restaurant. We visited it because of its good reputation. The food was quite good, but the whole atmosphere was very bad. The tables too close to each other and in between waiters running around trying to catch up to serve. Too much noise and the the whole process from the moment you enter the restaurant looks like you have to eat very quickly so that the next person can sit down. If you want a quiet and special evening, this is definitely not an option.

Location ottima. Qualità un po’ aldisotto delle aspettive servizio Okei prezzi non corrispondenti a quantità e qualità. Si paga molto la fama del ristorante!

ll ristorante offre una buonissima cucina (costosa) e un ambiente tradizionale ed elegante. Tuttavia, all’ingresso sono rimasta molto sorpresa: l’abbigliamento dell’hostess, con una scollatura molto pronunciata, mi è sembrato davvero poco in linea con l’immagine raffinata del locale. Questo mi ha messo a disagio, soprattutto perché è poi la stessa persona che viene al tavolo per effettuare il pagamento. Credo che un abbigliamento più coerente con lo stile tradizionale ed elegante del ristorante e meno provocante renderebbe l’esperienza più armoniosa.

Qualità del cibo che non si parla con il conto. Un primo piatto di tagliatelle al ragú a 25 euro.. sembra l'inizio di una barzelletta, ma invece... Aggiungiamoci anche un servizio da 5 euro cadauno! Da Bolognese posso dire che ho mangiato gli stessi piatti a 1/3 del prezzo e decisamente di migliore qualità. Anche il servizio mi ha lasciato parecchio perplesso, i camerieri hanno un occhio di riguardo solo per i clienti di fiducia, gli altri invece sono di seconda categoria. Tra noi e un altro tavolo, nonostante abbia chiesto il conto per prima e più volte, è stato portato prima ad altri due tavoli. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

location molto bella non c’è nulla da dire e il personale molto cortese, ma il cibo… mi spiace, ho assaggiato la rinomata cotoletta alla bolognese e le tagliatelle alla bolognese. Non c’è assolutamente paragone, non capisco come si faccia a mangiare perché sembra un cordon bleu. E in più la caesar salad all’astice proposta nei secondi piatti di pesce a 40€……. un bel piatto di insalata con 3 pezzi di astice. Vi lascio le foto in aggiunta e vedete voi stessi.
