Nice place with a lovely patio where you can have an aperitif and eat a piadina... I give it three stars for the service where the waitress doesn't really know how to put customers at ease and is too busy talking to her friends to serve customers... Obviously it's not a luxury place or a place to have a romantic date... Considering that with a spritz I got 4, but I mean 4 chips and nothing else... Considering the price is equal to the average I'd say that if you happen to be there - really, if you happen to be there by chance and have no choice - then it could be nice...

Surreal scene: a customer enters in front of me, me immediately after; the owner, or I presume he is (a young Chinese guy with a slightly menacing look), doesn't even give us a passing glance as he's busy chatting about his own business with three uniformed policemen in front of the counter. He doesn't greet, he doesn't ask what we need until we address him. We ask if we can get our own croissants, given that the idyll (i.e. his conversation) is dragging on. After agreeing (kindly), I ask him for a plate for the croissants, and he gives me a very small one for a coffee cup (is he trying to make fun of me?), when he makes me a cappuccino he puts it on the counter without letting me know it was ready (in the meantime a few minutes had passed while I sat down to eat the aforementioned pastries). In short, zero availability, equally zero courtesy. Not to mention the atmosphere, in addition to the three in uniform (who in the meantime were looking at me as if I were a delinquent, imagine my "embarrassment" and, luckily, I'm not one to be very formal), ranging from pensioners to bricklayers to clerks, all looking at each other and looking at you dirtyly. Last but not least, when after paying and putting away the change I accidentally drop my wallet on the floor, the owner laconically comments to one of his trusted customers (one of the layabouts from before): "That's how it is!" In my opinion, they are "just like that"! Terrible.

Probably the worst piadina of my life, a 40-minute wait: I was at MiCo for a conference, and because I was so hungry, I went to the nearest, less crowded bar. Then I realized why: with five people, I can't manage a dozen tables. Avoidable.
