Simple yet delicious!! Pizza margarita and wine. When in Milano pizza, pizza, pizza. The only bummer the bee buzzing around to no fault of their own i chose to sit outside. The service was good and the pizza was great! Pizza was very affordable. I ran the bill up with a taste of each one of the 3 red wines. 🤪 It was served lightning fast, too. They started me off with bread, balsamic, and oil. Stuffed to the gills!

Second time dining here as a tourist. Food is authentic and tasty. Waiters and the waitress are exceptionally nice and welcoming. We had welcome drinks and complimentary drink as well. Would definitely come again next time in Milan.

I had a wonderful experience at Cantina Meridionale in Milan! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. As a vegetarian, I sometimes struggle to find suitable options, but they went out of their way to ensure I had a delicious meal that fit my dietary needs. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great service and a thoughtful dining experience in Milan! The added touch of Prosecco during my arrival made me feel comfy.

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. They offer you bread with most pasta dishes that comes in a small artisan bag. The food was fantastic at reasonable prices. We had wine by the glass, which tasted great, and was about $7 or so per glass. For our main dish we shared seafood pasta. And for one of the sides we had salad with all kinds of tasty leafy veggies and cheese with olives. The other side was chicken cutlets. Our waitress came back multiple times to check on us and she made drink recommendations. We ate inside and felt that the ambiance was lovely. Would return here again for sure.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. Even thought we booked a table, we needed to wait for a free place. We got our food before drinks, which came after 7 MINUTES. You can imagine how fresh it was… I told the stuff that it was frozen - fries and meat is not fresh. I got a new one after 25 minutes which was tasty. Sorry guys, but you should not serve food which isn’t fresh to your guests even if it was a busy night 😔😔😔

We were served by what appeared to be an India–Pakistan team, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being subtly discriminated against as Asians. Our group ordered four very standard dishes — pizza, pasta, salad, and one more typical item — around 12:00 noon. Two other tables, who arrived after us and placed their orders 5–10 minutes later, received their meals before we did. This was extremely unpleasant. The staff offered no apology or proper explanation. Instead, they gave an absurd excuse that the carbonara takes 20 minutes, so if we had told them it was okay to serve the other dishes first, they would have done so. They never addressed or denied the possibility of discrimination. Asian visitors should take note of this. The food itself is also nothing special — very average at best. We are paying customers just like anyone else, covering the same prices and service charges. Do not discriminate — never again.
