Ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and the portion was extremely small for the 17.9 euro price I paid. Moreover, it was advertised as Teriyaki Salmon but there was very little Teriyaki sauce and the whole thing tasted very bland. I wouldnt say its bad, but for the high price it is definitely not worth it!

I was very happy to find a healthy restaurant where I can eat greens and high protein meals in Milan. The concept is great and the menu has everything you’d want in your salad bowl. I was very disappointed when I got my salad bowl I spend €22 for a large salad either extra toppings. I barely had any protein. 3 tiny pieces of shrimp and 4 piece of octopus !! That was all my protein even though I ordered x2 octopus. I finished the bowl in less than 5 min and I’m not a fast eater. I felt scammed. This is sadly common in Italy. Don’t fall into their posters and ads. You’ll be disappointed with portions

The place positions itself is a provider of healthy food, however I found the ingredients to be of not a great quality. Define you get from frozen food or ready-made packs. The atmosphere is nice, however the music is rather loud.

Entered to buy a salad and beer to go, asked for the way to to the toilet from a waitress, she barked at me in Italian and refused to let me use it unless I buy something in advance (couldn't understand what exactly..). Very rude and unprofessional. I left without buying anything. The restaurant lost approx 30EUR for nothing... Moral of the story for restaurant owners in Milan: train your staff or lose customers and their money. What a shame.

Went there on 12 July to try a smoothie and the lady that prepared was not a real nice person. She even used a banana that was almost rotten to prepare my drink. I bet she would never eat a banana in that condition. I came for a fresh, healthy food and drink and they advertise in their own outdoor. The place looks great but having employees that treat people bad and offer bad food is very disrespectful.

Had a very disappointing experience at Vapore Restaurant. The staff struggled with communication due to language issues, making it extremely hard to order. Despite claiming to offer vegan options, there were several non-veg items mixed with the green salad, which was very misleading. The service was slow, and the staff was unwelcoming, adding to the poor overall experience. Definitely not worth a visit.
