Siamo rimasti davvero molto colpiti, accolti con la massima gentilezza, tavolino vista Duomo, la cotoletta alla milanese era davvero molto buona , morbida dentro e croccante fuori. Non vedo l’ora di tornare a Milano per poterla rimangiare . 🙂

Solitamente si pensa che andare a pranzo nei locali in piazza Duomo sia una cosa da turisti e che il cibo fosse "per turisti". Oggi ho fatto una gradevole esperienza da Vista Duomo. Nel menù si possono trovare sia piatti della tradizione milanese sia piatti di altre regioni. Ho mangiato il risotto con l'osso buco e mia madre una lasagna, per il cibo starei sulle 4 stelle e mezzo, la lasagna era discreta, mentre ottimi il risotto e il tiramisù. Accompagnati da due calici di Morellino di Scansano del 2019. Ottimo nel complesso, il servizio impeccabile Entrambi i camerieri sono sempre stati attenti alle nostre richieste. In fine il locale è raffinato, il bar si presenta molto curato nei dettagli ed idem il percorso che si effettua per salire alla sala da pranzo. La sala piccola ma ben organizzata, quasi tutti i tavoli offrono la vista sulla piazza. Per chi commenta e si lamenta dei prezzi, si ricordi sempre che è comunque in piazza Duomo. Che le persone che fanno bene il proprio lavoro vanno pagate oltre che il cibo era molto ben fatto. Complimenti alla cucina e allo staff, da "residenti" possiamo dirvi che torneremo volentieri, ogni tanto una coccola nella propria città va più che meritata.

dopo un primo assaggio in coppia abbiamo affidato alle cure dello staff del Vista Duomo il nostro pranzo di nozze. La sala al primo piano ospita circa 40 sedute, è splendidamente arredata e ha una vista impagabile sulla piazza. La cucina è italiana tradizionale, rivisitata in chiave moderna da chef Salvatore e il suo staff (mai assaggiato un risotto migliore cucinato da qualcuno nato a sud del Rubicone). Ottime le carni, di diversa provenienza e stagionatura. Antipasti molto ispirati, così come i dolci. Torneremo per provare i menù di pesce. Abbiamo constatato grande cura del cliente e "apertura mentale" verso richieste anche peculiari (grazie Loredana!). Location molto adatta sia al turista di passaggio, sia al milanese in cerca di un bistrot goloso in pieno centro, sia ad aziende che vogliano pianificare eventi dal successo garantito.

Locale bellissimo solo per l'opportunità che offre di mangiare sul duomo di Milano e il massimo mi dispiace per le pietanze da noi ordinate una tagliatelle alla bolognese e un risoto alla pescatori arrivati dopo 1:35 che avevano ordinato e non c'erano molte persone da servire che mangiavano la maggior parte beveva la qualità del cibo era ottima ma io mi sono visto costretto a mandare in dietro le tagliatelle perche sono arrivate frede con aqcua soto le tagliatelle e sopra asciuto come che siano state scaldate al forno micro onde o lasciate sotto la lampada per scaldare le pietanze ho inserito la forchetta e veniva su tutta in un solo blocco il risoto alo scoglio era tiepido

Ci siamo recati un paio di volte in questo accogliente locale con la nostra cagnolina. Siamo stati ricevuti con molto calore e cordialità da colui che credo sia il titolare. I prodotti eccellenti, cannolo e cheesecake freschi e gustosi, inoltre al piano superiore come si evince dal nome, si può apprezzare una meravigliosa vista dello splendido Duomo di Milano.

Such good pasta paired with a view on the second floor is amazing. This was my first meal in Milan and I loved it. The service was fast, and the male waiter was very welcoming. He even brought out a special soup for free to give us. I ordered this pasta which was on the second page of the pasta section, and it was a great for a person like me who loves cheese. The other pastas we ordered were also great. Highly recommend this spot at night, and to request a second floor seat to get a nice view.

From the moment we stepped into Ristorante Vista Duomo, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Duomo. We had a wonderful dinner experience at this restaurant, easily one of the best we’ve visited in the last two weeks in Europe. At first, I booked it mainly for the view of the Duomo and didn’t have high expectations for the food, as the reviews were only averagely positive. However, we totally surprised. The staff and manager were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. we arrived early, but they went out of their way to arrange a great table for us. We ordered the Tomahawk, which was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The wine recommendation was also spot on and paired beautifully with the meal. We left completely satisfied and will definitely return the next time we’re in Milan. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Fantastic views of the Duomo form the 1st level. Steak I had was perfect, although the pasta's were ok. The wagu and wasabi were not to my taste or to anyone's else at the tables. Service was impeccably good. Prices are on the higher side with costs about 80 euro per person. Worth it for the views!

Perfect location to end our Milan holiday! The Milanese was huge and tasted so good! We were given complimentary cheese ball too and the bread basket/bowl was delicious too! Enjoy the meal over a glass of red wine with the spectacular view of Duomo Milano. We didn’t make any reservations so we didn’t have a table by the window but we managed to sneak some photos after the customers left and before the next group came in! We were looking for a restaurant for lunch after climbing the stairs of Duomo, this hit the perfect spot! The food was amazing, I absolutely loved the pastas and specially the tiramisu. The staff is incredibly friendly too.

This little gem is just across the Duomo. There are lots of restaurants on this street but this place had the highest rating amongst the rest. I decided to stop by here for lunch and the food was YUM! Was searching for seafood pasta and did this place deliver! Seafood to pasta ratio was perfect 👌🏻 My server recommended the special of the day which was the octopus salad and I took a chance with it. Generous amount of octopus which was tender and so refreshing. P.s Shout out to my server Salvatore for the welcoming service! This place is definitely fits in the don't judge a book by its cover saying. Unassuming from the outside (you would not even notice it and walk pass it) but the food makes up for it! Edit: Enjoyed it so much that I came back here for dinner on a separate trip as well.

We were seated on first floor and luckily we were early enough to get a table under the umbrella. The service was great. Food is average but price is high considering it is a tourist area. Portion of the food is normal. For the convenience of the location the price it is ok. The price compared to other restaurants in the same area is acceptable but it’s much higher than the prices you get at less touristy places. They don’t have service charge here but appreciates your tip if possible. They can speak basic English.

It has a tiny entrance, so I almost missed it. But there is a helper on the street side entrance asking if you are looking for the restaurant. Fantastic view from the small dining room Upstairs. There are 2 tables that face the duomo directly head on. We were seated towards the back of the dining room, but we got lucky. As soon as people left one of the tables, we asked our server if we could move. They allowed us to move. So we were able to take fantastic, unforgettable pictures. So make sure you ask for the ***table directly in front of the window facing the Duomo *** when you make your reservation ! Food was average, but we were here for the view, so we were happy!

It's a uniquely located restaurant with Italian cuisine. Great view to Milan Cathedral. Full bar. Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is in front/street. Indoor is limited in second floor. Reservation is highly recommended for tables with view. They accept credit cards/touchless. Touchless /paper menu available. Some veggie items /section in menu. Service is responsive but still laidback no pressure which is great. They speak English. First floor is more casual than second floor. Good for date, couples. Not good for kids, it's pricy and nice place to enjoy w/out kids😉.

Abbiamo visitato questo locale per un aperitivo. Situato in un ottima posizione con vista duomo. Aperitivo mediocre. Servizio non eccellente , personale al servizio con sgradevole odore personale. Bagno e servizi purtroppo osceni quasi incommentabili. Prezzi nella norma per la zona. Sicuramente complessivamente c'è molto da migliorare...

Siamo state accolte eccellentemente all’entrata (da aumentare lo stipendio del signore al bar) Cibo buono, i bicchieri non avevano un bell’aspetto.Un bicchiere era persino sporco. Ordered a margarita pizza and family disappointed for an Italian restaurant. Had better margaritas in Ireland. Seems as if the pizza waa reheated. After few minutes the crost got very hard. Tiramisu and coffee not bad. View, well the best part. I guess a restaurant doesn't have to make great effort with a great location.

food was fantastic! we spent over 300€ for a lunch. the restaurant should have somebody who would check their plates and glasses since they were dirty. the server said it’s because of the dishwasher.. for an almost luxury style restaurant, they should prioritise cleanliness too! its important for the health of the people.

The food is meh. The drinks were meh. The cost is from a great view of Duomo cathedral, a place to sit, and using their restrooms. The place is gorgeous but a waste a money for subpar food. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re not coming here for the 3 mentions I gave. The guy who invited my mother and I in was great. The waiter… you can tell he’s sick of tourists and his job, and I don’t blame him. ✌🏾

Ho mangiato a cena un antipasto di salumi e formaggi (€20), un risotto alla milanese (€20) ed un polpo brasato alla luciana con passatina di ceci (€28) presso il ristorante Vista Duomo situato in piazza Duomo a Milano. Premetto che il ristorante gode di una vista stupenda della piazza del Duomo di Milano e gli arredi sono curati nei dettagli. Il tavolo che mi è stato assegnato era fronte Duomo (costo coperto €6 per persona). L'antipasto era buono ma la quantità ed il mix di salumi e formaggi mi è sembrato piuttosto limitato. Il risotto alla milanese era discreto. Il polpo era preparato bene con i condimenti, tuttavia, non mi è sembrato molto fresco. Il ristorante nella forma si presta ad essere di alto livello, tuttavia, nella sostanza gli ingredienti dei piatti provati non erano freschi ed il personale al tavolo mi è sembrato disattento (il personale ha portato al tavolo una bottiglia di vino diversa rispetto a quella ordinata). Il costo è elevato rispetto all'esperienza culinaria offerta. Esperienza nel complesso sufficiente considerando la vista meravigliosa del Duomo.

Visited at May 2024. This was the worst dining experience I ever have during the stay in Italy. Food quality didn’t match the price. Although chef wanted to show their creativity, flavor wasn’t balanced at all, kinda weird taste. Worst than €10 pasta. Breads were also awful. Same as other reviewers mentioned, serving portions were really small considered the price. Service was slightly under average. Location is the only advantage. Avoid if you can.

Impagabile la vista. Frequentato per lo più da stranieri. Ristorante informale. Onestamente mi aspettavo una cucina di livello più alto.... Attese memorabili tra una portata e l'altra. Il lingotto di parmigiana di zucchine , freddo e deludente. Carne ottima.

Mind you - we booked 3 weeks in advance for a brunch, since we were flying in to Milan and needed a nice place to sit and enjoy in the center. Walking in 10 mins after our reservation, since we needed some time to get there after our flight - I said I have a reservation. They told me - wait 10 mins for a table to be ready. I was actually thinking they will clean a table, but NO. They gave our table to a different group and not only that, but they were like "wait 10 more minutes for this other table to drink coffee". There was no empathy or apology and another couple came in and suffered the same fate. This is unacceptable hospitality, not to mention in Italy... Extremely disappointed.

Worst experience ever ! The cutlery worn and unclean., the service was awful , the waiters ignore you, the supervisor was so rude with us , and the food was average. It's a shame that a restaurant of this level is located in this wonderful area.
