I love in and out burger. Food was amazing and service was really nice. Line was long but that’s pretty much always how in and out burger is. The quality is worth it. Definitely a staple of California. A must eat while you are here................................................

*Update 4/8/24: It's still a great burger! Next time, I'll try the fries 🍟 well-done & without salt. The drive-thru line seemed long, so parked, went inside, ordered, then took it out. I'd suggest this as an alternative to waiting in the long car line. Always a good time at In-N-Out. If you want a fresh, no-frills burger 🍔 then this is the place. Move over golden arches, because this burger is much better. Compared to other up and coming burger franchises, this is our favorite. Patties not as big as Five Guys, but In-N-Out has a more consistent product that has a great presentation. Shake Shack is good, but it ranks 2nd to In-N-Out. This location is generally busy, so I'd say walk in to order and either eat in or take it home. The drive-thru line gets real long and can impact parking stalls.

Possibly the most delicious In n out burger I have had, the buns were toasted nicely which gave a little crunch, salad and tomatoes were fresh , patties were seared nicely! The fries were a bit soggy and undercooked which could be improved, the establishment is kept clean and, overall nice experience

In n Out, what can you say. Come here a lot for dinner or lunch and staff are always great. Quick service done consistently every time. Burgers and fries are always perfect and hot. Not much else required. Always busy but always great. Worth the line.

Not sure what I think about giving 5* to a fast food place, but for visitors to California- In-and-out represents all things good and holy about California! Doesn’t matter how many times I visit, the cheeseburger (with fresh onions) is wholesome but never overwhelming and the fries taste much more natural. Add a pickled 🌶 to kick your taste buds a notch higher. Not to mention very reasonable prices. Overall such a satisfying feeling esp after a long day out.

Visited from Toronto, Canada. In-N-Out lives up to the hype! Basic menu but they do everything extremely well, especially the burgers!

We had our first taste of in n out in San Jose and immediately fell in love with it! So when we were in San Francisco, we knew we had to find one. Thankfully there was one relatively near the hotel.

I appreciate your kind and polite service, burgers are great! I haven’t been in California since about 20 years ago and in n out still out stand the competition. Thanks for your great service!

Best burgers I’ve had in my life

This is our go to burger place in the area. Every burger is carefully taken care of, lighted toasted yet still soft buns, coupled with crunchiness of fresh onions and lettuce, topped with melted cheese slice to form a great burger everyone would love! One down side is the line both in store and drive through seems to take forever, still hoping for the day where order ahead will be available!

It's the myth, the legend, the best burger around for the price! Anticipate a big line, but waiting is worth it. Pro top: get your fried "animal" style!

Every single time I go to an In-N-Out burger no matter what state I am in it is always one of the best burgers I ever had. Even if there's a super long line the staff is nice, quick and puts out a quality and yummy product. Plus they serve Coke products and have fresh lemons by the pop machines.

In n out burgers are amazing and this location is no exception. Walking distance from nearby Westin and Aloft hotels. This particular spot is perfect when going to or from SFO since it's right down the street. The juicy burgers were a perfect meal when we got off the plane. They're also open late so no worries there. You might have to wait but totally worth it.

10/10 the best burger I've ever had! Definitely worth the wait! I believe there is always a crowd so come and hang with your friends while waiting for your food! And I would recommend you eat it there because it tastes the best when hot and fresh!

Hit up the In-N-Out drive-thru and ordering in the parking lot was a breeze. It took a bit to get our food, but it was worth the wait. The food and service were solid. Asked for extra ketchup and got hooked up with a ton.

Absolutely delicious! The service was fantastic as well. They seemed to love being at work! We got a protein style burger which felt healthy and was very tasty. We also got extra crispy fries, which were delicious and a small chocolate shake, which was good too!

If you want burgers, come here. If you want anything else, don't. Very simple menu done well. Burgers are excellent. Fries are OK but not great. Service here is very friendly. Place is clean. It took longer than I expected to get the food but it was fresh.

This is my favorite fast food burger place. Menu is simple easy to chose from. Fries are fresh and hand cut right there in front of you :) there is a secret menu ;) I think for a meal you’re looking at $10- 12 not bad I always order from the secret menu 4x4 is my go too and animal style fries. The shakes are not outstanding… it gets the job done, it’s missing lots of flavor.

Just arrived in SFO tonight and went straight to my firs In-N-Out Burger experience. Less than 10min away from the airport and it was packed and the lineup for take out was backed up to the road! 🤪 Sunday night cravings I’m sure. The burgers 🍔 really hit the spot and the animal fries 🍟 were great.

This is the premier In-n-out in Sonoma County. They have a very freindly staff and the facility is always clean. As you would expect from an In-n-out burger the food is top notch for fast food burgers. The other in-n-outs in Sonoma county are great, but this one is the best of the best.

I remember how my church friends and I would go to the Gilroy Outlets and wait in line at In & Out for lunch! It was one of the few In & Out nearest the Bay Area the other being in Davis, on your way to Reno or Lake Tahoe! Now they seem to be all over the place! Still, you can't beat it pound for pound a better cheeseburger for $3.30! Fast and quick service, good price, good food!

I had to try this again while in California. This location is super close to the airport and the service is quick. I will say yes, the hype is real. This is one good burger ! The prices can’t be beat! Even though it is crowded most of the time people move out quickly and you’re able to get a seat if you plan on dining in. Don’t forget to get the chilis!

Me and my Bandit had a great meal! Second time I have been to a In-N-Out. Only because I am from Georgia originally and I am excited to go back and try some different things. Very simple menu and it’s all great options. I have got to try my fries animal style next time and just saying the special sauce is amazing. I really like the packets they give you. I also like the option that they ask if you are going to eat it in your car and they will put it in a tray like in my photos. I guess if you say no they will bag it up for you. This is a great location and they are super fast like all of the other locations.

A high end McDonald's, for the same prices as McD's. So incredibly impressed for my first time experience. Crew was happy and seamlessly having fun at their work. For all the rave, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend their signature: Double double animal style

In my last holidays I went twice to that In-N-Out restaurant. I really love how good the quality, the size of the portions and the price is. I especially love the Cheeseburger at In-N-Out One visit was during the week close to midnight and the place is still pretty crowded. That totally speaks for that place. The employees are very nice and try to keep the place clean.

The legends are true, this is the holy grail of hamburgers on the west coast. My family and I were quite impressed with how delicious could be a freshly made hamburger with fries (with locally sourced ingredients) We liked so much that we went 2 times and already regretted not going a third time.

This was our 1st time at an In-N-Out, the food was great and despite how insanely packed they were, the Service was professional, friendly and fast. If we get to head this far West from Ohio again, we'll definitely be coming back

My 4 international credit cards didn't work during my layover in SFO, so Cole (the manager) paid the bill, that was shockingly kind of him and an extremely nice way of starting 2026. Cole kindness is contagious! All staff on this unit are amazingly friendly. Definitely coming back next time I touch soil in SF. Needless to say the burger and fries taste great here. You guys rock!

Consistently delicious quality food and great customer service. Don't be spooked when you see a deep line. They really know how to be efficient and get folks through the drive-thru quickly. Well done fries taste like fresh chips and i appreciate all the different ways to prepare an onion in your burger for when you need to change up your regular order. Prices are super affordable and the menu is shoet and sweet. In-n-out is a must eat at least a month or two a month for me. You can always count it never having an off day.

I ordered double-double burgers with animal-style toppings. The animal-style fries with caramelized onions were also great with the burgers. If you like the sweetness of caramelized onions, animal-style fries are a must-try. The guy at the counter was kind and humorous. The dining place was clean and had lively vibes, as there were a lot of customers eating together at lunch.

Place never disappoints. Here’s what you do, get an animal fries and then a Flying Dutchman (2 beef patties with cheese and cooked within 2 onions). Throw the Flying Dutchman on your fries and we’ve got loaded fries. Also, something to think about: in n out has locations next to LAX and SFO. Is this a legit strategy for in n out? They already have very limited locations, so I find that it’s not simply a coincidence they are right next to two major airports. Is anyone else aware of their presence near other major airports?

In-N-Out is definitely a great burger place in San Francisco. Prices are affordable. Burger and fries are great. Milk shake is cheap but too sweet. Overall, it's a nice place to visit.

In-N-Out has good service and the place is really clean. I ordered animal fries and a chocolate shake. The fries here aren't great. They're fried only once apparently so they aren't really crispy and don't taste or have the mouthfeel like what you'd expect from fries. However, they make for a great canvas for the animal style toppings. The chocolate shake is really really thick, almost undrinkably thick. I opened the container to eat the shake with a fork. The prices are low and I understand that they use local ingredients. Overall, I didn't really like the food but maybe I'm just not ordering their best stuff. This is a burger place after all, so they should be judged primarily by their burgers. I'm assuming the burgers are great but I don't know for sure yet so four stars.

👀 The closest In-N-Out to SFO airport, we were promised this on our itinerary before we go to the airport. We parked out the front and went into the always busy In-N-Out. 🍴 I always get the Cheeseburger combo with grilled onions and fries animal style. The fries are bearable when you have them animal style. Sometimes if fries are well done they are also a bit better. Burgers are always consistently good. ✨ This was the last time I had In-N-Out in the states, luckily they did a pop up in Sydney, but I do crave them regularly.

When you first walk in what stands out is how clean and sharp and how well put together the place is. The menu is very simple which I love. The burgers are incredible especially for the price. The buns must be toasted because they have the perfect crisp to them. Shakes are good as well. Fries honestly are not worth purchasing they have no flavor and it’s better to spend your money on a bigger burger or a milkshake! Awesome place!

Amazing food! A bit slower than other locations because of how insanely busy this place is. It's close proximity to the airport brings in a lot of customers. It's also a bit messier inside. The drive thru doesn't have enough room so it's very difficult to park. Getting in and out of this plaza is very slow. The food is delicious as always!

Great food joint to eat from, more fulfilling, fresh, and good for your wallet than nearby fast food joints. Staff is attentive and helpful, ordering is easy and depending on how many people there are- usually no longer than 10-15 minutes for food to come out. Would recommend if you are in the area, expect longer waits on weekends.

Animal fries were good and fun. But the burger was overly salty and the rest of it was just fine. I was excited to try in n out in California but it didn’t live up to the hype. However the service and vibes in the restaurant were great.

I made space so a car could back out of its parking spot. Instead, another driver took advantage and cut in front of me. The restaurant order taker saw it happen. She admitted it was wrong. But when I spoke up, she said there was nothing she could do. That’s not true—she could have refused to serve someone who cut the line. She chose not to act. We talk a lot about fairness and decency. But in moments like this, silence enables the people who game the system. It’s frustrating when doing the right thing gets you nowhere, and those who take advantage face no consequence.

The worst one I've been to. Order wasn't taken correctly, attitude when I clarified my order, I asked for no salt on my burger and it was salty AH, the fries were, too! Some relish or something was spilled on the box with no attempt to clean it, and no lap mat, so I had to use paper towels.

I stopped here because every In N Out burger I have passed has always been crazy busy, this one was no exception. I tried it. It was fast food, nothing special. I did not dislike it, but I never have to get it again. It is a better choice then the nation wide chains that everyone knows.

They never use a quality meat so the burgers are a bit tasteless. Also big chunks of lettuce that don't belong there. It should be easier to bite

BE CAREFUL! My card got skimmed in the drive-thru. The staff taking orders in line was very nice and the food was solid but the fraud charges were less than ideal. This was my only stop after landing in the area where I used my card and then shortly after had my bank reach out flagging multiple app delivery food charges. Maybe order inside if you stop at this location.

Food is alright in my opinion but rude staff probably because it's always insanely crowded. I've had to even share tables with strangers as others stood waiting for us to finish. Gave it a couple chances and the food can actually be a little good like the double double. Kind of hit or miss though, everything else I've had doesn't taste good or is too dry like the fries. Staff commonly gets orders wrong and the person cleaning the table yelled, "are you gonna move, or?..." When I never saw them and the could've asked for me to get up for a moment but no. Overall, food is ok but disasterously crowded and unfriendly staff, can't really blame them too much though.

I had the most aggressive and violent experience at this location. I cannot fathom the total lack of leadership and customer service from the employees while I was berated and aggressively yelled at by the car behind me. I opted to leave for my safety after seeing the staff’s complete inability to deescalate the situation or protect its customers. Will never return to this location, DO BETTER.

My boyfriend n I got food poisoning with a day of symptoms on christmas eve (12/24), cuz we ate here together before his fligh(12/23 3pm). We know we got food poisoning here because he was on the east coast vomiting his brains out and I was here despite eating different dinners. I got two double doubles and he got 2 3x1s with animal fries.

Bought my family dinner last night and was less than impressed with the dry fries and messed up order. On top of that my 12 year old daughter got food poisoning—up all night vomiting and diarrhea!

Absolutely horrible experience. Someone cut the entire line in the drive thru and management was useless, unable and unwilling to do anything. Truly embarrassing to have spent my money at this location. Will not be back. They couldn't even comp my meal for this inconvenience. Do better. To the manager Cole, thanks for nothing.

Joined drive thru at 12:40 a.m. on January 1. Got to front of line at 1:20. Nobody ever cut line off or said that service had stopped for the night. Happened to at least seven other cars as well. Went inside after and was told they only had shakes left. To top it off, customers who had been inside said they had gotten there at 1 and gotten served. Colossal waste of time. Always jam packed because of proximity to the airport. DO NOT go to this location. Go drive the extra 20 minutes to another one that's not flooded with people and maybe you'll actually get food. Whoever failed to address the drive thru line here should be fired immediately.

I ordered 2 Flying Dutchman and Animal Fries and paid $20, but they didn’t even include my Animal Fries. The lady at the window didn’t bother to double-check my order, just handed it over and rushed me off. How hard is it to make sure people actually get what they paid for? Terrible service they really need to pay more attention instead of wasting customers’ money.
