First time having the Crispy Chicken Sandwich! To my surprise it was pretty darn good. If you love lettuce and pickle with sauce and the vegan patty then you’ll be in for a treat. Definitely filling and not feeling like you ate much. I thought it was perfect along with the yummy fries. Overall I would order it again and again when I don’t want to eat meat and feel heavy.
Excellent place for an outing, delicious all vegetarian food, fries and burgers are good but shakes are the best. Food portions are not too big but prices add up when you get fries and drink with your meal. Good outdoor seating with clean sanitized tables. Service is great! Check out herb garden on the roof:)
This was the most satisfying and reasonably priced breakfast I have had at any airport. The breakfast sandwich was super tasty, and I would absolutely take it over any other carnivorous fast food option, or even any other breakfast food option for that price and convenience. Their acai bowl and hash brown were delicious as well, though the acai bowl was a tad on the sweet side for us because of the added honey. Overall a great place for a quick bite that doesn't make me feel like junk.
Solid place to get classic burger food at the airport. It’s still pricey, but that’s airport prices for ya. They also have some non-burger items, which I was surprised by. I got the tomato bisque and it was quite good. It was also very thick for a tomato soup, but I didn’t mind that. I also got a chocolate shake and it was good. I still think Shake Shack has the best chocolate milkshake, but Amy’s is pretty good too. The service is fast. I ordered a milkshake and soup and they were out in less than 5 minutes. They also give you a buzzer when you order, which is nice so you don’t need to stand around the counter waiting for your order to be called. They also charge a nominal Employee Health Benefit fee as well as the regular sales tax. Prices: - Chocolate shake ($10.69) - Regular tomato bisque ($7.49) - Employee health benefit ($0.91)
Several products were out of stock unfortunately, including the highly rated broccoli mac and cheese. I settled for plain mac and cheese and a chocolate shake to fill my belly for the cross continent flight home. The mac and cheese was a little grainy, but the shake was delicious. There were plenty of eating areas nearby, so if you don't have to run to your gate, sit and enjoy people watching.
The staff members at the register got the staff moving, explained to staff how to prep my gf burger. She was quick and impressive - I’m always bringing my own food out of fear. This person with the dark short curly hair was exceptional. I hope the owners etc understand her abilities. This type of leader must be recognized, and as a customer I am absolutely thankful.
I was in need of something healthy in the airport and I stumbled upon Amy’s! I got the bagel sandwich and it was amazing; I definitely recommend. It’s an everything (or plain) bagel toasted with cream cheese, green onion, cucumber, and tomato. The employees are nice and the menu options are great!
I tried the veggie burger in a lettuce wrap. It was delicious! However, I was still hungry and ended up getting the fries with vegan cheese. I'm vegetarian, but sometimes prefer my meals vegan. The fries were good, but I wasn't a fan of the cheese. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate that they serve food with compostable wrapping and utensils. I would definitely come back!
I really loved the pizzas , would come regularly for the pizzas , today it seemed to be discontinued (march9) , I hope this isn’t permanent ? One of my favorite vegetarian pizza places to eat out of any airport hands down
So grateful to have stumbled upon this place. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I got the chick’n tenders and a dairy free milkshake - 2 things I haven’t had in ages. They were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to travel here again so I can order from Amy’s again!
I had the Amy's vegan burger and fries, and it was a great experience! The burger was flavorful and satisfying, with a nice texture and fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned—definitely hit the spot. A solid choice for a tasty vegan meal!
How rare it is to have a mostly vegan spot in an airport. I’ll appreciate that thought every time I go to Amy’s SFO. Yes, Amy's is expensive and overpriced, as the reviews state, but still worth it.
So glad to have this vegetarian and vegan restaurant at the departures lounge! Delicious choices and they can make everything vegan! Service was quick. Takes about 8-9 min per order (we ordered for two)
Ordered the chicken tenders and wow, they were incredibly delicious. So glad that this airport has yummy vegan/vegetarian options. The ranch was also one of the best ranch dressings I’ve had. Would definitely recommend.
This Amy’s is in the San Francisco airport. The menu is limited, but sufficient for the setting. I have been eating Amy’s meals for years. I was so excited to see what they had. I ordered a chicken sandwich, gf cinnamon roll & dairy free chocolate shake. I was so happy with my meal. It would be so nice to have more of these pop up because it gives such a great option for people with dietary restrictions. The meal kept me full all day. The gf cinnamon roll was very dry but still tasty. The shake was the best I have ever had. It is pricey, however, most gluten free/ heavier options are. Comparatively, especially for airport food, I felt it was a good value.
This is the Amy’s inside terminal 1 at SFO airport by gate B20. I didn’t know they existed. I got a coffee milkshake and it was one of the top three I’ve ever gotten anywhere — much less an airport. The people behind the counter were very nice. I hope they add more airport locations. It’s hard to find good vegetarian options at airports.
Best place in the SFO airport. Cater to all food types. Vegan AND gluten free options available. Think of healthy fast food service. Food always is fresh and comes out quickly, even when it is busy. Over in the B Gates at Terminal 1 so if you are traveling from a different side, you will have to exit & re-enter security. So worth it though!! I’ve tried their vegan milkshakes before too & yummmm. Burgers are good. Chili cheese fries & mac & cheese really good & flavorful. Burgers are loaded. All around top notch spot. Earthy vibes and aesthetics for it to be in the airport. Highly recommend.

Got two Veggie Supreme pizzas. It was hot & delicious 😋 Worth the price inside the airport. Kids loved it & it is oraganic

Served piping hot and fresh, each dish blessed with a gentle touch on the stomach. The French fries, a testament to crispy perfection, left me craving more. Amidst this culinary delight, the array of vegan and plant-based options beckoned with their promise of wholesome goodness. A feast for the soul and the senses, where every bite tells a story of flavor and nourishment.
Before our early morning flight my husband and I stopped at Amy’s to grab a quick bite to eat. He ordered the breakfast sandwich which reminded him of the old McDonalds cheap burger. Catsup was an added disappointment. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was really good! With spinach and mushrooms it was so tasty my husband threw out his breakfast sandwich and begged for bites of my burrito. So the burrito is recommended above the breakfast sandwich.
The menu offers a fantastic variety of vegan and vegetarian-friendly options, with reasonable prices and thoughtful choices like gluten-free crusts and non-dairy shakes. Highlights include the Chik'n Sandwich, Broccoli Cheddar Mac, and nutrient-packed smoothies like the Acai Bowl. The extensive drink menu, with almond milk and decaf options, adds great flexibility. This spot balances comfort food and healthy alternatives well.
Grabbed a breakfast sandwich for my early morning flight. Honestly, it was more of a slider than sammie if you ask me, but the contents were tasty. I probably should have ordered the spicy sauce and instead doused it with some hot sauce I brought. The bun was a bit soft for my taste. Overall, a decent breakfast option in an airport devoid of vegan breakie.
Vegan eats review: Whoa was this a blessing after a long flight. Walked right out the gate to see this after break fast. 🙃🙂 Grilled Cheese with tomato and onions (sadly onions were sautéed but not crisp to add contrast) bread was complimentary to the tomato and cheese Mac and cheese Cinnamon roll (a little dry) Thankful this is at terminal 1 for hungry traveling tummies.
Meets expectations of an airport restaurant at. ordering was quick when we got there but got super busy after. Lots of space to sit and eat, but the tables seems dirty. Good arrived fast. Flavor was a bit lacking but tasted ok. overall, a decent option
Been a routine customer every time I swing through SFO. Excited to see mainstream veggie food in an unexpected place. Try the ginger cookies and the “chicken” tenders with special sauce. Seating is a bit tough to come by and you’ll have to wait at prime meal times.
This airport location of Amy’s. It’s like any normal location, except that everything is pricier. Food is good, especially the smoothies and the açai bowl. Everything is vegetarian, if not vegan, but it’s still good even for non-vegetarians. There’s a little bit of seating here.
Excited to finally eat a fresh iteration of the brand I’ve consumed so much. As my taste buds should have expected, The flavors weren’t exactly as Potent as I desired, and the portions could be larger for price point given(this is still an airport establishment after all). Would maybe go again.
A good option for sandwich and quick grab food if you are hungry in SF airport near gate B. The sandwich was named chicken but also in description it sway plant based patty .. which confuses me. I don’t know if it’s real chicken sandwich but tastes ok. Then again for an airport food it’s good. Way better than than what we get from Austin airport.
Nice vegan spot for travelers. They were fairly quick with preparing my order. The fries were delicious. My burger did fall apart when I was eating it, but it was good for a veggie burger.

Clean American food at the airport. Loved the açaí bowl. The pizza to was clean and easy to eat on a travel day, not too greasy. Service wasn’t too delayed, and it was easy enough to order. Great for vegetarians.
The broccoli Mac here is terrible. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the reviews here before ordering, and I was stuck with a tasteless & lukewarm Mac & cheese. The service was quick but how hard is it to make this just a tad bit hotter? I assume all they’re doing is microwaving it bc it came out a little too quick. Supposedly, there are bread crumbs on this but there weren’t any when I got my food. Not that it would’ve made a difference. Trash. Will not waste my money going forward
I’m from out of state and I know Cali is $$$ especially airports anywhere but I wanted a “healthier” option for breakfast since I’ve been eating like a savage for the past couple of days. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and I was taken back by the size. It was smaller than a regular bagel and I ate as slow as I could so I can get full. Despite that, it was a good sandwich. It didn’t have overwhelming flavor or sauce, it was just right for me. For $12, it could be a tad bigger so the sandwich could be even more enjoyable.
As a non-vegetarian this was actually fairly good food. I got the ‘chicken’ sandwich and it tasted nothing like chicken, but also not bad. I appreciate the effort. $16, vegetarian chicken sandwich, airport prices…
It is highly unusual you will need a vegetarian’s review of a burger. Here it comes. Considering all the options for a hot meal in this side of the terminal, this scores above all. A good looking veggie topped pizza or this double patty burger. Burger was crispy and had lots of of veggie crunch. It appeared small but was filling as it helped as my flight took off two hours later for a 17 hour flight. Ordering was easy and came fairly quick. Expensive for a burger but the better option. Comes with the usual condiments in a bottle, put it back after use. Some employees insurance was added in my bill, saw it later though. If it’s not crowded, love the immediate table in front of the food pickup place.
I fly through SFO about once a quarter and I am working my way through eateries in Terminal 1. Tried Amy's because I wanted something filling, but not too heavy. The burger is not a meat replacement, but a true veggie burger. It was decent, but not great. Where I am enormously disappointed is the parfried french fries. They were pale, soggy luke warm and filled with hate. If this is the only choice for vegan/vegetarians in this airport, in California no less, we're all screwed.
Chicken tenders were decent, but the fries were pretty flavorless. Good to have a vegetarian protein option at the airport!
A decent veggie burger, labeled as an organic burger! It’s my second time trying a veggie burger. The taste reminds me of the street burgers I used to eat as a kid, and it puts me in a good mood! Haha. The taste and memories of childhood!
The cinnamon roll was good. I thought it was a bit small for the price. But then again it's the airport. I did not care for the chili cheese fries 😐. Friendly staff, quick service, but I will not be stopping in again. You should give it a try for yourself.

I was impressed by the packaging (all compostable). The choices on the menu seemed inviting, but what we got was not. Small servings for the price. My choice was the macaroni broccoli. It was mushy microwave macaroni in a soupy cheese sauce. My partner ordered a macaroni chili... it was about the same. We won't stop to eat here in the future. I wish we could've seen the food prior to tipping. Ugh.
Got us once. Only once. Not a single photo showing the size of the little personal pizza. So I posted. Flavor was meh, crust a 2/10. Skip. There's better options nearby at the gates. Not worth the $12.65 with Employee Healthcare surcharge! It's basically the same size or amount of food as a single slice at a pizzeria.

After booking it across the airport from another terminal to try and grab a milkshake before they closed, the gentleman working out in front of the counter area tonight slammed the stanchion between me and the counter as I was walking towards the register to order a few minutes before closing time (9:25). I tried cordially asking to confirm that they were open until 9:30 per the website, to which he cut me off mid-sentence and said "we're closed" and walked away. Terrible experience, terrible service. I would never do this to a customer nor would I train my employees to treat people like this, ever. Don't go here. And Amy's management, you should be firing him. That's unacceptable behavior.
I understand food and drinks are expensive in any airport. This was a disappointing experience from price point to the portion size. The food was basic at best and I would recommend to go to a different restaurant and spend more money for better food and a full stomach. My stomach was disappointed
This food was terrible & such a waste of money. We purchased 2 orders of the chicken strips and fry box. It only comes with 4 very small chicken tenders & the chicken was TERRIBLE. It had this weird chewy texture & didn’t taste right. The inside looked gray & whatever they fry it with has a weird flavor. Even the sauces had a terrible aftertaste. It was $37 & we just had to throw it away.
