The line went fast considering it was around 5pm. Fast and friendly
Came in and ordered while a promotional event was apparently occurring. The server was very helpful, and kindly informed me about the promotion and was flexible with ensuring my order was exactly what I wanted. Best chipotle I've been to in the Bay Area!

I am vegetarian, so I can only tell about veggie bowl and veggie burrito. Both tastes good, but I prefer a veggie bowl than the burrito as it is easy to eat as well as has less calorie. Don't forget to add a splash of green chilled sauce on top, gives best taste
The counter at their establishment appears to be consistently disorganized. It would be beneficial for them to maintain a clean and pleasant appearance, as they are in the business of selling and serving food. The current atmosphere among the staff is uninviting, and it is unclear whether they are simply experiencing fatigue or having a particularly challenging day. However, every time I visit to place an order, they consistently display a negative demeanor, making it difficult to request or ask for anything. While I understand that they may be tired or having a bad day, it is important to remember that they are in the food industry, where a warm and welcoming attitude towards customers is crucial. A simple smile can go a long way in creating a positive dining experience.
I would have given a higher rating, but when I left the restaurant there was someone power washing the sidewalk and spraying the dirt all over my freshly washed vehicle. Not a happy camper!
Great customer service, but abysmal portions. I spent $20 on a burrito bowl and a drink that left me hungry and wondering why I spent so much just to leave hungry. Let me just say again, GREAT customer service. But I won't be coming back just to spend $20 on a half filled bowl with bad lettice.
The food was OK. But, the place is not the cleanest Chipotle. Also, I asked for half and half a choice of meat chicken and beef. I barely got any chicken, half beef, and was charged for the price of beef. It's so cheap and low for a $1.50 difference to make a loyal customer unhappy. For sure won't be back to this Chipotle.

This is the worst Chipotle I ever pick up food from I will never come back to this location these people inside they treat delivery people bad work as a delivery and I waited for my order for more than 40 minutes and at the end because I took a picture and I'm trying to post a view to show people that they treat me bad it's all good what goes around comes around I love karma
I am a frequent chipolte customer and this is the worst experience I had in this restaurant chain. My family ordered the meal for me and as soon as I opened the bowl, there was hardly any meat in the bowl. I brought it back to let the staff know, the person served the meat section said "no" to me multiple times to address the meat portion issue. This is the least amount of meat I've seen in any chipolte restaurant. I ended up told the server to refund my money. I have not had issue like this with other chipoltes and sometimes the portion can be on the small side. I also saw a dad and his son stormed out of the restaurant without purchasing after waiting for 10 mins in line because of the portion size for rice. I didn't pay attention at first but after what I experienced, it made sense to me now. This is my last time coming to this location.
Repeated Mistake: Serving Diet Coke as Coke Zero I have complained multiple times to your staff that you are putting Diet Coke in the machine and serving it as Coke Zero. Even if your employees don't notice the difference, the taste is completely different. Coke Zero is formulated to taste closer to regular Coke, while Diet Coke has a distinct, lighter flavor profile. This is not a subtle difference to people who specifically order Coke Zero. I first raised this issue more than three months ago, and your staff continues to make the exact same mistake. It's truly frustrating and gives the impression that there is absolutely no management or oversight at this location. If a simple, recurring inventory and dispensing error cannot be corrected after months of complaints, it shows a significant failure in operational control. Please address this immediately. Stop filling the Coke Zero dispenser with Diet Coke.
Unacceptable. Waited much longer than needed for my order and staff were SCREAMING at customers. They had a large catering order and ABSOLUTELY neglected the online ordering customers. Manager was particularly rude. Chipotle support voided the charge thankfully but this is not ok! choose another location LOL
Ordered thru DoorDash at this location and literally got a half empty bowl. I’m disappointed this is the first time this chipotle has done something like this they usually forget sides or drinks but this is the first time a actual meal comes almost empty, very disappointed to pay almost 15 for a burrito bowl just for it come with no rice little meat and beans that’s not right. This location needs to do better. HORRIBLE.
Meat portion was very small compared to other locations and for the price Paid , no measuring scoop used so they give you barely anything
I arrived at Chipotle around 10:40 PM. When I got in line, I had to wait about 5 minutes while the employee was cleaning the food station. The restaurant was open, but instead of serving customers first, the employee was already focused on cleaning. I just stood there watching him clean before I could even order. I finally paid for my meal around 10:47 PM, sat down, and started eating. At the register, nobody mentioned that the dining area was closing at 11:00. Yet exactly at 11:00, the staff told me the restaurant was closed and I had to leave. So, why didn’t they say at the counter that it was “to-go only” at that time? Why let me wait, pay, sit down, and start eating, only to immediately ask me to stop and leave? What am I supposed to do—throw away my food or walk out into the street with it after I was already seated and eating? This shows poor organization and a lack of consideration for the customer. If closing is strict at 11:00, staff should stop dine-in orders earlier or at least inform customers clearly at the register. Instead, the experience felt careless and disrespectful.
This is one of the worst Chipotles in the entire bay area. The owner must instruct the staff to give smaller portions because it is consistently small. The online ordering shelf is behind the counter but nobody is there to help you for pickup. If you must come here I recommend ordering in person to skip the hassle and have a better chance of getting the burrito you actually paid for.
So I seen fresh steak being cut up and Soni asked for the fresh stuff and instead of them giving the normal spoon full of meat they used a tiny plastic cup of meat, I said to her that's not the same amount I always get and she said it's the same they always give... Mind I live a block away, I go there a lot so I know what I normally get! The picture you see attached is pieces nothing but fat steak! So if you take these out of the little (probably 3oz cup) I got about 1.5oz of meat for about $9!! I just wish these owners and managers would train these kids to do the job right and the same every time! Please care!
