Bb.q chicken is my FAV! The chicken is consistently crispy/ tasty and the rice cakes are the best! I consistently receive great service at this Milpitas location. Staff is so friendly!

I love their honey garlic chicken wings. It’s also very convenient that their business hours are longer than other restaurants. The staff Dominic is very nice and polite. Yuna is very helpful and nice too. Will definitely go back again.

Really delicious! I don’t know how they fry the fries and chicken but the crunch is wonderful! My favorite is the boneless garlic honey chicken yum.

Even the appetizers are super delicious, very traditional Korean style, and portion is pretty big too. As others have mentioned, the service is a bit slow, but the chicken is worth waiting for. Highly recommend.

No complaint about the service - the staff helping us at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I ordered soy garlic bone-in chicken which had a very good flavor and I like its crispiness and chicken was moist as well. The fries were perfect with super nice crunch. Pretty good first time impression. I'll definitely go back for this and try new flavors.

Best barbecue chicken in town. It’s just expensive just come here for football game and did it to go order for a group of 10 people

First time trying this place. It's Korean fried chicken. They have quite a bit of variety from different chicken wing flavors to Ramen noodles and rice plates.We ordered the spicy carribean chicken wings and the Galbi chicken wings, and also an open sandwich club which comes with the golden original chicken some fries and 2 pieces of toasted bread. The service could have been better, the staff seemed stressed as they were busy with orders and seemed unorganized getting the tickets (orders) out on time. We waited about 40 minutes for our order and when it was ready we got everything one by one about 10 to 15 minutes apart, they even gave some of our order to another customer but they made up for it by giving us a full order of the soy garlic chicken wings while we waited for the rest of the order. OK OK, I KNOW...you want to know how was the food!,..... it was really GOOD, FULL OF FLAVOR, BIG CRUNCHY WINGS and the tosted bread was AWSOME!!...now I know everyone always wonders; what's the price?. We paid about $70.00 for our order.

I do takeout here on a montly basis. The chicken is crispy without being greasy. The wings are breaded, fried, and glazed by your choice of 10+ sauces. I'm giving the restaurant a 4 star, but this is due to the shop not taking any requests. I'd prefer my sauce on the side so I can recrisp my wings the next day. They change policy; I'll change the rating.

The first time I tried this the size of wings was huge which has over time reduced.

Rose Tteokbokki was really good. Good place for chicken wings. The gangjeong boneless chicken was crunchy sweet and a little spicy.

For a sit-down restaurant, I was expecting a little more on our first time trying this place. The food is not disappointing, but we left with mixed feelings about having to place our own orders online through the phone, prepaying and pre tipping, and clearing our own table afterward because we saw other people doing it and thought that was the norm there. Collectively, as a family of four, we knew it would be our last time at this venue.

This is the worst version of a BBQ Chicken I have been to. On my first visit I was told they literally only had original and spicy flavors and left. Since then I have only continued to be disappointed. Though the quality of food is similar to other locations, maybe slightly worse, the restaurant is operated more like a fast food joint instead of a sit down restaurant, which would be fine if it were reflected elsewhere. However the price is the exact same as other locations, and the service takes just as long if not longer. And then you are asked to tip minimum 15% for literally non-existent service. This place is counter service. All in all, I expect better from BBQ chicken. Edit: Sinci I got a reply from the management, I wanted to clarify I do not blame the staff, I blame the management. For opening when not ready, for structuring service the way it is, and for not not being present in store to check on quality etc.

Simple food menu. 4 beers on tap. Bottled soju and other soft drinks. Ordered a small honey garlic boneless $18 and small hot spicy wings $19 via their website. Quoted 20-30 mins and took 30 mins. Kinda slow, but made sense when I saw how small their kitchen was. Batter didn't have much of a crunch by the time I ate it at home 15 mins later, but was light, flavorful, not too thick. Chicken was juicy. A bit salty though. It was strange that the boneless were like chicken strips or fillets. Not round pieces. First I've seen it made that way. Taste was fine though. It's an order at the counter or via table QR code, open seating type of place. Plenty of tables. I've been to 2 other locations and I think those are all better than this one. Faster service and better quality even though it's a chain and should be consistent...

Truly disappointed with how staff prioritizes takeout over dine-in. Server claimed she had no visibility or control over an order that never arrived after 20 minutes. Another order was soggy and looked nothing like the menu item.

I have worked in food service for several years and I understand being annoyed and tired by costumers, and using my phone during slow hours but having an employee watch YouTube videos while working and answer questions in single words isn’t very helpful or professional. There was only two orders ahead of me but my meal (which was the minimum order of wings) took 25+ minutes. Additionally, the wings tasted off. They didn’t taste like they were fresh or cooked properly. They tasted slightly undercooked and the texture of the meat was “gooey” in some parts.

Tried in vain for 20 minutes to make a pick up order because I was told it takes 25 minutes to get your order. The "official" website has 2 buttons ("Enter table #" & "oder here"). The "order here" button did not work & we thought we needed accounts. We registered for accounts which sent a confirmation email with a link to no where when accessed on Android phone. The link worked when we switched to PC, but then needed another variation email to get the 6 digit code. With the code our account was created and we went back to the main page but the order here button STILL DID NOT WORK. We searched the menu and could find no way to make a pickup order. We tred two other food order options shown for them in Google - but they only take delivery orders. So to be clear, I spent 20+ minutes uploading my info multiple times and places to be denied and frustrated because they aren't set-up for pick-up orders?? FORGET THIS! This is not how you treat customers trying to give you their money and business.

Terrible wait time and mediocre service here despite leaving a generous tip (18%) when ordering at our table via the QR code. -Stopped by for lunch here for party of 2. It was relatively slow, but despite that.. it took nearly 45 mins to get all of our food. -We were the second table to arrive. I had to get up several times to ask for things such as water, etc. Seemed like service was being “selective” with who they were choosing to prioritize because the customers that arrived after me got their waters without having to ask. -We thought the delay was due to high number of doordash orders so we remained patient. However, we started noticing that customers that arrived and placed orders between 5 and 10 minutes after us were getting their food first before us. Service staff never checked on us once. -I eventually got up to point out the issue to the staff. If the food wasn’t coming out anytime soon, we were prepared to cancel our order. -Fortunately the food came out. The chicken itself was good, but I don’t recommend eating while being graced by poor service. That’ll spoil any meal. -The only time where service staff initiated the engagement was as we were cleaning up our table to throw our stuff away. They were very prompt in pointing us towards the trash can (Yes we are aware there is a trash can for us to bus our own trash). Thanks for reminding us of the poor service every step of the way. Asking for tip before service is very poor practice if you aren’t going to set expectations with your staff on providing good or proper service.

Absolutely terrible wings. We got a "small" order of wings for basically $20. So of course, we were expecting some high quality, good portions. We ordered the Gangjeong wings, and the menu description/photo described them as "spicy" and with "chili garnish". The wings arrived without the chili garnish, the chicken was incredibly dry, and the sauce was just pure sweet with almost no spice. When I asked the waitress for hot sauce, to try to salvage my 20 bucks, she let us know it was extra. I mentioned that the "chili" garnish hadn't come with the order and she gave me the hot sauce for free. The hot sauce, however, was also sweet. Honestly, you are better off taking your business to Wingstop and getting 8 wings, fries and a drink for the same price.
