My burger was very good and French fries and the soda too
Wonderful place to eat!! I accidentally left my purse at the restaurant and stuff at Carl's Jr. Had the amiability to save it for me till I pick it up when I did nothing was missing from it!! There is onest people in this world and Carl's Jr. Has it!! Thanks everyone !!
Location is kind of hard to get to when it's rush hour but food is always good here
They're char broiled double Burger was delicious the meat just melted in your mouth what a flavor tasted like it came off of my own backyard grill at home!
Ordered on line for pick up. My meal was ready when I pulled up. The staff was quick and efficient. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Completely satisfied.
You get what you pay for. The portion, taste and quantity is different from other fast food chain stores. Bacon burgers and fried zucchini with ranch dipping souce is our favorite.
Ordered a double Western with well done bacon. It was cooked to perfection and the bag had excess amounts of Criss cut fries. Definitely on of the good Carl's jr's
I love Carl's Jr because it's a best place to eat at and not just that but the employees are respectful and get your order right
Of all places in Milpitas, this Carl's Jr. location turned out to be my favorite place to hang out for burgers and drinks. Coffee here also tasted very good.
Got a breakfast burger, the wait was not too long and the food was good. Not a bad place to stop for a quick drive thru bite.
The burger was great actually, shout out to the cook behind the grill, that burger 🍔 was so good and spicy 🔥!!
Bet you're wondering why one would even bother giving a fast food joint 5 stars. Simple... Service was insane! Took our order and had it in our hands in less than 4 minutes.... Keep in mind this worker was completely alone. It was like something out of a sitcom, cashier to fry cook and back to cashier. They did it all and they did it quickly.
It was mid commute time. I needed to get out of traffic. I had been cut off enough tines. It's amazing how stupid people have become to gain 20 feet. Anyway the service was good, it was a slow time of day for them. The food came out guck and was hot and fresh. Good time of day to visit Carl's Jr. Highly recommend
We love this place. We usually buy Santa Fe chicken burger and all the time it was tasty. I do not know about the dine-in experience there, but the customer service at drive through is really good.
The service is fast, friendly, & uplifting. The food was made to order & great to the last bite. We come here once a week as a crew for lunch. Stop by it is worth your time.
It was good! Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, nice burger buns and Angus patties. Sauce was very tasty, plus I received coupons $7 for 2 burgers.
I go here every week and I had great food and service! Although we ran out of coupons which I wish I had more to use but the BIG Carl was way better than McDonalds BLT !! I will come back once I receive more coupons :)
Large clean restaurant with outdoor seating. No wait at the counter, ordered my food and before I had a chance to put my wallet back in my pocket, it was ready! Fastest food ever! The burger was great, the fries were hot and fresh and the Girl who helped me was very friendly. Positive experience all around I must say.
I eat at Carl's Jr pretty often and at many different locations. This has been one of the better ones. I went during the lunch hour. The food tasted great, fries were fresh and hot and soda was just right. The food also came out in under 5 minutes even though they had a line at the drive thru. The dining area was very clean. Giving this a 5 star because there is also a older lady (Elizabeth ) with friendly service and really is on top of the cleanliness.
They try really hard to run a good place. It's fast food, so one may think to never give more than 3 stars, but these people who work here really generally do their best. Cleanest Carl's Jr I think I've ever seen; great product guideline compliance too, because their food was top quality for a Carl's Jr. It made me almost believe in the franchise as a whole... Almost. :)
One of two Carls Jr that are in my area and I've had only good experiences here. Went for their black friday sales recently and made a monster of a burger for cheaper then any other fast food you could compare too. Great value in their app for points with occasionally good sales and offers too.
It would be nice if they were open early to serve the large construction site workers an early breakfast. I went by at 7:00 am and they weren’t yet open. And from the "Response from the owner," I can tell they don't even bother reading the comments.
Fast and friendly staff. They were short staffed but they still managed to take care of business.
Burgers are a little bit larger than my appetite 😕 Place wasn't busy, so food was served quickly.
Tried the Impossible Burger and it was OK. Service was quick and nothing to complain about. Just normal fast food you would expect
Nice service though truth to be told I was the only customer in the whole restaurant at the time. Burger was pretty good. I appreciate it wasn't too salty.
Thanks to Laura for giving me best suggestion on veggie burger. The quality of food was good. I came to know the burger is called 'Meatless Burger'. Be Kind to All, Sam
Off work decided to stop. Took the little one for a burger. Made him happy. No long wait in drive-through Love the fried zucchini!
Quick lines in drive thru
That Hangover Burger was nothing like the picture. So flat you could not see inside unless you lifted the top bun.
For those taking the time to read a review on Carl's Jr (the fast food franchise), I would like to welcome to planet Earth. However, if your seeking information on the specific details of this individual location in Milpitas, I'd be happy to once again inform you it is a franchise. If you have stepped foot in one Carl's Jr., you have stepped foot in all. If your original Roots grew in the East Coast or Midwest, you may say, "Nah Shawn, I know not of this Junior of the Carl." To which, I am happy to clarify with one word: Hardy's. I hope this needless review of a major fast food conglomerate has been helpful.
I had been there several times in the past and I was there again today @ around 4:30 pm. As usual, staffs were friendly and burger place professional, place was clean and quiet. Food was hot freshly made.
I was craving for chicken tenders and fries, so those are got this time. Chicken tenders are a little pricey, but taste is much better than Burger King, for example, and wayyyy crunchier..wow..yummy. Well, you get what you paid for, right?
Got the big Carl for the first time , it did not have enough lettuce for the 2 patties so I had to ask for some and it tasted a lot better
I've mainly had positive experiences at this location. Having worked in the area in the past, I'd regularly drop in for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and an Oreo shake. I still stop by occasionally. It can get a bit busy during the lunch rush, but the food temp and quality is actually better than after the rush dies down. On rare occasion I'd been served an order of fries or rings that seemed to have sat in the fryer or under the heat lamp too long. I recommend this location, but not if you're pressed for time, or terribly impatient.
This poor restaurant was a ghost town, which is too bad, because Carl's has the best fast food hamburgers anywhere, and this is the only one in Milpitas (I think). Certainly was clean and uncrowded.
This Carl's needs some TLC. Staff were great and food is typical Carl's but only one of the front doors opened, both were damaged, the chairs all have some missing feet and wobble. We've been coming here for over 10 years and it really is time for a facelift. New school and park next to this along with new housing all around. Time to update/remodel.
This location wasn't busy. The wait wasn't long to give us lukewarm, stale fries, and a sourdough burger that looked nothing like the photo.
Sorry nothing special, just like all fast food chain. Burger, didn't pass my taste, crispy chicken was a saggy chicken. 3 start for the cordial service on the drive thru.
About 3:00pm a friend and I stopped in for a late lunch. 1st stop pit stop. Restroom is good sized allowing 2 or 3 occupants to take care of a nature call without feeling crowded. It was fair order considering the only trash receptacle was in the hallway and over flowing. Used wet paper towels were piled up around he sink, piled on the floor and even a couple in the urinal. There was soap, hot water and paper towels. I used my used paper towels to sanitarally open door and then add them to little Everest. The lunch rush was over how long ago and RR servicing has not been completed. Time to order. Happy hour sliders on special. I order the $5.00 double slider meal with large soda, $5.70. Lrg soda .70 upcharge. No line to Waite in, friendly cashier, food came up quicklly. Solo TV Nope. Happy hour double sliders are $1.00 not $1.50. The double slider meal should be $4.00 + .70 lg soda = $4.70 plus tax. I was over charged $1.00. That would have bought a third double slider.
Odd location, but seems to be a quiet Carl's Jr. Food is ok, service was ok, but my visit was early am on Sun, so not expecting a crowd.
Food was freshly made and hot. Service was slow only one cashier
Satisfying burgers on all of Carl's Jr. restaurants but everytime that I come to these restaurants, they have slow service. Don't come to these restaurants if you're in a hurry or hungry. It's a waste of time. Even the drive thru.
I work near here and the speed of service is very inconsistent. At first I thought it was because of the items I was ordering. Sometimes it can be a fast transaction and other times you will have to wait up to ten minutes in the front parking lot. The food usually tastes good, but I have ordered a burger that was undercooked before.
Fast food burgers are getting so pricy and servers are paying less attention to making a real burger with correct amount of veggies. My burger came with 1/2 leaf of wilted lettuce, and 1 end slice of tomatoe and literally 3 pieces of onions. Very disappointing but what do you do? I paid almost$15 for the combo and I think I'm done with fast food. Managers need to train their employees.
Extremely slow. At 9:30pm on a Sunday when they were pretty dead it took over 10 minutes to get a simple order. When asking about specials the cashier seemed pretty clueless and basically just pointed to the menu, which didn't answer the question or it wouldn't have been asked to begin with. The place was clean though, and the food was as expected.
I disliked this place for 2 things. I ordered the cod sandwich and it had some what looked like baking powder in the bottom bread. It tasted nasty so I returned it. Not to mention the big lady cleaning the bathrooms was at the front counter arguing with me that it was the bun seeds. I am not blind nor stupid to be argued with on what I know. Baking powder chunks and seeds look very different and still she kept on arguing with me. Not to mention another cashier lady was on her phone talking to her cook co workers recording the cooks like it's the thing to do with customers there in line. Horrible Carl's jr. Bad service
That was my first time try out Carl's Jr. Burger was good but fries, onions rings & jalapeno poppers were cooked in rancid oil or batter. I'll not be eating there again
Service is very slow here. I had to asked them for my food about 15 minutes after I ordered. I'm pretty sure I would have waited even more if I didn't go up to ask.
This Carl's Jr. location always automatically makes your combo a medium, so you'll never pay the price that's listed on the board outside unless you specifically say "small/regular" when ordering a combo.
Went through the drive thru and the cashier was just not polite at all. I don't understand how someone can have such an attitude when working with food. Just gave me my order without even looking my way. I say thank you and no reply. It's called Manners!!
This Carl's Jr. Is very dark. The parking lit was almost empty. SCARY to walk to the door. Inside there was 1 couple eating. I ordered 2 Famous Star Cheeseburgers and zucchini rounds. At the time of ordering... I asked for no onions and well done, really well done on the meat. Cashier said nothing. She didnt greet me. I heard her tell the cook in Spanish to cook well done. Well the order came. I ate my burger and in the middle it was NOT well done. Ew. So I told my mom to take hers back ...Cashier reluctantly took it back and cooked it right but why should this happen? It seems that every time I go to this Carl's Jr. location...twice a week sometimes. My burgers are not cooked to my liking. Well done. Daytime cooks are slightly better. I love Carl's... it's quite expensive, but when I have a coupon, I enjoy going, but from now on... this Carl's may not be the place for me. I guess, I will have to go to another Carl's farther from my house. Is it worth it? How hard is it to cook a burger a little longer... ? Is it worth losing a customer?
Ordered a burger fries no onions no cheese and got a plain burger with no lettuce and tomato only 2 little pieces of pickle. Went back and cashier was no help. Burger tasted ok but would have been better with some mayo lettuce and tomato.🤪
Food is ok, yet this is the second time we've waited over an hour only to be told "we had an issue in the kitchen". It's Mexican food, nobody ordered anything more than tacos or burritos. As much as I like to support local places we have suffered enough.
First red flag, parking lot and drive thru were empty. Second red flag, drive thru attendant seemed distracted. Our order was missing fries. The attendant had to be reminded about sauces. Chicken sandy was missing LTO. Havent been to CJ in years and prob wont be again until I forget about this.
This location only gets your order right if you don't customize your order. I always order no cheese and no mayo. I don't recall them getting my order correct once. In the last year and a half. Unfortunately it is the most convenient location for me to do lunch at.
Food was OK. Its Carl's Jr. so I wasn't expecting high class meal. Problem with this location is that its dirty, and when I asked that the Ice Tea be refilled right after purchasing a large size drink, I was given the kind of "OK" response from an employee that made it clear she did not care. And sure enough by the time I was leaving some 20 minutes later the ice Tea was never refilled. I will not be coming back to this location. Considering all of the new housing units being built next to this location, the owner should start giving a !@#$ about this site he they wish to keep this site on business because other than local construction folks, nobody else seems to visit this location.
Bread on burger was hard the fries waay over cooked and the soda taste nasty that wasn’t a coke not to mention lady on the drive thru on her AirPods on the phone with someone while working the window smh Carl’s Jr is expensive compare to others like in n out step up your game charging that much and giving out garbage food that’s not good…
To much out of the way to be fresh.. coffee was made with instant.. still 3.35...
Ordered 2 combos ..they were out of coke and ranch so I asked for buffalo sauce. I was given ONE it’s laughable that she didn’t at least give me two for the lack of inventory.
Ordered online. A Western Bacon Cheeseburger, Waffle cut fries, and 3 piece chicken tenders. Arrived to pick up order. I lady was taking drive thru order. Another was leaning on the counter on her phone and a tablet. She looked up and walked to the back. Another lady was in the seating area and walked over to the register and logged in then went and sat back down. After the lady tending to the drive thru finished she came and addressed what I was there for. After I was finally helped and got my order I went back to my hotel. I opened the bag and the 3 napkins in the bag were saturated with oil. They were unusable. The burger was fine but the waffle fries and the chicken tenders were so over cooked and greasy that I couldn't eat them. I just threw them away. This was the most horrible service and food I have ever had to deal with.
All around a not pleasant experience! Traveling through the city, from the airport, we went inside and was met with a scowling, rude lady behind the counter. The place was almost completely empty, it had one couple dining in. We placed our order, and waited for quite a while. Because we were traveling we asked scowling rudeness for more napkins, she give us two more. My wife explained we were traveling through and asked for more, the employee, literally ROLLED her eyes and grabbed two more and shoved them towards us. Carl's Jr needs to send their employees to customer service care classes! After reading tons of negative reviews, it sounds like the Mngt/Owners don't give a rip about customer satisfaction! Gone are the day's of customer appreciation and dedication to providing exceptional services!!! P.S. TO THE OWNER OF CARLS... You might have a fuller restaurant and better reviews if you took the time to train your over paid and uncaring employees!!! Just saying...
A friend and I were recently there around 2 weeks ago. Our experience was what seemed like a scene from a comedy / drama movie to say the least. The lady taking orders at counter looked flush, exhausted and somewhat faint. She confused our orders more than once and told us they were out of ice cream so no milk shake orders (the main reason we decided to go there.) We later found out she was pregnant and wasn't feeling well. As we waited , what seemed liked for ever, for our food order we noticed the drive thru was backed up pretty far with cars as the lady was talking on her phone and the only other employee working was busy cooking, cleaning and locking the doors (at 7:30pm) all while making these funny monkey sounds and trying to get the lady's attention to bag our order. Upon finishing her phone conversation, she started looking faint and feel to the floor. We proceeded in helping help her up and called 911. Needless to say, she was taken to emergency for observation. (My thoughts are with her and baby and hope they're doing well). 45 minutes to an hour had passed and we got our food which happened to be wrong, cold and looked pretty bad (photo attached). In conclusion, my poor rating is not based on the service. Can't blame the employees for what I think is lack of training from a bad managed restaurant. I feel we should have and very well should still be offered a cash refund.
Tried to go here on the fourth as it appeared that it was the only place open in town. Got there after driving around in traffic for 30 minutes (for a 4 mile drive) and the lights were shut off - at 9pm? It said it was open until 11pm? I get it might've been the 4th but at least update your hours.
Came here to take out at 630pm on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open, tried opening the door just for them to say it was “closed” while they were sitting there eating food. Should update the hours then.
Limits two coupons per drive through so need to go through them a few times to get everything. Also, waited for 10 minutes at drive thru when store was opened at 8 pm but no one came.
Food is not great, low quality vegetables were used however the staff was very nice. Nothing against the workers, but the food chain should consider some serious changes.
Fod was poorly put together. Y pay 4 large fries. Ask for no ice only filled soda 2/3rds. And personality from workers. And ruined even more by dam smokers in deive thru
For it being only 9pm and a big bright sign saying “open late, thought they would be open… guess not
Worst place. They denied me services just because I do not have a car. I just live across the street and they wanted me to come in car just to pick up my order. THATS NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Clean inside and walking distance from my work. The lady that brings your food is really sweet and nice. However, the lead cashier seemed like a jerk face boss that pushes her staff around. Didn't really appreciate her attitude in front of customers. The boss should really consider sending her to some people management classes since she is he one interacting with the customers. Giving this place a one star due to this issue. Food is really great.
I placed an order online, which said it's ready for pick up at the counter IN STORE after 10 mins. Since I live in the neighborhood, so I walked to the store to picked up, but the front door was locked. The drive-through pick-up window was still open. I came to the window and told the employee that my online order was ready and I need to pick it up. The person told me they couldn't give me the order at the drive-through window because I didn't sit in a car. But why you closed the front door, and still accepted online order for picking up IN STORE? The employee hold me waiting at that pick-up window for 30mins, and finally gave me some totally wrong food and insisted that's what I ordered. She even didn't ask me my online order number and my name info etc. How come you charged my credit card, put me on hold in an unsafe drive way, wasted me 30 mins, and gave me nothing? This is a VERY, VERY, VERY BAD experience. Please refund my money!
This was my first time eating at Carl’s Jr. and I would never eat hear again. I ordered 3 southwestern chicken sandwiches and the chicken tasted old like it had been sitting there for hours. The top layer of the meat was tough and rubbery. I was very disappointed that I wasted my money on this. The only thing I wish I had done was take picture for you to see for yourself.
Very bad. Ordered a 6 dollars burger combo. The lady asked medium or large. Thinking medium means 1/3 pound and large means 1/2 pound, I ordered the medium one. Surprised to see price is $9.18. Not $8.39 (for 1/3 lb), nor $8.99 (for 1/2 lb). Confronted the lady. Was told "medium" means more fries and larger drink. But, she never gave me the option on their board. Also, the fries are really small, burned, soaked with oil. Don't come to this place. You will regret ever ordering anything here.
I hope a manager teaches the casher how to cancel an order.. When I checked the total, I found something was mixed up. So I asked the casher to cancel it but he said he could not. It was right after making an order so foods hadn't even been started. He just did not know how to use the machine. He avoided talking more and didn't even say sorry or something. so well.. it was unpleasant experience here.
I am not a fan of this location. There always seems to be some issue that comes up. I wont return again. The last time I was there I went through the drive thru. They didn't have Coca-Cola, and I tried a new burger that I threw out after a few bites - the meat was fine, but the toppings we're not so great. Since they didn't have Coke, I asked for a cup of ice (I had a can of soda with me) and she offered me this tiny cup. I asked for a large one and she said it's 30 cents. I said 'ok', then she handed me a small drink cup with ice.
Place is awful. Had to wait at counter while the servers held their conversation in Spanish for at least ten minutes. Finally ordered and was served twenty minutes later with cold food. Place is a real mess too. Sofa area is wet and sticky with garbage on the counter. Avoid!!!
I don't know what's going on here but this place ALWAYS takes forever to get your order ready in the drive-thru. DEFINITELY try to avoid this place. I probably spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru just for a regular combo.
The food was as expected. The restaurant itself was clean. However, the biggest issue was the attitude of the supervisor / manager. She seemed really upset and unhappy to be there. It reflected in her disposition towards customers and made for a very unpleasant dining experience.
App let me order a breakfast burrito. When I got to the store they told me it's not breakfast anymore. I asked for a refund for the Breakfast burrito and they said no, fix it in the app. That is IMPOSSIBLE. I asked for a hamburger that was 20cents more and they wanted to charge me for it. They kept insisting I could fix this on the app because that's what corporate told them. No instructions on how to do this because you CANT. The staff showed no interest in taking accountability or trying to find an amicable solution. Ignorance and incompetence were all that was offered.
They close shop at 10:45 but don't unfreeze tenders at 9:30. Very slow to take and provide the order. I generally take from Sunnyvale Carl's and it is way better in terms of service and quality.
DO NOT COME HERE Because I already done the work for you. So don’t even dare waste your time here.I wonder why there was nobody at this restaurant when I arrived. It was dead and every time I go around it’s pretty much dead. I should’ve went to Jack-in-the-Box instead and I will never go here again. I replied and liked and agree with someone’s post. Agreeing that it takes so long over a meal that is so simple to make. And the results have a serious as the most horrible I’ve ever experienced any fast food restaurant history. The chicken and waffle which I purchased two of them. One of them was perfect size while the other one was half of it. What’s so funny is is that the tiny one was fresh and the bigger one was not it was so lukewarm as well as the hashbrowns that were not fresh probably over an hour. I paid almost $30 for this bull. You lost a good customer for what it’s worth and many people are learning the process. Are used to be a fast food management for many years so I know the process and I know how to take care of people and love them for what they came in for at the same time. Common sense that everybody can get it. It’s not to get another job and hire somebody including better management to take care of your customers
Restaurant hours varies at night, when you google hours it's supposed to be open until midnight. It was 8 pm and the restaurant was closed already. I went there the next day and the customer service here is none existing. Employees in the back having the best time of there lives while I waited upfront waiting for them to notice me. They finally took my order but at the end they ended up missing some items. They need to take off that "open late" sign they got since they close around 8pm most of the time.
I’ve been here 2 times and each time the food has been pretty awful. The French fries are always fried in old oil that give it an awful after taste… such a shame because Carl’s Jr is usually yummy. The customer service is pretty bad too. Best to avoid this place all together
Saturday around 10pm I ordered a sourdough sandwich with French fries and no drink. 45 minutes later after eating it I got sick. I was up till 1 am using the bathroom at home. I was sick for 3 days. I was very weak and couldn't eat for days. I am now still getting over it and it's Wednesday.
I feel like this Carl’s Jr is going out of business. Never any napkins in the bag, never any sauce. Food is always cold or service is horrible every time. Can’t complain because the manager is typically running the drive thru line. I would not go here.
Apparently on the 2 receipts got there this week, every employee at this Carls Jr is named "amelia v" odd 👎 Went to this Carl's Jr at the counter tuesday afternoon February 17th, I really liked the vanilla ice coffee with my order, best vanilla ice coffee I've tasted ever 👍 service was ok.... So decided to go back for more ice coffee today at the counter February 19th at 4 pm, a different employee was there, hispanic overweight woman with the headset, first she ignored me waiting at the counter to the point I had to ask for service, then with an ATTITUDE proceeded to be tossing and throwing things to make my ice coffee, tasted awful 🤮 basically water stained with no vanilla flavor, she needs to be RETRAIN to make ice coffees properly.... Manager I encourage you to check cameras the day i was there so you see how this rude woman employee ignores customers at the counter, wondering if dining room is always empty because of this employee RUDE service Owner or manager you should make sure your employees are happy working there, because it is very unfair we, the customers have to deal with this unpleasant unprofessional behavior. And make them wear name tags so maybe they would at least PRETEND liking their job, instead of making you look bad with this review ✍
Staff does not give attention to detail in the drive through today. She charged me unnecessary with out applying coupon and was defending her mistake and refused to retry. Not fit for the role.
Left got to work opened my bag and only one thing was right! Wrong hamburger wrong fries! Onions rings were right!
The So Called CALI XL burger taste terribly and looks just as bad. Before you call out a classic why dont you atleast master the basics. The commercial gives it so much hype and you get the worst burger I have ever attempted to eat. I didn't even get through half of it and wouldn't feed it to a stray dog if it were starving cause that would be messed up if this was anythings last meal. 0/10, F, 👎,🤮, never again. Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in years, and won't be again. Driving to McDonald's to get the real Big Mac and dumping this in the trash on the way out.
Ran out toys ,juice or chocolate milk for kids meal. If you change to soda will be extra charge. Paid in cash and gave me the wrong change.
The last time I was here, I ordered a double western bacon and I was given a completely different burger. I figured I'd try again. They closed at 9 pm. I got there at 8:40 and the people inside did not want to answer . Unacceptable.
This location cut corners. I ordered sourdough star meal, very expensive at $17.04 (reg soda and reg fries) and they didn't even bother to toast the bread. For a minimum wage of $20/hr, they knowingly put the soft bread on the patty and wrapped it, cutting corners. The fries were cold and soggy, soaked in oil, has mixed doneness so it tells me its a mix from different batches. They cut corners so I don't recommend this location.
Trash!!!! The works barely speak English, the don’t want to make the food fresh!!! They rather recook old food, and make you wait like they are making your food fresh just to give you old food. It right by the place I’m staying but I rather serve or just eat the jalapeño popper
The location was closed on a Friday (Day After Thanksgiving) at 6:10pm when i showed up. Was attempting to pick up a mobile order I just placed. Now, I'm waiting to get a refund (hopefully) for an order I never was able to pick-up. It is inexcusable to take order orders and not even be open.
Even 1 hr after their published timings - they weren't open. I reached there at 9 am and the doors were still locked. The lady behind the counter just kept ignoring me and waved that they were still closed. I was open to waiting as I had some time on my hands but despite me standing on the door for 10+ min she never bothered to come to the door so I can understand how long will it take them to open shop. This place can write a playbook on how to kill a business!
This is about the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of them. The woman taking our order was super sour and seemed like she had better things to do, even though we were the only customer at 6 pm on a Wednesday. The food was absolutely terrible! The criss-cut fries were overdone and beyond crunchy. The noise eating them could probably wake the dead. The double western bacon cheeseburger I ordered was burned and overly dry with hardly any sauce to make it better. The chicken fingers we ordered were also overdone and barely edible. To make the experience even worse, the sprite I ordered had almost no syrup in it and everything else we attempted to order was unavailable or the machines were broken. I would not go back to this restaurant and I highly suggest that anyone reading this avoid it too. As it is, it seems like no one goes here based on the fact I mentioned above... we were the only patrons at 6 pm on a Wednesday... i wonder why.
