One of, if not, the best popcorn chicken around. BIG TIP: If you're a popcorn chicken lover like myself then I recommend you grab some at least the first hour they're open. For some reason the quality goes down just a notch in the evening, it's as if the breading becomes a little thicker so I prefer to go right when they open for the best quality. Their Jasmine Green Milk Tea, as is, is pretty good.
My favorite tea place in Milpitas. I think it's the best tea here for prices that don't feel too high. The popcorn chicken is also fantastic. There's often a crowd here which is understandable due to what I just mentioned. They serve dinner for dine-in as well. The ramen is quite good. They also serve rice bowls, but I have not tried them. I mainly come here for tea and popcorn chicken. Both are delicious. My only complaint with the place is that it doesn't have enough space and can feel crowded during their busy hours if you are trying to spend time there. I highly recommend this place.
Small place but clean employees are welcoming and are awesome... The food and drinks? No question about it! They are delicious! Also i like that you have an option how much sugar and ice you want to put into your drink.. Been going to this place since we moved here in CA 2 years ago.
Moved close about two months ago and wanted to get to know the area- BEST DECISION EVER! I never liked boba/milk tea until i went here! Their teas are made with real ingredients and not powder, and it shows! It's very popular for a reason. So worth it :)
It is not just serving bubble tea but also Japanese style foods. I tried curry Ramen and Donkatsu rice. Ramen tasted great but pork cutlet tasted a little different than normal Donkatsu I used to eat. Will definitely try the Ramen again.
Placed a mobile order for 5 drinks and one popcorn chicken, which were ready in 6 minutes! Order came out perfectly. Milpitas location has been the most consistent in terms of food quality and taste. 👍🏻 Tip: Avoid Auto Mall location if possible. Used mobile order 3 times and each time was a mess :(
Mango sago (k4) and taro sago (S7) are amazing (not made from powder)! I like the Hokkaido milk tea (toffee flavor) with tofu hua too. Cons: long wait time and you can't use your five star promo on the specialty drinks (k4 and S7) 😑
This is a great place! Haven't tried the food but it smells gooood. Lots of people come in to order out even. Will try the food soon. Their pearl milk tea is spot on though. Definitely will go back soon.
Large array of preset milk teas and the option to create any monstrosity of toppings you want. The udon is soaked in miso soup, making it nicely salted. The egg pairs well with the soup, and the meat is soft and tangy. However, the seaweed is always soaked and doesn't pair well with the udon, which can't really be fixed but notable nonetheless .
I love coming here for their drinks! The most unique thing about this place is that they have tofu hua as a topping. It adds such an awesome level of creaminess to your drink that just can't be beat. It gets crowded and busy in the afternoon, but service is pretty quick. The popcorn chicken is pretty good too! A bit thick on coating, but very tasty and flavorful.
One of our go to boba milk tea spots. I usually only get the Hokkaido C2 (4.5) here while my kids get the passion fruit drink (no real passion fruit but it's good), 4/5. The chicken popcorn here is good, tender and juicy, with garlic and basil, 4.5/5. I previously tried their miso ramen, which was surprisingly good, 4/5. Update: tried their spam masubi selections, which are pricey but good size and portions. Taste is ok, overall, 3.5* for the ones we tried. Update 07/22/23: this has been our go-to place for certain drinks, usually Hokkaido, Panda, passion fruit, and popcorn chicken and calamari. Extra crispy was even better. Popcorn chicken and calamari, 4.5*
Came here with my family for the first time since we were in that area and we loved Boba tea. Tried their Hokkaido milk pudding milk tea,(for the first time and I liked it) Okinawa milk tea, matcha milk tea, jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea and strawberry slush. They tasted good. If you buy five drinks, you get one drink for free. The place was a bit crampy but the table was clean and ambience was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. I suggest them to take a notch down on sugar level, even the 30% sugar level is still too sweet. We will come back.
It's a little hidden from the main thoroughfare of Calaveras. I was very satisfied with everything I ordered. The taro milk tea had bits of real taro. The veggie bowl I got was cooked perfectly and had great taste. The portion size was perfect. A great place to get boba and small bites to eat.
Delicious delicious food... We reserved a table for four and they attended to us fairly quickly. The roti is a must-have... Has a delightfully crispy yet chewy texture that serves as a great vessel to the sauce that comes with it.
Best popcorn chicken in the area with garlic and fresh Thai basil. My favorite drink is Hokkaido with 30% sugar with tofu replace for boba. The ramen is quite salty to me, but it is good. Other i-Tea may not have the same quality, so don’t expected when you order.
Cheaper prices of milktea conpared to other newly opened boba storea
Simple, quick and fair price bowl of Tonkotsu ramen. Yummy 😋 way above average soap base, chewy noodle.

Popcorn chicken is very yummy! My favorite drink is macha red bean milk tea
I usually get the matcha without red beans but with matcha pudding. Even with only 50% sweetness it is still pretty sweet so imagine if it's 100%. I want to try out the food since they offer ramen, Takoyaki and some other foods like crispy calamari. There's so many to choose from. It was pretty busy around 3pm. I ordered 6 drinks and they were all correct but it took a little bit.
Drinks are authentic, unique, and there are plenty of options! I appreciate the creativity in the drinks! In comparison to other boba tea shops, their food and snacks menu is wild. Lots of fun stuff to choose from. Food comes out fast as well. Unfortunately for me the food is too salty for my taste. I've tried a few od the musubis, chicken, calamari, wings, and the Ramen. I've asked them to make it less salty which I think they are but it's still too much seasoning for me. Give it a try! You may have found your new boba tea spot!
The drinks are good. Some popcorn chicken tastes good and some tastes bad. I haven’t tried enough food here to know the majority of its quality. Atmosphere is ok. It does get crowded and loud. Parking lot is ok, with enough parking.
The tea was pretty good. There's tea flavor without it being bitter. Tea is not overly sweet. Had an order of the popcorn chicken and that was pretty good. There's a decent amount of chicken, and it was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Order was filled relatively fast.
Popcorn chicken is very flavorful. I enjoy the snacks here, although I don't often drink boba here. The boba is decent, but I wouldn't say it's the best in the bay. I would come back for more of their calamari, curly fries, and chicken though.
The staff on this location are more friendly (at least for the time that I visited this place) and they are more courteous. Their boba seems to be a little better (?) more softer but still chewy and the black tea flavor in the boba comes through. Parking is an issue but might have better luck parking further in the back. Street can accommodate a few cars. They always have line and sometimes out the door but fast turn around.
i-Tea is a pretty solid boba place. Their milk tea is good, and they have good boba too. I particularly like the fact that even at their busiest the wait time to order and get your drinks is usually less than 15 minutes. Finding a place to sit there is the only issue at times but other than that this is a good place to go to.
I ordered a dark roasted oolong tea with 50% sugar and 30% ice and it was pretty good; dark, but not too bitter, and just the right amount of sweetness. There was about a 5-minute wait though, but it was a little busy at the time. I would definitely come back here again next time I am in Milpitas.
This place has good beverages and always busy. If you're coming here for ramen always keep in mind that 3p-6p is down time for it. It's available before and after those times. For first timers, grab their Hokkaido milk tea or red bean milk tea if you're looking for a creamy nibbly beverage.
I came here often when I lived nearby. The ramen, rice dishes, and milk tea are solid, but the popcorn chicken steals the show. It's my favorite popcorn chicken of all the milk tea places I've tried, but the quality (how much of the spice there is) can vary and it's pretty expensive.
They sell both foods and drinks, and my last visit was for drink and chat with my friend. Their litchi green tea with jelly is really really good. Noon time was crowded, but we managed to get a table Good experience in general
This is one of the best place for bubble tea in Milpitas. They have a wide variety of bubble tea, and they are all properly made (not just sugar mix). They also serve decent food. The ramen is nice. Be sure to try their fried tofu and their chicken wings.
Serves Tea and Snacks. We get to buy Milk Teas in different flavours both cold and warm. Eats include popcorn Chicken, Rice and Chicken, Ramen, Calamari, Onion Rings ….Friendly Staff. Convenient parking. Downside, the outlet is constrained for space.
The milk tea is surprisingly good, this is one of a good milk tea I have had in town, not watery. Boba pearl is nice, chewy, and not too sweet. Foods and snacks are alright. My only complaint is the location which is small and get too crowded sometimes. There are a few small trashes and napkins on the floor. Tables are not cleaned. There are a lot of online/take out orderes and people are waiting... With that said, it's a good grab and go take out for boba tea, but not a good place for dine-in. Definitely be back again for a drink.
Doraku thanks so much for an Amazing dinner. I stumbled upon this diner on my way to another restaurant. When I saw how much it was bustling inside with happy people, I took a chance and ordered the Veggie Don. Yep it was delish!!!
Good food the milk teas are fresh... the snacks are good the popcorn chicken are super big and a good deal only $5... the ramen is a little pricey $14... its okay.
This place is usually packed with customers. Even though their was huge line I was still able to get my drink fairly quickly. I got their B1 signature milk tea which tasted just the way I wanted. I liked that they give you the choice of how sweet you want your iced tea and how much ice you want in your drink.
Great boba tea, huge selection, lots of customization, and an upbeat place. The wait can be a bit long, and the menu isn't succinctly in one location (there's a main menu on the wall, but specials and such are displayed here and there), but it's worth it!

Friendly staff and good prices ($6.50 per drink with topping and oat milk). My milk tea was a bit watery. Sweetness runs low, 50% is equivalent to 25% in most shops.

The customer service was great! My questions were answered patiently! Unfortunately the Tea I ordered was not as good as I was hoping for. I had ordered Fresh Taro Milk Tea. The one at Tea Era is so much more creamier and richer. I really liked the options for the sugar levels as well as ice level. From no sugar to 200% sugar and no ice to 100% ice. 3 star for the customer service and drink options.
This is where I had my very first Taiwanese chicken fries. I just loved them so much. One thing I was not impressed is that garlics were not fried well. They tasted still raw and bitter. I also wish the staff will wipe tables more often. Their boba tea was okay. Since this place is so busy, you should look at the menu and have an idea of what you are getting. Otherwise you will have people behind you wait, and they won't be happy.
just okay. the boba is nothing spectacular but also not terrible. the prices are good for boba in the bay area. the service is on the slower side (they seem to be mostly staffed by high schoolers).
Tea is light here , less flavor. Deep fired calamari was so dry and chewy.
I came here with some friends recently for bubble tea after dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the food options here, including ramen! We ordered a bucket of their popcorn chicken (seasoned in garlic and basil) and I ordered a taro bubble milk tea (made with fresh taro, not powdered). When I came another time though, they forgot my order. Not a good experience second time around.

The teas and popcorn chicken are great. What is disappointing though is they do not honor their rewards system and that’s what the rating is reflective of. We have been going in frequently, entering our number with each order and also downloaded their app. The reward states you get a free tea after 9 orders. But our account just shows no punchcard available. The store took down our number multiple times but no resolution.
Their popcorn chicken is getting Tasteless. I think they should put the more effort to marinate their chicken. When they just open, their popcorn chicken tastes great. now they are tasteless! The flavor is gone unfortunately.
Too popular for its own good, and the food, while typical tea house food, is more ordinary/average than anything else. Given the volume here, you'd expect the milk tea and the popcorn chicken to be more fresh, but nah...
Compare with other iTea I had been to this one is the lowest. The regular milk tea I had almost tasteless few years ago, now years later they still can't make their drinks right. Had a Avocado and Matcha red bean Frosty. Avocado was the wrong sweet level, Matcha was mix blended with the red bean (I guess no one taught the workers how the drinks look like). The size of the drinks were smaller compare with other iTea location I had ordered, and they can't even blend the ice smooth. Since I ordered online you would think they'll text you when it ready like other iTea does, nope! The only thing they got right is the boba, it was actually good.

It’s my first time trying their drinks, and oh my God I’m having so many palpitations. There must be too much caffeine in their tea. I only ordered the brown sugar boba. I’ve been to many milk tea stores before, but this one really gave me palpitations. I almost went to the emergency room. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, you might want to stay away from this milk tea.
