This Taco Bell is the best one. They just pack their burritos better than other ones I've been to. The quesaritos don't fall apart, the tacos don't crack the moment you touch them. It's great.

The Mineola Taco Bell is the best one in the area. The restaurant is always clean and staffed well. The drive thru moves at a good pace and my food is always hot and put together well. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. Great spot when you need a quick meal!

Lindale Taco Bell is the very best Taco Bell we have ever dined in. There is an employee who works there named Jessica(?) and she stands out over all the others...she is very friendly, courteous, and makes everyone feel welcome. She is always helpful to my kids in choosing new dishes. Actually, my friends and I do not eat there unless she is working. She is just that great! And we have run several restaurants in the past 30 years! I wish my employees were all like her. She needs to be the employee that trains all the others! Great person all the way around.

So the pictures are wholly unrelated to Taco Bell, just cars in the lot that caught my attention! I haven't eatened @ Taco Bell in 15yrs and don't plan to start. This review is about the great Wifi service and the cleanliness of the restaurant space. There is a new employee who is fanatical about cleaning, like the way a high dollar restaurant turns a table in 5 minutes or less! She was extremely personable, spoke to everyone as if they were a neighbor or friend, didn't catch her name, but she made my day with her fanatically friendly service!

The food here rocks and they don't rip you off with skimpy portions. Good people. I don't do 5 stars but i will here. This place holds a warm spot in my heart also because I met the Love of my Life here in 2001. It was a little different back then, this is a brand new building, but it's the same warm feeling.

Ok, so it's Taco Bell. I mean, hell, we've all eaten here and we all know whether its good or not or whether you like it or not, etc. So I'm not gonna touch on that. However, THIS Taco Bell is staffed with some of the most friendly people around. They welcome you and thank you as you leave. They goofed up our order and went above and beyond to make it right. You will enjoy eating here, even if it is only Taco Bell. ( no disrespect intended)

The food makes the place attractive, keep those specials coming. The naked chicken was the best and I will eat there 3 times a week if the bring it back!

Always good selection of Mexican food. Staff very friendly. Service fast. Don't know why they tore down the old building and built a new one a bit smaller with less group seating; previous building was just fine.

The only thing I don't like about Taco Bell is there specials don't last long enough. There have been several times that they come up with variations that I want to try and I don't get to try them because they lasted such a short time. Their food is always good and very reasonably priced

Love Taco Bell but when I was there with my son and his wife some guy came in arguing with his girlfriend who worked there and he was screaming and went behind the counter and threatened her. My son said something to him because we thought he was going to hit her and he threatened my son. We were going to call the police but the girl begged us not to because she would lose her job. This was very frightening to me and it was wrong of this guy to bring this to his girlfriend's job. Watch out for your safety at this place. No taco is worth getting shot over.

5 bucks Chalupa Box but they forgot my Med Fire Diablo sauce but I went back to the window. And then they gave me 4 Med 1 Fire and 4 Diablo sauces. It's great place and the food for $5 bucks was a deal I split with my friend.

We could not use the app at the store to get credit or choose online specials. We got two $5 specials. They were hot and obviously fresh made. The cashier gave me the wrong change though she said the correct amount when she handed it to me. She gave me 46¢ too much. I would suggest all stores train their employees to count money as it is not taught in most schools today.

Honestly, it's a place you either like or you don't. I simply don't dig the food. The best part of the place are the drinks. It's one of the few places with so many Mountain Dew drinks. I don't have any complaints, nor any praises. You know if you like Taco Bell, or not.

Got the Taco 12 pack here. (6 soft & 6 crunchy) everyone seem to like them . Yes credit card or cash, yes drive through, no play area for the kids. Fast food the usual environment

This might be the fastest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It’s consistent, it’s cheap, it’s good (objectively). Employees are friendly enough. If nothing else, I’m going for a Baja Blast- The elite fast food carbonated beverage.

I ordered the chalupa $5 box, all was good but the chalupa! If your teeth are strong as steel then you can eat it, but if not I wouldn't recommend it!

Not enough meat in their qesodilla and crunch wrap. You basically pay for bread and lettuce.

I ordered delivery through uber today and the Supreme crunchwrap was mostly tortilla

What can I say it was taco bell. They are always consistent. I usually get borrito Supreme no sourcream in mineola half of the time gets order wrong and I get stuck with sourcream and the burritos are half the size of the ones in other taco Bells

Portion size is not what it shows on anything I buy. Always much less filling in tacos and burritos. And you can't get a free cup of water on a hot day. They charge you the full price of a soft drink just for water.

Employees were nice and the food had good fresh flavor but the portions was really small. My chili cheese burrito barely had anything in it ( basically just the tortilla ) Bean burrito and 5 layer were the same way. Our Mexican pizza hardly had anything as well. And tacos were mainly lettuce.

Used drive through. Food is consistent but TOO EXPENSIVE. It used to be very affordable and the food was always fresh and good. Now it is hit or miss on the quality of the food. More hit than miss, but occasionally it's a miss. I cook at home now. Its gotten too expensive to eat at fast food places. I also keep crackers in my car so I dont have to go to a drive through.

Standard Taco Bell food. Very friendly staff. The reason for 3 stars is because of the sauce rationing mentality. I purchased 8 items, asked for a lot of sauce, I was given 4 packets. I asked at the window if there's a lot in the bag to be told yes. I use a couple packets per item. That's the point of Taco Bell.

Seems like they strive to get your order incorrect . Also try their nachos, but don’t order two different, you won’t get them , a bit hard to eat with nothing but broken chips and crumbles. Guess you could use a straw !

Service was ok, just don't care for taco bells food. There is something in their food which makes it bland and processed. although I feel i'm punished everything I eat there,they must be doing something right being one of the largest chain in America.

Employees were not friendly,. ( At all. ). Food was not warm, rather cold than anything. Sat in line in drive-thru, for total 17 min. In general, it's this way EVERY TIME ! ! . Other locations , totally different. Friendlier, faster, and just an over-all better experience. Don't mean to be so critical however, very truthful. Thank you.

Ordered ice water, but was informed we would be charged for a full price drink even if we only got water. We declined a drink! Also, paid $1.49 for chips and guacamole and instead of the usual hearty amount of guac in the black cup we received a small container with approximately 2 Tbls of guac. Very disappointing! We used to use Taco Bell as our go to for an inexpensive, quick meal, however that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. :-(

I’m not sure what happened. Typically we don’t have any issues with them. Today my husband and I both ordered the Mexican pizza and both of them tasted like some sort of chemical. It left a bad taste in our mouths.

Wasn't the best food although I've had far worse. Drive thru was somewhat fast. Don't forget to give a specific amount of hot sauce I asked for alot of hot sauce and recieved 4 (I should have followed my own advice). They asked if i wanted my change to go to the children and weren't specific to what children or organization.

usually this taco bell isn’t bad. this time was different. the lady at the window was rude. we asked if our slushy was a large like we ordered and she said (while being very rude and rolling her eyes at us) yes, then after handing everything out, shutting the window in my face. all around just rude. the food was good though.

Just left there and missing some of my order. They didn’t even ask if I wanted mild sauce at the speaker or window. After spend $42 on food I expect it to be correct. It’s a Wednesday evening and it want even that busy! That’s what is worse. The lady read it back to me and it was perfect. I drove right to window after my order and she took my payment and my food was being handed to me. Someone got in a hurry on a slow night, Goodness.

I love their party nachos. But they can never get the order right. If you go to this bells drive thru make sure you check your order. I can't remember the last time it was correct. I hope the new manager can fix it.

Been there hundreds of times and today was the worst food I've ever had. The tacos had virtually no meat Or other ingredients inside. The beef burrito had no beef and only beans Along with unwanted sour cream.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered two cheesy Gordita crunches with an extra side of spicy ranch sauce. I received two Crunchwrap supremes (with basically no meat at all) with an extra side of spicy ranch. They don’t even sound remotely alike and definitely taste good together!! Our order is usually off a bit.. but this was RIDICULOUS. Get your sh** together people - you even CONFIRMED the order. ALWAYS check your order before leaving this establishment because I’m seriously regretting the absolute WASTE of money. Find another Taco Bell if you’re craving something specific!

Don't go there tonight they don't have beef they said we could do a chicken taco but that would be an extra charge umm if you don't have the meat you shouldn't charge extra for what you do have. Wal-Mart is right there can you not go buy some ground beef super upset since my diet starts tomorrow.

Ordered 2 $5 boxes and a cheese quesadillas yesterday. After waiting awhile they called my name to come pick up my order. Looked on the tray there was no boxes I’m thinking they ran out of boxes I noticed no cinnamon chips I asked about them looking more at my food I only had 4 tacos no Gorditos by then my daughter said her quesadilla had spicy chicken on it. This order was wrong all the way around. My receipt where I ordered was correct. I asked for my money back due to the kids in the back making food was laughing and having a good time fooking people’s orders up.

Discontinued my favorite item, grilled stuffed burritos. Food ordered tasted like nasty peanut oil and couldn't get the flavor out of my mouth for over 30 minutes. Also my 5 year old puked after eating at this location, literally trash wont return.

It was 11:30pm on 10/11/2918 I was hungry and wanted a Taco from the Mineola, TX Taco Bell. My Roadtrek class b camper van was too tall for the drive thru. The front doors were locked so I couldn't use the lobby to order my food. I parked in plain view and walked to the drive up window to place an order. No cars were there. The manager refused to serve me. She said too dangerous. I showed my ID (I'm a retired Peace officer).She said I "could get run over". I said, "there's no one here". She still refused. About that time a car pulled thru, I had stepped over to the opposite side by the curb. As the young man got his food I asked him (from the passenger side, if he would place my order) the manager still refused and told him he had to "drive back thru and order." I said, "theres no one here". She still refused. The young man pointed to Whataburger and said, " you can get something to eat there." I said "I don't want a hamburger, I want a taco and burrito." Then I said, "that's Ok, she isn't going to serve me." He apologized and drove off. I felt disrespected and that I was being treated as a second class citizen or a transient. I am and was starting my vacation towards the New England states to see the changing colors of Fall. I had to drove to Gilmer TX to get my food. They were polite and respwctful ro me. I've been a Taco Bell customer for 42 years. Started eating there in Tyler, Tx whencthe Taco Bell was by TJC and I have never been treated in this manner before...wish there was Taco Bueno in Mineola!

Went thru drive thru....Got home with food.. it's all cold, cheese wasn't even melted! These days as prices go up.. quality of food goes down and the workers at these places happily send terrible food out the window! They don't care! But, they take your money.

If you get anything with sour cream there will only be a tiny bit att he top of the burrito, and none throughout the whole thing. Anything with rice will be a big ball of un seasoned rice. I just want to order my food and go about my day, not to get something that's bearly edible just because they don't put in the minimum effort to make it right.

Food was good Update to review: just cancelled my order, while trying to order my food I watched an employee playing with the braids on another employee's hair and then go back to their job without hand sanitizer or washing their hands. So I dropped their stars to 1 and will not be back

Placed a door dash order, door dash did their job no complaints. My main complaint is the amount of meat in the food I swear there isn't even a tbs of meat on these tacos. Just pitiful, yall rationing for somthing cuz if your gonna charge 4 bucks for a doritos taco at least fill it with some meat. Never ate a meal that felt so empty on the stomach. Might as well spend the extra go next door and get a big burger that actually comes with some meat.

They forgot my food last time no big deal it was a 1 dollar item. So I go in order 17 dollars worth ask for my dollar item which my wife had called and they said no problem next time just ask. So I did then they said you need the receipt I said I need the manager her name is Melisa she has an attitude like they never forget anything but gave it to me anyway with an attitude. Then they forgot my chips this time. Then they forgot my crunch wrap so I went back in to get it but they locked me out told me I had to go threw drive thru 4 cars in line to get what they owned me. His name was Joshua. Then after a wait another attitude. Lack of customer service is astonishing. That's to put it mildly. Not to mention when I first went in Joshua was to busy playing with friends in the store to wait on me. Might want to consider a new staff.

Update: I had decided to never go to this Taco Bell again but I gave them another chance and they redeemed themselves. However, tonight they messed it up again. I asked for no sour cream on my grilled cheese burrito box items. Not only did I get sour cream on my chalupa but my grilled cheese burrito was made without grilled cheese on the outside. It's basically a 5-layer with spicy chip pieces in it. I know good help is hard to come by these days but this has been a consistent problem for years at this location. And with the higher prices we are paying, I definitely expect to get what I ask for. Gas costs too much to drive out of my way as I mentioned before. I love my Taco Bell but they gotta do better. Old review: I am DONE with this Taco Bell. It's ridiculous that I have to check my order to make sure I get everything. 9 times out of 10, they've missed something so I'll have to go back through the drive thru for my missing item(s). Today, I checked our order before leaving the parking lot and everything was there. Once we got to eating it, however, I found that my requests for no sour cream, extra sauce etc. were ignored. I can't stand their sour cream and it's not something you can just take off. I tried to salvage my food but probably ended up throwing half of it away. I shouldn't have to pick through and open every item I order here on the parking lot to make sure they've done their job. Next time, we will drive all the way to Lindale for Taco Bell. My family and I eat here frequently and normally have no issues but they've been off their game lately. On a previous visit, we were missing items that we ordered and paid for...let it slide. This time though, not only did we not get a couple of items, our order was also prepared and packaged wrong. We ordered two boxes with no sour cream, fritos burrito, bean burrito and a #1 meal. Food was not organized so non-box items were in the boxes. I got a big bite of onions in my 5-layer because it was the bean burrito. The person that wanted the bean burrito no longer wanted it because I took a bite. Supreme tacos were also put in the boxes but the kids already ate the other tacos. So we ended up throwing out the rest...sour cream haters. Ok, we are picky but if packaged properly, no problems. Live too far away to call and fix. I will definitely check my orders from now on. Oh, also, I'm really bummed they discontinued the enchirito and double decker taco!

Food was not that good. Purchased a $5.00 box. Guess i was expecting taste. It was not very pleasing to look at. Just dumped into the wrapper and then into the bag. If i didn't live 15 miles from Taco Bell i would have taken it back. Last time I'll eat at this location.

They struggle to get orders correct. THREE orders in a row have been wrong. The staff never appologizes. The difficulty is worse now that only the drive through is open. Definitely check your orders before pulling forward, and check your receipt to be sure you were charged correctly.

The biggest problem anymore is your damn price first of all you sell $0.49 tacos for way way more that a taco should cost I mean seriously 12 regular tacos for almost $20 you're on crack right

Not sure what all the commotion was about today while I was there but I do know it had to do with a kid who was a male employee there and instead of the managers taking him to the office to talk with him the woman manager had taken him to the women's restroom. ? Very very strange and definitely handled poorly!!

We were the only people there. We could see the person and we kept saying is anybody there...and they were trying not to be seen. Finally with our persistence she finally came out to wait on us. The bean burrito was awful...it was cold and the beans were not seasoned at all. The cheese rollup was ok...

I picked up a very large order and before driving away I asked if there was plenty of sauces in the bags. The girl said yes, but I got home to find ZERO sauce!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened and that’s why I specifically asked! Guess I will have to start checking the bags while at the window no matter how many cars are behind me! 😡

This location gives the smallest portions of meat, and just every item in general. I also think it's funny that asking to take off a sauce or multiple ingredients saves no money, but adding a sauce costs almost a whole extra dollar lol. I asked to swap the Chipotle sauce with another, and they upcharged me. When purchasing extra side Sauces, they fill the cups usually less than half way. A few teaspoons of sauce costs over 50 cents.

We have to drive 30 minutes to get to the Taco Bell nearest to us. But when we got home after picking it up, they left out two chicken chalupas. This isn't their first time leaving something off our order, either.

I've been here several times, and it is an abusive relationship. I give them my money, and they give me terrible food. It's always cold or stale. Today is the day we part ways at this location.

Very disappointed in this place. I went through the drive through a week ago and ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and had to bring them both back due to them having no meat just beans and I was told by the manager that I should of asked for the meat portion to be greater than the bean portion!! I was like who would even know to ask for that??? Needless to say I gave the pizzas back and got my money back. So, today we went through the drive through and ordered 6 tacos. Pulled around and parked and took one bite and the meat was ice cold and the grease just dripping from both ends of the tacos like really??? So again, gave the whole bag back to them and got my money back. I should of learned my lesson from the Mexican pizzas but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again will I give them my business. I am aggravated, still hungry and leaving with no food.... They don't deserve 1 star.....

Since there’s no way to give a review when ordering online- this is going to have to do… My coworker placed and order online. We thought it would be easier just to add my order through the same portal. There was an error excepting my credit card. Except everything was billed and charged to my cc. Called the store that had our order the guy said no we don’t see your order but we’ll take care of it when you get here. I showed up he said he was who I spoke to but since I orders online there was nothing they could do in the store. I explained and showed them the charge on my bank. Sorry and you’ll have to reorder online to get what you want. You cannot order in the store. I was frustrated at this point. I stated I was upset bc I’ll have to be double charged. I told him I was not upset with him but I was very frustrated with this whole situation. Never did a manager help me or offer anything to help with the situation. Everyone said I do no how to use the app so you’ll just have to figure it out on your own. Horrible Customer Service at Taco Bell Mineola!!!!!!

I'm now in day three fighting foodborne illness. Several hours after eating my meal from them which was a chicken burrito and the loaded fries I started to feel incredibly nauseous. This was my only meal that day since I was so busy with work. I haven't eaten anything since. After going to an urgent care, they confirmed that I have a bacterial infection from something I ate. Since that was my only meal that day, took a few hours after that before symptoms started, and I haven't eaten anything since, I think it's safe to say that the food I ate here is the culprit. I've gotten slide-ups at stomachs before from Taco Bell but never anything like this. Constant trips to the bathroom every 20 minutes, projectile vomit in the middle of the night after eating that food, which 100% consisted of my meal, nausea, weakness in my extremities, and a low-grade fever. Never again.

I know they're just following corporate guidelines but I don't eat there anymore because they just don't give enough food for the cost. When you get the bean burrito, it's all tortilla and no bean and that's just one example. If it weren't for that, I would love the place.

Not coming here anymore. I went there tonight and tried their new nuggets for the first time, got a 10 piece and got one dipping sauce. I was suppose to receive 2 different flavors and got one little bitty sauce. Also was missing a nacho fry and one of my soft tacos. Can’t even call because it’s just a constant busy signal. Will never return again. I normally go here about twice a week but never again.

I guess it’s a sign of the times. You pay 5.98 a piece for a double steak grilled cheese burrito, you get no steak barely any cheese and old rice. When you call and complain they say bring the burritos back to us and we will remake them! They couldn’t do it right the first time, but I am supposed to drive back up there and hope they get it right this time! I asked for a credit and was told no.
